Ciara has revealed she is pregnant again, announcing that she and NFL star Russell Wilson are preparing to welcome another baby together.

The 40-year-old singer shared the joyful update on her main Instagram page Sunday, giving fans their first look at her growing baby bump in a sunlit video post.

The new arrival will be Ciara’s fifth child and her fourth with Wilson. The couple already share daughter Sienna, nine, son Win, six, and daughter Amora, two. Ciara is also mom to 12-year-old Future Zahir, whom she shares with rapper Future.

Her pregnancy announcement featured a serene clip that opened on a row of crisp white shirts swaying on a clothesline outdoors beneath the warm sunlight.

Moments later, Ciara stepped into view and clipped a tiny onesie to the end of the line, with the camera subtly capturing her baby bump as she confirmed the family’s happy news.

She wore a white tank top and a pair of low-waisted denim jeans while her locks were placed in curlers. 

Ciara then turned towards the camera while flashing a big smile and held up five fingers. 

Another slide showed the singer posing next to the clothesline with the four shirts displaying the names of her children. 

The onesie was left blank on the front as she held it up while posing for a lighthearted picture. 

Wilson also filmed himself strolling past the line of shirts as he approached his wife, and the pair cozied up together for the sweet selfie video. 

Ciara paused for more photos while standing outside in a spacious backyard and at one point, rested her hands on her stomach. 

In the caption of the Instagram carousel, the Level Up songstress penned: ‘One more person to Love.’ 

Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Ciara for comment, but has yet to hear back. 

Social media users and celebrities flocked to the comment section to offer their congratulations to Ciara and Wilson.

Back in July, Wilson had expressed his hopes to welcome another baby with wife Ciara. 

The couple tied the knot in 2016 during a romantic ceremony at Peckforton Castle in England. 

‘We have four amazing kids and I’m trying to convince Ciara to have a fifth,’ the sports star told E! News. ‘Cinco, you got to be on the way soon.’

He added, ‘I want to have five, Ciara does too. We’ll see. Hopefully, I can convince her.’  

Ciara has previously opened up about motherhood and balancing her entertainment career simultaneously, calling it ‘organized chaos.’ 

‘I am a big believer in having some kind of schedule, especially for kids,’ the singer told USA Today last year. 

‘Having them on sleep schedules and having order for them because they function so much better when they have an idea of what’s happening and what to expect, for the most part.’ 

The star added that when it comes to parenting, ‘there is no perfect way to do it.’

She later said having Wilson as a partner is ‘a blessing.’ 

‘We are tag teaming on how to make the world better for our kids,’ Ciara further told the outlet. 

‘And from a love perspective, that actually brings us closer because you are kind of doing everything together, and that is kind of sweet.’ 

Back in June, Wilson announced his retirement from the NFL after a 14-year professional career. 

Ciara soon shared a sweet tribute to her husband on social media and wrote, ‘The best in the world! There’s only one, 3!

‘Always so proud of you! It’s a true blessing to go on this journey with you! My greatest inspiration! I love you so much!’

Josh Pate did not hold back in his criticism of the Big Ten following a disputed late-game ruling in Michigan’s matchup with Western Michigan, a decision that helped the Wolverines escape after coming dangerously close to being upset by their Mid-American Conference opponent.

At the center of the controversy was the choice to restore one second to the clock in the fourth quarter, giving Michigan another opportunity to launch a Hail Mary. The Wolverines capitalized, turning the extra chance into a game-winning play. Speaking on “Josh Pate’s College Football Show,” Pate said he had heard from “several officials and several referees” who were skeptical of the explanation offered afterward.

“I would love for someone in the league office to look me in the eye and tell me if Western Michigan was at midfield heaving a prayer up and that exact same set of circumstances were to have played out, that this is the way it would have gone down,” Pate said during his show.

“I have been on the phone with several officials and several referees this morning who wanted to make sure that they articulated how much of a [cover your ass] move this is, how big of a pile of garbage that is from the Big Ten league office, and how egregious, like beyond the pale, horrifically bad the machinations of the way that was handled last night were.”

That final second has quickly become one of the most debated moments of the college football weekend. Fans, analysts and former officials have questioned how it was added, while NBC’s own rules analyst, working the broadcast, also raised doubts about the call as it unfolded.

Western Michigan and the MAC have accepted the ruling following a statement by the Big Ten and the conference releasing video of the process it went through internally to review the play. 

Still, NBC addressed the controversy as well on Sunday night during halftime of the Apple Cup between Washington and Washington State, with John Fanta being the one to deliver it. 

