Sydney Sweeney appeared right at ease with boyfriend Scooter Braun’s children during a relaxed outing in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old Euphoria actress kept things low-key in a casual look as she stepped out with Braun’s three kids to grab smoothies.

Sweeney, who has been romantically linked to the 45-year-old former talent manager since September 2025, seemed warm and comfortable with the children as the group enjoyed a walk together, drinks in hand.

Braun shares his children — Jagger Joseph, 11; Levi Magnus, nine; and Hart Violet, seven — with his former wife, health activist Yael Cohen.

Braun and Cohen were first connected in 2013 and married the following year. They welcomed their eldest son, Jagger, in 2015, followed by Levi in 2016 and daughter Hart in 2018.

But in 2021 their marriage came crashing down when Braun filed for divorce, which was finalized in 2022. 

Sweeney looked cool and collected on the family outing in a simple white T-shirt with retro flared jeans, white trainers and almond-shaped sunglasses that were perfectly framed by her wavy blond locks.

Braun looked as if he was ready to set sail with a blue T-shirt, beige shorts, a blue baseball cap and pale leather boat shoes. 

During the outing, Sweeney made a sweet display with one of her boyfriend’s children as she draped her arm over his back while he held on to her shoulder.

The actress showed off her affection shortly after she was hit with blowback for her attempts to help those in need.

Last month, Sweeney tried to give back by volunteering in her hometown of Spokane, Washington, to help locals amid devastating wildfires, but her efforts were trolled by some fans.

The White Lotus actress and Braun were seen handing out meals to those in need in early August, as they partnered up with the World Central Kitchen and Women and Children’s Free Restaurant organizations. 

The actress was pictured approaching cars herself to deliver bags with food in videos shared to social media.

However, some commentators have still not forgotten her controversial American Eagle ‘good jeans‘ ad from last year, and accused her of trying to win good publicity with the kind deed. 

Sweeney sparked a cultural firestorm when the denim brand released the campaign in 2025, which cheekily played on her ‘good jeans’ and ‘good genes.’ Many accused the ad of promoting ‘white supremacy,’ ‘eugenics,’ and even ‘Nazism.’ 

It appears the backlash is still raging on, as one comment under a video of her volunteering read: ‘This is her way to absolve herself from her incredibly xenophobic jeans ad. What a way to “win” over maga.’ 

‘That just means she listened to her PR manager for once,’ another wrote. 

‘No, this doesn’t change my opinion of her,’ someone else added. 

‘Only if you’re in the same “great jeans” right?’ another asked, while someone else wrote, ‘What a great PR opportunity for her…’

However, many fans came to the star’s defense and praised her for the act of kindness, with one writing, ‘What a fantastic role model she is for our young girls.’

‘Alright, Syd! Always thought she was a class act, this confirms it,’ another added. 

‘Love her, the kindness is in her JEANS,’ someone else chimed in, while another person wrote, ‘What an awesome thing to do! God bless her.’ 

‘Whether its a publicity stunt or not, at least she’s doing something for people in need,’ yet another commentator wrote.

‘She’s doing something selfless. I applaud her,’ a fan on X added.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Sweeney for further comment. 

Earlier that week, Sweeney revealed that members of her family have been impacted by the wildfires.

The actress and her boyfriend have been helping on the ground, bringing food to firefighters and helping prepare and distribute meals to those affected by the fires, according to TMZ.

Sweeney has also been seen buying groceries and working with restaurants in the area to secure food and shelter for residents who have been uprooted from their homes, a source told the publication.

The actress has also reportedly made generous donations to a number of relief organizations.

The day before she was spotted volunteering, Sweeney took to her Instagram Stories with a series of messages as government officials said the blaze had scorched more than 10,546 acres and affected at least 700 structures.

‘Spokane has always been home to me,’ the A-list actress wrote on the social media platform. ‘It’s where I grew up, where my family still lives, and where so many of the people and places that shaped me are.’

Sweeney, who’s received Emmy nominations for her work on shows such as The White Lotus and Euphoria, said that ‘the devastating fires have changed countless lives in ways that are hard to put into words.’

Sweeney said that her relatives were among 65,000 people officials estimated were under orders to evacuate their homes, according to USA Today.

‘Thousands of families have lost their homes, their belongings, and places of business, including members of my own family,’ Sweeney said. The star added that ‘this devastation is something our community has never experienced on this scale.’

Sweeney added that ‘unlike larger cities that often receive an overwhelming amount of national attention and resources, Spokane doesn’t have the same spotlight.’

