Australian influencer Matilda Baxter has drawn attention after wearing an especially revealing outfit to a winery in South Australia following her controversial “Barbie waist” procedure.
Baxter, 23, who is known online as “Tilds Search”, recounted the uncomfortable experience in a TikTok video posted Saturday. She said a nearby family appeared stunned by her cut-out crop top and low-rise maxi skirt.
The influencer was visiting a McLaren Vale winery with her boyfriend, Alessandro, when she noticed the family repeatedly looking in their direction.
“The mum was in shock that I wore this,” Baxter said. “Sorry sweetheart, if you do see this, I’m a walking advertisement. This is my uniform, my work uniform. I look f**king good.”
Baxter, who says she has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on her surgically enhanced appearance, added: “I spend that much money on myself, why not show it off? If you see this, diva, maybe you should too.”
She also revealed that she and her boyfriend became intimate in the car on the journey home after drinking heavily during their winery visit.

“We did a wine pairing and were absolutely side-f**king-ways,” Baxter said, describing how intoxicated they became.
“I thought, ‘Yeah, we’ll just have a little bit of wine.’ No, we had about 10. Well, I did. Alessandro didn’t. It was just so funny.”
The video comes weeks after Baxter responded angrily to online comments about her changing appearance.
“If you have to put me through a group chat to talk s**t about how different I look, saying that I look like a Holocaust survivor with bolt-ons, then you are the lowest of the low,” she said during the lengthy rant.

“You are allowed to look completely different from how you looked a year ago, a week ago or even 10 minutes ago,” she continued.
Baxter argued that criticism ultimately benefits her financially, saying engagement with her posts—including likes, comments, shares and private group-chat discussions—helps generate income.
“I love how people say, ‘You are unrecognisable,’ as if I’m supposed to be offended,” she said. “Dig up the old photos, keep b***hing and keep comparing me. At the end of the day, I’m still a topic of discussion.”
Baxter also shared photographs from before undergoing the “Barbie waist” procedure and what she estimates was between $50,000 and $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery. She said she is pleased with her current appearance and enjoys the attention it attracts.

Her comments followed an angry response to people who criticised her changing appearance
“Whether it’s a group chat, a conversation or a headline, I’m still a topic in your boring f***ing life, okay? It makes me money,” she said.
‘Some people glow up and grow up, while all the others are in comment sections and group chats bullying and b***hing.’
The influencer then showed off how small her surgically enhanced waist is, demonstrating how it is narrower than her hands, and her new Chanel bag, which she also held up for comparison.
‘If I’m being talked about in your group chat, clearly I’ve won the game,’ she concluded.
