What Is Paul Rudd Secret Of Looking Young?

Sleep is Paul Rudd’s key to maintaining his youthful appearance.

Rudd, who will be on the cover of Men’s Health in March 2023, admitted to the publication that he sleeps eight hours every night.

Rudd, 53, asserted that those who set their alarms for four hours after going to bed in order to have more time to train are doing themselves a disservice.

Rudd, who was named the Sexiest Man Alive by PEOPLE in 2021, remarked, “They’re doing themselves a disservice.”

Rudd starts each day with a cup of coffee and some cardio.

“Before I eat anything, I perform cardio. Before [Ant-Man], I never would have done that “said Rudd.

“People ask me, ‘Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?’ The most important part of training is sleep,” Rudd said.

The Ant-Man actor admitted to the magazine that he never intended to play a superhero, but that the experience has changed his life.

I never truly believed I was the kind of actor they would consider for any of those roles, he admitted. “However, when this concept came up, I was excited about doing something that was so out of the blue, and I knew that if it were revealed that I was going to be a part of a superhero franchise, most people would say, What the f—-?”

Employing trainers, exercising weights, avoiding sugar, and developing a regimen were all part of the preparation for the position.

“I’ve learned so much about how my body reacts to foods, how it reacts to exercise, and where I’m happiest and how much it affects me mentally. . . . If I’m in this suit, running around playing a character who’s supposed to be a superhero, I just feel better. And I feel less like an impostor,” he said.

But his fitness routine now has less to do with another Marvel movie or magazine cover, he said.

I now realize that if you incorporate fitness into your lifestyle, you’ll just feel wonderful, he remarked.

Rudd told PEOPLE in 2021 that he finds it simple to maintain his sense of reality, even when he is physically strong at his best.

“I remember working out so hard, eating perfectly, for so long, and training like an athlete on the set of [Avengers:] Endgame,” Rudd recalled. And as I stood next to Chris Hemsworth, a former contender for the title of “Sexiest Man Alive,” I pondered, “What’s the point? Why even attempt, given that there’s that?”

Rudd is currently filming Only Murders in the Building’s third season for Hulu.
