Christopher Nolan’s 4 Sci-Fi Movies Ranked from Good to Great

0

Once regarded primarily as a master of the modern thriller, Christopher Nolan has explored a much wider range of genres in recent years, including historical dramas, sweeping epics, and science fiction. It has been more than half a decade since his last sci-fi film, making it easy to overlook—amid the current excitement surrounding “Oppenheimer” and “The Odyssey”—that the genre was arguably his main creative territory for roughly a decade. Here is a ranking of all four Christopher Nolan science-fiction films, from worst to best.

The number is significant because Nolan’s Batman trilogy does not qualify for this list. Although the Caped Crusader’s comic-book world includes plenty of science-fiction elements, along with similar touches in animated series and other live-action adaptations, Nolan’s interpretation stays grounded. Neither its villains nor the technology available to Bruce Wayne pushes the trilogy firmly into sci-fi territory.

That leaves only a small group of films, several of which are regularly regarded as among Christopher Nolan’s finest work. Every fan will have a personal favorite, but two titles clearly rise above the others.

4. Tenet

“Tenet” is arguably Christopher Nolan’s most science-fiction-driven movie—even more so than his story about colonizing space—but it is also his weakest. His last thriller before he shifted fully toward historical and epic filmmaking, “Tenet” combines nearly every narrative device and stylistic trademark associated with Nolan. The nonlinear structures of “Memento” and “Oppenheimer” become literal here through the film’s central sci-fi idea: machines that reverse the entropy of anything passing through them, causing objects and people to move backward through time.

The concept is inventive on paper and produces several spectacular action sequences that unfold like cinematic palindromes. Unfortunately, “Tenet” becomes so absorbed in its own paradoxes and rules that the plot can feel nearly impossible to follow without outside explanations or multiple viewings.

That does not mean the timeline is without logic. “Tenet” has an internal framework, although some paradoxes remain in place to make room for its grandest moments of spectacle. The larger issue is that the film’s technical complexity and relentless pace leave little space for emotion. John David Washington’s unnamed protagonist feels more like a vessel for the plot than a fully developed character, while Elizabeth Debicki works hard to overcome some of Nolan’s weakest writing for a female role—which is saying something. Robert Pattinson provides the film’s only consistent spark of charm, but the rapid-fire action, tangled story, often unintelligible dialogue, and Ludwig Göransson’s superbly pounding score make “Tenet” difficult to appreciate as a complete cinematic experience.

3. The Prestige

If “Tenet” is Nolan’s most overtly science-fiction film, “The Prestige” is the least traditionally sci-fi of the four. It unquestionably belongs to the genre, but its central concept—a machine that appears to teleport people or objects—is not the heart of the movie. “The Prestige” is really about rivalry, obsession, and the extreme sacrifices people will make in pursuit of greatness. On those terms, it is extraordinary.

Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman form one of the most compelling pairings in Nolan’s filmography, delivering powerful performances as rival illusionists Alfred Borden and Robert Angier. Their conflict grows increasingly violent and disturbing, while Nolan handles the film’s mysteries and revelations with the precision of a magician. The comparison also works as a broader description of the director’s filmmaking style.

Although science fiction is not always the film’s primary focus, that element remains remarkably effective, thanks in large part to David Bowie’s memorable performance as Nikola Tesla, the inventor behind the so-called teleportation machine. As Nolan has moved on to increasingly massive blockbusters, “The Prestige” has faded somewhat from the mainstream conversation. Even so, it remains one of his finest and most underrated films.

2. Interstellar

Opinions will differ over which of the final two films deserves the top ranking. “Interstellar” makes a powerful case, combining breathtaking science-fiction imagery, a foundation of real or plausibly imagined physics, and deeply committed performances. Its story of a dying Earth and humanity’s desperate search for a new home beyond a wormhole gives Nolan a natural setting for ambitious sci-fi storytelling. By the end, “Interstellar” has taken audiences on a genuine journey through the cosmos.

