6-Year-Old Found Alone on Streets: Mother Unaware Until Police Contact

In a troubling incident in Miami, a 30-year-old woman from Florida, Annie Rivera, has been taken into custody after allegedly abandoning her 6-year-old son, who was subsequently found alone on the streets. The child was discovered wandering the area, raising concerns about his safety and well-being.

Rivera faces charges of child neglect without causing great bodily harm. The situation unfolded late Wednesday night when police responded to a distress call from NW 17th Street and NW 7th Avenue. A concerned 911 caller reported spotting a young boy walking unattended, prompting law enforcement to intervene.

Upon encountering the officers, the boy reportedly explained, “Mommy dropped me off and left me,” shedding light on the gravity of the situation. In response, authorities quickly distributed a “need to identify” flyer across local law enforcement agencies to ascertain the child’s identity.

The following morning, at approximately 10:30 a.m., a representative from the Miami-Dade Public Schools contacted the police. This call was instrumental in identifying the young boy and providing crucial information about Rivera. Investigators also uncovered a prior report filed by the Department of Children and Families the previous year, highlighting concerns of inadequate supervision in the household.

Further insights emerged when officers interviewed a roommate of Rivera. She recounted that on the night of the incident, she noticed Rivera and the child were absent when she went to bed around 11:30 p.m. Later, she heard the front door open, presuming it was Rivera and her son returning. However, upon waking the next day, she found Rivera asleep, but the boy was nowhere to be found, leading her to assume he might be with his godmother.

Police detained Rivera at her apartment in the 1500 block of NW 7th Court — which is not far from where cops found the boy — and placed her into custody. She said she finished work around 8:20 p.m. and she and the boy entered a Lyft which drove them home.

Rivera said she tucked the boy into bed and later took another Lyft to meet a friend to eat before she worked another job. She returned home between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. before going to sleep. The defendant did not realize her son was gone until DCF contacted her on Thursday morning, according to the affidavit. She allegedly said she thought her roommate took her son to school.

But Rivera did not ask nor coordinate with her roommate to take the boy to school.

“The defendant took full responsibility and admitted it was her fault,” cops wrote.

Local NBC affiliate WTVJ spoke with the man who called cops after spotting the boy walking by himself.

“This is odd for him to be in an area like this,” Arnett Johnson told the TV station. “I said, ‘man, it’s a little [boy] over here, looks like he’s lost, he’s in an odd area, but you all need to come get him.’”

The outlet also interviewed Rivera’s roommate who was contacted by DCF after cops identified the boy. She said she then called the boy’s mother.

“I was like ‘hey, where’s your son? They said they found your son,’” she told WTVJ. “She said ‘I thought you took him to school this morning.’ I said ‘you didn’t ask me, I know I didn’t take him to school,’” she said.

Rivera was taken to the Miami-Dade jail where she has since posted $2,500 bond. She pleaded not guilty. Her next court date was not listed.

Explore Kylie Jenner’s Luxurious Palm Springs Oasis: An Exclusive Coachella House Tour

During the Coachella 2026 weekend, Kylie Jenner offered a glimpse into her expansive Palm Springs retreat.

On Friday, the reality television mogul posted a TikTok video, giving fans a tour of her California residence while Sabrina Carpenter’s 2025 hit, “House Tour,” played in the background.

The video began with Jenner arriving at the property in a golf cart. She quickly showcased an indoor-outdoor living area adorned with modern, neutral-toned sofas, sleek coffee tables, and ambient spotlights.

Next, the 28-year-old stepped outside to reveal her luxurious pool area, complete with an array of lounge chairs perfect for relaxation.

In a playful twist, the “Kardashians” star took a ride in an elevator, emerging onto a basketball court where she tried her hand at shooting hoops.

The Khy creator cheekily showed off her home theater with several rows of couches and Justin Bieber’s 2010 music video “Baby” playing in the background.

Jenner then moved on to a balcony area, which was decorated with lounge chairs and featured a spectacular view of a Southern California mountain range.

Social media users expressed mixed feelings over the clip, with some dubbing it a “dystopian AF” look at the “wealth gap” and others cheering Jenner on.

The Kylie Cosmetics creator, who captioned the playful upload “Sabrina night,” has yet to respond to the backlash.

Jenner watched Carpenter’s show-stopping headline performance at the star-studded music festival later that same evening alongside her bestie Hailey Bieber.

