Many rumors are going on with John Crist Facebook Hacked. Is it true? American comedian John Crist hails from Lilburn, Georgia.

“Every Parent at Disney,” “Millennial International: Sponsor a Millennial Today,” “If Golf and Soccer Switched Announcers,” and “Weather Man MELTS Down on Live TV” are some of his most popular YouTube comedies.

He’s also well-known from Weed Shop and Church. Crist has been an opening act for Anjelah Johnson, Dave Chappelle, Tim Hawkins, Jeff Foxworthy, and Seth Meyers.

Allegations of sexual assault in November 2019 forced Crist to postpone a planned Netflix stand-up special and cancel the remaining dates of his Immature Thoughts comedy tour.

Later, Crist utilized the film for his first-ever YouTube special, “What Are We Doing?” Crist published his debut novel, “Delete That,” in October 2022.

Let’s investigate the rumor of ‘John Crist Facebook Hacked’ and other details regarding his rehab life.

John Crist Facebook Hacked News: Is It True?

The news saying John Crist Facebook Hacked is all over the internet, and people wonder if this rumor is true. This news is not a rumor but a truth, as he has shared the news regarding his Facebook being hacked on his Instagram.

As we try to open his Facebook, the platform notifies us that this content isn’t available at the moment.

Social media hacking has become so widespread that it is having an impact on national politics. Do you recall the recent election-related Russian cyberattacks that sent the American news media into a frenzy?

According to the New York Times, Twitter was the source of those Pentagon hacks: Pentagon officials are becoming more concerned that state-sponsored hackers are breaking into Defense Department computer networks by utilizing social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.

Furthermore, the officials stated that since people are more inclined to think of themselves as friends on social networking platforms, human error—the mistake that leads someone to click on a link provided to them in an email—is exponentially bigger there.

For most of us, social media platforms are essential for communication and have become a mainstay of our culture. There could be disastrous results if we do not act quickly.

Why Is John Crist In Rehab? Twitter And Instagram Update

When it became public in November 2019 that Crist had been charged with sexually abusing five young women, the news grabbed attention.

Charisma News published the first story with the women’s anonymous testimony details. Even while it was mentioned that the accusations were not illegal in nature, they were nevertheless very serious, particularly for a well-known Christian person.

Following the revelation of the allegations, Crist withdrew from any public appearances. The Netflix special he was supposed to release later that month was postponed.

In addition, Crist took an eight-month break from all social media, where he had been posting content regularly for years.

After a while, Crist made a comeback to social media, sharing in a video that he had spent time in an inpatient recovery facility for sexual addiction.

He expressed regret for his deceit in portraying himself as one person to the outside world while being someone else in private.

Christian comedian John Crist recently shared a video to YouTube in which he performs live and talks candidly about his problems with mental health, sexual addiction, and treatment.

He talked about the crucial part that some excellent remarks from total strangers at a nearby Five Guys Burgers and Fries played in his recovery process during the performance.

We can find him on various social platforms, including Instagram and Twitter.

Murdered “Woman with the Flower Tattoo” Identified as British National After 31 Years

0

She was known only as the “woman with the flower tattoo” for decades.

That’s the moniker cold case investigators ascribed to an unidentified woman who was violently murdered and dumped in a Belgian river in 1992. For 31 years, the identity of the mysterious murder victim — who had a black rose tattooed on her left forearm — would baffle international authorities.

On Monday, Interpol, the organization that connects police organizations from around the world, formally identified the mystery cold case victim as 31-year-old British national Rita Roberts.

Who is Rita Roberts and what happened to her?

Roberts was found dead in the Groot Schijn river in Antwerp, Belgium in June 1992. Her body was discovered resting by a grate in the river, according to officials. She’d been brutally murdered. At the time of her death, a tattooed rosebud on her left forearm was one of the few clues and physically distinguishing features investigators had banked on in identifying her. The tattoo featured a black flower with green leaves and had the lettering “R’Nick” written underneath.

How was the “woman with the flower tattoo” identified as Rita Roberts?

Interpol said the woman’s family came forward to identify her after a relative saw recent coverage of the case on television, which had included an image of the woman’s floral tattoo.

