Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon marked a milestone for their twins, Monroe and Moroccan, who turned 15 on April 30, by throwing two separate but equally memorable celebrations.
Carey organized an intimate gathering that featured a dazzling fireworks display. The evening’s festivities were captured in photos showing the twins, affectionately known as Roc and Roe, enjoying the company of friends while sporting matching birthday T-shirts. Carey shared these joyful moments on Instagram, captioning the post, “Happy Birthday, Roc & Roe!!!! I love you so much, Mom.”
The twins expressed their gratitude in the comments section, with Moroccan writing, “Love you mom, I’m so grateful,” and Monroe adding, “I love you mom!”
Meanwhile, Cannon treated his children to a thrilling day at Six Flags Magic Mountain. He shared pictures of Monroe and Moroccan posing in front of celebratory balloons, both wearing coordinating shirts, to commemorate their special day.
Cannon also celebrated his twins with a trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain. He posted photos where the teens stood together in coordinating shirts in front of balloons marking the occasion.
He wrote, “Got two 15 year olds on my hands now!!!! Happy Birthday to my first firstborns! I thank God and you for allowing me to be your Dad! I love you Roc and Roe! Happy Birthday! @sixflagsmagicmountain.”
Monroe and Moroccan were born in 2011 during Carey and Cannon’s marriage. The pair married in 2008, separated in 2014, and finalized their divorce in 2016. They have continued to co-parent and remain present for major moments in their children’s lives.
During a recent appearance on Club Shay Shay, Cannon shared that he will forever be in love with his ex-wife.
“I mean, that’s that was that was my wife. That was literally my dream girl,” he said. “And then the fact that we still have such a great relationship to this day, I don’t think you can’t compare it to anybody else. You know what I mean? And I believe I was truly in love with her and will always be in love with her.”
He also joked about wanting more kids with her.
“If Mariah wanted more kids, I’m giving her three more. We going all the way in,” he added.
