Lauren Goodger Faces Heartache as Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan Share Joyful Pregnancy News

Reports have surfaced suggesting that Lauren Goodger is grappling with a wave of emotions after learning that her former partner, Mark Wright, and his wife, Michelle Keegan, are expecting their first child.

The reality TV personality, best known for her stint on TOWIE, shared a decade-long relationship with Mark until their split in 2012. The news has apparently left her feeling as though she has been left on the sidelines.

Heightening her distress, Lauren reportedly feels a surge of anxiety over potentially crossing paths with the soon-to-be parents, as they all reside in close proximity in Essex.

An insider revealed to The Sun that the revelation has hit Lauren particularly hard, as she has already been dealing with a less-than-joyful holiday season, making this news feel like the final straw.

“It’s a tough blow,” the source said. “Mark is moving forward, creating a dream family, while Lauren feels she’s lagging behind.”

They continued: ‘She’s always had a lot of love for Mark, they were once childhood sweethearts and in an ideal world she would have reunited with him.

‘Plus Michelle and Mark live close by, so she is super anxious that she will bump into them at some point which will be horrific for her.’

Lauren has denied the comments to The Sun and MailOnline have contacted Lauren’s representatives for comment.

Mark and Lauren, who were together for ten years on and off, rose to fame on the ITVBe reality series, with storylines revolving around his numerous flirtations with other women, including Lucy Mecklenburgh and Sam Faiers.

Mark and Lauren even got engaged on TOWIE in March 2011 – only for the Essex lad to call things off five months later – and there has been bad blood between the pair ever since.

A year and a half later, Mark and Michelle met on a group holiday to Dubai and fell madly in love.

In September 2013, less than a year after their New Year’s break, the pair were engaged, trying the knot in May 2015.

But it hasn’t always been smooth sailing between the happy couple and Lauren, although things are cordial these days.

Ahead of his wedding to Michelle, the former reality star took to social media to hit out at his long-term love on Twitter after a war words.

He had seemingly taken issue a Lauren’s not-so-cryptic post, reading, ‘She’s the kind of girl a guy meets when he’s too young and he f**ks up because there’s too much living to do. But later he realises she’s perfect’.,

Mark declared: ‘If your reading this, please PLEASE respect my wife and STOP. I wish you well but leave me, my life and my wife out of it. Im sure there is other ways to make money [sic].’

He then went on to re-tweet a series of responses from fans, all supporting his stance.

Presenter Mark and former Coronation Street actress Michelle shared their happy news they are expecting their first child on Sunday in a sweet Instagram post.

Netflix star Michelle cradled her blossoming bump and wrote: ‘2025 is going to be a special one for us…✨’

The couple received hundreds of congratulatory messages from friends and family on their Instagram post including from Rochelle Humes, Kelly Brook, Vicky Pattison, and best pal Arg.

Michelle and Mark’s close pal has seemingly hinted that they are expecting a baby boy.

As fans and famous friends flooded the comments with their congratulations Michelle and Mark’s pal Dylan Hunt, who owns Essex restaurant Sheesh, appeared to let the cat out of the bag, The Sun reports.

He wrote: ‘Make sure he’s Good Looking and Rich, then I might let him take Gia out’.

The publication also reported that one fan quickly spotted the clue and commented: ‘So it’s a boy lol’.

Meanwhile in her announcement Michelle shared a baby emoji sucking a blue dummy, which will no doubt leave fans speculating further.

The couple are frequent visitors to the restaurant and recently celebrated Mark’s father’s 68th birthday there.

It comes after Mark admitted the prospect of starting a family with wife Michelle was ‘hard work’ – eight years before announcing her pregnancy.

He had previously insisted he would wait for ‘a year or two’ before starting a family with former Coronation Street star Michelle, who he married in 2015, with the couple opting to put their careers first.

Appearing on Loose Women in 2016, he said: ‘It’s hard work with the pressure of having babies.’

The former TOWIE cast-member admitted much of the pressure came from his own family, as well as the expectation that any children they have will inherit their good looks.

He joked: ‘We’re going to give birth to an ugly duckling and let everyone down.

‘Aunty Debbie is the first of the sisters to become a grandmother and she tells my mum every day that being a grandmother is so much better than being a mum.

