Comedian Kevin Hart is once again joining forces with Audible to release a new Audible Original entitled “Kids Make Me Angry,” scheduled for launch on June 4, just in time for Father’s Day.

This latest project is Hart’s third venture with Audible and puts a spotlight on his journey as a father. The audiobook weaves together personal anecdotes and parenting experiences from over 20 years of raising his four children.

Having grown up without an involved father, Hart views parenting as an opportunity to reshape the role of a dad.

“Without a guide on how to be a father, I had to navigate the path on my own,” Hart shared. “I wasn’t perfect, but I was always present. In this Audible Original, I dive into my 21-year journey—filled with chaos, learning, and transformative moments. The key is that I’ve always been there, I continue to be there, and I love my kids with all my HART!”

In the audiobook, Hart outlines fatherhood through eight distinct stages, beginning with initial uncertainty and progressing to the complexities of raising teenagers and ultimately learning to let go. His stories cover everything from everyday discipline to high-stakes situations and preparing his kids for life as adults.

Kate Navin, Audible’s Head of Creative Development in North America, said Hart’s voice continues to connect with listeners because of how direct and unfiltered his storytelling is.

“Kevin Hart is a force in audio. His comedy, his timing, his raw honesty all come alive when he’s speaking directly to listeners,” she said. “The runaway success of his previous Audible projects proves what we already knew: our audience has an insatiable appetite for Kevin’s voice. With Kids Make Me Angry, he’s taking on his most personal subject yet, and delivering exactly the kind of unfiltered storytelling that keeps his fans coming back for more.”

Hart has built a strong following on Audible with previous releases, including his memoir I Can’t Make This Up: Life Lessons. With Kids Make Me Angry. He brings that same storytelling style to one of his most personal topics yet.

The Audible Original will be available starting June 4.
