But that’s not all; alongside this novel business idea, you’ll also learn the art of creating trending YouTube videos effortlessly. Join me as we explore the gold mine of opportunities in this video.

## Unveiling Tik Tok Automation

Curious about what TikTok automation entails? Let me share my discovery. While casually scrolling through TikTok, I stumbled upon an account that specializes in uploading spiritual videos. At first glance, it may seem ordinary, but trust me, there’s more than meets the eye. This account, in my confident estimation, consistently rakes in hundreds of dollars. How is this possible? The answers will unfold as we progress in this video. First, let’s delve into Invideo AI, the tool that will drive this business and streamline the video creation process.

## Invideo AI: Your Creative Ally

So, what exactly is Invideo AI? Picture this – create a YouTube short narrating the incredible journey of space exploration. Make it epic, using a deep Australian male voiceover. In 1957, our cosmic sojourn began with the Soviet satellite Sputnik breaching our atmosphere. Invideo AI functions similarly, turning your ideas into visually stunning videos with just a simple prompt. But hold on, there’s more to it. Add subtitles, tweak the music volume, or switch the voiceover to a British female voice – all with a few words. The possibilities are astounding, and we’ve only scratched the surface. Stay tuned, as I’ll guide you through starting a TikTok automation business using this powerful tool.

### Getting Started with Invideo AI

To access Invideo AI, follow the link in the description. Create a free account, and you’ll land on a user-friendly dashboard. The central element is a text box where you input prompts. For a basic start, you can type something like “Create a 2-minute video about cats,” and Invideo AI takes care of script planning, voiceover, and video creation.

However, for professional-quality videos, a more detailed prompt is key. As you continue watching, I’ll share my prompt formula for optimal results. In the dropdown menu, select a workflow – YouTube Shorts, YouTube Explainer, recent events video, or script to video. Each requires specific information, essential for understanding the Tik Tok automation business we’ll explore later.

## Crafting Engaging Videos: A Step-by-Step Guide

Let’s consider creating a YouTube explainer, an excellent choice for a faceless YouTube channel. Specify the video duration (e.g., 10 minutes) and provide detailed information about the video. For instance, create a video about “Nine Crazy Facts About Cats.” Be creative in defining the overall look – start with a captivating fact, ensure humor, engagement, and dynamism, and end with a question for audience interaction.

Customization continues with background music and voiceover settings. Select the music type, gender, and accent for the voiceover. Subtitles are optional but add a layer of engagement. After hitting ‘Continue,’ the magic begins as Invideo AI transforms your detailed prompt into a video. Want to customize further? Invideo AI allows you to tweak various elements, from audience selection to the video’s look and feel.

### Editing Made Easy

Not satisfied with a specific part? Invideo AI simplifies edits. Use the text box underneath the video to request changes or click ‘Edit’ for more comprehensive options. You can modify media, script, or even export to the timeline for detailed edits and full customization (currently in the alpha stage).

## Elevate Your Videos: Paid Plans and Advanced Features

While Invideo AI offers a free option, upgrading to a paid plan (starting at $20 a month) unlocks a range of features crucial for serious video creation and the TikTok automation business. Unlimited exports, high-resolution videos, and access to premium footage – these elements enhance the quality of your content.

## Viral Content Creation: Recent Events Video Workflow

Invideo AI’s recent events video workflow adds another layer to your content creation arsenal. Use an article link as a reference, and within minutes, you have a trending video. Explore the world of artificial intelligence or any niche that aligns with trending topics.

## The TikTok Automation Business Model

Now, the big question – how does the TikTok account, seemingly simple yet monetarily successful, operate? The answer lies in affiliate product promotion. By examining the account’s bio, we find links to popular ClickBank products like Soulmate Sketch and Wealth DNA Code. With multiple accounts in the same niche, they consistently promote these products in their videos, some of which have garnered millions of views. The simplicity of the videos is the key, but I’ll show you how to leverage Invideo AI for even better results.

### Getting Started with TikTok Automation

Starting your TikTok automation business is a step-by-step process. Begin by selecting an affiliate product – platforms like ClickBank or Digistore offer diverse options. Create a TikTok account, and the real fun begins – content creation. Brainstorm video ideas, and here are three methods to help you:

1. **Chat GPT Ideation**: Use Chat GPT to generate video ideas for your niche. For example, if it suggests “Dog Health Tips,” copy the idea and head to Invideo AI.

2. **Article Inspiration**: Find articles related to your niche. Copy the link, go to Invideo AI, select the YouTube shorts workflow, and use the article as a reference.

3. **Prompt Formula**: Embrace a detailed prompt formula for optimal results. Specify the duration, platform, topic, voiceover and script style, background music, and any additional information. For instance:

– **Prompt Formula Example:**
“`
Create a 3-minute YouTube video about the history of space exploration. The video should feature a deep male voiceover with an Australian accent, speaking informatively and engagingly. The script should be storytelling, making complex information easy to understand, covering key milestones from early rocketry to recent Mars missions. Choose inspiring and cinematic background music, and encourage viewers to subscribe for more educational content.
“`

## Conclusion: Unleash Your Creative Potential

As we conclude today’s video, the possibilities are limitless. With Invideo AI at your fingertips, you can unlock creative avenues, whether for TikTok automation or building a YouTube presence. The prompt formula shared empowers you to craft engaging content tailored to your audience. To embark on this journey, click the link and sign up for a free Invideo AI account. After Nearly Nine Years, Sai De Silva’s Husband Initiates Divorce Proceedings

Sai De Silva, known for her role on “The Real Housewives of New York City,” is facing a major personal change as her husband, David Craig, has initiated divorce proceedings after nearly nine years of marriage.

According to court documents accessed by Page Six, Craig officially filed for divorce in New York City on Thursday morning.

The couple, who have been together for almost a decade, are parents to two children: their 14-year-old daughter, London, and their 8-year-old son, Rio.

Page Six has sought comments from De Silva’s representative regarding the divorce filing.

The unfolding of the couple’s separation is expected to feature in the upcoming Season 16 of “RHONY,” which is currently in production.

The cast includes De Silva, Erin Lichy, Jessel Taank, and newcomers Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond and Daisy Toye, while Carole Radziwill is back as a friend.

De Silva, 45, and Craig tied the knot in a private ceremony in June 2017.

Craig prefers to stay out of the public eye, despite De Silva being an influencer and a cast member on “RHONY” since the show was rebooted in 2022.

“He likes his privacy,” De Silva previously said in a 2023 Bravo blog post. “In a world where we share everything, it’s nice to have something that is private in my life.”

