Unlock the Secrets Behind a Viral Workout for Amazing Results

0

A workout video featuring fitness trainer Nunzi has taken social media by storm, quickly amassing over 51 million views as users express their astonishment at his chiseled physique. This mesmerizing clip has ignited conversations across platforms, highlighting the power of a well-crafted fitness routine.

In the video, Nunzi, who is renowned as a certified ISSA master trainer, sports nutritionist, and high-performance coach, as well as a veteran bodybuilding competitor, introduces a challenging lower-body workout that viewers can do at home. The routine includes 50 wide sumo squats, 40 squats in a ballerina stance, 30 lunges for each leg, 20 single-leg Romanian deadlifts, and 10 explosive glute clenches.

While the grueling bodyweight workout has caught attention, it is Nunzi’s exceptional lower body musculature, particularly his well-defined glutes, that has left the online community in awe and buzzing with commentary.

Social Media Reactions

Viewers across the internet have been taken aback by the impressive glute development demonstrated by Nunzi, sparking a wave of comments as people candidly share their surprise and admiration.

“You got space in your living room for that?” one TikTok user asked.

“Bros got better cheeks than me,” another person commented.

“I just opened this app; now I’m closing it,” a third person pointed out.

“I’m very uncomfortable,” another person exclaimed.

“I will forever envy men who have a bigger butt than me,” someone chimed in.

“What land of TikTok did I land in?” another person asked.

While someone called the video “disgusting”, and compared his glutes to “cantaloupes”, many people were eager to learn from him, seeing that the workout had obvious results.

“Y’all laughing, but I’m obviously taking his advice. There’s the proof to prove it,” one person claimed.

“I’m going to be squatting like this as soon as I get off work,” a second person expressed.

“Laughing and taking notes,” a third echoed.

“I’m doing whatever you say,” another person shared.

Experts weigh in

While the daily body weight routine serves as a great workout for beginners, fitness industry experts warn against expecting massive transformation from body weight alone.

Dani Carr, Anytime Fitness multi-site franchisee and personal trainer, weighed in on the viral trend.

“What he’s doing is certainly better than doing nothing — and these exercises can help activate and strengthen the glutes,” Carr told news.com.au.

“If you look at his other content, he also trains with heavy cables and weights, which is far more likely to have contributed to the results we’re seeing.”

Carr emphasised that building significant muscle requires progressive overload.

“That means gradually increasing the challenge placed on the muscles, usually through heavier weights or greater resistance,” he said.

“Your body adapts to the same stimulus over time, so after several weeks, repeating the same body weight exercises will become less effective unless you continue to increase the difficulty.”

Why the video went viral

Carr revealed the reason why the video went “viral”, as he claims it “flips a stereotype on its head”.

“For years, glute workouts were marketed almost entirely to women, so seeing a guy focus on lower-body training is an instant scroll-stopper,” Carr shared.

“I think it’s driven more by the sheer novelty factor than by being deeply educational content.”

He went on to say that it is becoming more normal for men to work out and train their glutes, because it is “essential for power, performance and avoiding back pain.”

“By making it look simple and accessible, he’s hit a sweet spot — appealing to women who want new exercises, and giving men the green light to train their lower body properly,” Carr said.

He recommends that everyone try the exercises Nunzi demonstrates, but warns not to expect “one viral routine to deliver the same result”.

Controversial Right-Wing Figure Milo Yiannopoulos Reportedly Detained by ICE

0

Milo Yiannopoulos, a right-wing influencer known for his stint as Kanye West’s chief of staff and current role as his publicist, has reportedly been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

According to sources, the British provocateur was apprehended at a Louisiana airport. Inmate records confirm his present location at a detention center in the area, as detailed by TMZ.

Details regarding his travel motives to Louisiana remain unclear, although it coincides with Kanye West’s scheduled performance at the Superdome in New Orleans this Friday.

Yiannopoulos, who gained notoriety as a political commentator, has consistently championed the causes of immigration restriction and mass deportation.

In 2017, Yiannopoulos stated he was residing in the United States on an O-1 nonimmigrant visa, designated for individuals with ‘extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics,’ according to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services policy manual.

The Daily Mail has contacted Yiannopoulos and ICE for comment.