‘So now, my mum’s on our case. Hurry up and make it happen, I want to be a nan.’

He added: ‘I think we’ve got another year or two of her nagging and we’ll just have to do it. When she gives birth there will be 300 Wrights around her.’

Michelle also revealed her ‘frustration’ at the constant questions she received about her baby plans.

Speaking to You Magazine in 2021, she also said: ‘I’m used to people asking me but it’s no one else’s business.

‘Nobody else knows what goes on behind closed doors. I think that’s the reason that question affects me so much – it’s very private! Mark is asked about it occasionally but I’m asked every single time.’

Asked whether her family still asked her about her plans, she confessed: ‘Not any more! People don’t mean any harm by it, but they know what the answer’s going to be.’

During a 2019 interview, Michelle, who was 32 at the time, spoke of her ‘frustration’ over being constantly asked, saying: ‘In this day and age, you shouldn’t ask questions like that.’

She said: ‘They don’t know the background of what’s happening. It’s no one else’s business.

‘I get so frustrated. I’m asked purely because I’m a woman. But I’m immune to it now – it’s like a reaction and as soon as I hear it I brush it off, as it’s no one else’s business.’

Fugitive Texas Mom Arrested in Mexico After 30 Years Evading Murder Charges for Toddler’s Death

0

After evading capture for nearly three decades, a Texas mother accused of the tragic murder of her toddler has been apprehended in Mexico, authorities have revealed.

Maria Narez, who is now 48 years old, faced charges for the death of her 3-year-old daughter, Kasandra White. The harrowing incident took place in November 1996, when Narez allegedly shook, beat, and slammed her daughter into a wall inside their home in Fort Worth.

Teenaged at the time, Narez was indicted by a grand jury the following year but disappeared after her bond was reduced to $25,000, a decision detailed in court paperwork examined by Fox 4.

Maria Narez, 48, was arrested in Mexico on Saturday.

Following the forfeiture of her bond, an arrest warrant was issued in 1997 as Narez escaped across the border, where she managed to hide for nearly 30 years.

“The perseverance of the DA’s office was unwavering in their pursuit to hold Narez accountable for her daughter’s death,” stated the District Attorney’s office in a formal release.

Additional details about where she was arrested and what she had been doing for the last 29 years were not immediately available.

Narez was a 19-year-old grocery store clerk in 1996 when she allegedly chucked the child after she refused to go to bed, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

She told investigators she was feeling depressed and stressed when she snapped.

“It angered her. She picked the baby up by the chest under her arms, threw her against the wall and her head struck the door edge,” Fort Worth Police Department Sergeant Fred Pendergraf told the paper at the time.

The toddler complained that she was hurt but went to bed. Narez was arrested when she then took her daughter to the hospital, where the toddler lost consciousness and eventually died.

Narez is due to be extradited to Tarrant County from Mexico to face capital murder charges.

The DA’s office thanked Mexico Interpol, the U.S. Marshals Mexico Foreign Field Office, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice-Office of International Affairs, DA Investigators Tiffany Johnson and Victor Espino-Nevarez, and Assistant DA Steven Elliott for their work in capturing Narez.

Perez Hilton’s Custody Battle: Mother Seeks Protection for Estranged Grandchildren

Teresita Lavandeira, the mother of media personality Perez Hilton, has initiated legal action to secure temporary guardianship of his three children following his concerning livestream event, the Daily Mail reports.

The 48-year-old Hilton was hospitalized in Miami last Tuesday after emergency services responded to calls suggesting he might be in the midst of a suicide attempt.

The disturbing livestream, which the Daily Mail opted not to share, allegedly depicted Hilton covered in blood, purportedly from self-inflicted knife wounds.

Following the incident, his representatives released a statement reassuring the public that his children are in a safe environment and being looked after by close family members.

On August 7, just three days post-incident, Lavandeira filed a court petition in Miami, seeking temporary custody of Hilton’s children—Mario, 13, Mia, 11, and Mayte, eight—per documents reviewed by the Daily Mail.

The Daily Mail has contacted Hilton’s representatives for comment.

The day after Hilton was hospitalized, it emerged that his three children as well as his niece and his sister Barbara Lavandeira, 42, had been inside his Florida home in the minutes leading up to the livestream incident.