Sweeney added links to organizations she said were ‘doing the real work on the ground’ – including Innovia Foundation, SpokAnimal, Watch Duty and Second Harvest.

‘Thank you for standing with my hometown during one of its most difficult moments. Love, Syd.’

Sweeney opened up to Harper’s Bazaar Australia three years ago about how her maternal side of the family was from the area.

She said that the 2008 economic crash ultimately led them to move from Spokane to Los Angeles, where she was getting her beginnings in show business.

‘It’s very difficult coming from a small town and a lower-middle-class family, affording two places at the same time,’ Sweeney said. ‘Then the crash happened, and my dad lost his job, and we lost our home.’

‘My parents just made the decision, “Let’s just stay in LA; we don’t have anything holding us back home anymore.”‘

Upon establishing herself in Hollywood, Sweeney said she eventually purchased a house that her great-grandparents once owned.

‘To be able to put memories like that back into our family was very special,’ she told the outlet.

Sweeney’s ‘Great Jeans’ promotion last year generated significant backlash online after critics seized on a marketing message referencing genetics.

Taking to social media, many expressed their shock at the messaging, which they aligned to ‘Nazi propaganda.’

One critic called it ‘one of the loudest and most obvious racialized dog whistles we’ve seen and heard in a while.’

The backlash was intensified by reports that the blonde beauty is a registered Republican, which only fueled more criticism from woke corners of social media.

Following the backlash, Sweeney impressed MAGA community members and right-wing followers with her measured refusal to apologize in a new GQ interview.

‘I did a jean ad. The reaction definitely was a surprise, but I love jeans. All I wear are jeans. I’m literally in jeans and a T-shirt every day of my life,’ she said.

Texas billionaire Sid Bass abruptly ended his long-running relationship with his partner and moved on with another woman after allegedly assuring her she would be financially supported for life, according to a new lawsuit that frames the split as part of what her attorneys describe as a decades-long pattern by the oil heir of leaving wives and partners for new romances already in place.

Oona Sperr, a New York-based interior designer who says she lived with the 84-year-old Bass for more than a decade, is seeking at least $400 million in a high-profile federal lawsuit. The complaint accuses Bass of breaking promises tied to lifelong financial security and ownership interests in the couple’s luxury residences.

Filed Monday in Manhattan federal court, the lawsuit casts Sperr’s breakup with Bass as another episode in what her lawyers characterize as his long history of “marriages, divorces, and repeated infidelities.”

“Just as Sid had done to [his first wife] Anne [Hendricks Bass], he left his marriage to [second wife] Mercedes [Tavacoli Kellogg Bass] with another relationship already established,” the complaint alleges.

Sperr says her decade-long relationship with Bass truly began in January 2014, when she received an invitation that, in hindsight, she claims carried a bitter irony.

Over lunch at his Manhattan townhouse, Bass allegedly asked her: “How about you never leave?”

Sperr says she abandoned her interior design career to manage Bass’s households and accompany him around the world in return for promises of financial support and shared ownership of property they acquired.

For more than a decade, they lived in what Sperr dubbed “Bass Land” — a rarefied world that included Manhattan mansions, a sprawling Colorado ranch, a private Gulfstream jet and the Bass family’s 21-mile-long private island off the Texas coast, according to the complaint.

Bass allegedly referred to Sperr as “Mrs. Bass” while traveling, bought her a 25-carat diamond for $2.1 million sized for her left ring finger and later gave her a 20-carat emerald for $1 million — the same type of gemstone he allegedly noted he had given each of his previous wives.

But over breakfast at their Pagosa Springs, Colo., home on Sept. 3, 2024, Bass allegedly delivered a dramatically different message.

“I want a separation. You are to pack and leave,” Bass allegedly told her.

Sperr claims Bass initially offered her $50 million, a Manhattan home, another property, continued help from his staff and care for her elderly mother.

When Sperr asked whether another woman was involved, Bass “vehemently denied it,” according to the suit.

Weeks later, while packing in Colorado, Sperr claims she overheard Bass speaking to art adviser Althea Viafora Kress on his headphones, calling her “sweetheart” and exclaiming: “You’re my gal!”

She allegedly heard them discussing Viafora Kress moving into the Colorado home days after her departure.

The complaint claims Viafora Kress demanded that Sperr’s possessions be removed, that Bass stop speaking directly to her and that he not drive her to the airport.

Bass nevertheless drove Sperr to the airport on Sept. 30, 2024 — the couple’s last day together, according to the suit.

The saga took another bizarre turn the following year.