O-1 visas, which require sponsorship by an ‘agent’ or employer, can also be given to individuals of ‘extraordinary achievement’ in movies and TV.

Yiannopoulos enjoys a longstanding association with West and acted as director of political operations on his 2024 US presidential campaign.

In 2022, during his time as West’s political honcho, he helped arrange the rapper’s explosively controversial Mar-a-Lago summit with Donald Trump and the self-described ‘white identitarian’ streaming star Nick Fuentes.

Yiannopoulous has since dramatically fallen out with Fuentes, whom he now relentlessly derides on X, formerly known as Twitter.

In 2017, he exchanged vows in Hawaii with a black man whom he publicly referred to only as ‘John,’ otherwise carefully concealing his identity.

As such, it remains unconfirmed whether Yiannopoulos became eligible to obtain American citizenship or a green card via marriage to a US national.

Yiannopoulos has characterized himself as ‘ex-gay’ since 2021, and has commenced divorce proceedings with his husband.

His reported ICE woes come after his client, West, was banned from Yiannopoulos’ native Britain over the antisemitic diatribes that torpedoed his career, including praise for Hitler and a vow to go ‘death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.’

West took out a full-page ad apologizing for the comments in the Wall Street Journal this January, three months before he was prohibited from entering the UK.

He was scheduled to a headline a music festival at Finsbury Park in London that was called off altogether after his appearance became impossible.

West has also seen planned concerts canceled in Poland and France this year as a result of the continuing backlash to his past tirades about Jews.

He was set to perform at the Gazprom Arena in St Petersburg in October, which would have made him the highest-profile western artist to play Russia since the outbreak of the Ukraine War, but those shows were also scrapped amid blowback.

However he has been able to mount concerts in America, as well as in Mexico, Turkey and such post-Soviet countries as Georgia and Kazakhstan.

In his Wall Street Journal ad, West blamed his antisemitic remarks on his infamous 2002 car crash, which he claimed left him with brain damage that went ‘unnoticed’ and led to the development of his subsequently diagnosed bipolar disorder.

Tragic Fire Claims Lives of 14 Newborns in Pakistan Nursery Hospital

Authorities confirmed that at least 14 infants perished in the ferocious blaze that engulfed the nursery early Wednesday morning. Despite these grim circumstances, a glimmer of hope emerged as hospital officials revealed that one baby was heroically rescued from the inferno.

The fire erupted at approximately 6:45 a.m., confined to the nursery area following the explosion of an air conditioning compressor, according to statements from hospital and rescue personnel. Fortunately, swift action ensured that the inferno did not spread to other hospital wards, containing the damage to the gynecology section.

Dr. Aneeza Jalil, the hospital’s spokesperson, disclosed that the precious life of one infant was saved by a courageous doctor amid the chaos. She further noted that six of the tiny victims’ bodies have been returned to heartbroken families while efforts continue to reunite the remaining families with their lost loved ones.

Video showed grieving families distraught with sorrow as investigators examined blasted out windows and authorities worked to secure the scene.

“I don’t know what to say or whom to blame,” a woman The Associated Press (AP) identified as Mrs. Mohammad Sami said.

“I have lost my child,” she told the outlet, just three days after she reportedly gave birth.

The incident prompted Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to remove Health Secretary Aslam Ghauri, the country’s highest civil servant, from office.

Sharif ordered an immediate investigation.

“A tragedy involving children is an irreparable loss,” he said.

Shortly after the incident, Sharif convened a high-level meeting in which he expressed anger at officials for the incident and removed Ghauri.

Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari also weighed in, offering condolences to the families and saying the deaths amounted to a “heartbreaking and an irreparable loss.”

NASA Moon Photo Reveals Enigmatic Object, Igniting Alien Theories Worldwide

0

A recent photograph from the moon’s terrain has generated a buzz with whispers about potential alien life.

Captured by NASA’s Lunar Orbiter 3 back in 1967, the image was taken during preparations for humanity’s inaugural journey to the moon.

Fast forward nearly sixty years, and UFO enthusiast Scott Waring suggests the photo may depict something far beyond the iconic lunar surface.

Waring contends that a peculiar elongated shape visible in the image represents an alien spaceship, poised above the surface at a staggering length of 3.4 miles.