She added of Craig, “He is very involved when it comes to his family and I think he should win an award for father of the year!”

In a past post on her blog Scout The City, De Silva wrote, “We live in a world filled with over sharing and documenting our every move that I think it’s healthy to keep some things private. No, he’s not a celebrity or a famous athlete like some of you have asked.”

She also called Craig her “perfect guy” who is always “supportive” and “encouraging” to her and their kids.

“I admit, he’s a terrible Instagram husband,” she added, “but other than that we’re thick as thieves.”

De Silva previously told People she found it “extremely difficult” to open up about her personal life when she joined “RHONY.”

“To be vulnerable and share my feelings is just something that I don’t really do,” she explained.

“I don’t know if it’s because it has so much to do with me being a New Yorker, you just have a very tough exterior so you can make it here. I’m glad it’s over but I have to keep talking about it.”

Everton’s Ambitious Blueprint: Aggressive Transfers, Academy Revamp, and Iconic Stadium Transformation Propel Club Towards Premier League Glory

0

Last summer, Everton embarked on a significant effort to persuade Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish to join their ranks. As part of their strategy, they offered him an exclusive tour of their soon-to-be-completed state-of-the-art stadium, showcasing all that the club had to offer.

The plan was for Grealish to become the focal point of Everton’s transformation. He was envisioned as the on-field catalyst for a new era, someone who would be celebrated by a fervent fanbase eager for a brighter future—provided he accepted the offer.

However, when David Moyes stepped into the picture, the narrative shifted. Grealish was given a straightforward message: there would be no special treatment at Everton. He was reminded that his appearances under Pep Guardiola at City had been limited over the past year. If he wished to secure a spot in Moyes’ starting lineup, it would require hard work and dedication. The conversation may have carried a more candid tone.

There seems to be a confluence of factors creating a unique opportunity at Everton. On one hand, there’s Moyes, deeply committed to the club and viewing Everton as a titan of English football.

On the other, there’s a new American ownership and a team of over a dozen executives tasked with ensuring that Everton, previously considered a struggling entity, seizes upon the vast potential now within reach.

8. Everton 31 +2 46
9. Fulham 31 -1 44
10. Brighton 31 +4 43
11. Sunderland 31 -4 43

The last match before the international break, a 3-0 walloping of Chelsea, felt like lift-off for their new home. A feral, Goodison-esque atmosphere, fuelled by outrage at the perceived injustice of the visitors’ points-deduction-swerving punishment for breaching financial rules, was the loudest the Hill Dickinson Stadium has heard.

To say Moyes’ men and their fans were up for it would be an understatement. In the build-up, one senior player had guaranteed victory. ‘This lot won’t know what’s hit them,’ he told a staff member. He was right.

The win has left them eighth. They are dreaming not only of Europe but of finishing above that lot now across the city, rather than the park, for the first time in 13 years. After a trip to Brentford, Liverpool make the short journey for the first derby at their neighbours’ magnificent new home and there is genuine belief within the blue half that they can be toppled, this season at least.

While there is still football to be played, it has been a remarkable turnaround under the Friedkin Group, who have only been in place for 16 months. This is the story of a club reborn.

It has to start with the £750m stadium because it has been one of the major catalysts. Consider this, Everton’s most recent accounts for 2024-25 showed a turnover of £196.7m for their last season at the Grand Old Lady.

Daily Mail Sport understands they are expecting that figure to sail to around £250m following their first year in their new home by the water. That would represent the fastest growth in the top-flight. The sale of 40,000 seats each match has risen to 53,000, 2,000 hospitality seats to 5,000.

Hill Dickinson has guaranteed £100m over a decade for naming rights. Partners include Budweiser and Pepsi. Such has been the success in the new venue’s first year officials from Manchester United have already been in touch for advice.

But there is more, much more, to come, according to those close to the situation. There is a recognition within the club that parts of the Hill Dickinson remain a blank canvas, and that more can be done to make it feel like home. As such, a project of ‘Evertonisation’ is ongoing. The addition of statues of club legends such as Dixie Dean and Howard Kendall are being considered.

Legendary manager Howard Kendall is also in line to be honoured with a statue

Major improvements are planned for the sweeping fan plaza, which would see it flipped into a 15,000-capacity outdoor venue for concerts and music festivals. Oktoberfest and Christmas Markets at Everton? Do not rule it out. The club currently have a licence to host six concerts inside the stadium, which they are hoping to lift to 10.

Everton want to acquire the neighbouring Nelson Dock, which is currently derelict, and deliver more transformation (which may also require tons of sand from the bottom of the sea to fill it in). The aim is to extend the club’s footprint and provide additional hospitality and leisure facilities.

The Friedkins’ portfolio includes a chain of award-winning hotels, The Auberge Collection, with properties in destinations such as California’s Napa Valley, Hawaii and Florence. Liverpool may soon be an addition to that list.

Improving non-matchday revenue is viewed as a key area which can be improved. While the NFL are happy with their UK offering in London and are seeking to expand into other European cities, hosting a regular season fixture has not been ruled out.

This week, the Hill Dickinson hosted Scotland’s friendly with the Ivory Coast. In the winter it staged a Test match between England and Australia and is set to become the new home of rugby league. This season it will be the venue for Super League’s Magic Weekend, when all top-flight clubs play at one venue, and it may well succeed Old Trafford as the host of the competition’s showpiece Grand Final.

With attendances a worry, the RFL could even seek to inject some life into its Challenge Cup Final by shifting it from Wembley to Merseyside. Across codes, England’s union side will play Fiji there on July 11 in the new Nations Championship. Euro 2028 matches are already secured.

Already, Everton are beating rivals across the North West to host events. The belief is that the Hill Dickinson is already proving to be the ‘Tottenham of the North’ (in a complimentary way).

The half-hour stroll from the stadium along the banks of the River Mersey to the city centre, on what is described as the ‘North Shore’ is set to be transformed, with a central park and walkway along with new residential areas as part of a partnership between the club and the local council. Much is aimed at the blossoming tourism industry, with Liverpool in the top five most-visited UK cities.

Currently, tours of Hill Dickinson are well-populated but tend to be made up almost exclusively of Everton loyalists and the aim is to extend and to include those who disembark cruise liners at the port.

Within the club’s structure much more expertise is already on board. The Friedkins quite quickly recognised a lack of leadership when they arrived and quickly set about rectifying it. No fewer than 14 hires have been made on the watch of chief executive Angus Kinnear, from a president of business operations to a chief revenue officer. The idea is to allow those in charge to act with autonomy and be best in class. The early signs are positive.

