BISMARCK, N.D. () — If you love to write and want a chance to flex your creativity, the BisMan Writers Guild is looking for you.
The BisMan Writers Guild is a group that’s focused on supporting local writing.
In honor of their fifth anniversary, they’ve extended the deadline to submit a piece for their anthology collection.
This year, all stories will share the theme of living in a small town in North Dakota.
Guild President Michelle Thomas says this is a great chance for local writers to share their creations with the world.
“As artists in any genre,” Thomas explained, “We like to show off our art. We love showing other people what we’re working on, and we like seeing what other people are working on, because it’s our interest. This is just another way you can do that — even if you’re someone who doesn’t ever want to make a career out of writing, which most people don’t.”
The deadline for submissions is March 31.
Submissions are free, and they will be reviewed and edited by experienced writers.