To arrive at this calculation, Waring compared the object’s size against Theophilus crater—known to be 68 miles wide—surmising the alleged spacecraft to be roughly one-twentieth its length.

For him, the photograph carries a chilling implication: that humanity was being watched before astronauts ever set foot on the moon.

‘This is 100% proof that aliens were watching humans before we ever stepped on the moon,’ he wrote on his website UFO Sightings Daily.

He even suggested that the enormous vessel would be considered a ‘small shuttle craft’ by its supposed occupants.

However, Waring provides no independent evidence that the feature is a spacecraft, and neither its claimed size nor its alleged extraterrestrial origin has been established.

NASA has also maintained that it has no evidence of extraterrestrial life and has yet to find any signs of current or past life on Mars.

Waring, however, is sure that the mysterious object in the photo is an alien craft.

‘There is a long spacecraft hovering over the moon’s surface in a NASA photo from 1967,’ he wrote in his blog

‘I took the measurement of the crater in the photo called Theophilus crater, which is 110km or 68 miles across by 4.4km or 2.7 miles deep, and can conclude that this UFO is 1/20 the length of the crater…equals 5.5km or 3.4 miles long UFO.

‘That’s huge to us humans, but to aliens, it’s considered a small shuttle craft.’

While the American space agency has dismissed aliens visiting the moon, the Trump Administration’s UFO files have revealed unexplainable phenomena during the Apollo moon missions.

On May 8, the US Department of War released hundreds of pages of documents, pictures and audio recordings allegedly providing evidence of extraterrestrial sightings dating back to the 1940s.

Included in what has been described as the first batch of UFO files expected to come from the Pentagon this year were the transcripts of the Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 moon missions.

He believes an elongated feature in the image is an alien spacecraft hovering above the surface, stretching an astonishing 3.4 miles from end to end

Those files and a collection of images taken by the astronauts on the moon revealed multiple encounters with strange objects that appear to fly around their lunar landers.

During the Apollo 17 mission in 1972, astronauts Gene Cernan, Jack Schmitt and Ron Evans reported seeing a bright object that rotated and flashed rhythmically out in space.

Cernan said: ‘I’m looking at what – what Jack was talking about; and it’s definitely not a particle that’s nearby because there is another one I can look at and get a three-dimensional comparison with.’

‘It is a bright object, and it’s obviously rotating because it’s flashing. It’s way out in the distance, as I say, because there are particles that are close by and it’s obviously not one of those,’ the astronaut described.

‘It’s apparently rotating in a very rhythmic fashion because the flashes come around almost – almost on time. And as we look back at the Earth, it’s up at about 11:00 about – oh, maybe 10 or 12 Earth diameters. I don’t know whether that does you any good, but there is something out there.’

During the lunar landing, which was the last time humans stepped on the moon’s surface, the crew of Apollo 17 also reported seeing multiple small objects moving near the spacecraft during their flight.

‘Now we’ve got a few very bright particles or fragments or something that go drifting by as we maneuver,’ Evans told the command center on Earth.

‘Roger. Understand,’ the center replied. ‘There’s a whole [bunch] of big ones on my window down there – just bright. It looks like the Fourth of July out of Ron’s window,’ Schmitt added.

Evans reported: ‘Yes. Now you can see some of them in shape. They’re very jagged, angular fragments that are tumbling.’

The astronauts revealed that right after they fired their thrusters to change direction, the crew began to see the bright particles and jagged, angular fragments drifting past the windows.

Jack says it looks like the ‘Fourth of July’ out Evans’ window, with big bright pieces tumbling slowly around the capsule.

The astronauts were also recorded describing the strange objects as pieces of something solid, not fluid, very bright, and mostly moving with the spacecraft but with occasional faster ones zipping by. Evans reported taking pictures of them.

Three years earlier, the Apollo 12 moon mission also reported strange sightings as they neared the lunar surface.

The Trump administration’s third batch of UFO files, released on June 12, included recorded NASA briefings after Apollo 16, which referred to an ‘alien starbase’ on the dark side of the moon.

The comments were not included in the official transcript from the 1972 mission.