All of the above is aimed at providing Everton a competitive advantage on the field over the clubs from 7th to 12th place, and an opportunity to close the gap on a Big Six that, Tottenham dependent, may soon turn into a Big Five.

European football, a realistic prospect all of a sudden, would help. Matchday and commercial revenue is already on course to be the seventh-highest in the Premier League. There is a realisation that to consistently finish between fifth and eighth requires a squad value of around £550m, a £200m jump from the values of those that tend to finish between ninth and 17th.

Should you want to break into the top four, that figure rises to around £850m. Europe would also impact on Everton’s summer transfer business, opening up a new category of player.

Regardless, the club is already in a different ballpark to where it was pre-Friedkin when it comes to recruitment. Ahead of the summer window the combined impact of no relegation fears and a sparkling new stadium has shifted the dial.

The arrivals of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Grealish are seen as moves that herald a new era. That kind of talent is where Everton wants to be. Grealish may extend his stay and Daily Mail Sport understands that there is a growing confidence that he will do so. Talks are ongoing with City over another loan switch or a permanent deal.

After picking up his season-ending stress fracture in February the former Aston Villa playmaker decided to remain with Everton for his rehabilitation, which is a rarity and no doubt a positive sign.

He enjoys life in the North West and life at Everton. Despite only being ‘borrowed’ he has thrown himself into community activities. A heartwarming recent video showed him interacting naturally – albeit lying face down on the physio’s table – with a delighted group from the club’s down syndrome team.

‘If you ask him to come for an hour he’s there for two,’ one insider explained. ‘If you ask him to do two activities he’s doing four or five – he’s absolutely in his element.’

Moyes was at the centre of the move for Grealish. He tends to be at the centre of everything. Those inside the dressing room say his message all season has been that Europe should be the target. His view of Everton is that its rightful place is among the country’s elite.

This summer there will be sufficient funds to bring in four or five first-team ready players and the profile will shift slightly to those with more experience. That may not necessarily be in the Premier League but Moyes’s blueprint is clear. He wants players he can trust, whose work rate cannot be questioned.

There is an acceptance that a new striker is a priority area, and much of the focus will be around ensuring next season he has more firepower at his disposal, although the recent upturns in the form of Thierno Barry and Beto have not gone unnoticed. The hope is to replicate what Brentford have done with Igor Thiago, a £30m signing from Club Brugge who has scored 19 goals in 31 Premier League starts this season.

The analytics and recruitment company that the Friedkins bought, which serves both Everton and sister club Roma, will earn its corn. Much emphasis will be placed on a golden metric it operates, which delivers a probability of how well a player from overseas will adapt to the Premier League based on a series of indicators.

When all of the filters are applied and the shortlists drawn up, it will be over to Moyes to run his own checks. These tend to be around the intangibles, such as character, desire and dressing room fit.

That dressing room already subscribes to the ‘no d**kheads’ policy made famous by the All Blacks, with the likes of James Tarkowski, Seamus Coleman and Jordan Pickford ensuring nobody gets above their station.

Everton want more firepower but the upturn in form of the likes of Beto (centre), who scored twice in the win over Chelsea, has not gone unnoticed

With a new pool of talent to target, Everton will be ‘more aggressive’, according to those who know. The Premier League’s switch to squad cost to revenue ratio will assist, given the upturn commercially.

Despite what has happened since at Manchester United, some may wonder if Moyes is the man to oversee this step to the next level. There are no such concerns within the club.

The view is that, while the 62-year-old Scot has made a name for himself by leading teams to safety and beyond, the opportunity to build something long-term has been elusive since he first departed Everton to go to Old Trafford, and that he is not only the right man for the job but the perfect man for the job.

The club’s famous academy has also been earmarked for improvement. Internally, there is a view that the well has been allowed to run dry and that the conveyor belt has slowed. When a club is struggling to pay its bills, as Everton was at the fag end of the Farhad Moshiri regime, the academy is often the target for savings.

That is no longer the case. Officials believe that Everton can offer a pathway to the first team above and beyond that provided by their North West rivals. That they can look parents in the eye and tell them that their child has more chance of making it here than anywhere else.

Extra investment has been made. The club believe they were successful in bringing children into the setup at the age of six but were then losing the best of them to perceived bigger rivals when they hit 12.

Nick Cox, formerly Manchester United’s director of academy, is now Everton’s technical director and is influential, but there is an immediate gap to be filled with a dearth of talent coming through behind Harrison Armstrong, a gifted midfielder who has made 13 first-team appearances this season.

As a result, focus will be placed on recruiting players between the ages of 16 to 20. The view is that there are a lot of unhappy parents and a lot of prospects elsewhere who have 14 players blocking their route to the first team at clubs whose strategy is to stockpile talent.

The academy will be overhauled to fill the dearth of talent behind Harrison Armstrong, a gifted midfielder who has made 13 first-team appearances this season

The women’s team is another area for improvement. Attendances have trebled, albeit from a tiny base of around 1,200, since the move to Goodison Park, which is now also the home of the club’s education provision and community arm. The aim is to get attendances to 20,000, but that may well rely on the wider growth of the women’s game.

Ahead of the takeover some, battle-scarred Evertonians wondered if the Friedkins were coming in to flip the business for a quick profit. In reality, they could do that now if they wished.

Football’s most-distressed asset has been turned around. The Americans have, according to those close to them, no intention of cashing in.

Indeed, the view is that they are only getting started. Every game is sold out and there are 20,000 people on the season-ticket waiting list. To them, this feels like the start and not the end. Everton are on the rise.

Wilkinson radiated joy in a brown maxi dress and black blazer as she unveiled her partnership with Effecty, a service that links people with certified medical professionals to assess the suitability of treatments.

Kendra Through the Years

Kendra Wilkinson, who rose to fame as a Playboy model and reality TV star, is no stranger to the spotlight. At 39, she first gained attention in 2004 while attending the 78th birthday celebration of the late Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner. This appearance led to an invitation to reside in the renowned Playboy mansion, where she began a relationship with Hefner. “Hef asked me to […]”

Last month, Wilkinson exclusively told Us Weekly that she was starting GLP-1 shots with a goal in mind. “There’s nothing worse than being in a gym every single day, working out and not seeing any progress,” she told Us on March 21. “I hit 40. I’m happy. I’m at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I don’t want to go out and shop anymore. Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans.”