The weaknesses emerge in the details surrounding that central premise. Nolan is frequently criticized for his dialogue, and “Interstellar” may be one of the clearest examples of that limitation. The script is often stiff, relying on broad statements about hope, love, and time that sometimes resonate but just as often feel forced. Uneven pacing also keeps the film from reaching the level of true greatness.

Even with those flaws, “Interstellar” remains one of the defining science-fiction movies of the 21st century. Its most enduring sequences—the time dilation on Miller’s planet, the video messages, the wormhole, and the astonishing docking maneuver—are still unforgettable. Yet in the field of Christopher Nolan sci-fi, one film has the edge.

1. Inception

Time has treated “Inception” exceptionally well. After Nolan established himself as a major filmmaker with “The Dark Knight,” the film served as his bold declaration that he could command a massive original production just as effectively as a franchise blockbuster. Early conversations often focused more on its confusing elements than its overall quality, and “Inception” was eventually dismissed by some as overrated. Revisited today, however, it still has a strong claim to being Nolan’s masterpiece—even in the era of “Oppenheimer” and “The Odyssey.”

Nolan has always excelled at the thriller, and “Inception” pushes that talent to its most exhilarating extreme. The film contains confusing passages, but none are as impenetrable as those in “Tenet.” It operates as a puzzle box that gradually reveals its solution, with each new piece arriving at precisely the right moment. As viewers work through the mystery, Nolan delivers some of the sharpest pacing and most memorable action sequences of his career.

The heist genre remains popular for good reason, and “Inception” strengthens the formula by blending it with psychological suspense and large-scale action. That combination highlights Nolan’s greatest strengths while softening some of his weaknesses. Leonardo DiCaprio is an ideal lead for the director: an actor capable of projecting intense emotion and inner turmoil even when the character’s development is relatively limited. Nolan’s fascination with repetition, circular narratives, and layered storytelling fits the structure of “Inception” perfectly, while the film’s celebrated ending may be his most satisfying conclusion.

Trump Calls for Renaming Artificial Intelligence

0

Donald Trump is inviting his Truth Social followers to suggest a new name for artificial intelligence as he continues championing the technology despite growing fears about its potential dangers.

The proposal came after a lengthy post on Truth Social in which the President compared concerns about the environmental impact of AI data centers with the debate over climate change and several other contentious political issues.

Trump then published a poll offering three possible alternatives to the term artificial intelligence: Superior Intelligence, Extreme Intelligence and Supreme Intelligence.

‘Many people think that the words “Artificial Intelligence” are inaccurate, and very ineloquent, relative to AI, or Artificial Intelligence,’ Trump wrote.

He described the proposed alternatives as ‘a far more elegant and accurate description of this new phenomena.’

Trump also called AI’s development an ever-growing ‘”Revolution”‘ and asked his supporters to vote on whether the technology should be renamed.

By late Saturday night, more than 50,000 votes had been cast. Superior Intelligence was leading with 41 percent, followed by Extreme Intelligence at 38 percent and Supreme Intelligence at 21 percent.

Trump has emerged as one of AI’s most prominent defenders following intense backlash over a whistleblower’s claim that the technology could eventually destroy humanity.

The President’s poll offered three possible names for the technology: Superior Intelligence, Extreme Intelligence and Supreme Intelligence

Earlier Saturday, Trump voiced strong support for AI and announced plans to create an ‘AI Force’ to oversee the emerging technology. He also sought to portray criticism of attacks on data centers as a ‘Democrat hoax.’

‘We will not in any way hinder or stifle the Growth of this incredible Industry. Rather, we will cherish it, help it, and watch over it, as it grows!’ Trump said.

‘However, we will also be looking for BAD, and we can do that, very easily, with our already existing Criminal and Civil Justice System.’

He then formally introduced the proposed ‘AI Force’ and said he would appoint an ‘AI Czar’ to oversee AI development.