“Now, the official time of the game is kept by the Big Ten,” Fanta said on air. “Our cameras are not the official arbiter of timekeeping within the game. That is the Big Ten and game officials’ responsibility. After the game last night, the Big Ten released a statement and raw video from its replay process that showed how and why the decision was made.”

While all parties involved seemed keen to move past the controversy, it doesn’t seem like the college football world is ready yet to end the debate over what happened on Saturday night in Ann Arbor. 

The family of convicted murderer Karmelo Anthony is asking supporters for another $250,000, adding to the approximately $634,000 already donated, even as scrutiny continues over how earlier contributions were used and despite his lawyers representing him without charge.

Anthony’s relatives and legal representatives addressed reporters at a Dallas press conference Wednesday, nearly two weeks after a judge turned down his bid for a new trial.

Anthony, who was 17 when the incident occurred, maintained that he acted in self-defense when he fatally stabbed fellow 17-year-old Austin Metcalf in the heart during a Texas high school track meet on April 2, 2025.

The killing drew national attention, with the death of a white teenager at the hands of a Black classmate quickly becoming a divisive focal point in broader arguments over race, politics and privilege.

An earlier fundraising campaign brought in more than $515,000 before it was removed after jurors rejected Anthony’s self-defense argument and found him guilty of murder. Anthony, now 19, was sentenced on June 9 to 35 years in prison.

The Daily Mail previously revealed that Anthony’s family relocated to a $900,000 home in an exclusive neighborhood after allegedly receiving threats at their former residence. 

The family used the $515,000 raised in April 2025 to support ‘the safe relocation of the Anthony family due to escalating threats to their safety and well-being, as well as basic living costs, transportation, counseling, and other security measures,’ according to the previous GiveSendGo description. 

Despite the conviction, his parents have vowed to continue fighting for their son.

‘We love you, son. We’re going to keep fighting. And this is not over,’ Anthony’s father, Andrew Anthony, said. 

To fund the appeal, the Karmelo Anthony Legal Fund was launched and has already raised more than $30,000.

‘All contributions will be deposited directly into an attorney trust account administered by lead attorney Russell Wilson. Karmelo’s family will not receive, control, or spend these funds,’ the GiveSendGo page states.

‘Contributions will be used solely for legal expenses, briefs and filings, transcripts, investigators, experts, and other necessary litigation costs.’

Anthony’s attorneys said the appeals process could stretch into 2027.

During the press conference, NBC 5 questioned the legal team about how the previous donations had been spent. Dominique Alexander, president of NGAN, declined to answer.

‘We’re not gonna comment on that. We don’t know all of the information regarding those different fees,’ Alexander said.

Anthony’s lawyers later said his legal expenses have exceeded $300,000.

Anthony admitted stabbing Metcalf at a track meet in Frisco but maintained that he acted in self-defense. 

The jury rejected that argument and also declined to convict him on the lesser charge of manslaughter.

After roughly three hours of deliberations, jurors found Anthony guilty of murder and sentenced him to over three decades in prison.

Following the conviction, Anthony’s parents argued their son did not receive a fair trial and vowed to appeal.

Two months later, Anthony assembled a new six-lawyer legal team, which has argued that his rights were violated during the proceedings.

Judge Roach, who presided over the trial, was later removed from the case after Anthony’s attorneys argued that he imposed overly strict courtroom rules and gave an interview after the trial concluded.

Roach sat for an 18-minute interview with WFAA in Dallas, during which he said he had followed the law ‘to a T’ and acknowledged that the trial ‘started off bad.’

He also said he was ‘ticked’ when AI-generated images falsely claiming to depict scenes from inside the courtroom began circulating online. Cameras and photography were prohibited during the proceedings.

Defense attorney Russell Wilson argued the interview should not have taken place because Roach knew the case would be appealed.

Anthony’s supporters contend he acted in self-defense after being bullied, shoved and provoked.

Critics argue the stabbing was a disproportionate response that did not need to end in death.

Metcalf was unarmed when Anthony stabbed him in the heart.

The 2026 Los Angeles Lakers are entering what feels like a defining new chapter. After an active offseason reshaped around Luka Dončić, the franchise is aiming to build a roster capable of delivering its 18th NBA championship.

Former Lakers forward Robert Horry, a key contributor to three of the team’s five titles in the 2000s, believes one offseason addition could prove especially important: Walker Kessler.