Las Vegas Raiders, Co-Owned by Tom Brady, Secure Surprising Agreement with Seasoned NFL Quarterback

0

In a surprising turn of events, seasoned NFL quarterback Kirk Cousins is set to join the Las Vegas Raiders. This unexpected move has sent ripples through the league, as many anticipated the Raiders would select Fernando Mendoza with the top pick in this month’s draft.

Despite widespread speculation, the Raiders, now under the leadership of Tom Brady, have opted for Cousins, who has previously showcased his talents with teams like the Minnesota Vikings and the Atlanta Falcons. This strategic choice highlights the team’s desire for experienced leadership under center.

Klint Kubiak, the newly appointed head coach of the Raiders, recently expressed his thoughts on the situation. He candidly shared his preference for not thrusting Mendoza into a starting role immediately, suggesting that the team was considering securing a veteran quarterback to guide their prospective rookie.

“Ideally, you don’t want him, referring to Mendoza, to start from day one,” Kubiak stated earlier this week. His comments underscored the value of having a young player develop by observing a seasoned professional in action.

“In a perfect world, having a young quarterback learn behind someone experienced is invaluable,” Kubiak added. “It doesn’t always pan out that way, but if a young player can sit behind a mature leader and observe their approach, it significantly aids their development.”

That paved the way for a deal with Cousins, who was released by the Falcons earlier in the offseason after two years in Atlanta. Cousins and Kubiak worked together for three seasons in Minnesota before the coach left in 2022.

Cousins was released by the Falcons earlier in the offseason after two years in Atlanta

Having traded away both Geno Smith and Kenny Pickett this offseason, the only quarterback on the Raiders’ roster was Aidan O’Connell.

Cousins finished last season strong, leading Atlanta to four straight wins down the stretch but the Falcons still missed the playoffs and coach Raheem Morris lost his job.

The 37-year-old threw for 876 yards in those four games with seven touchdowns and two interceptions Overall, he was 5-3 as a starter after opening the season backing up Michael Penix Jr.

Cousins has signed a contract that will see him earn $10million in Las Vegas next season. Of that, $1.3m will be paid by the Raiders and the rest by the Falcons. He will also get a fully guaranteed roster bonus of $10m next March. There is also a two-year team option for an additional $80m.

The decision to sign Cousins comes just a day after Kubiak watched Mendoza, the Heisman Trophy winner, practice at Indiana’s pro day in Bloomington.

All 32 NFL teams sent scouts to Indiana, more than 100 media members were credentialed and dozens of family members and friends of ex-Hoosiers showed up for a pro day unlike any other in school history.

Most came to see the guy expected to be the first-overall pick in this month’s NFL draft and Mendoza didn’t disappoint, using his platform to potentially help his ex-teammates improve their draft stock.

‘I feel like it went great,’ Mendoza said after throwing the last of his roughly 56 passes inside the John Mellencamp Pavilion.

The Raiders are expected to select Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft

The Raiders are expected to select Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft

‘You know quarterbacks have passed, have done shorter pro days than that. I just wanted to make sure everybody could showcase their abilities in front of all 32 NFL teams and really run routes that are applicable to the timing we’re going to be running in the NFL.’

Mendoza threw short, deep and medium-range passes, targeting receivers to the left, right and over the middle. He also threw on the run.

The former Florida prep star and Cal graduate wasn’t perfect, however. He overthrew a diving Elijah Sarratt on a deep ball by a half yard, one of several balls that hit the ground.

Then again, the 6-foot-5 22-year-old doesn’t have to be perfect after seemingly already convincing Las Vegas’ decision-makers to take him at No. 1. The Raiders also seem like a perfect fit for the Boston-born Mendoza, a longtime fan of Raiders minority owner Brady.

Mendoza’s 2025 season certainly got the attention of Brady, who attended January’s national championship game in Miami with majority owner Mark Davis and general manager John Spytek.

Mendoza completed 72 per cent of his throws for 3,535 yards with 41 touchdowns and six interceptions last season, showed his mettle with a twisting highlight-reel scoring run late in the national championship game and defeated a murderer’s row of football powerhouses – Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon and Miami – in succession to capture Indiana’s first outright Big Ten title since 1945 and the school’s first national football title.

At February’s NFL scouting combine, Mendoza skipped the workout and he participated only in the throwing session Wednesday.

Raiders coach Klint Kubiak said this week he didn't ideally want Mendoza to start in Week 1

Raiders coach Klint Kubiak said this week he didn’t ideally want Mendoza to start in Week 1

But with coach Curt Cignetti watching and with bright television lights in the corner of the end zones on opposite ends of the field, Mendoza may have shown how committed he is to excelling as a pro away from the field.

He arrived at 236lbs – 11lbs heavier than his listed playing weight. He looked strong and more capable of surviving the big blows from the NFL’s heavier, faster pass rushers.

‘I’m putting all of my efforts toward just trying to be the best quarterback possible for the season,’ he said.

‘But I know at the next level, there’s going to be a lot more snaps under center and that’s a big adjustment. I need to get used to that and just the nature of the game. Not only that, the hash (marks) are more condensed and the speed of the game is faster. So all those things, I look forward to learning.’

Mendoza said he’s already met the Raiders twice, once at the combine and again on Zoom, and he has one additional meeting scheduled before Las Vegas goes on the draft clock April 23.

Sheriff Sidelines Experienced Detectives, Assigns Inexperienced Officer to Nancy Guthrie Case

0

As scrutiny intensifies over the Pima County Sheriff’s Office and its handling of the search for 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, insider sources reveal that Sheriff Chris Nanos may have initially removed the most seasoned investigators from the case.

According to sources familiar with the department, during the time of Guthrie’s suspected abduction, only one detective on the homicide squad had more than three years of experience. The remaining five detectives had been on the squad for less than two years, and their supervising sergeant had no prior experience in homicide investigations.

Additionally, there was another detective with less than a year of experience, who has since been reassigned.

At the same time, at least two experienced homicide detectives were reportedly set aside due to not being in favor with Nanos’ leadership, as stated by one source. These detectives had been moved to the cold case division.

The sheriff later brought one of them into the Guthrie investigation after it went into a task force phase in late February. The task force, consisting of county detectives and FBI agents, is separate from the initial homicide squad assigned to the case.

Guthrie’s whereabouts remain unknown, and Nanos has publicly maintained optimism that she could still be alive, telling Fox News Digital previously that “anything’s possible.” Homicide detectives, however, have been part of the case since the first week.