Interest in Roberts’ case was reignited this year as part of Interpol’s recent Operation Identify Me initiative, which aims to identify 22 women who were found murdered in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands in cases stretching back at least four decades. The campaign, which launched in May, generated approximately 1,250 public tips related to the Roberts case. It was through the campaign’s webpage that Roberts’ family ultimately notified and tipped off Interpol and Belgian police.

Roberts’ family later formally identified her through “distinguishing personal identifiers,” Interpol said in a press release this week. They’ve since petitioned Belgian courts to amend the U.K. woman’s death certificate to include her name. Her loved ones described the developments as “shocking” and “heartbreaking.”

“Our passionate, loving and free-spirited sister was cruelly taken away,” Roberts’ family said in a prepared statement released by Interpol. “There are no words to truly express the grief we felt at that time, and still feel today.”

Officials now say Roberts had relocated from Cardiff, Wales to Antwerp in 1992. Her family described Roberts as a “beautiful person who adored traveling” and “loved her family.”

“She had the ability to light up a room, and wherever she went, she was the life and soul of the party,” Roberts’ family’s statement continued. “We hope that wherever she is now, she is at peace.”

In their remarks, Roberts’ family also thanked the wide array of law enforcement agencies that had participated in investigative efforts to identify the 31-year-old woman, including Belgium Missing Persons, Antwerp Police, Interpol and Durham Police in the U.K. The grieving family has since asked for privacy.

“Whilst the news has been difficult to process, we are incredibly grateful to have uncovered what happened to Rita,” their statement added. “We miss her deeply.”

International authorities are still accepting tips in Roberts’ case. Anyone with information related to her death is urged to notify Interpol via its tip portal.

Shakira car accident news has been making headlines as the prominent musician disclosed the details in a recent interview.

Apart from that, the Colombian singer and songwriter has been the target of a malicious death hoax that claims she died in a car accident.

What happened to the Barranquilla native? With so many rumors and speculations circulating online, it is time to get to the bottom of the matter.

Shakira Car Accident 2023: Health Update

The Columbian superstar Shakira faced a dangerous accident during filming for the song “Copa Vacia.”

After achieving success in 2023 with songs like “Music Sessions 53”, “TQG,” and “Acrostico,” Shakira collaborated with her fellow Colombian Manuel Turizo for the song “Copa Vacia.” The video came out on 29 June this year.

The Queen of Latin Music told Primer Impacto, “It was a very long shoot; the fish tank broke, and the set started to flood.”

Shakira revealed she could not get out because she wore a mermaid tail. They had to lift her out with a crane in a chaotic scene.

The versatile musician was glad it was only a story to tell, and she was not injured.

She also disclosed that Turizo had warned her about the risk of the tank breaking, but she dismissed him. Later, she said he was right, and his prediction came true.

Furthermore, rumors have also claimed that the Barranquilla-born artist got into a car accident.

Contrary to the baseless rumors, the renowned musician Shakira did not get into a car accident in 2023.

Confusion might have arisen as there was another person named Shakira Adams who was involved in a fatal car crash in Canberra, Australia, in May 2022.

Adams allegedly killed Matthew McLuckie, a 20-year-old airport worker, by driving at high speed on the wrong side of the road. Adams has been charged with manslaughter and is awaiting trial.

Shakira Death Hoax Debunked

Shakira’s fans and well-wishers can rest assured that the singer is alive & well and that the death news is entirely false.

The accomplished songwriter has been the target of a malicious death hoax that claims she died in a car accident.

The hoax has been circulating online through a fake Facebook page titled “RIP Shakira” and an email that contains a malware attachment.

The email, written in Spanish, alleges that Shakira’s manager was driving the car when the accident happened in La Macarena, Colombia. However, it is false.

It should be noted that the singer attended the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards recently, where the Colombian superstar took the stage twice.

She delivered a heartfelt performance of her “Acróstico,” a Song of the Year nominee.

Shakira dazzled in a sparkling gold dress with a Virgin Mary image and a shiny mic as she moved gracefully to a grand piano where her partner played along.

The Latin star showed her majestic presence while expressing the deepest love and the most delicate emotion in the pop ballad, which is dedicated to her two sons, Milan and Sasha.