A statement shared to Hilton’s website has indicated his family ‘immediately fled’ to protect the children from ‘witnessing any further trauma’ when it was clear Hilton was having ‘a severe mental health crisis and harming himself.’

Hilton’s team revealed over the weekend that he had sustained ‘significant blood loss’ as well as unspecified ‘additional injuries.’

According to the update, the onetime celebrity gossip blogger would ‘require surgery in the coming days’ to treat his injuries.

The statement also confirmed that Hilton ‘remains hospitalized under Florida’s Baker Act,’ a law that allows for involuntary hospitalizations.

Due to the conditions of his hospitalization and the Baker Act, they emphasized that the blogger’s ‘communication has been extremely limited and confined to immediate family, medical providers, and others directly involved in his care.’

The Baker Act – officially the Florida Mental Health Act – allows medical and mental health professionals, as well as judges and law enforcement officers, to involuntarily commit individuals for up to 72 hours if they are believed to be at risk of harming themselves or others.

Hilton’s team emphasized that his ‘condition remains serious but stable,’ explaining that his ‘treatment and recovery’ would be a ‘long process.’

They also shared that he had been able to spend time with his mother and sister on Friday.

Hilton’s team confirmed that his ‘children remain safe and are being cared for by immediate family.’

Surveillance footage from a neighbor’s house captured the moment when law enforcement arrived to Hilton’s residence in Miami last Tuesday after fans reached out to 911 over concern for his welfare.

Police cars could be seen puling up to the home not long after 7pm on Tuesday evening.

Law enforcement was seen trying to get Hilton, whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., out of his home in the video.

A deputy was heard calling out: ‘Mario, it’s the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, please step out of the house.’

Clips taken from the footage, which the Daily Mail will not publish, appeared to show the media personality covered in blood while brandishing a knife.

The livestream video has since been taken down by TikTok, and his account has also been suspended.

Later on Wednesday, it was revealed that Hilton’s three children as well as his niece and sister had been inside his Florida home at the time of the livestream incident.

In a previous statement shared to the star’s website, it said that his family ‘immediately fled’ to protect the children from ‘witnessing any further trauma’ when it was clear Hilton was having ‘a severe mental health crisis and harming himself.’

The message had read: ‘Our family cannot express enough our continued gratitude for the overwhelming outpouring of love, support, and prayers we have received during this incredibly difficult time.

‘The events of the past several days have been nearly unbearable for our family.’

‘Our highest priority right now is helping the children begin to heal from what they experienced. An important part of that process is allowing them to safely return home and begin rebuilding a sense of security and normalcy.’

Hilton’s family also requested for ‘privacy and space they need during this unimaginably difficult time’.

They added: ‘We will continue to provide updates on Perez’s condition through PerezHilton.com when we have additional information we are able to share. Again, thank you for your compassion, understanding, and continued prayers.’

Hilton had been hospitalized earlier this year in March, and had shared pictures of himself in a hospital bed while recovering from sepsis.

He had developed an ulcer after taking flu medication on an empty stomach, which then led to a 21-day hospitalization.

And just weeks later, the blogger faced another health crisis after experiencing ‘soreness and pain in one of my legs.’

Following an ultrasound, it was revealed that Hilton had a deep vein thrombosis.

‘I am so thankful to God that we caught this early because if that blood clot had gone to my lungs or my heart, it could have been real bad,’ he said on Instagram at the time.

He soon gave another update on social media to share that he was able to ‘finally walk again’ as he used the help of a walker.

Months before the distressing TikTok livestream, Hilton reflected on his health scares and admitted he thought he was ‘going to die’.

During an appearance on Fox News Media’s Hang Out with Sean Hannity podcast, which had been recorded on July 14, he said, ‘I was in the hospital for 21 days, so I thought I was gonna die.

‘Especially because the first few days they couldn’t find where the perforation was and then I had all of these other issues. My body just started breaking down.’

He further explained, ‘I had fluid in my lungs. I went AFib. My heart issues. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong.

‘I’m 48 and I’ve never taken any kind of flu medication with food. And some medication, you don’t need to take with food. The flu medication you’re supposed to take with food.’

Hilton stated that he took both ‘Aleve and Tylenol’ on an empty stomach.

‘I know, I did that for a week, and I developed an ulcer and a perforation and here we are.’