Sperr says she received a six-sentence email titled “News” from Bass’s account on Aug. 22, 2025, announcing that he had married Viafora Kress on Aug. 9 at the Bass family’s San José Island compound.

But Sperr alleges Bass neither wrote nor sent it.

Instead, she claims Viafora Kress “used Sid’s account to announce her own purported marriage to him.”

The complaint goes so far as to call the nuptials a “coerced ceremony” and “sham marriage ceremony,” alleging that Viafora Kress increasingly isolated Bass from longtime friends and employees and exerted control over his communications, household and spending.

The suit alleges Bass had suffered at least three mini-strokes and that a doctor told him and Sperr in 2019 that a brain scan showed abnormalities consistent with a “particularly pernicious form of Parkinson’s disease.”

Sperr also alleges Bass’s drinking increased during the pandemic to as much as two bottles of wine on most days as she observed changes in his judgment, temperament and memory.

The complaint reaches decades into Bass’s romantic history to support its claims of a pattern of infidelity.

His first marriage to Anne unraveled amid his relationship with Mercedes in the 1980s, when both Bass and Mercedes were married to other people, according to the filing.

Sperr claims Bass later told her that by the time his divorce from Anne was nearing completion, he no longer wanted to marry Mercedes but felt unable to back out because he had caused her divorce.

In one of the suit’s most extraordinary allegations, Sperr claims Bass told her that during his divorce from Anne “he had paid Anne’s psychiatrist to inform Sid about Anne’s sessions.” Anne died in 2020.

Bass married Mercedes in 1988, but Sperr alleges he later had a secret relationship with another married woman, Patricia Zohn Pfeiffer.

The complaint claims Pfeiffer subsequently stalked Bass and Sperr around the Upper East Side and that Bass eventually presented her with agreements designed in part to “secure her silence regarding the affair.”

Sperr also alleges Bass bragged about “how brilliantly he manipulated Mercedes through their divorce” by maintaining their life together while promising a future friendship he allegedly had no intention of keeping.

Bass eventually retreated even from the $50 million breakup package he initially offered Sperr, according to the complaint.

A proposed “Maintenance Agreement” instead offered $5 million annually for 10 years, tenancy rather than ownership of a Manhattan home and fewer of the other benefits Sperr claims Bass had promised.

Sperr sued Bass for breach of an alleged oral agreement and other claims and Viafora Kress for alleged tortious interference, among other claims.

“This is a case about broken promises,” Robbie Kaplan, Sperr’s attorney, told The Post in a statement.

“Sid Bass is a billionaire at least four times over. Oona is the woman who spent a decade making Sid’s life convenient — abandoning her career, managing their shared homes and affairs, caring for him through his serious illnesses — all because Sid agreed that he would take care of her and her 96-year-old mother no matter what.

“After accepting all the benefits, Sid abruptly ejected Oona, breaking his promises to her,” Kaplan added.

“Because Sid has failed to keep his word, Oona, now 64 years old, had no choice but to bring this case.”

The Post has sought comment from Bass and Viafora Kress.

A Bank of America executive who had only just resumed her job after maternity leave was killed Monday in a violent attack in New York City’s Times Square. Authorities said a woman armed with a knife stabbed her and injured a second victim before police fatally shot the suspect.

The woman who died was identified as Erin Piacenti, 32, of Chester, New Jersey. According to The New York Times, Piacenti was in her first week back at Bank of America following five months of maternity leave spent caring for her newborn daughter.

Just four days before the fatal Times Square stabbing, Piacenti had posted a family photo on social media showing herself with her baby and her husband, Frank Piacenti. Her recent posts also highlighted her daughter’s baptism and family trips taken during her leave.

Police said Piacenti was attacked near West 42nd Street and Seventh Avenue. She was transported to Bellevue Hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.

A 68-year-old man was also stabbed in the abdomen and taken to Bellevue, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police said the attack began near West 41st Street when Pamela Cisneros, 49, of Queens, approached the man while armed with two large knives. He had just exited a subway station and was waiting to cross the street with his wife.

A witness told investigators that Cisneros pulled the knives from a red Target bag before attacking the man.

Cisneros then moved north on Seventh Avenue and stabbed Piacenti. NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the two attacks occurred about 20 seconds apart.

Officers later confronted Cisneros while she was still holding both knives. Police recovered the weapons at the scene.

Cisneros refused repeated commands to drop the weapons and engaged officers in a standoff that lasted about four minutes, Tisch said. When she advanced toward officers while waving the knives, police deployed Tasers, but they failed to stop her. Two officers then fired their weapons.

