Dave Grohl and his wife, Jordyn Blum, appeared together at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, signaling a show of unity two years after the musician’s paternity revelation placed their marriage under intense public scrutiny.

Grohl, 57, and Blum, 50, married in 2003 and share three daughters: Violet, 20, Harper, 17, and Ophelia, 12.

The Foo Fighters frontman sparked headlines in September 2024 when he announced that he had fathered a daughter “outside of my marriage.”

The child’s mother was identified the following February as Jennifer Young, a Florida-born rock music fan who now lives in Los Angeles.

By September, a source told People that Blum had forgiven Grohl and that the couple were “very happy” again.

The pair reinforced that impression on the red carpet outside Los Angeles’ Peacock Theater, where Blum was seen wearing her wedding ring as she stood beside her husband.

The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Grohl for comment.

The couple were joined at the event by two of their daughters, creating a warm family scene as they posed for photographs.

With one arm around Blum, Grohl smiled at the cameras while his wife, dressed in coordinated black, beamed beside him.

The rocker embraced a relaxed look, pairing a slightly rumpled leather jacket with a turtleneck, jeans and leather shoes.

Blum’s fitted dress accentuated her waist before opening into a flowing, voluminous skirt.

Grohl attended the ceremony to accept the night’s top tribute, the Video Vanguard Award, alongside Nirvana, the band that launched him to fame during the 1990s.

Nirvana came to an end after frontman Kurt Cobain died by suicide in 1994 following a prolonged struggle with addiction and depression.

While walking the MTV VMAs red carpet, Grohl also reunited with Nirvana’s surviving members, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear.

Grohl has confirmed that his child from outside the marriage is a girl, but he has chosen to protect her privacy and has not publicly revealed her name.

However the little girl’s mother has publicly divulged that the baby was born on August 1, 2024, the month before Grohl took the news public, via Page Six.

Young noted that her daughter’s name was being kept under wraps ‘because there’s some really angry fans. Protecting her identity is really important.’

Although Young has no public social media pages and her present profession remains a mystery, she is known to have been a co-creator and writer of a series of comic books entitled Cannibal, according to League of Comic Books.

Last year, an insider indicated Grohl and Blum ‘never wanted a divorce,’ as they were ‘great parents’ and ‘idea of splitting up their family was too sad for both of them.’

Blum was said to have been ‘distraught’ at the news of the new baby, but the source noted that ‘the betrayal was painful for both of them.’

Grohl was said to have ‘felt terrible and begged her to forgive him,’ while Blum’s friends purportedly ‘encouraged her to fight.’

When he publicly announced the birth of his youngest daughter, Grohl insisted both that he intended to be a ‘loving and supportive parent to her’ and that he was taking steps to ‘regain’ the ‘trust and forgiveness’ of his wife and their children.

In the immediate aftermath of the bombshell revelation, sources indicated Blum had been aware of the development for ‘a while’ before it went public, via People.

An insider exclusively informed the Daily Mail the following month that Blum was in a ‘state of confusion’ about the future of her relationship.

‘One day Jordyn Blum is ditching her wedding ring and vowing divorce from cheating husband Dave Grohl,’ said the source. ‘The next she’s at home wearing the ring and sobbing because she doesn’t want the marriage to end.’

By November 2024, an insider said Grohl was ‘no longer working with a divorce attorney and instead hoping to work things out with his wife,’ according to People. 

In March 2025, the couple were said to be in ‘counseling,’ with Grohl ‘doing anything he can to win back Jordyn’s trust,’ per Us Weekly.

Elizabeth Holmes, the disgraced Theranos founder, has issued a cryptic message from prison, once again insisting she is innocent and declaring: “The truth will set you free.”

Holmes, 42, wrote Sunday that she has spent “1,216 endless days and nights” behind bars as she prepares for a transfer to a halfway house.

Her X account has continued operating since she was sentenced for wire fraud in November 2022. However, Sunday’s message was the first to include the initials “EAH,” standing for Elizabeth Anne Holmes.

“I was silenced for a long time,” she wrote. “And then imprisoned. I am fighting to prove my innocence and come home to my babies and the love of my life.”