The homicide sergeant’s apparent lack of experience is not necessarily a problem, either, according to Joseph Giacalone, a retired NYPD sergeant and former professor of criminal justice.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

“There are other experienced detectives that should be helping,” Giacalone told Fox News Digital. “But also, [Nanos] has two major cities within striking distance, Phoenix and Tucson, who he could’ve asked for some assistance to come in and share their experience and knowledge with his people.”

Doing so would’ve been a sign of leadership, he said.

“A lack of experience can be overcome by mentorship and training,” he added.

At the start of the search for Guthrie, the county deputies union blasted the sheriff for a staffing decision that allegedly delayed the flight of the sheriff’s high-tech search and rescue plane — with its pilot reassigned to regular street patrols.

“You have to understand, he terrorizes the entire department and makes examples out of anyone even perceived to be disloyal,” one of the sources said. “I know that sounds hyperbolic. It is not.”

Although Guthrie’s whereabouts remain unknown after more than two months, Nanos said early on in the case that homicide detectives were involved in the case.

Separately, the county board of supervisors has hired outside legal counsel to guide them on how to respond to allegations that the sheriff perjured himself during a deposition in a First Amendment lawsuit brought against him by one of his own deputies.

The board plans to bring Nanos into a hearing and demand he answers questions.

Guthrie is believed to have been taken from her home in the Catalina Foothills in the early morning hours of Feb. 1.

A trail of blood droplets led from her front door to the edge of her driveway, but law enforcement sources said there were no signs of a struggle inside.

Guthrie’s daughter, “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie, revealed in her first televised interview since her mom’s disappearance that the back doors were propped open.

DNA testing has so far not led to a publicly identified suspect or any arrests. Digital forensics recovered jarring surveillance images of a masked man at Guthrie’s front door on the morning of her abduction and overnight on Jan. 11.

The family is asking anyone with information on the case to dial 1-800-CALL-FBI.

Rudy Giuliani’s Legal Defenses Rejected in High-Profile Sexual Harassment and Rape Lawsuit

0

Left: Rudy Giuliani (zz/NDZ/STAR MAX/IPx 2022). Right: Noelle Dunphy (Inside Edition).

Rudy Giuliani faced a significant setback in a civil lawsuit accusing him of coercing a former aide into sexual activities.

On Monday, a judge in New York State refused to throw out the workplace harassment case brought forth by Noelle Dunphy, who claims she was employed by the ex-mayor of New York City from 2019 to 2021.

Initiated in May 2023, the lawsuit accuses Giuliani of engaging in alcohol-fueled tirades filled with sexist, racist, and antisemitic comments. It also alleges that he frequently used Viagra, often drawing Dunphy’s attention to his arousal, insisting that he couldn’t work until she “took care of this.”

The case has been entangled in numerous motions and pretrial activities over the years. Dunphy submitted an updated complaint in January 2025, while Giuliani responded with a dismissal motion in March 2025.

In February of this year, both parties attended a hearing that narrowed down the defense’s list of issues.

Now, in a seven-page ruling, Supreme Court of New York County Judge Nicholas W. Moyne dispensed with each of Giuliani’s remaining arguments in turn and allowed the case to move forward to discovery.

“The Court finds that the amended complaint states legally cognizable claims upon which relief can be granted,” the order reads. “Factual disputes over the credibility of the plaintiff’s narrative or the exact contours of the relationship are reserved for summary judgment or trial. The motion to dismiss is denied in its entirety.”

The former federal prosecutor’s first line of defense was to launch a standing attack on Dunphy by claiming that her damages had been inflated. This argument, however, did not actually align with how standing doctrine works.

The court explains, at length:

The defendants argue that Ms. Dunphy lacks standing because her demand for damages suspiciously increased from $3.1 million in her pro se Summons with Notice to $10 million in her amended complaint, which they claim demonstrates a lack of injury-in-fact. This argument is without merit. Ms. Dunphy alleges she was sexually assaulted and deprived of approximately $2 million in wages. Being the victim of sexual assault and wage theft constitutes a concrete, cognizable injury. Furthermore, under New York law, a summons with notice does not cap the damages in a subsequently filed complaint once the defendant appears; the complaint becomes the controlling document.

Giuliani went on to argue Dunphy’s specific assault claim was filed outside of the window under the Adult Survivors Act (ASA), a recently passed law that provided a limited look-back window for removing the statute of limitations on certain lawsuits filed by sexual assault victims.

Again, Moyne found the defense’s claims unavailing.

“The ASA created a one-year revival window,” the judge explains, adding that the clock began ticking on Nov. 24, 2022.

“Ms. Dunphy commenced this action within that window,” the order goes on. “The amended complaint alleges that Mr. Giuliani placed the plaintiff in reasonable apprehension of unwarranted sexual contact. Because these threats of violence were intertwined with the allegedly consummated sexual offenses alleged under Penal Law Article 130, the assault claim is sufficiently pled and preserved.”

In a footnote, Moyne takes a broader view of what the amended complaint alleges under Empire State criminal laws — effectively underscoring how relatively limited the claims are in the lawsuit.

Again, the decision and order, at length:

Giuliani’s alleged actions would, if proven, constitute sexual offenses as defined in Article 130 of the New York Penal Law, including but not limited to rape in the first degree (§ 130.35), rape in the third degree (§ 130.25) sexual abuse in the first degree (§ 130.65), sexual abuse in the third degree (§ 130.55), sexual misconduct (§ 130.20), and forcible touching (§ 130.52).

While the lawsuit does not seek criminal punishment, the claims dovetail closely with sexual assault-based crimes.

Dunphy also claimed liability under a statute that prohibits violence “due, at least in part, to an animus based on the victim’s gender.” And, again, Giuliani tried and failed to contest the applicability of this statute to the litigation at hand.

“The defendants argue that Ms. Dunphy failed to adequately plead gender-based animus,” Moyne goes on. “The defendants are wrong. The plaintiff’s claims in the amended complaint that she was subjected to non-consensual sexual intercourse and/or oral sex are sufficient to allege animus on the basis of gender. Rape and sexual assault are inherently dehumanizing violations of bodily autonomy, and ‘animus inheres where consent is absent.’ Because Ms. Dunphy explicitly alleges non-consensual sexual intercourse and oral sex, the animus requirement is satisfied at the pleading stage.”

The court also observes that the alleged “numerous misogynistic and degrading remarks made by Giuliani” against Dunphy provide “independent support for gender-based animus.”

Dunphy also sued under the state and New York City human rights laws. Here, Giuliani tried to claim the plaintiff was not entitled to those protections because she was not actually a New Yorker. Again, the judge was not having it.

