Channing Tatum is embracing his emotional side.

Amidst swirling rumors of his ex-fiancée Zoë Kravitz being engaged to Harry Styles—whom she has been seeing since her 2024 breakup with the Magic Mike star—Channing has shared a thought-provoking poem with his followers. The poem appears to have struck a chord with him.

The 46-year-old actor posted the word “read” on his Instagram Story dated April 27, accompanied by a poem from poet John Roedel. This piece, initially shared by Roedel four days earlier, begins with the lines, “My brain and heart divorced / a decade ago / about who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become / Eventually, they couldn’t be in the same room together.”

The poem continues, “Now my head and heart share custody of me,” depicting an ongoing internal conflict. It explores how each blames the other for his life’s current state, resulting in “a lot of yelling—and crying.” The poem adds a reflective twist, noting that he has been consulting his “gut,” which acts as his unofficial therapist.

In its poignant narrative, the poem also highlights the constant struggle between a heart dwelling on past sorrow and a head fretting over future uncertainties.