The broadcast showed clips of Milan and Sasha, who also appear in the song.

In conclusion, Shakira is not dead, and the rumors are completely unfounded.

The superstar is still active and successful in her musical career, as she performed at the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards.

The death hoax is a malicious attempt to spread misinformation and harm the singer’s reputation. Therefore, it should be ignored.

What Happened To The U.S. Representative James Comer?

The House Oversight and Accountability Committee chair, James Comer, heatedly argued with Rep. Jared Moskowitz on 14 November.

The argument erupted between two members of Congress during a hearing on the oversight of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) on Tuesday.

The dispute was over a loan that President Biden gave to his brother, James Biden, which the House Oversight and Accountability Committee has investigated as part of the impeachment probe into the president’s family finances.

Rep. James Comer has accused Biden of using the loan to evade taxes while he was out of office.

He has also issued subpoenas for Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and their business partner, Rob Walker, to testify before the committee. Comer has appeared on Fox News to discuss the allegations and the subpoenas.

Comer responded angrily and denied the claim. He said the report was false and had never loaned his brother any money.

Comer even insulted Moskowitz’s appearance, saying he looked like a Smurf because of his blue suit and tie.

Likewise, Moskowitz later made a joke on X, comparing Comer to Gargamel, the main villain of the Smurfs universe.

Moskowitz also made a video on X, in which he signed a prop “subpoena” for Comer, saying he had given his brother a loan just like Biden.

Homeless man charged with breaking multiple windows on car said he thought the car belonged to someone else

0

Staff report

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Fredrick Lamar Johnson, Jr., 49, was arrested yesterday and charged with property damage over $1,000 and possession of a controlled substance after allegedly breaking all the windows of a car except one and later saying he believed the car belonged to someone else.

At 2:50 p.m. yesterday, a Gainesville Police Department officer responded to the 1600 block of NE 9th Avenue, where Johnson reportedly said, “I did it,” without being prompted. The officer reported that he saw a small baggie with a white rock-like substance in Johnson’s hand, and when the officer looked at it, Johnson reportedly said, “It’s molly,” before the officer asked about it.

The substance reportedly tested positive for MDPV and weighed 0.6 grams. Johnson also reportedly had a “blunt” containing tobacco and MDPV.

A witness reportedly told the officer Johnson had used a metal pole to break all the vehicle’s windows except one. Johnson reportedly said he believed the vehicle belonged to someone else at the time he broke the windows. The damage to the car was estimated at $1,200.

Johnson, whose address is listed as GRACE Marketplace, has five felony convictions (four violent) and five misdemeanor convictions (none violent). He has served five state prison sentences, including an 18-year sentence for carjacking with a firearm in Alachua County; his most recent release was in 2020.

Judge Walter Green set bail at $15,000.

Articles about arrests are based on reports from law enforcement agencies. The charges listed are taken from the arrest report and/or court records and are only accusations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wisconsin Woman Convicted of Killing Beautician Friend with Eye Drops in Her Water

0

A Wisconsin woman will likely now spend the rest of her life in prison after she was convicted of killing her friend by drugging the woman’s water with a lethal dose of eye drops.

Jessy Kurczewski, 39, was found guilty on Tuesday in the 2018 death of beautician Lynn Hernan, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. A Waukesha County jury convicted Kurczewski on one count of first-degree intentional homicide. She was also found guilty of two counts of theft of movable property less than $100,000 but more than $10,000.

The jury returned their verdict around 1:30 p.m. Deliberations had lasted for roughly a day and a half before the jury reached their decision following closing arguments on Monday. Kurczewski cupped her hand over her face and wept openly in court for several minutes after the judge delivered the verdict.

Prosecutors said the trial had been “seeking justice for life that was unjustly taken,” calling the verdict “a step toward closure to all those who grieve Lynn.”

“The defendant betrayed Lynn out of greed,” Deputy District Attorney Abbey Nickolie said.

How did Lynn Hernan die?