Trump provided few details about how the AI Force would function, though he compared the proposed organization with the US Space Force.

Trump established Space Force in 2019 as the sixth branch of the US military. It remains unclear whether the AI Force would also operate under the Department of Defense.

Concluding his post, Trump encouraged only ‘high IQ’ applicants to seek the AI czar role and described artificial intelligence as the ‘next Industrial Revolution.’

‘We are leading China, and the rest of the world, and I intend to keep it that way!’ the President said.

Trump is scheduled to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping next week. US officials have previously said the two leaders are expected to discuss artificial intelligence.

Both world powers have positioned AI as crucial to their economic strength and are racing to establish dominance in the field.

Trump’s doubling down on AI comes just a day after CNN revealed that an intelligence report generated with AI falsely identified material on a Chinese ship in the Middle East.

Multiple sources told the outlet that a US special operations analyst used an AI chatbot to analyze the Chinese ship’s manifest and incorrectly concluded that the vessel was shipping components of a nuclear weapons program.

Almost immediately, military planners began drafting plans to intercept the Chinese ship. Planes were already airborne as soldiers prepared.

However, just before the mission was set to launch, officials reviewed the intelligence assessment again and found it had been created with the help of AI. They soon realized that the tech had misidentified the material the ship was carrying.

One source called the AI report ‘entirely false.’ It also, they added, ‘almost started a war’ with China, as any military action against the ship could have sparked a conflict between the two superpowers.

Trump said the new 'AI Force' will help the US to develop the industry faster than China. Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping are set to meet to discuss AI next week

The US’s emphasis on developing AI has boosted the stock market through data center construction, but criticism of the industry has mounted.

Former employees with major AI companies have sounded the alarm on the technology’s dangers.

Jacob Coxon, a former researcher at Anthropic, outlined in a series of social media posts why he resigned, accusing his company and OpenAI of ‘racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives.’

The story quickly caught fire and prompted Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei to say the company needed to slow down and warned that safeguards were necessary to prevent AI agents from taking over the internet within the next year.

Across the country, construction has plowed through rural neighborhoods to make way for data centers, which are massive facilities that store, process and manage digital data.

Although proponents argue they advance technology and provide jobs to surrounding communities, critics point to the centers’ environmental impact.

The Daily Mail has reached out to the White House for comment and additional information.

Mother Found Decapitated; Son Arrested Over Alleged Domestic Violence

A man has been arrested after his mother was allegedly found decapitated at a remote community in the Northern Tablelands.

Police were called to a property on Ironbark Road in Mole River, about 40 minutes west of Tenterfield, at approximately 9.35pm on Saturday following reports of a domestic violence incident.

Officers were told that a 37-year-old man had entered the property, allegedly tried to steal a vehicle and assaulted the 74-year-old homeowner.

The man was arrested before police went to a neighbouring property, where they discovered the body of a 70-year-old woman.

The woman was allegedly decapitated. The man arrested by police is understood to be her son.

Police said a house on the property had also sustained partial fire damage.

The suspected killing was one of three separate incidents in which women died during a 12-hour period of violence across New South Wales.

In Sydney’s east, a man was charged with murder on Saturday evening after an elderly woman was allegedly stabbed to death at Bondi Beach.

NSW Police were called to a unit on Chambers Avenue in Bondi, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, at 5.15pm on Saturday.

A woman in her 90s was found suffering significant injuries. Emergency treatment was provided at the scene, but she later died.

A 47-year-old man known to the woman was arrested at the property and taken to Surry Hills Police Station.

A crime scene was established as police began investigating the woman’s death.

After further inquiries, officers charged the 47-year-old with murder, classified as a domestic violence offence.

Bail was refused, and the man was due to appear before the Bail Court on Sunday.

In the third incident, a 23-year-old woman died on Saturday at about 11.45am after she could not be saved.

She had been found with fatal stab wounds inside a home in Wagga Wagga, in south-western NSW.