Apollo 16 flew from April 16 to April 27, 1972, and saw astronauts John Young and Charles Duke become the first humans to explore the moon’s rugged highlands while Thomas ‘Ken’ Mattingly remained in lunar orbit.

Buried within the 55-minute discussion is a brief exchange about unusual gravity readings, laser measurements and unexplained anomalies detected on the moon’s far side.

The speakers focus on what one participant describes as a ‘great big hole’ near the Van de Graaff crater, a distinctive lunar formation known for unusual magnetic and geochemical characteristics.

‘On the backside of the moon around Fendi graph, that’s where we get our big hole,’ one speaker says.

The discussion then takes an unexpected turn.

‘It could be an alien star base or something. Anyway, the next slide shows the front side of the moon.’

The remark appears amid a broader technical discussion of lunar data and anomalies, although the context of the comment remains unclear from the audio alone.

Gainesville Resident Caught in Alleged Break-In at Acquaintance’s Home

0

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A 22-year-old named Emory Stewart Davis was taken into custody yesterday on allegations of breaking and entering the home of a woman he knew.

According to a report from the Gainesville Police Department, the incident came to light when the woman’s boyfriend alerted authorities at approximately 8:40 a.m. on August 26. He reported that Davis, an old school acquaintance of the victim, appeared at her doorstep around 1 a.m. that day, persistently knocking. The woman chose not to open the door, leading Davis to eventually leave. Worried about her safety, she decided to stay at a friend’s house.

The situation escalated when the woman’s boyfriend drove by her home the next morning and spotted Davis’s vehicle parked in the driveway. Upon confronting Davis, the boyfriend claimed that Davis admitted to entering the property unlawfully. Following this confrontation, the boyfriend contacted 911, providing the authorities with the car’s description and license plate number, prompting Davis to flee the scene.

Police were able to locate Davis’s car and executed a traffic stop in the vicinity of a Wawa on 1007 E. University Avenue. During this stop, Davis allegedly confessed to the break-in without being prompted.

Subsequent investigation revealed a broken window on the side door of the residence. Officers conducting a safety inspection discovered small spots of dried blood on the floor throughout various areas of the home, adding to the evidence against Davis.

Post Miranda, Davis reportedly said the victim told him to break into her residence, and when he arrived at the residence, he punched the window in the side door. He said he went in the side door, looking for the victim, and once he realized she was not there, he swept up the broken glass and left.

Davis has been charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. He has no criminal history; Judge Meshon Rawls ordered him held without bail pending a hearing on a motion from the State Attorney’s Office to hold him without bail until trial; if the judge denies the motion, bail will be set at that hearing.

Trump’s Latest Hush Money Appeal Denied: Legal Setback Erodes Political Stature

0

In a recent legal skirmish, Donald Trump faced another setback as a federal judge dismissed his attempt to overturn a hush money conviction. Efforts to transfer the state court case to the federal judiciary on the grounds of presidential immunity fell flat, with the judge staunchly upholding the original ruling.

Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein reaffirmed his prior decision, dismissing Trump’s renewed appeal by indicating that the arguments presented lacked any novel or legally credible foundation.

In his statement, Hellerstein remarked, “There has been a clear lack of compelling cause and due diligence on his part.”

This marks the third instance where Judge Hellerstein has thwarted Trump’s efforts to transfer the proceedings from New York to a U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

The May 2024 trial culminated in Trump’s conviction, an unprecedented outcome making him the sole former—and now once again active—U.S. president to be criminally convicted. Meanwhile, Trump continues to pursue an appeal through the state court system, with that process currently underway.

Hellerstein’s decision came after a federal appeals court last year ordered him to reconsider his prior denial. The

Tottenham’s £85M Bet: How Savio & De Zerbi Aim for Glory

0

Here’s an effective way to silence critics. Not impressed by an £85 million price tag? Deliver a goal 11 minutes after stepping onto the field. Think creativity is lacking? Add an assist just three minutes later. For a debut performance, Savio and Roberto De Zerbi left little to be desired.

“Savio brings energy, imagination, and quality to wide positions,” the Tottenham Hotspur manager remarked earlier this week. “He has the courage to challenge defenders and the talent to alter the game with his creativity.”

