RHOP Premiere Recap: Tia Sees Her Husband on Dating Sites as Ashley Reveals Gizelle Shared the Photos

RHOP Premiere Recap: Tia Sees Photos of Husband Being on Dating Websites as Ashley Admits She Got the Info From Gizelle, Karen Reveals Struggles in Marriage, Gizelle Tells Wendy She’s ‘Not Innocent,’ and Tia Confronts Husband Rob

The drama arrives immediately on the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Potomac. Karen returns focused on prayer and personal reflection, while Stacey delivers shocking news to Tia about her husband. Ashley is criticized for appearing to enjoy the chaos, and when Gizelle reveals that she withheld crucial information, Tia begins questioning the strength of their friendship.

Karen says she has emerged from a difficult period and is now home, sober, and determined to reclaim her confidence. She explains that her husband, Ray, is upset because he feels like he has “a new wife,” but Karen insists that her main priority is herself.

Gizelle and Ashley eagerly prepare to meet the new-and-improved Karen. Gizelle has stood by Karen throughout her struggles, and Karen makes it clear that she values that bond. She says she is adjusting well and insists she is not much of a drinker, stopping short of acknowledging that alcohol may be a problem.

Ashley reveals that she is seeing someone—Josh, a familiar face from the past. Karen tells the women that she and Ray have grown apart, but she quickly becomes defensive when the conversation turns to the state of their marriage.

According to Gizelle, Tia is likely to win Karen over. Ashley, meanwhile, hints that Tia’s husband may not be the man everyone believes him to be. Wendy has also stopped responding to the group as her upcoming trial draws closer.

Stacey later visits Wendy, who has treated herself to an expensive new car in an effort to lift her spirits. Wendy is still processing the allegations and arrests surrounding her case, though she emphasizes that she has not been convicted. Through it all, Stacey and Tia have continued showing up for her despite their own disagreements.

Stacey also shares that she and her ex-husband, Thiemo, are rekindling their relationship, making it feel as if their divorce never happened. Wendy says she invited Tia to join them, a decision Stacey initially dislikes because of their history. Acting as peacemaker, Wendy tells Stacey she should not have thrown Tia out and reminds Tia that she should not have claimed she “married up.” After exchanging apologies, the women agree to set the conflict aside and focus on supporting Wendy.

Wendy is unhappy with Ashley’s comments, while Tia accuses Ashley of “salivating” over the allegations involving her husband. Stacey understands exactly what Ashley was referring to and offers an early apology for what she is about to reveal about Tia’s marriage.

Stacey tells Tia that she has received messages appearing to show Tia’s husband on dating websites, complete with photographs. She says he is presenting himself as single and argues that the images make the claims difficult to dismiss. Tia handles the revelation calmly, and Stacey is relieved that Tia is hearing it first from people she considers genuine friends.

Two days later, Tia decides it is time to get answers. She invites the women to a Wizards basketball game hosted through Courtney, the coach’s wife and one of Tia’s clients who has become a friend. Tia is still angry about Ashley’s apparent excitement over the trouble in her marriage, making it clear that the two women have unfinished business.

Wendy reflects on how she once had everything going for her, only to see it unravel at the peak of her career. Her attorneys are working to organize the case, and she explains that she has separate legal representation from her husband, Eddie. Their marriage has been strained throughout the ordeal, particularly because Wendy says Eddie has hurt her deeply without explaining exactly how. Are they setting Eddie up to take the fall???

A Reality Blurb article is featured, showing an email allegedly sent by Eddie to Wendy. In the message, he reportedly asks whether they can add “additional high-value items” to the list of stolen property so the total would exceed $423,000, the maximum covered by their insurance policy.

Four days later, viewers meet Courtney, the Wizards coach’s wife. Happily married with two sons, she looks forward to welcoming the group to the game. Courtney already knows Ashley, an especially notable detail as Tia appears to be keeping her distance from both Ashley and her own husband.

Courtney is introduced as both an event planner and a minister—a surprising combination that catches everyone off guard. Meanwhile, Wendy remains remarkably composed around Karen, who she believes took advantage of her most vulnerable moments and made an already painful situation worse.

Robyn makes a surprise entrance, startling the women. She has launched her business but is still managing to irritate the group, proving that her ability to get under people’s skin remains intact.

Ashley continues what she calls “her impish behavior,” stirring up trouble in other people’s families before casually moving on. Her boyfriend arrives and greets the women, revealing that he works at the stadium. His visit is brief, however, as he leaves almost as quickly as he appeared.

After the game, the women head to a bar, where Wendy confronts Ashley over her comments about Tia. Tia says Ashley seemed to take pleasure in her pain. Ashley responds that she was disturbed by what she saw, while Gizelle reveals that someone had sent her information about Tia’s husband from a verified account. Tia immediately wants to know why Gizelle shared it with Ashley before bringing it to her. Why did Gizelle not tell Tia first, and what happened to her moral compass?

Gizelle says she wanted to verify the claims before approaching Tia, but Tia remains stunned by her decision. As the confrontation continues, Karen begins “sun-downing,” eventually appearing tired enough to nearly fall asleep. Ashley maintains that she did feel sympathy for Tia, though she admits she wishes she had handled the situation differently. She says she is tired of men embarrassing women, while Gizelle continues to question whether the allegations are true. As a final aside, Gizelle suspects Stacey deliberately held onto the information until the cameras were rolling.

Robyn promises not to talk about Tia’s marital situation, BUT she WILL talk about Wendy’s legal issues. Wendy wonders why this is okay and Gizelle points out that Wendy is trying to act like she is innocent and she is not. Ooph.

Karen is lost by all the back and forth, considering they are accomplishing nothing. Karen apologizes for the Robert nickname and the night concludes.

As the ladies head out, Stacey, Wendy, and Tia hang back.  Tia drops a bombshell: she DID confront her husband about the dating apps.  And he did not deny it…Where do they go from here?
