Decatur Area Habitat for Humanity pausing operations to take ‘strategic step’

DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — The Decatur Area Habitat for Humanity’s Board of Directors has announced a temporary suspension of operations to focus on strengthening the organization.

In a Friday press release, Board President Philip Romano revealed that all activities, including the ReStore and Christmas Shop, will be halted immediately and remain on hold until the end of 2025.