On October 3, 2018, police found Hernan dead in her Pewaukee, Wisconsin, condo. Pill bottles were scattered about by her body. An autopsy later revealed that Hernan had ingested a fatal amount of tetrahydrozoline, a common medicine in over-the-counter eye drops like Visine, as well as nasal sprays. Her death was later ruled a homicide by the Waukesha County Medical Examiner.

Why did Jessy Kurczewski kill Lynn Hernan?

During police interviews, Kurczewski had claimed Hernan was suicidal and ingested eye drops along with vodka by herself. Prosecutors, however, maintained Kurczewski plotted to poison Hernan and later staged her death as an overdose in order to defraud the Wisconsin woman of nearly $300,000, according to The Associated Press

During the trial, prosecutors pointed out how, following Hernan’s death, Kurcezewski assumed control of Hernan’s finances and slowly drained the woman’s savings. In one instance, Kurcezewski cashed a check fraudulently made out to her from Hernan for more than $130,000, according to court documents previously obtained by Oxygen. Prosecutors say she also caused Hernan’s credit score to plummet posthumously by maxing out her credit cards, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

Hernan was from Madison, Wisconsin, according to her obituary. She was a salon owner and hairstylist.

Kurczewski’s defense team had hotly contested any involvement in Hernan’s death during the trial. Attorney Donna Kuchler argued Hernan was like a mother to the Wisconsin woman. She disputed that Hernan’s overdose death occurred due to tetrahydrozoline alone and alluded to a “polydrug overdose,” meaning that the 62-year-old had taken a deadly mixture of drugs.

Kuchler also alleged that Hernan’s health was failing, that she’d been in a lot of pain prior to her death and following a palliative care consultation, had begun freely spending her savings. This included gifting ample funds to Kurczewski, Kuchler claimed.

“Lynn gave Jessy money all the time because she wanted to,” Kuchler said. “Giving money to Jessy made her happy. Jessy was like her daughter.”

Kurczewski’s defense team didn’t speak with reporters after the verdict was rendered.

Loved ones of Hernan breathed a sigh of relief after the verdict was read. Anthony Pozza, a friend of the dead Wisconsin woman, said her death had triggered “five years of stress,” according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. He referred to Hernan, who he said had been like a close family member, as “Aunt Lynny.”

Kurczewski remains in custody at a Waukesha County detention facility ahead of her December 7 sentencing, according to online jail records. She faces a mandatory life prison sentence on the first-degree murder charge and a maximum 10-year sentence on the pair of theft charges.

Hope for thousands battling two deadly blood disorders as UK approves world-first ‘cure’: £1million-drug allows sufferers to feel ‘born again’

0

Thousands of Brits suffering from two blood disorders could be given a first-of-its-kind treatment that could potentially cure them.

Casgevy was today approved by the UK’s medicines watchdog for all over-12s after ‘rigorous’ safety, quality and effectiveness checks.

The drug, which is expected to be priced around £1million per patient, treats sickle cell disease and transfusion-dependent β-thalassemia — painful, life-long conditions that, in severe cases, can be fatal.

Experts say the gene-editing treatment acts as a ‘functional cure’ for both disorders, removing the faulty gene and relieving symptoms.

However, it will only be rolled out on the NHS if it receives a further approval from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (Nice).

Sickle cell disease patients, of which there are around 15,000 in the UK, do not make haemoglobin properly — a substance in red blood cells, which carry oxygen around the body. As a result, their red blood cells become rigid and shaped like a crescent instead of a disc (pictured), which can cause them to die and become stuck in blood vessels

Both genetic conditions are caused by errors in the genes for haemoglobin, which is used by red blood cells to carry oxygen around the body.

Sufferers experience attacks of severe pain that can last days or weeks, serious and life-threatening infections and anaemia, which can trigger tiredness and weakness.

Around 1,000 Brits have transfusion-dependent β-thalassaemia. This group have a shortage of healthy red blood cells, which leads to severe anaemia.

How does Casgevy work?

Casgevy, made by Boston-based Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Crispr Therapeutics in Switzerland, works by editing the faulty HBB gene behind both conditions in a patient’s bone marrow stem cells so that the body produces functioning haemoglobin.

To do this, stem cells are taken out of a patient’s bone marrow and edited in a laboratory using molecular ‘scissors’ which precisely disable the faulty gene.