Officers arrested an 18-year-old man at the home and he was taken into custody for questioning before later being released without charges.

A 31-year-old man was arrested almost nine hours later at another home in the regional city and was later charged with murder, police confirmed on Sunday.

The pair were in a relationship, investigators said.

Detective Inspector Brent Falkiner added that ‘all three parties are known to each other’.

He confirmed an alleged murder weapon was located by officers.

‘We’re not looking for any other items. We believe that everything was located at the scene, inside the home,’ he said.

NSW and federal political figures responded to the incidents with horror on Sunday.

‘Three women have lost their lives in the space of one day,’ Premier Chris Minns said.

‘These are shocking crimes and families are today dealing with unimaginable grief. My thoughts are with the families and loved ones of the women who have died, and the communities affected by these events.’

Opposition Leader Kellie Sloane told reporters the deaths weren’t isolated and cited data that found a woman is killed every 11 days by an intimate partner.

‘Women of every age, from a 23-year-old to a woman in her 90s, are still not safe in their own homes,’ she said on Sunday morning, according to The Daily Telegraph.

‘I am horrified by the alleged stabbing deaths of three women in NSW on Saturday, in Wagga Wagga, Bondi, and Mole River.

‘Police are treating these incidents as domestic and family violence related. My thoughts are with their families, friends and communities, and with the police, paramedics and neighbours who responded.’

Sloane said Australia is ‘failing women’ and demanded all levels of government take action.

Ed Sheeran Slams Israel’s Actions in Gaza, Continues Tour

0

Ed Sheeran has publicly clarified his position on the Israel-Palestine conflict after previously saying he had chosen not to share his views.

The 35-year-old singer-songwriter’s Loop Tour was thrown into turmoil earlier this month after opening act Macklemore made comments supporting a “Free Palestine.”

Sheeran returned to the stage at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field on Saturday night, marking his first performance since promoter’s removed Macklemore, whose real name is Benjamin Haggerty, 43, from the tour.

During a solemn address, Sheeran explained: “I have tried in my career not to be a political commentator of any kind because I want my music and shows to be about unity and not division, about humanity and not politics. But this is a humanitarian issue and I cannot hide how I feel about it anymore.”

‘What happened in Israel at Nova music festival on October 7 was horrific and compounded centuries of Jewish pain. What is happening in Gaza is catastrophic and unjustifiable and disproportionate,’ Sheeran said in a video captured and shared online by a concertgoer.

“My heart has been broken by the scale of devastation and loss of civilians’ lives, of children’s lives, and the systemic injustice we’re seeing unfold in the West Bank cannot be overlooked,” he told the crowd.

Sheeran also assured fans that he would “continue my current tour,” despite all of his scheduled opening acts withdrawing in solidarity with Macklemore and Palestine.

The performance came shortly after pro-Palestine protesters gathered outside Lincoln Financial Field.

Macklemore previously claimed that Sheeran had spoken to Robert Kraft, who owns Gillette Stadium through his holding company, the Kraft Group, following the rapper’s onstage call for a free Palestine at MetLife Stadium in early September.

“Ed told me that Kraft said I would not be allowed to perform in his stadium. Ed also told me that Kraft had rallied some of the other stadium owners and collectively they gave him an ultimatum: if Macklemore stays on the tour, you will not be allowed to play in our venues,” he wrote on Instagram.

On Tuesday, Sheeran issued his own statement on Instagram, insisting that Macklemore’s removal was the promoter’s decision rather than his.

“I would never let down the fans who had made plans, nor would I abandon the touring crew and the other support acts and musicians who rely on me for work and to make a living,” the British singer-songwriter wrote.

In the lengthy statement, Sheeran acknowledged that he holds “personal views on this devastating conflict” but had previously decided “not to speak publicly.”

His earlier silence drew criticism from other musicians, including Pink Floyd co-founder Roger Waters, who condemned him on social media for not opposing the decision.