Among Spurs supporters, some skepticism existed, particularly over the hefty double deal with Manchester City, which also included Omar Marmoush. Was a record of two goals across 53 Premier League matches worth £85 million in flair and game-altering prowess, especially when aiming higher than another 17th-place finish?

Yet, last night, for 19 minutes, Savio showed exactly why supporters have reason to be thrilled again, illustrating why De Zerbi was keen on him. The Spurs manager prefers his wingers to remain high and wide, allowing them to pin back the defense and exploit full-backs once the defenders have navigated the press.

This strategy suits Savio perfectly. Despite certain limitations (which we’ll discuss later), he’s exceptional in one-on-one scenarios. His debut goal exemplified this strength. Confronted by Charlton full-back Nathan Asiimwe, Savio took the ball, maneuvered past Asiimwe, and scored with precision.

For 19 minutes last night, there was a player who made Spurs fans remember what it’s like to feel excited again, with flashes of exactly why Roberto De Zerbi wanted Savio

For all the noise around his £85m fee, Savio took just 11 minutes to repay a chunk of it against Charlton

Since his Premier League debut at the start of the 2024-25 season, among forwards to have played 1,500 minutes, only City team-mate Jeremy Doku (5.2) and sprinter-with-boots-on Adama Traore (2.5) complete more dribbles past an opponent per 90 minutes than Savio (2.4). Only Doku (20.6) averages more progressive carries (a dribble that moves the ball at least five metres towards goal) than Savio (13.9). The new Spurs hero managed four against Charlton.

Savio’s dribble map below shows just how frequently he takes on his man (red dots on the graphic below are failed dribbles, blue are completed). It also shows his versatility, able to play on both flanks. For City, he often cut inside when starting on the right. He’s only 22, too, remember. There is plenty of room for improvement.

After this brightest of beginnings, it will be down to whether he can sustain it. Savio shone in his early days at City, providing three assists in his opening four games and set up a hat-trick of goals against West Ham in January 2025. He frequently beat his man out wide and got his cross into the box or even carried the ball centrally before slipping in Erling Haaland through the middle.

In his first season, his eight assists from open play was bettered by only five players: Mohamed Salah (18), Jacob Murphy (11), Morgan Rogers (ten), Antonee Robinson (ten) and Son Heung-min (nine).

His influence faded last season, though, starting just seven league games in Pep Guardiola’s final campaign, scoring just once and setting up only one goal.

Spurs need goals. They scored just 48 in the Premier League last season, fewer than Leeds and the same as Nottingham Forest. Eighteen of them came from corners, making up nearly 40 per cent of all their goals, by far the highest ratio in the division. They need some magic in open play. De Zerbi hopes Savio can keep providing it.

That ability to find the net, more than anything, is what has let Savio down in the past. His record of two goals in 28 league starts has been the biggest stick with which critics are beating him.

Since his debut, that’s the same number of goals – from nine more starts – as Traore. He’s a dribbling machine, too, but won’t cost you £85million. In that time, Harry Wilson scored 16 goals and provided eight assists for Fulham and joined Leeds this summer on a free transfer.

It’s not as though Savio didn’t get the chances either. From the opportunities he had, his Expected Goals (xG) figure was more than seven. Since his debut in the Premier League, he’s among the top five for largest underperformance of xG.

If you thought that was bad, his two goals came from 75 shots. Of all forwards to play 1,500 minutes in the league since Savio’s shot conversion was the lowest of them all at just 2.67 per cent. Hardly what you want for £85million.

Viktor Gyokeres, Junior Kroupi, Nick Woltemade, Igor Thiago and Chris Wood are all above 25 per cent. Haaland is around 20 per cent. Unfortunately for De Zerbi, another Spurs winger in Wilson Odobert ranked fourth-worst (and last season’s loanee Randal Kolo Muani was two spots behind).

Against Charlton, he had two shots and both of them went in, the second via a slight deflection off Ben Davies. It was the perfect start. But it was still just that. A start. For £85million, it needs to continue.

Transform Your Hip Health with 5 Chair Exercises Perfect for Seniors Over 65

Five chair exercises to boost hip strength post-65, no need for gym equipment.