Stem cells are then infused back into the patient, who may need to spend a month or longer in hospital while the treated cells start to make healthy red blood cells.

The results have the potential to be life-long.

An ongoing trial of the drug so far shows that 97 per cent of sickle cell patients were free from severe pain for at least one year after treatment.

In a separate study for β-thalassaemia, 93 per cent of participants did not need a blood transfusion for at least one year. Among those who did, their need for transfusions fell by 70 per cent.

Side effects included nausea, fatigue, fever and increased risk of infection.

They often need a monthly blood transfusion to survive and require injections and medicines for life. If left untreated, the condition can cause organ damage and be fatal.

In a separate study for β-thalassaemia, 93 per cent of participants did not need a blood transfusion for at least one year. Among those who did, their need for transfusions fell by 70 per cent.

Side effects included nausea, fatigue, fever and increased risk of infection.

No significant safety concerns were spotted but the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and drugmakers will continue to monitor patients.

Casgevy is the first medicine to be licensed that uses the innovative gene-editing tool CRISPR, known as ‘genetic scissors’ that enable scientists to make precise changes to DNA. Its inventors were awarded the Nobel Prize in 2020.

Until now, a bone marrow transplant from a closely-matched donor has been the only long-lasting treatment for the two blood disorders.

However, they are not performed often due to the risks, which include the transplanted cells attacking other cells in the body, which can be life-threatening.

Julian Beach, interim executive director of healthcare quality and access at the MHRA, said: ‘I am pleased to announce that we have authorised an innovative and first-of-its-kind gene-editing treatment called Casgevy.’

He added: ‘The MHRA will continue to closely monitor the safety and effectiveness of Casgevy, through real-world safety data and post-authorisation safety studies being carried out by the manufacturer.

‘I would like to thank the patients with lived experiences who engaged with us as part of the assessment process and gave us valuable insight into their lives and the challenges of managing their condition.’

John James OBE, chief executive of the Sickle Cell Society, said: ‘Sickle cell disorder is an incredibly debilitating condition, causing significant pain for the people who live with it and potentially leading to early mortality.

‘There are limited medicines currently available to patients, so I welcome today’s news that a new treatment has been judged safe and effective, which has the potential to significantly improve the quality of life for so many.’

Drugmakers have not yet revealed the price of Casgevy but it would cost in excess of £1million, based on the price point of similar drugs.

This could make it too expensive for approval in the UK.

In 2021, Nice rejected a gene therapy Zynteglo, made by US-based Bluebird Bio, for treating transfusion-dependent β-thalassemia.

It concluded that trials were too small and its £1.45million per patient price tag was too high. However, that drug was approved in the US last year.

Jimi Olaghere, 36, who lives in the US, suffered sickle cell disease from childhood and was hospitalised almost every month.

The technology entrepreneur told the BBC that the condition felt like ‘shards of glass flowing through your veins or someone taking a hammer to your joints’.

‘You wake up in the morning with pain and you go to bed with pain,’ he said.

However, Mr Olaghere became one of the first patients to have the revolutionary new gene-editing treatment as part of Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Crispr Therapeutics clinical trials in the US in 2020.

He said he woke up without any pain and it was ‘like being born again’.

‘When I look back, it’s like, “Wow, I can’t believe I lived with that”.’

Reality TV star Rosie Williams, from Glamorgan in Wales, has previously shared her struggles with thalassaemia minor — a less severe version of transfusion-dependent β-thalassaemia.

She said ‘It’s the kind of tiredness where you can’t function, you’re too tired to talk or to eat and it makes me very sensitive to pain.

‘If I trap my finger in a door or hit my knee, the pain can make me feel faint.’

Dr Sara Trompeter, a consultant haematologist at UCLH and NHS Blood and Transplant, said: ‘Sickle cell disorder is a very complex life-limiting and life-threatening disorder with very limited treatment options.

‘Whilst curative treatments may not be suitable for all, gene therapy offers a real chance of cure for those who are not eligible for bone marrow transplants and so we are delighted that it has been approved by MHRA.

‘We look forward to NICE approval so that this can be delivered, free of charge to patients, in the NHS.’