Finneas, Billie Eilish’s brother, cancelled his scheduled appearances at upcoming tour dates, writing that “artists must not be silenced when they speak up for the oppressed.”

Other opening acts, including Aaron Rowe and Lukas Graham, as well as Sheeran’s longtime backing folk band Beoga, also pulled out of the tour.

In his address to fans on Saturday, Sheeran stated, ‘I’ve had to take and make difficult decisions, and I am making mistakes, and I’m so, so sorry.’

He said, ‘I don’t want to disappoint fans and I’ve never wanted to be an activist musician. But this has put me in the middle of an important and passionate argument about freedom of speech in the most complex political issue on the planet.’

The pop star continued, ‘Our concerts have always been a safe space for everyone, and that matters hugely to me. Honoring my commitment to my fans is also completely central to who I am and that is why I’m here tonight, on my own, and continuing my own tour.’

He went on to say, ‘I am deeply worried about the idea that venues’ pre-approved content performance. This happens in so many places that I’ve gone around the world, but it should never happen in the free world.’

Kim Zolciak Shops After Son KJ Biermann Faces Legal Setback

0

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak was photographed out in Georgia as the legal case involving her teenage son moved forward.

The 48-year-old reality TV star was seen shopping in Alpharetta on Friday in a fitted black tank top, casual jeans and pointed-toe heels.

Zolciak completed the look with sunglasses and a necklace while carrying her phone and keys. During the outing, she was also spotted returning a shopping cart.

Her blond hair fell in loose waves around her shoulders, parted down the center, while she maintained a largely expressionless appearance.

The public sighting came after Zolciak’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, experienced a setback in his ongoing case involving allegations of sodomy and sexual battery.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge rejected Biermann’s request to close the courtroom. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the judge wrote that the defendant had not met “the high legal standard for permitting a closed courtroom.”

The judge did approve Biermann’s request to restrict photography and media recordings. The court also granted protections for his juvenile records, directing that they “shall be filed under seal” to prevent public access.

The court further declined a request from the “Don’t Be Tardy” star to prevent prosecutors from presenting limited information from her son’s juvenile case that could factor into the bond decision.

Page Six reported Friday that prosecutors had submitted an emergency motion seeking court-ordered forensic interviews with “minor children” connected to the case.

KJ, whom Zolciak shares with her estranged husband, former NFL player Kroy Biermann, 41, was arrested in August. He was later indicted on seven charges, including three counts of aggravated sexual battery involving a child under 16, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment and aggravated sexual battery.

A female classmate accused KJ of sexually assaulting her on April 23 at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia.

According to court records, the classmate alleged that he made “multiple” attempts to have “sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants” inside a co-ed sauna, despite her repeatedly telling him “no.”

The alleged victim, who was also 15 at the time, told investigators that KJ digitally penetrated her and forced her to perform oral sex.

Jason Sheffield, Biermann’s attorney, has denied the allegations on his client’s behalf. In a statement to Page Six, Sheffield said KJ is “100% innocent.”

Zolciak has also strongly rejected the accusations, describing them in her own statement as “reckless and deeply troubling.”

“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct,” Zolciak said, in part.

NeNe Leakes, Zolciak’s former “RHOA” castmate, recently said in an interview that the reality star is “not OK” as the legal proceedings continue.

Zolciak, who was a regular cast member on the Bravo series from 2008 through 2012, attended her son’s bond hearing on Sept. 11.

Kroy was also in court but sat apart from his estranged wife. KJ was granted a $200,000 bond under strict conditions, including electronic monitoring, surrendering his passport and a prohibition on using a cellphone.

As part of the court’s order, KJ must attend school virtually from his mother’s Georgia residence. He is also barred from contacting the alleged victim and from having contact with anyone younger than 16.

Prosecutors alleged during the hearing that videos of KJ having sex with an underage family member in April 2023 were previously found on his cellphone, and claimed that since October 2025, he’d been under court supervision due to the alleged separate incident.