Hilton is dad to Mario, 13, Mia, 11, and Mayte, eight, whom he welcomed via surrogate.

Hilton notably launched his celebrity gossip blog back in 2004 which was originally called PageSixSixSix.com. Shortly after, he changed the name to PerezHilton.com.

He has also befriended a number of Hollywood celebrities.

Back in 2021, Hilton admitted that he ‘regrets’ the way he covered Britney Spears’ breakdown in 2007.

He had garnered criticism for ‘bullying’ the Baby One More Time hitmaker after he previously called her an ‘unfit mother’.

He also released a shirt design on his website in 2008 which questioned why the pop star didn’t die instead of Heath Ledger.

The shirt had an image of Ledger from his role in Brokeback Mountain as well as the words: ‘Why couldn’t it have been Britney?’

‘I regret a lot or most of what I said about Britney as I’m sure Piers [Morgan] would if he were here about things he’s said in the past,’ Hilton said during an interview on Good Morning Britain.

The media personality added that he has grown over the years and expressed, ‘Thankfully, hopefully, many of us get older and wiser.’

November Crucial for Aussie Household Budget Strategies

0

Australian borrowers might be breathing a sigh of relief now, but some financial experts suggest this reprieve from interest rate hikes won’t last long. They’re eyeing November as a critical month when rates could climb again.

The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) decided on Tuesday to maintain the cash rate at 4.35%, a move expected by 92% of economists surveyed in a poll by Finder, a popular comparison website.

Yet, nearly half of the experts, 44%, anticipate at least one more rise in interest rates before the year ends.

For those forecasting further increases, a significant majority, 69%, pinpoint November as the most probable time for this adjustment, prompting warnings that November holds considerable importance.

Brendan Rynne, a chief economist at KPMG, shared with ABC News that market expectations lean towards a possible November hike, offering the RBA additional time to evaluate forthcoming economic indicators before making their next move.

He said the September-quarter inflation figures and labour market data will give the central bank more information before it makes its next major decision.

“One would expect the rate hike still has to be on the table at some point,” he said.

He noted the economy was still running at full capacity, with unemployment at 4.4 per cent and public sector spending continuing to add to demand.

With household spending still relatively strong, Rynne said the RBA may ultimately need to rely on higher interest rates to slow demand and bring inflation back towards its 2 to 3 per cent target range.

Why rates could still rise again

The RBA has already raised interest rates three times this year as it attempts to bring inflation back towards the midpoint of its target range.

“The only way we’re going to see a drop in spending in this country is probably from the household sector,” Rynne said.

A further rate rise would put additional pressure on households by increasing the cost of borrowing, potentially reducing consumer spending.

Rynne said falling house prices could also affect how Australians spend, through what economists call the “wealth effect”.

“As we feel like our house prices are starting to decline, we feel less wealthy and consume less,” he said.

But the strength of the labour market means households are still spending, despite ongoing cost-of-living pressures.

“We’ve never had more Australians employed than we have at the moment,” Rynne said.

The ‘big four’ banks are now predicting a rate hold

The major banks have also shifted their forecasts following lower-than-expected inflation data released last month.

Westpac recently scrapped its prediction of an August rate rise and said it now expects the RBA to leave rates unchanged for the rest of 2026.

ANZ is also forecasting an extended hold at 4.35 per cent, while the Commonwealth Bank expects rates to remain unchanged into 2027.

NAB’s forecast similarly points to an extended period at the current rate.

UBS Global Wealth Management’s head of Australian equities, Mike Jenneke, told SBS News he was pencilling in one more rate rise in November, although he stressed there was not a high degree of conviction around the call and agreed the tightening cycle was nearing its end.

“The main concern we have is that the RBA has missed its inflation target now for several years and the journey to target remains gradual and is at risk of being derailed,” Jenneke said.

Australian coins and notes.

Meanwhile, Ebury chief economist Anthony Malouf told SBS News he expected the RBA to keep rates on hold until the middle of 2027.

He said he expected the cutting cycle to begin in the second half of next year, with August currently pencilled in for the first cut.

What would another hike mean for borrowers?

Australians with mortgages are already paying substantially more following the rate increases earlier this year.

Finder analysis shows someone with an average home loan of $734,878 is now paying an additional $359 a month in interest compared with January.