“Ms. Dunphy alleges she was flown to New York, introduced to staff in New York, and performed substantial work (and suffered severe abuse) inside Giuliani’s Upper East Side apartment,” the order continues. “These allegations, and numerous others like them that are plead throughout the amended complaint, are more than sufficient to establish a sufficient nexus and impact in New York to survive a motion to dismiss.”

Notably, Dunphy also sued Giuliani’s eponymous businesses — adding reciprocal aiding and abetting claims into the litigation. Those claims also survived the defense motion to dismiss.

“The defendants ignore the fact that Giuliani could aid and abet the corporate defendants’ conduct, and they could aid and abet his,” Moyne goes on. “Ms. Dunphy alleges that Giuliani aided and abetted the Giuliani companies’ discriminatory conduct—specifically their failure to implement sexual harassment policies, lack of HR oversight, and condonation of his actions—and that the companies similarly aided and abetted Giuliani. An individual can be held liable for aiding and abetting an employer’s unlawful discrimination, even if the individual’s own actions served as the predicate.”

The order goes on to tersely reject an additional five arguments over various claims on which Dunphy seeks to make Giuliani and his businesses liable — keeping each claim alive for the plaintiff.

Analysis Unveils How Fuel Crisis is Altering Easter Plans for Australian Families

It also found one-third of holidaymakers cancelled or postponed their Easter plans due to economic uncertainty.

Consumer confidence has plummeted to its lowest point since the 2008 global financial meltdown, coinciding with rising prices.

“That’s quite concerning,” remarked Will Golsby, the Chief Executive of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA, in an interview with 9News.

“We’ve witnessed a significant drop in confidence throughout the community,” he added.

A recent survey conducted by the chamber revealed that 63% of consumers are feeling increased pressure from fuel costs, while 27% are affected by rising interest rates.

Consequently, one in three people are either cancelling or shortening their travel plans, and a staggering 80% are cutting back on discretionary spending.

“That flow-on effect to business, especially at a busy time like Easter, when travel, tourism, our regional businesses are all going to be impacted,” Golsby said.

A survey by the WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry found 63 per cent of consumers feel more pressure from fuel costs, compared with 27 per cent who are feeling the pinch from interest rates. (9News)

Golsby called for extra help in the upcoming state budget.

“We think the government needs to look at transport costs – costs right across the board – household costs, electricity,” Golsby said.

WA Opposition Leader Basil Zempilas also called out the rising costs.

“We know that fish is more expensive than it’s ever been,” he said.

“We know that the price of meat at supermarkets has gone up. We know the price of fresh fruit and veggies is on the rise.”

WA Treasurer Rita Saffioti promised cost of living was at the top of the agenda but remained coy on possible announcements.

“I’ll release that on budget day but supporting households during these testing times is a number one priority of this government,” she said.

The six companies providing fuel to WA who are compelled by the energy minister’s new emergency powers have been revealed as BP, Viva, Chevron, Mobil, United and Ampol.

They’re required to provide “sensitive information” in relation to stock and distribution, or risk being fined up to $100,000 per day.

Four of them complied before the emergency powers for fuel were enacted, while two suppliers were still holding back. Their time runs out tomorrow.

“Look, they’ve been co-operative, but we want them to be more transparent,” Premier Roger Cook said.

Jack Whitehall Praises Daily Mail’s Exclusive Coverage of His Star-Studded Stag Do

Jack Whitehall recently credited the Daily Mail with helping him fill in the gaps of his hazy stag do memories. During a conversation with Chris Moyles, Whitehall recounted how his day of celebration began with drinks as early as 11 a.m.

The comedian, who has been tapped to host Saturday Night Live, celebrated his upcoming nuptials with a lively bash last Saturday. Joining him were friends like James Corden and Jamie Redknapp. The group hit up a mini-golf venue called Swingers before heading to a more risqué club.

Whitehall is preparing to tie the knot with model Roxy Horner, 34, in the coming weeks. On Thursday, he shared some insights into the “unwise” escapades of the night on Radio X.

Admitting to a somewhat fragmented recollection due to beginning the day with Guinness, Whitehall described the event as “pretty tame.”

He reflected, “It was relatively sensible, pretty tame. I started with Guinness at about 11 o’clock in the morning.”

‘Which was not that wise. I have a sort of patchy memory about what sort of happened in the evening.

‘But luckily, it was all reported in the Daily Mail the following day so I got to wake up and literally get a blow-by-blow itinerary of what I was doing the night before.’

He went on to say he was made to wear an inflatable crown, a Tottenham Hotspurs shirt and a cape for the outing.

Jack kicked off Saturday’s festivities wearing a golden crown during a six-hour pub crawl through Soho.

He was joined on his stag by Redknapp, Corden and ex-rugby player Lawrence Dallaglio.

James, 47, and Jamie, 52, were long-time colleagues of Whitehall on Sky’s sports-comedy panel show A League Of Their Own.

Their stag do reunion started at the Devonshire pub at 3pm, where Jack was clearly already in high spirits, raising glasses and laughing with his close-knit friends.

Their camaraderie was evident with pictures showing the group laughing and embracing each other.

By 5pm the party had moved to risque cabaret venue The Box in Soho, usually an evening-only venue, for what was thought to be a private show.

At 8.30pm the celebrations took a playful turn with a round of mini-golf at Swingers.

James briefly vanished for a couple of hours, sparking speculation that he might have stepped away to put his children to bed before returning to join the group.

The evening then continued at the Soho Hotel bar, with whispers that Whitehall may have been staying there, keeping the group together for late-night drinks.

Jack has been with Roxy since 2020 and the couple announced their engagement in 2024. A year earlier, in September 2023, they announced the birth of their first child.

Ex-Turnstile Member Brady Ebert Faces Serious Legal Trouble with Attempted Murder Charge

0

Brady Ebert, a foundational figure in the Grammy Award-winning band Turnstile, has been arrested on charges of attempted second-degree murder.

According to police records accessed by the Daily Mail, the 33-year-old guitarist was apprehended on Tuesday, March 31, in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Beyond the attempted murder charge, Ebert faces an additional count of assault in connection with an incident that occurred on Sunday, March 29.

Ebert appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday, April 1, and is currently being held without the option of bail.

Ebert was instrumental in forming the Baltimore-based hardcore punk band Turnstile in 2010. He departed from the group in 2022, just as they were gaining widespread recognition. Earlier this year, Turnstile celebrated winning their first two Grammy Awards.

The guitarist has worried fans with his social media behavior in recent months and was even kicked out of his new band The S.E.T. weeks before the release of their debut album Self Evident Truth.

