The Traitors: New Blood is delivering exactly what its title promises: another week of treachery, suspicion and bloodshed.
**Spoilers ahead for Season 1, Episode 5 of The Traitors: New Blood**
Only three weeks into NBC’s spinoff of the Peacock hit, the body count continues to rise. The show’s three Traitors — Joe Vanella, Tomica Adams and Katie Fites — have eliminated one Faithful after another, including MLB analyst Xavier Scruggs, dog groomer Arisa Thomas and Southern real estate agent Logan Smith, whose suspicions appeared to make him a target.
At the close of Episode 4, “The Death Parade,” Katie appeared to be in serious danger of being banished. But longtime Traitors viewers know how quickly the game can shift at the roundtable. A single Faithful can attract unwanted attention, while a Traitor’s carefully placed accusation can send the group chasing the wrong suspect. So, did Katie manage to escape yet again?
Whatever brought you here — whether you want the latest elimination or simply need to know who left Alan Cumming’s castle — we have the answers. Read on for a complete recap of who went home through banishment and murder in the latest episode of The Traitors: New Blood.
Who Was Banished In The Traitors: New Blood Episode 5?
Although Katie seemed poised to become the next player banished, the mood at the roundtable changed rapidly. This time, the suspicion landed on Sherry Kuehl, a writer from Kansas. Sherry insisted that she was a Faithful and denied any connection to the Traitors, but the votes ultimately went against her. Sent to the circle of truth, she revealed that she was, in fact, a Faithful.