That’s equivalent to more than $4,300 a year.

Another rate rise could push the average borrower’s additional monthly interest payments above $400.

Finder personal finance specialist Taylor Blackburn said Tuesday’s hold would give borrowers “another moment to catch their breath”, but warned the relief could be short-lived.

“With nearly half of our panel expecting another hike this year, now is the right time to act,” Blackburn said.

He urged borrowers who had not reviewed their mortgage or considered refinancing in the past year to check whether they could secure a better deal.

Why November isn’t a certainty

While November has been tipped as the most likely month for another increase among those expecting one this year, the RBA is not locked into that path.

The central bank will have more data to consider before its November meeting, including September-quarter inflation and further information about employment and household spending.

Rynne said the board would need to weigh those figures against the cumulative impact of the three rate rises already delivered this year.

Inflation remains above the RBA’s target, meaning the central bank faces a difficult balancing act between bringing prices down and putting further pressure on households and the broader economy.

Peter Krause Reveals Emotional Leap into ‘Line of Fire’ Following Surprising ‘9-1-1’ Departure

Peter Krause, known for his portrayal of Bobby Nash on the hit show 9-1-1, surprised fans when his character departed unexpectedly last year. Fast forward two years, and Krause is reigniting excitement with a fresh role in NBC’s new first responder drama, Line of Fire. This quick return to a familiar thematic landscape may puzzle some, but it promises to captivate audiences once again.

During the NBCUniversal Backlot Pass Day on Monday, Krause shared insights into his decision to join Line of Fire, which features Hope Davis and explores the gritty lives of a family entrenched in emergency services and law enforcement. Krause credits the enticing script as the initial lure that captured his interest.

Laughingly acknowledging the similarities between his past and present roles, Krause explained, “The script drew me in, thanks to my agents Peter Levine and Jamie Feld at CAA highlighting its potential. A virtual meeting with creator Josh Safran confirmed the synergy we’d have working together. It all came down to the script and the collaborative prospects it presented.”

The accomplished Six Feet Under actor was also eager about the chance to portray a U.S. Secret Service agent, a role steeped in responsibility and sacrifice. Krause found the concept of stepping into shoes dedicated to safeguarding high-profile individuals, particularly compelling, especially with Jenna Bush Hager contributing as an executive producer.

Having spent much of her youth under Secret Service watch, the TODAY show host added authenticity to the series by consulting with a former agent to enhance the depth of Krause’s character, Mike Hollingsworth. This collaboration promises to enrich the storyline with genuine insights into the world of protection and service.

“I’m very happy to have met Steve, the former Secret Service agent that Jenna mentioned,” Krause explained, adding that the Secret Service consultant even gave flowers to the Bush family for their punctuality. “And if I may compliment your father, he pointed out that President Bush was particularly punctual with Air Force One, unlike some others, apparently.”

Outside of sharing his excitement for the show’s release in September — and taking an apparent jab at President Donald Trump — Krause danced around the similarities between his new series and his old, only speaking about what he thinks will distinguish Line of Fire as a standout among other shows coming out this year. Inside the Hollingsworth family, Krause and Davis’ characters are parents to Clare (Kat Cunning), Mike (Tommy O’Brien), and Russ (Taylor Bloom), who work for the FBI, U.S. Marshals, and the Department of Justice. What results is a family whose paths and cases often overlap, mixing business and pleasure in more ways than one.

For Bush Hager, the idea behind a family of agents and officers like this has always been captivating, especially having witnessed it firsthand. At the heart of the story is the idea that there are people out there selfless enough to risk it all for essentially a stranger, so what does that do for the people they call family?

“We talked about this dynamic of a family of people that are putting other people first in many circumstances, and therefore, what happens in their own family is complicated,” she said on Monday during the presentation. “And I thought, ‘That’s something that I’ve witnessed, you know?’”

Undoubtedly, the show will explore the ups and downs that go along with the job and what complications arise as a result of this crossover. It may remind fans of 9-1-1 or Blue Bloods, but the cast and crew are hoping viewers will give it the proper chance and fall in love with the Hollingsworths the way they did.

Line of Fire airs on September 21 on NBC and next day on Peacock.

Peacock currently offers two subscription types: Premium with ads and Premium Plus ad-free. Peacock Premium costs $10.99/month, while Premium Plus costs $16.99/month.