Back in February The S.E.T. took to Instagram to announce: ‘Brady is no longer a member of THE S.E.T.

‘We will not stand by his ridiculous comments and behavior toward the members of our band and our community. We will continue to put on for Baltimore hardcore and thank everyone for their support.’

Before that Ebert had posted several inflammatory statements about his former band Turnstile on social media even going as far as dropping major claims against individual members.

The most notable was when he had accused his former band of misusing funds from a charity show when he was still part of it.

Turnstile had posted a graphic reading ‘abolish ICE,’ in reference to US federal law enforcement agency U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which was then reposted by journalist Jesea Lee.

‘No one in Turnstile cares at all about ethics or social issues in general, Ebert replied to Lee as claimed his former band were ‘just pandering to their audience.’

He went on to claim that frontman Brendan Yates had stole money from the charity gig which claimed ‘all proceeds go to healthcare for the homeless.’

Ebert and Yates – who is also the drummer of Trapped Under Ice – originally formed the band over a decade-and-a-half ago with Franz Lyons, Daniel Fang, and Sean Cullen. In 2015, Cullen was replaced by Pat McCrory of another Baltimore band called Angel Du$t.

Ebert was credited as an essential part of Turnstile’s sound as his guitar rifts set the tone for the act especially in the early days which was louder and more aggressive.

Back in August 2022, Turnstile announced: ‘Turnstile and Brady Ebert are parting ways. We are deeply grateful for our time together. Our love for him continues and we wish him nothing but the best moving forward.’

Never Enough was a critical and commercial success for the band as it was a constant on several ‘best of 2025’ lists in addition to peaking at No. 9 on the US Billboard 200.

Unraveling the Fate of Peter Parker: Could ‘Brand New Day’ Spell His End?

0

The conclusion of “Spider-Man: No Way Home” shakes up the narrative in a dramatic way. Following a whirlwind of multiverse chaos, Spider-Man, played by Tom Holland, turns to Doctor Strange, portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch, with a desperate plea to erase the world’s memory of Peter Parker. The spell succeeds, sending the villains back to their respective universes, but it also leaves Peter isolated, without the companionship of MJ (Zendaya) and Ned (Jacob Batalon).

The debut trailer for “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” paints a rather bleak picture for our hero. Not only is he grappling with loneliness, but he’s also experiencing profound changes that could significantly impact his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The lingering question is whether Peter still has a place in this evolving landscape. As he faces a grueling journey in his next adventure, there looms the unsettling possibility that he might not survive.

Drawing from the trailer and available information about “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” and future Marvel endeavors, there’s speculation that Peter Parker’s days in the MCU could be numbered. While comic book lore often sees characters return from the dead, a somber farewell might be in store for our beloved web-slinger. Here’s why this could be the case.

It’s crucial to approach leaks with skepticism, as many self-proclaimed insiders have a mixed track record. An account known as My Time To Shine Hello, which has had some accurate predictions in the past, recently shared, “There are rumors this happens in Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” accompanied by a comic panel from “Kraven’s Last Hunt” depicting Spider-Man emerging from a grave.

What stands out is the cautious language used by My Time To Shine Hello. They emphasize “rumors,” hinting that a similar scene might occur in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.” Importantly, in the referenced storyline, Spider-Man doesn’t actually die. Instead, Kraven subdues him with a powerful tranquilizer, inducing a death-like coma. Kraven then buries him, leading to Spider-Man’s dramatic escape from the grave—a scene that has become iconic in the comic book world.

Online rumors state Spider-Man could die in Brand New Day

It’s important to take so-called leaks from self-proclaimed scoopers with a grain of salt, as most of them are hit and miss. The X account My Time To Shine Hello, which has had some success in the past, recently posted “There are rumors this happens in Spider-Man Brand New Day” next to a comic book panel from “Kraven’s Last Hunt” where Spider-Man emerges from a grave.

It’s important to note the wording My Time To Shine Hello uses. They don’t state anything definitively. It’s just that there are “rumors” a similar scene may play out in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.” It’s also noteworthy that, in this particular storyline, Spider-Man doesn’t technically die. Kraven shoots Spider-Man with a powerful tranquilizer dart that sends him into a death-like, comatose state. Kraven then buries Spider-Man, who eventually crawls his way out to create the iconic image.

It’s not much to go on, but it does suggest Spidey could die (at least temporarily) in “Brand New Day.” Whether we get a recreation of that image or not is another story. It doesn’t seem like Kraven the Hunter will appear in the film. It would’ve been nice to get a Spider-Man movie with Kraven as the antagonist (especially as the solo Kraven film was such a letdown). Either way, this quote-unquote “scoop” isn’t the only evidence that Spider-Man is about to have a very bad day.

Brand New Day is borrowing elements from The Other

There is an “Amazing Spider-Man” comic arc titled “Brand New Day,” which picks up after the events of “One More Day” where Peter makes a deal with Mephisto to erase his marriage to Mary-Jane Watson. And after Spider-Man’s secret identity was revealed to the world during “Civil War,” the deal also makes everyone forget that, too. “Brand New Day” is a soft reboot, making it a good title for the upcoming film, which also functions as something of a soft reboot where Peter Parker is on his own without any help from Stark technology. But after watching the trailer, it’s clear “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” is taking chunks from another Spider-Man comic. Specifically, there’s a lot of iconography to hint that “Brand New Day” will borrow from the mid-2000s story arc known as “The Other.”

In this arc, Peter is dying from a radiation-based illness caused by further mutations from the spider bite that gave him his powers in the first place. The “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” trailer shows Peter suffering from an illness, even blacking out at one point. In “The Other,” he visits the smartest people in the Marvel universe for help, including Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk. In “Brand New Day,” sure enough, Peter visits Bruce (Mark Ruffalo). Peter ultimately dies at the hands of Morlun in “The Other,” but he doesn’t stay dead for long, emerging anew from a web cocoon. The “Brand New Day” trailer has a scene of Peter seemingly waking up in a web cocoon, which hints at a similar scene of Peter dying and then being reborn.

Spider-Man could mutate into Man-Spider first

The idea of Peter Parker’s body mutating isn’t exclusive to “The Other.” 1990s kids may also remember that particular storyline from “Spider-Man: The Animated Series,” which remains the gold standard for Spider-Man cartoons. During Season 2, in the “Neogenic Nightmare” arc, Peter’s body changes, and at one point, he grows some extra arms. This is just the appetizer, though, as he eventually mutates into a creature known as Man-Spider, which is basically the hero as a giant, animalistic spider monster. Does the MCU have the guts to dive into pure body horror? That remains to be seen, but it’s possible Peter Parker could die temporarily in a metaphorical sense.