“I have now been imprisoned for 1,216 endless days and nights. During that time, as we fight for freedom, my loved ones have helped manage my account.”

“Billy is one of the people carrying that responsibility for me. He fights fiercely for me and our family. I love him beyond space and time.”

“Starting now, all posts in my own words will be marked – EAH.”

Holmes also thanked supporters who have sent her letters during her incarceration, ending the message with a reference to the Bible.

“Opening letters from my supporters at the end of unforgiving days constantly ignites the fire in my heart,” she wrote. “The truth will set you free. John 8:32. EAH.”

The mother of two also posted a loving pre-prison selfie with her 33-year-old husband, Billy Evans.

In the image, Holmes rests her head on Evans’ shoulder while wearing casual clothing and a dark blue Milwaukee Brewers baseball cap.

The timing of the photograph is unclear. Holmes is currently held at Federal Prison Camp Bryan, the same minimum-security, all-female facility where Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s former associate, is incarcerated.

Holmes is scheduled to move to the Austin Transitional Center, a privately operated 460-bed “community corrections center” in Del Valle, Texas, on Aug. 23, 2027.

She will remain under the supervision of the United States Probation Office.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to confirm the transfer, saying it “does not discuss the conditions of confinement for any individual, including release plans,” in a statement to The Post.

“Additionally, per BOP policy, specific designation information cannot be released until after an individual arrives at their designated institution,” the statement added.

Residential reentry centers, commonly called halfway houses, help inmates prepare to return to the community. The facilities offer supervised support that can include employment counseling, job placement and financial management assistance, according to the Bureau of Prisons.

Holmes’ planned move comes while her commutation petition remains pending with the Trump administration. She submitted the request last year.

The founder of the now-defunct blood-testing company was convicted in 2022 on four counts of wire fraud and conspiracy for defrauding investors. She was also ordered to pay $452 million in restitution.

Holmes declined to plead guilty during her trial.

Prosecutors said Holmes lied to investors from 2010 to 2015 by promising Theranos’ technology could run many medical tests on a single drop of blood from a finger prick.

She was sentenced to 11 years and three months behind bars, but she’s eligible for release on Dec. 30, 2031, after having a year shaved off her sentence.

Despite being convicted, she maintains her innocence.

“I refused to plead guilty to crimes I did not commit,” she told People in February 2025. 

Holmes’ month before she started her prison sentence will be documented in the Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim-directed movie, “You Can See Everything,” which will be released on Oct. 16.

The film was recorded in secret – and its first screening happened at Telluride Film Festival earlier this month.

A trailer, which coincided with the screening, was released and in the snippet, convicted liar Holmes told her co-star, Fielder, “I’m not deceiving you.”

Saturday Night Live opened its latest season by taking aim at President Donald Trump’s unusually close bond with his fiercely loyal aide, Natalie Harp.

The long-running comedy series launched its 52nd season Saturday night with a cold open that compared Harp’s devotion to Trump to the unsettling dynamic at the center of the recent horror hit Obsession.

James Austin Johnson reprised his familiar Trump impression, appearing alongside Ramy Youssef, who played New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Their exchange was soon disrupted by newcomer Ashley Padilla, portraying the 35-year-old Harp.

“Hi, Mr. President. Hi,” Padilla’s wide-eyed Harp said as she entered, visibly drenched and disheveled from the rain.

Trump looked surprised to see her. “Natalie, I didn’t realize you were in New York,” he said.

“Oh, I wasn’t. I ran here from D.C. — Weapons-style,” Harp replied, stretching her arms stiffly behind her in a reference to the horror film before moving toward Trump.

She then explained her sudden arrival by singing, “I came in case you needed anything because, um, ‘Baby boy, you’ve been on my mind.’”

Turning to Mamdani, an amused Trump declared, “Isn’t she great? She’s like the girl from Obsession, but blonde.”

Harp responded with a series of nervous giggles, recreating the eerie frown worn by Nikki, the possessed character played by Inde Navarrette in the film.

“I’m kidding. I’m completely normal. I really am normal,” she insisted through her laughter before greeting Mamdani. “Anyway, nice to meet you, Mayor Mamdani.”

After shaking the mayor’s hand, Harp leaned in and delivered a darker warning in a whisper: “If you hurt him, I will end you.”