You can save a bit by subscribing to one of Peacock’s annual plans, which give you 12 months for the price of 10. These cost either $109.99 with ads or $169.99 without ads.

Peacock Premium Plus is also available to subscribe to via Prime Video with a seven-day free trial that you can’t get by subscribing directly on Peacock.

DoorDash Driver Brutally Beaten: Mother’s Fight for Justice After Vicious Bat Attack

“I suffered multiple skull fractures and brain bleeds,” recounted Christen Phillips, her voice tinged with both pain and resilience.

Currently in the hospital, Christen, a devoted mother of three, battles through recovery from a severe brain injury. Authorities report that she was violently attacked while delivering food for DoorDash, reportedly struck with a baseball bat by a man as she went about her work.

The man suspected of this brutal act, 44-year-old Stanley Shockley, has been apprehended and is now in custody.

According to the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, the shocking incident occurred in broad daylight. The alleged attacker, they say, pursued Phillips and assaulted her with a bat after she stepped out of her vehicle to make a delivery.

It all started on Aug. 1 in Jacksonville, North Carolina as Phillips was stopped in her car at an intersection and was waiting for the driver in front of her to move.

Shockley was reportedly behind the wheel when Phillips honked her horn alerting him to move his car forward.

After the honk, the situation took a dangerous turn.

The sheriff’s office said, “the vehicle moved out of her way and began following her.”

Phillips arrived at her delivery drop-off point, carried out the order, and tried to walk back to her car when Shockley allegedly jumped out, attacked her with the bat, then ran off.

“He came around to my door with a small wooden bat or baton and beat me in the head and face with it,” Phillips said in a post to social media.

“I don’t remember it at all. I woke up an unverified amount of time later,” she said.

She was able to drive herself to a nearby hospital after the attack.

“I had multiple skull fractures and brain bleeds and blood and cerebral fluid draining from my left ear for hours. My cheek bone on my left side is also fractured,” she said.

The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Shockley was arrested on Monday in connection to the incident.

He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury, records say.

Sheriff Chris Thomas said in a statement:

“We understand the public does not see what goes into every investigation and a case like this can make citizens uneasy. We appreciate the number of tips and leads the public provided us. Our detectives follow every lead, carefully work through the evidence, and continue to pursue answers even when the investigation presents challenges. Their hard work ultimately led them to identify a suspect and make an arrest.”

From notorious heartbreaker to loving husband, Harry Jowsey’s journey has captivated audiences.

In the thrilling finale of his dating show “Let’s Marry Harry,” Jowsey tied the knot with his chosen contestant, Amber Mozo.

The emotional moment unrolled on-screen as viewers witnessed the famously brazen reality star succumb to tears, deeply moved as the beautiful bride made her way down the aisle.

During the heartfelt ceremony, Jowsey and Mozo, a talented travel photographer from Hawaii, shared touching vows that resonated with their audience.

“On the first day of this incredible journey, I never imagined we’d end up here. But you, Amber, have caused me to pause, to soften, and to believe in true love. Standing beside you, I feel at home,” Jowsey poured out his emotions.

In a touching tribute, Jowsey, 29, wore his late father’s glasses while reading his vows, so “he could see how beautiful” Mozo is.

For her part, Mozo said, “I didn’t really plan on coming here, and I feel like life had better plans for me.”

She continued, “This whole process with you has been a process of surrendering, letting my guard down… You are so special and so unique, and I always said that unique souls have unique timelines, and it just feels like you were always meant to be on mine from my first date.”

At the start of the series, the “Too Hot To Handle” alum met 20 eligible bachelorettes looking to marry him.

Jowsey’s closest friends and confidants, Amanda Kloots, Georgia Hassarati, and Sonny Henty, stepped in to guide Jowsey toward the right woman and help him eliminate the rest.

Throughout the show, Jowsey wrestled with his former playboy ways and yearned for authentic love and marriage.

By the end, the Australian native narrowed it down to his final two contestants, Dannelle Davidson and Mozo, before deciding on the latter.

Jowsey has come a long way since he first made his reality TV debut on Season 1 of “Too Hot To Handle” in 2020.

He and co-star Francesca Farago were the standout couple from the dating show and had an on again, off again, relationship until they split for good in June 2020.

