As Hampshire continued developing her character’s explosive personality, she had Terry Matalas to thank. The VisionQuest showrunner previously worked with her on Syfy’s 12 Monkeys.
“He told me that while writing E.D.I.T.H., he kept hearing my voice in his head,” Hampshire recalled. “My way into this world was through Terry, so it felt like coming home. Without that connection, it would have been much more daunting.”
Fans have no reason to worry, however. Hampshire promised that her take on E.D.I.T.H. will bring a much-needed spark to the Mindspace.