The sketch ended by poking fun at Trump’s apparent fascination with the New York Democrat. Mamdani offered to keep Trump company in exchange for the president following him back on Instagram.

Mamdani first tried a much bigger request, asking Trump for $21 billion to fund a housing project in Queens.

When Trump rejected that proposal, Mamdani lowered the stakes. “What if I follow you back on Instagram?” he asked.

“It’s a done deal,” Johnson’s Trump immediately replied.

Harp has repeatedly faced scrutiny and ridicule for her exceptionally devoted public persona around Trump. She has also said the president played a role in saving her life.

The SNL sketch garnered mixed reactions on social media, with some applauding Padilla’s welcome to the show while others were less-impressed.

‘SNL turned Trump and Natalie Harp’s relationship into a full-blown horror movie,’ one user wrote. 

‘Ashley Padilla made her debut as Harp in the Season 52 premiere, portraying Trump’s assistant as fiercely protective and hilariously obsessed with him. At one point, she warns Mamdani: “If you hurt him, I will end you,”‘ they continued. 

‘My take: SNL really said, “What if we turned this into Fatal Attraction?” Ashley Padilla understood the assignment because the whole thing was SO unsettling and ridiculous at the same time. That entrance alone was enough to make the cold open memorable.’

Another user said: ‘Padilla was so good as Natalie that Trump probably can’t decide whether to demand SNL be canceled or to try to hire Ashley too.’

A third, however, criticised the show’s return and wrote: ‘I’m usually an SNL defender and find his Trump skits very funny but this cold open was rough.’

‘Somehow SNL couldn’t figure out a way to ridicule the fattest target of the year – the Massachusetts lesbian COVID bar – instead, choosing to open with another boring, insipid Trump bit. C’mon, guys,’ another comment read.

Harp has remained glued to Trump’s side to the point that it raised concerns within the Secret Service and the President’s inner circle.

During his May 2023 golf trip to Scotland, Harp ran behind the President’s golf cart because no other ones were available.

She later wrote him a letter to apologize for embarrassing him while trying to keep up.

‘I also am sorry if I was an embarrassment walking the course in Scotland,’ she wrote in a letter to Trump published by the Daily Mail in February last year. 

The aide also told the president in one of many personal letters from 2023: ‘You are all that matters to me.’

She also called him her ‘Guardian and Protector in this Life,’ according to letters reviewed by the New York Times.

Harp went on to admit that she starved herself and forgot to sleep while working for Trump, saying: ‘I want things to always be right between us. I also know I’ve been distracted all week (forgetting to eat throughout the days, and even forgetting to sleep, and only catching a couple hours at a time).’ 

Her letter concludes: ‘With all my heart, Natalie.’  

Trump told people that same year that Harp was the only person on his team who cared about him: ‘All of you will go off and make money … she’ll never leave me.’

It was revealed on Wednesday that Harp was gifted $45,000, along with two other female aides.

Harp’s determination to remain by Trump’s side was also on display in October 2023, when she rode in the trunk of an SUV after being told there was no room for her in the motorcade taking him to a New York court appearance. 

After staffers told her there was no room in the vehicle, Harp became livid and began screaming at them, insisting that Trump had personally asked her to accompany him, according to CNN. 

The incident was one example of how Harp had ‘irked’ those closest to the president.

One advisor said that Trump ‘likes the attention and the fact that she is 100 percent committed and loyal’.

‘She doesn’t question, doesn’t second guess,’ the source said.

Harp also spent the summer of 2023 sleeping in the women’s locker room at Trump’s Bedminster golf club so she could remain close to him, according to journalist Michael Wolff.

She had initially secured a maid’s room but moved into the locker room because it was closer to the main house and allowed her to respond more quickly whenever Trump called.

During the campaign, Melania Trump once stumbled upon Harp late at night inside Trump’s private quarters at Mar-a-Lago, an area typically off-limits to anyone outside the family, according to journalist Alex Isenstadt.

Harp was reportedly delivering documents to Trump that she did not want to wait until morning to hand over.

Trump’s relationship with Harp is back in the limelight after he chose to save her over his own cabinet secretaries after an Iranian assassination threat following the Nato summit in Turkey last month.