She looked chic for the nighttime outing, pairing a tasseled white bustier top with jeans.

Jenner let loose at the concert and appeared to be smoking a cigarette in her Instagram slideshow documenting the outing.

On Saturday night, Jenner was front and center to watch pal Justin Bieber take the main stage to sing several of his throwbacks, including “Baby,” “Never Say Never” and “Beauty and a Beat.”

The Grammy winner also recreated his “standing on business” rant from July 2025, telling the audience the paparazzi “won’t leave [him] alone.”

He performed several songs from his 2025 “Swag” and “Swag II” albums dedicated to his wife, Hailey, and their son, Jack Blues.

Yankees’ Aaron Boone Stands by Jazz Chisholm Jr. Amid Rule Controversy

0

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The question lingers: could Jazz Chisholm Jr. have executed a double play if he’d handled the ball cleanly during the bottom of the 10th inning on Saturday night?

His grasp of the rulebook appears equally uncertain.

Reflecting on the pivotal play—a tie game with one out and the bases loaded—Chisholm fumbled a chance for a tag-and-throw double play due to a bobble. He speculated aloud about the possibility of throwing to first before attempting a tag play at second for an inning-ending double play, admitting, “I don’t know what the rule is.” Teammate Trent Grisham, seated beside him after their 5-4 defeat, clarified that the third-base runner would have crossed home plate before any tag at second, sealing the game regardless.

By Sunday morning, manager Aaron Boone was adamant that Chisholm indeed understands the rules.

“We’ll discuss it further,” Boone stated ahead of the series finale at Tropicana Field. “He’s clear on the rules. When faced with reporters, his default response might have been uncertain. Reviewing the play, there might have been a slim chance to execute the tag if he fielded it cleanly, but it’s difficult to predict how [Yandy] Diaz would react running from first to second. Once the ball takes a bad hop, it complicates turning the classic 4-6-3 double play.”

Asked directly about Chisholm saying he didn’t know the rule, Boone replied, “I think he knows the rule.”

Chisholm, who is in the minority in that he typically does not just give cliche or canned answers to reporters, has been crushed on social media for saying he did not know the rule.

“Look, I think part of it comes to answering those things in a better way,” Boone said. “You guys are around — Jazz is not a dumb guy. So it’s just sometimes how you present yourself in certain situations, coupled with he’s off to a little bit of a slow start too. Some good play changes that narrative.”

Mike Vrabel Skips Patriots Press Conference as Dianna Russini Controversy Unfolds

0

New England Patriots head coach, Mike Vrabel, is set to skip a scheduled press conference on Monday regarding the team’s NFL Draft plans. This comes in the wake of allegations concerning a rumored affair with reporter Dianna Russini, which Vrabel has denied.

Dianna Russini, a journalist for The Athletic, owned by The New York Times, is under renewed scrutiny by her employer. This follows the emergence of photos showing her and Vrabel holding hands and embracing at an adults-only resort in Arizona.

Both Russini and Vrabel, who are married to other people, have rejected claims of any inappropriate behavior. At the time, The Athletic’s executive editor, Steven Ginsberg, stood by Russini.

However, it was revealed on Friday that further concerns are now being examined. As a result, Russini will temporarily step back from her reporting duties during the ongoing investigation.

While the investigation unfolds, Vrabel continues to focus on the draft preparations. Unlike last year, he will not address the media ahead of the event. Instead, Patriots representative Eliot Wolf is expected to handle media queries on Monday afternoon, as reported by ESPN.

Last Tuesday, Page Six published exclusive photos showing the 50-year-old coach and 43-year-old NFL insider hugging, lounging poolside and laughing together at the $2,500-per night getaway in Sedona, Arizona.

The two have known each other for years. Russini previously covered Vrabel when he was coaching in Tennessee and she was serving as ESPN’s Titans beat reporter.

When the pictures first emerged, Russini insisted that they were at the resort with other friends who did not feature in the pictures.

‘The photos don’t represent the group of six people who were hanging out during the day,’ Russini told FOS through The Athletic. ‘Like most journalists in the NFL, reporters interact with sources away from stadiums and other venues.’

Interestingly, The Athletic issued its own denial after the publication, calling the photos ‘misleading’ and lacking ‘essential context,’ while defending Russini’s professionalism.

In his own statement at the time to the Post, Vrabel called the story ‘laughable.’