On Thursday, Page Six exclusive reported that Zolciak and her estranged husband had confiscated the teen’s cell phone a year prior to investigators discovering the videos.

It’s unclear if the footage was connected to the alleged incident.

Zolciak also shares kids Kash, Kaia, and Kane with Kroy, who also adopted her daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle and Ariana.

Rep. Lauren Boebert Responds to Allegations of Sex With Staffers

Rep. Lauren Boebert is pushing back against a House Ethics Committee complaint accusing her of having sexual relationships with three current and former congressional staffers.

“Congresswoman Lauren Boebert rejects these allegations as completely false, and there is absolutely no truth to them,” a spokesperson for the 39-year-old lawmaker told Us on Saturday, September 16. “This is simply a politically motivated stunt intended to manipulate the ethics process, generate headlines, damage her reputation and drive clickbait.”

The statement came after American Muckrakers’ David Wheeler submitted a sworn statement to the House Committee on Ethics earlier this week. As reported by The Colorado Times Recorder, the filing accuses Boebert of misconduct involving two female staffers and one male staffer. It also claims she once arranged a $200,000 hush-money payment to stop one of the individuals from submitting a separate ethics complaint.

Boebert’s representative described Wheeler as an activist who has repeatedly circulated sensational allegations, including claims that have previously been fact-checked and found to be baseless.

Congressman Eric Swalwell is facing sexual assault allegations from multiple women, a Manhattan District Attorney’s investigation and pressure from leading Democrats to abandon his campaign for California governor. In April 2026, four women — among them a former staffer who alleges the politician raped her — accused Swalwell of sexual misconduct and harassment. Swalwell has categorically […]

Wheeler and Boebert have been locked in a dispute for more than four years, with the conflict including repeated threats of legal action.

Us has contacted Boebert’s office seeking additional comment.

The complaint could pose significant problems for Boebert if the allegations are substantiated. The House Code of Official Conduct bars lawmakers from engaging in intimate or sexual relationships with staff members who report directly to them in a congressional office or committee.

Boebert, a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump, faced a separate public controversy in September 2023 after reports said she and a companion were removed from Denver’s Buell Theatre during a performance of Beetlejuice The Musical.

The Republican representative initially disputed claims that she and her companion had been vaping and engaging in intimate behavior during the show. She later acknowledged that her conduct was inappropriate, attributing part of the episode to the emotional strain surrounding her then-pending divorce from Jayson Boebert, according to CPR News.

“The past several days have been difficult and humbling, and I am sincerely sorry for the unwanted attention my Sunday evening in Denver brought to the community,” she said in a statement at the time. “There is no perfect blueprint for navigating a public and painful divorce, and the experience over the past several months has been difficult for me and my entire family.”

She added, “I have tried to move through it with as much strength and grace as possible, but on Sunday I fell short of my own values. That was unacceptable, and I am sorry.”

Sen. Bernie Moreno of Ohio has declined to say whether his daughter Emily Moreno’s former husband, Rep. Max Miller, should resign after Emily accused the Ohio lawmaker of domestic violence, including an allegation that he broke the collarbone of their daughter, Moreno’s granddaughter. “I don’t know,” Moreno told the political news outlet NOTUS on Friday, July 31, when he […]

More recently, Boebert appeared to mock former House colleagues Rep. Eric Swalwell of California and Rep. Tony Gonzales of Texas, who resigned amid separate sex scandals earlier this year.

“I mean, why is everybody so horny here?” Boebert told reporters on the steps of Capitol Hill in April.

In an interview with Nexstar D.C. correspondent Vinay Simlot, Boebert suggested that colleagues facing controversy should “go to church [and] find Jesus.”

Boebert has represented Colorado’s 4th Congressional District since January 2025. Before that, she served as the representative for the state’s 3rd District.

US Military Says Four Killed in Strike on Alleged Drug-Smuggling Boat in Caribbean

0

WASHINGTON – The U.S. military struck a boat suspected of carrying drugs in the Caribbean Sea on Saturday, killing four people as the Trump administration presses ahead with its months-long campaign against alleged drug traffickers in Latin America.