Jowsey then dated “Too Hot To Handle” alum Georgia Hassarati and “Love Is Blind” star Jessica Vestal.

He has also been romantically linked to Lucy Hale, Kristin Cavallari and Sia.

“Let’s Marry Harry” is streaming on Netflix now.

Lionel Messi Expresses Gratitude to Fans for Support During Challenging Times

0

Lionel Messi has expressed heartfelt gratitude to fans, acknowledging their support during an intensely difficult period for him and his family following the loss of his father, Jorge, who passed away at 68.

Jorge, who played a pivotal role in managing Messi’s illustrious football career, died in a hospital in Rosario, near the family’s residence, around 10 p.m. local time on Friday, August 7.

The football community responded with a wave of tributes, with heartfelt messages coming from Messi’s first club, Newell’s Old Boys, as well as FC Barcelona and the Argentina national team.

In the wake of his father’s passing, Messi missed Inter Miami’s match against Monterrey on Sunday to be with family. By Wednesday, he turned to Instagram to convey his appreciation to supportive fans.

Messi shared, “I want to sincerely thank everyone for all the love, respect, and enormous consideration you have shown me and my family during this incredibly painful time following the loss of my dad.”

‘Thank you for being there for us, for every message, every gesture and, above all, for respecting our grief and our privacy.’

Messi also posted a picture with his father, captioned: ‘I love you, pa’ in Spanish.

Football legend Messi was extremely close to his father, who also operated as his agent and de facto business manager throughout his career, overseeing his son’s multi-million dollar empire off the pitch.

In recent months, though, the patriarch of the family had been dealing with an as-yet-unconfirmed medical issue that had seen him taken to hospital in his home country.

His illness first came to light when Lionel, 39, cried on the pitch at the World Cup in a rare public display of emotion.

After scoring a hat-trick against Algeria in Argentina’s opening group game in Kansas City, Messi was questioned by journalists and said: ‘No, honestly it’s something completely unrelated to sports. It’s been a few difficult days, complicated.’

Just hours later, journalist Eduardo Feinmann explained the reason for the tears in an interview on Radio Mitre, one of the country’s most listened-to stations.

‘This has to do with his father. His father is not in good health,’ he said. ‘For quite some time now, several months, since last year.

‘And this week there were some situations that slightly worsened his health, and Messi is going through this internal struggle. In other words, like any human being.’

It has since been reported that Jorge suffered a ‘medical episode’ at his home in January of this year, and he was hospitalized as a result.

In the aftermath, he was said to have undergone cardiovascular and neurological tests, but no official diagnosis was shared by the family, who sought to keep Jorge’s health out of the media.

Jorge’s health became headline news again in June, when a broadcaster in Argentina falsely claimed he had died – before later issuing an emotional apology and stepping down from her job.

Lionel is the third of four children of Jorge and his wife Celia Cuccittini, and the pair remained together until his death.

They married in 1978 and split their time between Rosario and Miami, where their footballing superstar son currently plays for David Beckham’s Inter Miami in MLS.

Before becoming Lionel’s agent, Jorge worked for a steel manufacturer in Villa Constitucion, meeting his wife as a young man in Rosario – where the family then grew up.

Messi has two older brothers, Rodrigo and Matias, and a younger sister, Maria Sol.

Jorge has been at Messi’s side throughout his historic career, which began in Argentina with Newell’s Old Boys, before he moved to Spain to join Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy in 2000.

He became the greatest of all-time in an incredible 21 years in Barcelona, before stunning the world with a move to Paris Saint-Germain – orchestrated by Jorge – in 2021.

After two seasons in the French capital, he moved to MLS and Inter Miami, where he remains to this day at the age of 39.

While Lionel’s career has been magical on the pitch, it has not been without controversy off it, with Jorge famously by his son’s side throughout his tax fraud case in 2016.

The pair sat together in front of the court, with Jorge in his role as his son’s business manager, with the prosecution alleging that Messi failed to properly pay tax on income from his image rights between 2007 and 2009.

Ultimately, both father and son were convicted of three tax offenses, initially each receiving suspended 21-month prison sentences.

Jorge’s sentence was subsequently reduced to 15 months upon review in 2017 by Spain’s Supreme Court, with the pair also hit with substantial fines.