Per Page Six, Vrabel was at a scouting event at Arizona State University in Tempe on Friday before driving 125 miles to the adults-only hotel – which markets itself as a romantic getaway.

A source close to Russini told Page Six that she was at the hotel ‘during a hiking trip with two female pals.’

As for Vrabel, the draft is a key part of his planning for the 2026 season with the Patriots which, until now, has been an overwhelming success.

He led the team to the Super Bowl in his first season at the helm, before they lost in San Francisco to the Seattle Seahawks back in February.

The draft is a vital part of his plans to take the team on from there – the Patriots have the 31st pick in the first round, which is held in Pittsburgh on Thursday, April 23.

Vrabel is married to his wife, Jen, whom he met while attending Ohio State. Meanwhile, Russini married her husband, Shake Shack executive Kevin Goldschmidt, in 2020.

Goldschmidt is frequently referenced by Russini on podcasts, which are now being put under the microscope by football fans and gossip hounds.

The latest clip to be unearthed online comes from a 2021 episode of ESPN’s Get Up, when Russini discussed her husband in unflattering terms.

‘I’m married to someone average,’ she said at the time. ‘I don’t post a lot about him. If I was married to someone beautiful, I’d over-post too.’

Her ESPN co-hosts later gave Russini a chance to correct herself, to which she explained: ‘We’re average together.’

In another clip, Russini joked about having cold feet the night before her wedding while doing a phone interview with quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, who was once voted the NFL’s ‘sexiest’ player.

‘The night before my wedding, I’m making calls and I had a phone interview set up with Jimmy Garoppolo,’ Russini told the Dan Le Batard show. ‘Jimmy was great. He made a funny joke, like: “Hey, night before your wedding, you sure you want to do this?”

‘I’m thinking, of all the people in my life that I would talk to the night before my wedding, the one guy… my mom wanted me to marry was Jimmy Garoppolo,’ she laughed.

Chicago’s Role in Artemis II: Key Discoveries and NASA’s Next Steps

0

CHICAGO (WLS) — This week marks a historic milestone as humans ventured to the moon for the first time since 1972. This mission took astronauts farther into space than ever before.

ABC7 Chicago is now streaming 24/7. Click here to watch

Hunter Miller, an expert in public observation at the Adler Planetarium, shared insights into the significance of this unprecedented mission.

During their journey, four astronauts navigated around the moon’s far side and captured breathtaking images that captivated the world.

For the first time since 1972, humans traveled to the moon.

“They witnessed areas of the moon we’ve only seen through previous imaging, but never with the naked eye. The astronauts deliberately journeyed far enough to view the moon’s entire disc,” Miller elaborated.

“The moon appeared about the size of a basketball held at arm’s length. There’s something extraordinary about seeing it with the human eye. While a camera can capture a perfect image, the human eye has the unique ability to notice anomalies and focus on new details, offering invaluable insights from their presence there,” Miller added.

Miller says one thing that surprised him about this mission was the crew’s mention of a higher number of meteor impacts than they were expecting.

“These are bright flashes of light on the moon’s surface as little bits of rock from space interact with the moon,” he said.

While lunar landings are planned in the future, during this trip the astronauts did not walk on the moon and did not collect samples.

Artemis III, another test flight, is scheduled to blast off in 2027.

But they are bringing something back from their trip.

“I do think the most important thing they bring back with them is their experience. These astronauts are the first to fly aboard the Orion capsule. And so, their experience, their time on the spacecraft is a really important thing they bring back with them,” Miller said.

The second: the Orion Capsule.

“They will look at how it handled this flight, this very long and intense journey that it took and see how they can improve that capsule for future missions,” she said.

Artemis III, another test flight, is scheduled to blast off in 2027.

Sergio Garcia’s Masters Meltdown: Driver Smashed and Rival’s Bag Mistakenly Taken Amid On-Course Drama

0

Even the best golfers can find themselves struggling against the formidable Augusta National, and on Sunday, it was Sergio Garcia who found himself at odds with this challenging course. The Spanish golfer faced official reprimand from the Masters’ officials after an unfortunate outburst.

Those early risers at Augusta expecting a calm start to the final round were in for a surprise. While many anticipated the main drama to unfold later with Rory McIlroy and others, it was Garcia who provided unexpected early theatrics.

Just two holes into his final round, the former Masters champion experienced a dramatic meltdown. Already one-over for the day, Garcia’s drive on the second hole landed in a right fairway bunker on the par-five, taking a significant chunk of the tee box with it.