>

Enhancing hip strength is beneficial for most individuals, especially as it aids in ascending stairs and standing after sitting. However, with age, hip muscles tend to weaken, particularly in those leading a sedentary life. Extended periods of sitting, whether during meals, at a computer, working at a desk, or during long drives, contribute to muscle atrophy and hip stiffness. Many older adults mistakenly believe that a gym membership or complex equipment is necessary for hip strengthening to combat aging. However, some straightforward chair exercises performed at home can yield impressive results.

It’s essential to train the hips from various angles due to their multidirectional mobility. The surrounding muscles play crucial roles in leg extension, lateral movement, pelvic stabilization, and maintaining balance while standing on one leg.

The following chair-based exercises collectively offer more robust hip strengthening than a single gym apparatus. These accessible movements target the hip muscles and surrounding areas and are pivotal in maintaining functionality beyond 65. They specifically engage the glutes, hip flexors, outer hips, and supportive muscles while promoting functional activities.

The 15-minute Home Routine That Rebuilds Full-Body Strength After 60

Seated Knee Drives

Seated Knee Drives strengthen the hip flexor muscles. The hip flexors are responsible for lifting your legs as you walk. I like using this seated variation because it allows you to learn the movement without having to worry about the balance aspect of standing. You can also focus on each hip individually as you raise it into the air. Keep an upright posture and avoid using upper body momentum to help you raise your legs. You want to really isolate the hip flexors and perform quality repetitions.

How to Do It

  • Sit near the front of a sturdy chair.
  • Keep both feet flat on the floor.
  • Sit tall and keep your core tight.
  • Lift one knee toward your chest.
  • Pause briefly at the top.
  • Lower your foot slowly.
  • Alternate legs.
  • Perform 12 to 15 repetitions per side.

Seated Hip Abductions

Your hip abductors keep your pelvis stable as you walk. If they’re weak, balance becomes much more challenging. If your body can’t control its side to side motion, this can lead to a fall. Seated Hip Abductions offer a challenging way to strengthen your outer hip muscles while using the stability of the chair. Keep a controlled motion as you open and close the legs. As the legs return to their original position it’s easy to let the resistance band pull your legs in instead of completely controlling the motion with your abductor muscles. I recommend using a five-second count on the way in to prevent this. You can also slightly turn the knees inward to really activate the abductors as you move your legs outward.

How to Do It

  • Sit tall with your feet flat.
  • Place your hands on your thighs or hold a resistance band around your legs.
  • Keep your torso upright.
  • Move your legs outward.
  • Pause briefly.
  • Return them toward the center with control.
  • Complete 12 to 15 repetitions.

If You Can Hold a Single-Leg Bridge This Long After 60, Your Hip Strength Is Stronger Than 90% of Peers

Seated Hip March with Resistance

Once basic knee drives become comfortable, adding resistance creates a greater challenge for the hip flexors and core, allowing you to further strengthen your hips. A resistance band positioned around your thighs forces each leg to work harder as you lift it. I like this variation because it also teaches your pelvis to remain stable while one leg moves independently. That stability carries over directly into walking and stepping over obstacles. Start with light resistance and focus on maintaining perfect posture throughout every repetition before moving to higher resistance bands.

How to Do It

  • Sit tall in a sturdy chair.
  • Place a light resistance band around your thighs.
  • Keep your feet planted.
  • Lift one knee against the band’s resistance.
  • Lower slowly.
  • Alternate legs.
  • Perform 10 to 12 repetitions per side.

Chair-Supported Hip Extensions

Your glutes serve as some of the most powerful muscles around the hips, helping propel your body forward every time you walk, climb stairs, or sit up. Chair-supported hip extensions isolate the movement without requiring you to balance independently. I often use this exercise with clients who need to rebuild strength from the beginning before progressing to more demanding standing exercises. Keep your torso upright and move the leg backward from the hip rather than arching your lower back. You’ll feel the glute working without putting unnecessary stress on your spine.

How to Do It

  • Stand behind a sturdy chair.
  • Hold the chair lightly with both hands.
  • Keep your torso upright.
  • Move one leg straight backward.
  • Squeeze the glute at the end of the movement.
  • Return slowly.
  • Avoid arching your lower back.
  • Complete 12 to 15 repetitions per side.