“When you watch what Walker Kessler brings to the game, he’s so incredibly skilled and we haven’t had a big since AD that can block shots like that, pop out for threes,” Horry said. “So I just hope he stays healthy — Him missing damn near all season, how much rust has he developed?”

Kessler had been trending toward becoming one of the NBA’s more impactful big men through his first three seasons. In 2024-25, he posted career-best numbers with 12.2 rebounds per game while also averaging 2.4 blocks, 1.7 assists and 11.1 points.

He was producing at a similar level last season before his momentum was halted by a torn labrum, an injury that brought his campaign to an abrupt end and left questions about how quickly he can regain form with the Lakers.

“So it’s going to be really interesting to see what he can do because he is the key. Not Luka, not AR, he is,” Horry said.

When the offseason began, Dončić had one request to the Lakers front office, and that was finding him a big man.

The Lakers granted his wish when they acquired Kessler from the Utah Jazz in a sign-and-trade deal that featured them trading away two unprotected future first-round draft picks and two first-round pick swaps, including a four-year, $130 million contract extension that will pay him $30.1 million next season.

With a potentially healthy Kessler on the Lakers roster this year, it will be a new Lakers trio that will feature him, Dončić, and Austin Reaves.

Rome has imposed a “red zone” around the Colosseum after a rise in predatory crime, suspected drug dealing and a violent clash involving about 50 people pushed one of the world’s best-known tourist landmarks into the spotlight as a growing public safety concern.

The new “enhanced-control zone” includes the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and Colle Oppio. Under the order, authorities are empowered to remove individuals whose violent, threatening or repeatedly disruptive conduct is deemed a risk to public security, according to a six-page directive issued by Rome Prefect Lamberto Giannini.

The measure came into force on Aug. 24 and is scheduled to remain in effect for four months, lasting until Christmas Eve.

Authorities said the district has seen a “resurgence of disorder” that was “predominantly attributable to groups of young people of non-EU origin,” according to the prefect’s order.

The document cited predatory crimes, fights and fireworks near the ancient amphitheater, warning that the explosives may have been used to distract potential crime victims.

Officials said the trouble reached a breaking point July 1, when Rome Capital police officers responded after fireworks were set off near the Colosseum. A group of approximately 50 non-EU nationals allegedly resisted responding officers and damaged police property, according to the order.

The group surrounded local police officers and left two with minor injuries during what news agency ANSA described as an unauthorized gathering in Piazza del Colosseo.

Authorities also singled out Largo Gaetana Agnesi, a terrace overlooking the Colosseum and situated above the Colosseo subway station, as a regular gathering place for the groups at the center of the security concerns.

The nearby Colle Oppio park was also described as a problem area because of people officials said may be engaged in conduct harmful to public safety and public order.

The newly designated zone stretches through some of the most recognizable areas of central Rome, including Piazza Venezia, Via dei Fori Imperiali, Piazza del Colosseo, the Arch of Constantine and Piazza del Campidoglio.

Giannini issued the order following a proposal from Rome’s police chief and discussions by the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Security.

The order says the opening of the Metro C station serving the Colosseum has also contributed to the security challenges by creating a direct connection between the historic center and neighborhoods in eastern Rome.

The station and another subway stop inside the designated area draw large numbers of commuters and tourists who could be exposed to criminal activity, officials said.

Under the order, authorities may remove people who engage in violent, threatening or persistently disruptive behavior and who were reported during the previous five years for specified offenses. Those include intentional crimes against people or property, certain drug offenses, weapons violations and crimes carrying a particular hate-crime aggravating circumstance.

The order is part of a broader push to protect residents and a flood of tourists visiting the Italian capital. Officials described Rome as facing an unusually complex security situation because of major international and historic events, the heightened geopolitical threat environment and the continuing influx of visitors.

Authorities said ordinary patrols, surveillance systems, fixed security posts and joint “High Impact” operations had produced results but had not stopped repeated criminal conduct or fully restored public spaces to residents and visitors.

Officials also extended a separate security zone in Esquilino, covering streets around Rome’s main Termini train station and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.

Officials said demonstrations around Termini continue to require close attention. They also cited the increased number of visitors and pilgrims traveling to Santa Maria Maggiore, where Pope Francis is buried, warning that large crowds can become targets for predatory crimes.

An earlier enhanced-control designation covering the Valle Aurelia area, including the Battistini and Cornelia subway stations, was discontinued after authorities determined that continuing the special measures there was no longer useful.

Anyone who violates the order could face criminal charges under Italian law.