Although the shot was far from perfect, given Garcia’s need for a near-miraculous performance to redeem his Masters outing, the ensuing emotional reaction seemed disproportionate. His frustration was evident in the tantrum that followed, marking a challenging moment on what has been a tough trip down Magnolia Lane for the 2017 champion.

The shot was far from ideal with Garcia already needing a Masters miracle to claw back any positives from this year’s trip down Magnolia Lane. But it still did not warrant the tantrum that ensued.

The ball was still in flight when the LIV Golf star began to repeatedly batter the turf with his driver. When that was no longer a sufficient outlet for his anger, the 46-year-old turned to the cooler box on the right edge of the tee.

Sergio Garcia snapped his driver after repeated smashing it in a fit of fury at The Masters

The veteran professional hammered the the box with his club, the hit so hard that the impact snapped the driver head off the shaft.

Later on the same hole, hilarity ensued. Garcia was seen wandering down the fairway carrying a golf bag.

The bizarre twist? It wasn’t even his own. Garcia traipsed down the hill with playing partner Jon Rahm’s bag slung over his shoulder.

Rahm’s own caddie was left tending to a bunker, but why Garcia’s compatriot couldn’t carry his own bag was a mystery.

What Garcia intended to achieve with the classless act is beyond anyone in sound mind’s guess. All his childish temper tantrum resulted in was a reprimand from Augusta’s powers-that-be and the self-inflicted penalty of completing his round without a driver.

Garcia was issued with a code of conduct warning, with Geoff Yang, the chairman of the Masters competition committee, pulling him to one side on the fourth hole.

Meanwhile, under the Rules of Golf, Garcia was not allowed to replace his driver since it was damaged because of abuse.

Garcia, despite his tempestuous outburst, managed to make par, hacking himself out of the sand to within 120 yards of the green.

But now stripped of the greatest weapon in his arsenal, Garcia lacked any real attacking power. Forced to take his three-wood off the third, playing the third easiest hole on the course this week, Garcia had to settle for bogey.

Garcia and fellow LIV Golf star Rahm have struggled at Augusta, sneaking through the cut

The on-tee eruption from Garcia was the latest incident in a long rap sheet of behavioral issues for Garcia. He was once disqualified at the 2019 Saudi International for ‘serious misconduct’ after purposefully damaging several greens the day after having a meltdown in a bunker.

It was also the latest indictment of LIV’s demise. Garcia, like his fellow Saudi-backed comrades, has been a pale impression of the man who outdueled Justin Rose for the green jacket nine years ago.

That 2017 victory alone is why the former champion is even in the field this week. He has been anonymous on the major stages since, failing to post a single top 10.

Garcia and his fellow LIV rebels have sunken into obscurity among The Masters field this week. The golfing titans are now largely has-beens.

Take playing partner and countryman Rahm, for instance. It is hard to shake the urge that his career has been stuck in reverse since he captured his own green jacket in 2023. He also barely snuck through to the weekend, as did Dustin Johnson and Charl Schwartzel.

Tyrrell Hatton was the breakaway’s only ray of light following the first two rounds. His six-under 66 to shoot into contention and lead the LIV charge. But even he has slunk backwards, his even-par on Saturday far from enough to keep pace with McIlroy and Cameron Young heading into Sunday.

Garcia’s outburst came after Robert MacIntyre had already risked the wrath of the green jackets this week.

The Scottish star found himself in hot water after cursing and flipping his middle finger during a foul-mouthed first round of The Masters.

Doctors Astonished by Jelly Roll’s Blood Test Results: What Do Your Results Reveal?

Jelly Roll is riding high on the wave of success this year. His career hit a peak with three Grammy awards in February 2026, followed by a feature in Men’s Health that not only showcased his incredible 275-pound weight loss but also delved into his transformative journey. Yet, it wasn’t just the impressive before-and-after photos that caught the public’s attention. It was the startling revelations about his health struggles before embarking on this path.

During his initial consultation at the wellness clinic Ways2Well, Jelly Roll’s blood test results were alarming, even to the experienced medical team. His insulin levels were alarmingly high, his testosterone was at a mere 57 — akin to that of a young boy, he explained. Elevated cholesterol and a dangerously high A1C level, indicating poor blood sugar control over recent months, were also concerning. These findings led to a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes, necessitating medication, and he also began testosterone replacement therapy.