The operation raises to at least 231 the number of people killed in U.S. military boat strikes since the campaign began nearly a year ago. The deaths occurred across 69 strikes targeting individuals the Trump administration has labeled “narcoterrorists.” As it has in most statements about operations in the eastern Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea, U.S. Southern Command said the latest strike hit suspected traffickers traveling along established drug-smuggling routes.

The military did not release evidence showing that the vessel was transporting narcotics. A video posted on X showed what appeared to be a boat moving across the water before a flash erupted behind it.

The Trump administration is also negotiating with allied governments to expand its campaign against criminal groups onto land in several Latin American countries. During a visit to Panama last month, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Colombia, Guatemala and Honduras had agreed to permit joint U.S. military operations on their territory. Guatemala denied that such an agreement had been reached. Ecuador began carrying out similar missions with the United States in March.

President Donald Trump has described the United States as being in “armed conflict” with Latin American cartels. He has defended the attacks as a necessary escalation to stop drugs from reaching the United States and to prevent the fatal overdoses affecting Americans. However, his administration has provided limited evidence to substantiate its claims that those killed were smugglers.

Lane Kiffin’s Daughter Responds to Vile Banner From Ole Miss Fans

0

Lane Kiffin’s daughter, Landry, risked further anger from Ole Miss supporters on Saturday night by wearing a bright yellow dress to show her support for her father’s LSU team during their grudge match.

Landry, 21, remains an Ole Miss student despite her father’s widely publicized $90 million move to LSU last November. She is now completing her degree remotely from Baton Rouge.

She has also been dating LSU star linebacker Whit Weeks since last year and made little effort to conceal her allegiance during Saturday night’s game in Oxford, Mississippi.

Landry shared several TikTok videos documenting her preparations for the game, ultimately choosing a bright yellow Prada dress for the occasion.

Before kickoff, she posed for a selfie on the field while watching warmups and captioned the post “LFG” before heading to her suite to watch the game.

Her appearance came after banners allegedly surfaced around the Oxford campus this week linking Landry in sexual terms to a former Rebels player.

Before the rivalry game, Landry appealed to Rebels fans to stop displaying sexually inappropriate banners targeting her and her family.

“I normally don’t respond to any hateful posts around game days, but this one actually hurts,” said Landry, who has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, in a TikTok video. “I’m still a student at Ole Miss. I’ve loved my time here, and I love Ole Miss, so that’s what makes all of this even more upsetting.”

She added: “I opened my phone this morning to pictures of banners on houses around Oxford posted on different accounts, saying really inappropriate things about me and somebody I genuinely have never met in my life. That makes it even more frustrating, to say the least.”

“I think turning a girl into the punchline of a sexual joke because you’re upset at somebody she’s related to should not be okay,” Landry continued. “I understand emotions are high this week and people are upset, but I’m my own person.”

She said she could not understand how anyone could feel good about displaying vulgar messages about a young woman on a large banner outside a home. “I just hope people realize that there’s an actual person behind the jokes that they make,” she said.

LSU’s team bus reached the stadium without incident after Ole Miss took the unusual measure of installing tall chain-link fences covered in blue material to block the view.

Some fans nevertheless waited until the tops of LSU’s buses came into sight before shouting insults, including obscenities, as the team made the short walk to the visitors’ locker room.

When Kiffin stepped onto the field, red-and-blue-clad Ole Miss fans booed him, with many holding their phones aloft to record the moment.

Several LSU dignitaries watched from the sideline during warmups, including Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry and Attorney General Liz Murrill.

Kiffin’s agent, Jimmy Sexton, was speaking with LSU president Wade Rousse when a practice punt took an unusual bounce and struck Rousse on the side of the head.