If Peter “dies” and transforms into a giant spider, that would work very well thematically for what “Brand New Day” is going for. He doesn’t exist anymore. No one knows who he is. He has no friends, and even Aunt May (Marissa Tomei) is dead. It would make sense for “Brand New Day” to see Peter dive solely into being Spider-Man, which is literally the only identity he has left. And if his human side is more of a burden than anything at this point, it would also make sense to have that manifest physically as him being a giant spider — at least for a little bit. It would certainly make “Brand New Day” stand out from all the other previous live-action Spider-Man movies.

The Punisher could be there to hunt Spider-Man

In addition to Bruce Banner, “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” will bring Jon Bernthal’s Punisher into the mix. It remains to be seen how big of a role he’ll have, but there’s a good chance he’s the one to put Spider-Man down. If “Brand New Day” wants to recreate the aforementioned panel in “Kraven’s Last Hunt” without Kraven the Hunter, the Punisher could be a good replacement. That’s especially true if the movie borrows more from the “Neogenic Nightmare” arc than it’s letting on.

In the episode “Chapter 7: Enter the Punisher,” the anti-hero sets his sights on Spider-Man after mistakenly believing that he’s kidnapped the scientist Michael Morbius (who was played by Jared Leto in Sony’s 2022 dud “Morbius”). Punisher has even more of a reason to try to kill him once he mutates into the terrifying Man-Spider and goes on the hunt.

In “Spider-Man: The Animated Series,” Punisher ultimately doesn’t kill Man-Spider. He’s stopped by, of all people, Kraven the Hunter. But “Brand New Day” might merge “Neogenic Nightmare” with “The Other.” Instead of getting killed by Morlun, like in “The Other,” Punisher could do the honors. This could then lead to him getting enveloped in a cocoon and reemerging stronger than before.

Spider-Man’s death could bring the Venom symbiote into play

There’s been a lot of speculation so far as to what “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” will entail, but there’s still a lingering Venom question after the events of “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” That film had a post-credits scene of Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) getting transported back into his original reality where Sony had a Spider-Man-less Spider-Man cinematic universe. However, a small portion of the Venom symbiote was left behind in the MCU.

It’s very possible (some would even say probable) that the MCU will simply ignore this symbiote going forward, but there could be a way to incorporate it into future storylines. If we assume Peter Parker dies in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” he’ll need to get revived somehow, and this small piece of symbiote could be the thing to do it. There’s a precedent for this in the comics — in “Spider-Man: Life Story,” which is an alternate continuity, it’s bonding with the Venom symbiote that allows Peter Parker to crawl his way out of the grave that Kraven buried him in after shooting him.

There’s a key moment in the “Brand New Day” trailer when Peter opens his eyes and they’re jet-black. And, earlier in the trailer, when Peter’s getting out of the web cocoon, one of his arms also looks kind of like it’s been overtaken by a symbiote. These could just be normal parts of whatever mutation he’s going through, but they could also be Peter adapting to the alien hivemind that’s part of his body. There’s a good chance both Marvel and Sony want audiences to forget about Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, but the pieces are there for the MCU to bring Venom into the fold if they want to.

Introducing Venom is perfect for Avengers: Secret Wars

After “Avengers: Doomsday,” the Marvel Cinematic Universe is heading toward “Avengers: Secret Wars.” There have been several “Secret Wars” iterations from Marvel Comics, but the first one from 1984 is noteworthy for introducing Spider-Man’s black suit created via the Venom symbiote. In the comics, Peter’s suit gets ripped on Battleworld, a planet where a bunch of heroes and villains fight one another. He then comes into contact with a device that can repair it. But, in actuality, this device contains the Venom symbiote, which attaches itself to Peter.

Venom has become a Marvel stand-out over the decades, and now that the Tom Hardy “Venom” movies are done and dusted, it’s high time to bring him into the MCU proper outside of an inconsequential post-credits scene. Is it possible that Peter Parker could meet his end in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” but there’s a quick tease of the Venom symbiote attaching to him, hinting that he’ll be back down the line in a new form?

It’s rumored that Tom Holland will not appear in “Avengers: Doomsday” but will return for “Avengers: Secret Wars” in a major way. If Peter dies and gets resurrected with the symbiote, it would make more sense for him to enter the Marvel fray once more on Battleworld with his black suit, maybe even recreating the iconic image where Spider-Man is reacting to his new threads while a bunch of Marvel characters fight one another in the background.

Spider-Man could be the Sacred Timeline’s anchor being

“Deadpool & Wolverine” introduced the idea of anchor beings into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Basically, this is a person whose existence is so crucial to their universe’s survival that, if they die, their reality gradually decays until it’s no more. Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) held that designation in Deadpool’s universe, but that’s a different reality from the MCU, which still doesn’t have a confirmed anchor being at this point. One of the leading contenders for the Sacred Timeline’s anchor being is none other than Spider-Man.

If Spidey is the MCU’s anchor being, then his death would have major ramifications beyond just losing a popular superhero. It would mean the MCU itself would slowly erode. Granted, “Deadpool & Wolverine” mentions how this takes place over thousands of years, but the film also introduced the concept of a Time Ripper, which could do it instantly.

What if some nefarious force attains the power to speed up the erosion, meaning the MCU is at risk of total annihilation? This would set the stage nicely for “Avengers: Doomsday.” Something major has to happen for multiple superhero teams to unite for some grand endeavor. The Sacred Timeline (read: Earth-616) could start imploding with Spider-Man’s death, forcing them all to come together to find a way to save it.

Of course, Spider-Man will be reborn

The “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” trailer ends with the following voiceover: “And for those spiders who make it through, it amounts to a kind of… rebirth.” That last word says it all. Even if Peter Parker dies in “Brand New Day,” we can confidently say that he’ll come back one way or another. He’s simply too popular to stay dead for long. We’ve gone over several possibilities of how he might die in “Brand New Day,” and most of them only work on the condition that he eventually comes back.

Whether it’s a web cocoon from “The Other” or a Venom symbiote, you can rest assured that if Spider-Man bites the dust in “Brand New Day,” it won’t be the end of Tom Holland’s iteration of the character. Sure, the Marvel Cinematic Universe could finally give us Miles Morales in live-action as a stop-gap, but Holland’s one of the few marketable faces the MCU has left at this point. To steal a quote from “Deadpool & Wolverine,” “They’re gonna make him do this ’til he’s 90.”