“The first few results were mind-boggling,” he shared with Men’s Health.

However, the real takeaway from his story isn’t the shock value. It’s about a profound change in perspective. “The focus was never just on shedding pounds,” he reflected. “It was about understanding what was going on inside my body.”

jelly roll

Jelly Roll’s journey represents one of the most significant transformations among celebrities, shedding nearly 300 pounds and, as he describes, reclaiming his life. At his peak weight of 540 pounds, he felt a looming threat to his survival. “I truly believed I was on the brink of death,” the country music sensation remarked, reflecting on those challenging times.

What Standard Bloodwork Often Misses and Why Jelly Roll’s Was Comprehensive

Jelly Roll’s clinic didn’t just run the basics. Ways2Well founder Brigham Buhler described their approach to Men’s Health: “If you have high blood pressure, you’re going to be given high blood pressure medication, right? Why is your blood pressure high? You have to peel back the layers and figure out what’s causing it.”

That layered approach uncovered that excessive insulin was forcing Jelly Roll’s body to store fat, a metabolic issue that standard bloodwork might never have flagged. Most annual physicals include a CBC (complete blood count) and CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel), which cover blood cell health, kidney and liver function, electrolytes and a single glucose reading. Those are valuable, but they don’t always catch what’s building beneath the surface.

The Bloodwork Tests Similar to Jelly Roll’s That Are Worth Asking For

Each of Jelly Roll’s alarming markers connects to something your own doctor can check.

A1C captures your average blood sugar over 2-3 months rather than a single moment. Below 5.7% is normal, 5.7-6.4% is prediabetes and 6.5%+ indicates diabetes. The CDC recommends everyone over 45 get a baseline, and the 2026 ADA Standards of Care updated screening guidance in January.

Fasting insulin isn’t part of standard panels but can flag insulin resistance years before A1C becomes abnormal. This is exactly what caught Jelly Roll’s metabolic issues early.

GettyImages-2252279898-jelly-roll-weight-loss

Jelly Roll’s 275-pound weight loss has changed his life in more ways than one. “[It’s changed me in] every way,” the country singer, 41, told Extra at Netflix’s Star Search premiere on Tuesday, January 20. “I’ve gotten closer to God, I’ve gotten closer to myself, I’m a better father. I’m more present with my children.” […]

Testosterone ranges from roughly 300-1,000 ng/dL in adult men and 15-70 ng/dL in women. Jelly Roll’s was 57. While the conversation around low T tends to focus on men, women need it too. Low testosterone in women can contribute to fatigue, reduced muscle mass, low libido and difficulty maintaining bone density, especially during and after menopause. Regardless of gender, it’s never included automatically in standard bloodwork and must be specifically requested.

Lipid panel measures your HDL, LDL and triglycerides. A baseline between ages 35-40 is recommended unless family history suggests earlier screening.

Thyroid (TSH) is another commonly overlooked test. Thyroid disorders affect roughly 1 in 10 women, and about 60% of those affected don’t know it.

What You Can Do at Your Next Appointment

Don’t just accept “everything looks normal” without asking which specific tests were actually run. Standard panels may skip A1C, fasting insulin, testosterone and thyroid entirely.

Write down your family history of diabetes, heart disease and obesity before your visit. This can qualify you for additional testing that insurance is more likely to cover. If something comes back borderline, ask about retesting in three to six months rather than waiting a full year.

If you want specific panels without a doctor’s order, Labcorp and Quest both offer direct-to-consumer testing, though insurance typically won’t cover those.

Jelly Roll didn’t hide from his numbers. At the peak of his career, he chose to look inward first. That decision likely saved his life, and the same curiosity about what’s happening inside your own body is available to anyone willing to ask the right questions at their next appointment.

Record Voter Turnout in Hungary as Trump Ally Viktor Orbán Confronts Major Electoral Challenge Since 2010

0

The election has captured the attention of both the United States and Europe, as a record number of Hungarians head to the polls. This high-stakes contest pits Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who has received an endorsement from former U.S. President Donald Trump, against his previous political associate, Péter Magyar.

With polls showing him trailing, Orban received a significant boost from Vice President JD Vance’s visit to Hungary earlier this week. Vance’s visit underscored the U.S. administration’s support for a pro-American leader in a strategically important region, especially given the perceived lack of support from other European allies, particularly in the conflict with Iran.

