For example, in response to speculation about why her face appeared to be so different, Kyle addressed the rumors in her Instagram Stories in October 2020 (via Life & Style), telling fans she’d had a nose job.
Before you ask, she says she hasn’t had a facelift, but she has admitted to getting Botox every now and then, as per People.
Kyle has also been responsive about other procedures she’s had, including those that have nothing to do with her face. Kyle revealed in a Bravo special that she had liposuction, according to the Daily Mail.
Her facial treatment options have included laser and ‘PRP,’ which involve injections of platelet-rich plasma from her own blood.
Kyle Richards Before & After Photos Explored
Kyle Richards returned to Instagram shortly after revealing the face surgery news to share a complete look at her transformation, including before-and-after photos.
Kyle posted a series of photos showing a close-up of the bone poking out of her nose before surgery, as well as what her nose began to look like post-surgery, bruises and all. Her surgery was performed in California by Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants.
Kyle stated that the healing process was “not painful” despite the bruising. She also shared photos of her nose ten days after surgery, revealing that she wasn’t the only one pleased with the results.
Still, it will be some time before Kyle’s nose heals completely. She described that her nose would be swollen “for a while” and that the final result would not be visible for a year.

Kyle Richards previously got a nose job 14 years ago and has admitted to using liposuction and Botox in the past.
Richards admitted to having her nose done during an interview with SiriusXM Stars (via the Daily Mail). She also told People that she has “minimal Botox” and is “one of those people who believes that less is more.” “So many people have had so much done to their faces,” she said. “They have never looked better!”
Kyle has been married to real estate hunk Mauricio Umansky since 1996, with whom she has three daughters: Alexia, 24, Sophia, 20, and Portia, 12.
The reality TV star also has a 32-year-old daughter with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, whom she divorced in 1992.