“Our officers were confronted with a rapidly evolving threat, with countless innocent people around them,” Tisch said.

Cisneros was taken to Bellevue, where she was pronounced dead.

Tisch described the attack as random and unprovoked. Cisneros had documented mental health-related encounters with the NYPD in 2018 and 2019 but no prior arrest record with the department. Police said there was no indication the attack was related to terrorism.

Bank of America confirmed Piacenti’s death in an emailed statement to Reuters.

“We are shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our colleague,” the bank said. “She was a valued teammate who will be greatly missed.”

Piacenti earned a law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2021 alongside her husband, the school told The Associated Press. Fordham Law said it was heartbroken by the death of its former student.

The NYPD’s Force Investigation Division is reviewing the police shooting. Mayor Zohran Mamdani said body-worn camera footage from the encounter will be released.

The woman arrested outside the courthouse where jurors are weighing the case of Lindsay Clancy has been identified as Dawn Light, a self-described “true crime junkie” who said she was trying to record the accused killer mother as she left the building.

Light, 56, of Sutton, was arrested outside Plymouth District Court at about 3:40 p.m. Tuesday and charged with intimidation of a witness, jurors or a person providing information in connection with criminal proceedings, Massachusetts State Police said.

She returned to the same courthouse Wednesday for her own arraignment, while the jury continued deliberating Clancy’s fate.

During the hearing, Light was formally charged with aggravated intimidation, and prosecutors requested that bail be set at $50,000 cash.

Prosecutors said state police discovered Light inside her car in a restricted section of the parking lot. When questioned, she allegedly denied that she had been filming or taking photographs.

However, police said when they confiscated Light’s phone they found a file containing a video of the jurors leaving the courthouse in the deleted folder.

‘Court officers were able to confirm she was filming the jurors,’ the prosecutor said.

Light pleaded not guilty and her defense attorney argued she was not intending to get pictures of the jury.

‘This is a complete misunderstanding – [she] was seeking a picture of Ms Clancy,’ the lawyer said.

The judge ruled she will not be held on bail, but ordered her to stay away from the courthouse, the jury and any witnesses, as well as instructed her to not share any photos or videos related to the incident. 

She is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on October 15. 

As she left the courthouse on Wednesday, Light was swarmed by the media.

She was very defensive, claiming she wanted to see Clancy and wasn’t filming the jury.

When asked why she was filming, she said ‘I wasn’t.’ Then she said, ‘I just wanted to see Lindsay.’

At one point she said, ‘Leave me alone.’ 

Light, who described herself as a ‘true crime junkie,’ has insisted she was not trying to intimidate anyone, but only wanted to film Clancy as she left the courthouse.

‘That’s the long and the short of it. I don’t know how I intimidated anyone,’ Light told CT Insider.

She claimed that when she realized she was not filming Clancy, she quickly lowered her phone and then was approached by a court employee.

According to Light, the employee asked her if she worked at the courthouse, and when she said no, the staffer as for her driver’s license and phone.

When she refused to hand over her phone, the employee called over a state trooper who confiscated the device and arrested her.

Light told the newspaper that she has attended several days of Clancy’s trial, as well as other high-profile cases such as Karen Read and Alex Murdaugh’s trial.

Light’s arrest came on the same day that the Clancy jury told the judge they were at a standstill.

Tuesday morning, the panel of 12, nine women and three men, told Judge William Sullivan they could not reach a unanimous verdict, but he ordered them to keep deliberating.

‘Members of the jury, I’ve got your question, and the question is, “After many hours of deliberation we are unable to come to a unanimous decision,”‘ Sullivan said.

He acknowledged the length of the trial, but ordered the jury to continue deliberations and sent them back.

At the end of the day, the jury asked to be excused, and the judge agreed. 

The jury must reach a unanimous decision on whether Clancy is guilty of murder, manslaughter or not criminally responsible for her actions.

If the jury cannot reach a verdict, the judge will eventually be forced to declare a mistrial.

The group has not been sequestered during discussions.

The mansion buy wasn’t the only headline out of Kelce’s world this week. He and Swift also introduced the world to their new Samoyed puppy Wendy, who made her modeling debut in a Tommy Hilfiger campaign shoot on the roof of the Plaza Hotel. 

Kelce told Vogue the brand needed a dog for the shoot and he didn’t hesitate to volunteer his own. 

“We figured, why not her? She crushed it and actually really fit into that Tommy aesthetic, too,” he said. “Those are some of my favorite shots.” 

Of his new pup, he added simply, “She lights up my day.”
