Jonathan Cheban, better known by his moniker Foodgod, is still very much part of the Kardashian circle.
The reality television personality recently addressed speculation about his relationship with Kim Kardashian and her famous family, reaffirming that their friendship remains strong.
During an interview with E! News at Vulture’s inaugural Reality Masterminds Celebration in New York City on May 7, Jonathan clarified his connection with the Kardashians. “I don’t really engage in the group chats,” he admitted, “but I spoke to Kim just two days ago.”
Cheban, 53, noted that both he and Kim lead hectic lives filled with travel, which can make regular meet-ups challenging. This is particularly true for Kim, who juggles her career with being a mom to four children—North, 12; Saint, 10; Chicago, 8; and Psalm, 7—whom she co-parents with her ex-husband Kanye West.
“She told me, ‘I’m back in LA,'” Jonathan recounted. “And I replied, ‘We just arrived in New York.’ She then mentioned, ‘I went to LA for North and came right back.'”
“We speak all the time. I really don’t get to see them as much,” he continued, “because I live in Miami and New York. They live in LA and then she goes to Paris. It’s all those kids!”