Harp was among a handful of aides including Trump’s former caddy Dan Scavino who switched planes with him on the tarmac in Ankara. Israeli intelligence had warned of an impending Iranian attack on Air Force One.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent were left on the plane with dozens of journalists.

Harp’s estranged brother, Preston, first spoke to the Daily Mail back in June where he described his sister’s relationship with Trump as ‘very unhealthy’ and called the President a ‘national embarrassment.’

Preston, a self-described communist who lives in Nicaragua, recently told CNN that when Harp was a teenager she also wrote letters to president George Bush during the height of the Iraq war. 

The Daily Mail reached out to the White House for comment. 

A Texas woman presenting herself as a concerned neighbor helped raise more than $700,000 for her elderly father, who had gone viral as a delivery driver working to cover his wife’s cancer expenses. The fundraiser was later removed over what GoFundMe called “factual misrepresentations.”

GoFundMe took down the campaign supporting Donald Johnson and his wife, Josephine, after receiving a Sept. 25 tip questioning who was actually behind the fundraiser, NewsNation reported Monday.

The platform’s Trust & Safety team determined that the organizer, who identified herself as a neighbor named “Erin Howell,” was in fact the couple’s daughter, Amy Johnson.

“Our Trust & Safety team identified factual misrepresentations, which directly violate our Terms of Service,” GoFundMe told NewsNation.

Amy told the fundraising site that she adopted the neighbor identity because she thought donors might respond more strongly to the family’s situation if the appeal came from someone outside the family, according to NewsNation.

Amy said a neighbor provided the doorbell-camera footage and asked not to be identified.

She maintained that the video was genuine and that the other information shared in the appeal—including her father’s work, her mother’s cancer diagnosis and the family’s financial hardship—was accurate.

Amy used an existing GoFundMe account to collect the donations, changing the account’s username for the campaign.

GoFundMe, however, said that inaccurately describing an organizer’s identity or connection to a beneficiary violates its rules, even when there is no stated intention to deceive.

“As a result, the fundraiser has been removed and all donors have been refunded. Ensuring GoFundMe is a safe and trusted place to give and receive help is our top priority,” the company said.

“Taking action like this allows GoFundMe to protect donors’ generosity and our continued ability to support people who are fundraising to help others.”

The fundraiser went live Sept. 2 and brought in the donations before GoFundMe disabled the page and returned the money to contributors.

The story gained attention after home-security video appeared to capture Johnson carrying a customer’s misplaced luggage to a front door in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The resident seemed surprised to see the elderly delivery worker at the home.

According to the family, Johnson began working as an independent contractor delivering lost luggage to customers about three years ago, following his wife’s diagnosis with an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer.

The 81-year-old said he often worked 14-hour shifts and drove hundreds of miles each day to help support Josephine. In the process, he put more than 200,000 miles on a vehicle that now has serious mechanical problems.

After GoFundMe removed the original page, Amy started a new fundraiser for her parents on GiveSendGo Saturday, where she directly addressed the dispute.

“My mom has pancreatic cancer. The bills are high. My dad is 81 and still works delivering luggage so they can stay afloat,” Amy wrote.

She assured prospective donors that “the neighbor story is real. The doorcam video is real. The diagnosis is real. The job is real.”

“A lot of you already gave on GoFundMe. We are so grateful. That page was originally set up on my account because it was already established and we thought that would be the simplest way,” she wrote.

“When the name on the page was updated, GoFundMe treated it as a discrepancy. We offered documentation. They refunded the donations anyway.”

However, GoFundMe said Amy acknowledged on a recorded call that she posed as a neighbor to set up the original page, NewsNation reported.

She acknowledged on GiveSendGo that the refunds were frustrating for donors and the family alike, insisting nothing about her mother’s treatment or her father’s age and work had changed, and that her parents still need help.

“We started over on a new page so your support can actually reach them this time. If you already gave, thank you. If you can, even a little, it goes to her care and to getting him off those stairs,” Amy wrote.

“We will post updates. Thank you for the kindness you already showed this family.”

The GiveSendGo fundraiser had raised more than $45,000 of its $100,000 goal as of Monday.