During his address, Vance made the purpose of his visit explicit. “We’re here because of the misinformation against Viktor in this election,” Vance stated at the Mathias Corvinus Collegium in Budapest. “We want to show that Viktor and his government have allies across the globe who appreciate their role as partners for peace. Ultimately, the choice belongs to the Hungarian people, as it should be.”

Following Vance’s return to the U.S., Trump weighed in on Truth Social Friday: “My Administration stands ready to use the full economic might of the United States to strengthen Hungary’s Economy, as we have done for our great allies in the past, if Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and the Hungarian People ever need it. We are excited to invest in the future prosperity that will be generated by Orbán’s continued leadership!”

Beloved by many older and more rural Hungarians and reviled by detractors, Orbán has emerged as the country’s most consequential leader since its transition to democracy at the end of the Cold War. Still, the election campaign has become intense.

Orbán’s strained relationship with the European Union comes from his positioning on Russia’s war against Ukraine, his country’s firm support of Israel and his hard stance on not accepting migrants, which led to EU financial sanctions for his refusal to open the country’s border to foreigners.

During the 16-year Orbán government, the Hungarian economy has grown relatively quickly for an EU country. The country’s GDP per capita (what the average person earns annually) rose to nearly $17,000 last year, up from approximately $12,000 in 2014, according to Trading Economics data. However, it’s not all good. Inflation has recently been relatively high at an annual rate of 4.9%, and business sentiment has been consistently negative since August 2022.

The polls shows Magyar’s Tisza party with 50% of the vote and Orbán’s Fidesz party behind at 39% as of April 9, according to Politico. Magyar now poses the largest electoral threat to Orbán since 2010.

“The polls are going well for the opposition,” Daniel Wood, portfolio manager at William Blair Investment Management, told Fox News Digital. “If the opposition wins, there’s a chance that the EU unlocks the frozen funds, which are around 7% of the GDP.”

Speaking to reporters outside a polling station Sunday, Orbán, 62, said the campaign had been “a great national moment on our side” and thanked activists and supporters for their work. “I’m here to win,” the Associated Press reported.

In an interview earlier in the week, Magyar complained the EU’s longest-serving leader has led the country on a “180-degree turn” in recent years, endangering its Western orientation while cozying up to Moscow. Yet despite that drift, “Hungarians still see that Hungary’s peace and development are guaranteed by membership of the European Union and NATO,” Magyar said. “I think this really will be a referendum on our country’s place in the world,” he told the Associated Press.

Results are expected later Sunday afternoon.

Augusta’s Golden Rule Under Siege: Masters Implement New Crackdown Strategy

0

The Masters are intensifying their strategies to prevent spectators from smuggling AI glasses into Augusta, effectively bypassing the venue’s strict ban on phones and cameras, according to sources from the Daily Mail.

In recent years, companies like Oakley and Ray-Ban have introduced AI-enabled glasses that feature tiny speakers, microphones, and cameras, enabling users to communicate, enjoy music, and capture images and videos. These devices have gained significant traction among social media influencers lately.

Priced as high as $800, these technologically advanced glasses can easily go undetected by the untrained eye. Some attendees have even managed to sneak them into the Masters, subsequently sharing footage online.

Reports have surfaced of several fans sporting these gadgets during the current week, leading to increased pressure for the club to officially add them to the prohibited items list.

A source revealed to the Daily Mail that the club has made identifying these glasses a top priority for security personnel, with staff being trained to recognize the concealed cameras within them.

Fans are allowed to bring cameras inside Augusta for practice rounds but as soon as the tournament starts on Thursday, the club bans electronic devices such as ‘cell phones, laptops, tablets, beepers, drones and other electronics… including devices capable of transmitting photo/video.’

Earlier this week, former Open champion Mark Calcavecchia was reportedly thrown out of the Masters after he was caught on his phone, while Kai Trump sparked allegations that she had broken the club’s golden rule after the president’s granddaughter posted pictures from behind the scenes at Augusta.

Calcavecchia, a 13-time PGA Tour winner, refused to elaborate on the incident, telling Golfweek on Wednesday: ‘I’ve got nothing negative to say about Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters, so I think we should literally hang up right now.’

But the incident shows just how seriously organizers enforce their rules – and how much of a concern the glasses are.

A source told the Daily Mail that after smart glasses first emerged, security staff sometimes struggled to detect them, given how similar they look to regular sunglasses.

But now they are said to be one of the biggest things that security is told to look out for.