Just in case there were any lingering doubts where Kiffin now stands with Ole Miss fans, the Rebel faithful made their feelings crystal clear earlier on Saturday during ESPN’s College GameDay.

Speaking via satellite from the team’s hotel in Oxford, Kiffin’s face was projected onto a large screen overlooking the throngs of students and Rebels fans.

Almost immediately, chants of ‘a**hole’ began to ring out from the group.

‘I really appreciate you guys gaslighting them with this,’ Kiffin told the ESPN panel.

And as if that weren’t enough, fans naturally brought some derisive signs to the College GameDay broadcast.

‘I’m 10 and I make better decisions than Lane,’ read a sign held by one young Ole Miss fan.

One young woman brought a sign humorously suggesting she and Kiffin previously dated: ‘Why is my ex here?’

Kiffin did try to defuse the tension at a few moments, once telling the panel: ‘It’s not about me. Both teams have great players, great coaches, [I] have a lot of respect for their program.’

Meanwhile, chants of ‘a**hole’ continued to rage in the background.

It was the latest in a growing buildup for the first top-10 matchup between No. 7 LSU and eighth-ranked Ole Miss since 1962.

It started when Kiffin left the Rebels to take the LSU job and a $91 million contract just as the team he had coached for six years was days away from its first appearance in the College Football Playoff.

Kiffin wanted to stay through the playoff but Ole Miss moved on to coach Pete Golding and advanced to the CFP semifinals. LSU finished 7-6, capped by a loss in the Texas Bowl.

The off-field storylines haven’t stopped since. Kiffin’s comments about whether Black players could be recruited to Ole Miss, lawsuits alleging Ole Miss transfers owe big money for reneging on their NIL deals and LSU’s now-abandoned defiance of rules against rostering former pro players have only brightened the spotlight for this one.

Florida Mom Allegedly Admits Having Sex With Adult Son 100 Times

A Florida woman and her adult son allegedly told investigators they had engaged in a sexual relationship for several years, according to authorities.

Christina Clemens, 46, is charged with incest and open adultery after investigators said she acknowledged the encounters took place at her home in Lakeland, jail records reviewed by Oxygen show.

Her biological son, 23-year-old Shane Clemens, was initially charged with incest as well. Court records now indicate that charge has been dropped.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a video briefing that deputies became involved after Christina reported that Shane had allegedly assaulted her during a domestic violence incident.

“Shane, you ought not to ever lay a hand on your mama for a lot of reasons,” Judd said, adding that the alleged family relationship gave him “one more reason” not to do so.

Deputies arrested Shane at the scene. During a subsequent interview, however, he reportedly described another issue that had led to the confrontation.

According to an affidavit obtained by Oxygen, Shane told investigators the argument began because he was “tired of having sexual intercourse with his mom.”

Shane reportedly did not live with Christina while growing up, but the two reconnected after he turned 18.

He allegedly told detectives that he initiated a sexual encounter before realizing Christina was his biological mother. The sheriff’s office noted, however, that Christina was identified as his mother on his birth certificate.

Shane claimed the alleged relationship began when he was 18 and involved oral, vaginal and anal sex. Investigators also reported finding sex toys near Christina’s bed. The affidavit states that Shane said cameras in the living room and bedroom had recorded some of the encounters.

Judd said investigators directly asked Christina whether she had been sexually involved with Shane since he turned 18. According to the sheriff, she replied that it had happened “only about 100 times.”

Christina is married, but her husband reportedly told investigators he had not known about the alleged relationship between his wife and son.

“He said, ‘No, I absolutely was not, but I think I am a little suspicious that they used to go into the master bedroom and lock the door,’” Judd said, describing the alleged conduct as both disturbing and illegal.

The affidavit also states that Shane told investigators the encounters occurred when the two were alone or while the rest of the household was asleep.

Christina remains held at the Polk County Jail. Jail records show that Shane was released on Sept. 17.

Oxygen contacted Christina’s attorney for comment but did not receive a response. Court records did not list an attorney for Shane.
