The atmosphere in the stands turned somber as the heartbroken England WAGs were seen wiping tears away, following Argentina’s triumphant ousting of the Three Lions from the World Cup on Wednesday night.
Amidst the emotional aftermath, Megan Pickford appeared crushed, watching her husband, footballer Jordan Pickford, break down on the pitch after the stinging defeat.
The night had begun on a hopeful note for England when Anthony Gordon found the back of the net, driving home a goal from Morgan Rogers’ cross to secure an early 1 – 0 advantage for the Three Lions.
The tides turned swiftly as Argentina, the reigning champions, pulled even with a spectacular long-range goal from Enzo Fernández.
With the clock ticking in stoppage time, Lionel Messi skillfully lofted a cross to the back post, paving the way for Lautaro Martínez to deliver the decisive header that sealed Argentina’s victory.
As the referee blew the whistle, Megan, 30, looked visibly upset with her hands placed on her head.

The influencer teamed the look with a red Celine belt and an adorable white Chanel bag.
She then switched into a mini black-and-white dress from Meshki, styled with a red Chanel bag.

But her chance to debut her looks was hit by a week-long delay when Megan revealed her airline had lost her suitcase last month.