On one recent occasion, a source revealed, a fan was caught trying to bring the glasses into the first round of the Masters.

They had used them for a practice round and were shown some mercy – the club confiscated the gadget but the fan was able to collect them as they left.

But should anyone attempt to sneak them in for Sunday’s final round, they would risk being kicked out and banned from the tournament, the source added.

The tournament enters its final day on Sunday with defending champion Rory McIlroy tied for the lead alongside Cam Young of the United States on -11.

Young’s fellow American Sam Burns is a shot behind, while McIlroy’s Europe Ryder Cup teammates Shane Lowry and Justin Rose also feature in the chasing pack.

McIlroy went into his round on Saturday with a commanding six-shot lead but on a day where many others went low, he only managed to grind out a one-over par score of 73.

‘I have to look at the positives, even though there aren’t that many to take today,’ McIlroy said on Saturday night. ‘I did bounce back. I hit some good shots coming in.

‘I’m in a great position. I just know I need to be better to have a chance.’

Emotional Showdown: Rachel Gilmore’s Tearful Moment at MAFS Final Dinner Party Revealed

Sunday’s episode of “Married At First Sight” brought a wave of disappointment as beloved couple Rachel Gilmore and Steven Danyluk announced their separation.

At the “Married At First Sight” Final Dinner Party, hosted by Daily Mail in Sydney, 35-year-old Rachel was seen in tears. The emotional night unfolded as she watched the heart-wrenching footage of their breakup, while Steven, aged 34, was merely a few meters away.

The reunion took place at the Ovolo Hotel in Woolloomooloo, where the cast gathered to view the latest episode, leading to an emotional moment for Rachel.

The group was captivated by a flashback to a Commitment Ceremony scene. In this segment, Rachel candidly shared her apprehensions about the future of their relationship with the show’s experts.

During the clip, Rachel expressed her concern, saying, “I’m scared that Steven will return to his life in Sydney, and it will be easier for him to let me go.”

‘Because he is time poor and he has his business, and so it might be a burden to try and maintain our relationship with me. So, he might just let me go. So, yeah, that’s… that’s my fear.’

It all became too much for Rachel, who leaned her head on Sam’s shoulder for support as she wiped tears from her eyes.

Meanwhile, Steven, sitting just metres from his former bride, kept his focus firmly on the screen, so as not to make eye contact with Rachel.

Despite the revelation that they had split, there was a moment of hope for Rachel and Steven on Sunday night’s episode.

Before sitting down to dinner, the couple had a private chat to dissect the end of their relationship, which culminated in Steven putting his wedding ring back on.

An emotional Rachel said: ‘I can’t believe that we’re here by ourselves. I can’t believe we’re broken up still.’

Steven admitted that he hadn’t made Rachel his ‘number one priority’ after Final Vows, instead focusing on his business.

Rachel then asked Steven if he wanted to ‘repair’ their marriage, telling him: ‘I still have a lot of love and care for you. I don’t want it to be like this.’

Steven replied: ‘I don’t want to be like this either, that’s why I’m so hurt and upset.’

Rachel then reiterated how much she still cared for Steven, and after a long pause, he responded.

‘I’m not wearing my ring. I know. But I do have it on me just in case,’ he said, as he pulled out a gold band from his jacket pocket.

Speaking to producers, he added: ‘So, I put the wedding ring back on. Me and Rachel really both care for each other. We don’t want the relationship to end.’

However, it seems the reunion was short-lived, with Rachel revealing to Daily Mail the heartbreaking truth behind their split.

Reliving their Final Vows has been bittersweet for Rachel, who admitted the emotional scenes still hit hard.

‘I said yes at the end… it was a really beautiful moment to relive,’ she said.

‘It just reminded me of how much I was in love with Steven and how much he meant to me… and how much I was willing to give up to be with him.’

‘It’s just really hard to get to this point… rewatching it knowing the total outcome,’ she admitted.

According to Rachel, the cracks began almost immediately after filming wrapped.

Despite making big promises about building a future together, Steven returned to his normal life in Sydney – and never truly showed up for her.

‘We’d really spoken about him coming to Melbourne… that was his opportunity to show up for me,’ she explained.

‘But there was always an excuse and a reason not to come.’

‘He listed the reasons why he couldn’t come… and they were all to do with me,’ she revealed.

‘That really took me by surprise. I should have been the reason you’d want to run to Melbourne.’
