North West Rocks Rolling Loud Stage with Molly Santana: A Show-Stopping Debut

This past weekend, North West made her debut on the music festival scene.

The 12-year-old, daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, surprised audiences with an appearance at Rolling Loud in Orlando on Saturday night.

Taking the stage at Camping World Stadium, North teamed up with rapper Molly Santana to deliver what seemed like an unreleased track. The festival night was bustling with performances from stars like Playboi Carti, Rich The Kid, Destroy Lonely, and more.

Videos of North’s performance quickly spread across social media. She donned a striking long blue wig, black sunglasses, and a leather ensemble as she energetically performed alongside Santana, much to the delight of the cheering crowd.

North’s Rolling Loud appearance marks just the beginning of her festival journey this year. She is slated to perform again next month at Summer Smash in Chicago, sharing the stage with artists such as Lil Uzi Vert, Skrillex, Sexyy Red, and Chief Keef.

North released her debut EP, N0rth4evr, earlier this month. The project dropped on May 1 and quickly received support from several members of the Kardashian-Jenner family online. Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian and Rob Kardashian all shared posts showing themselves listening to the project shortly after its release.

While many fans have praised North for her creativity, some social media users continue to criticize her style and self-expression. Last year, Kardashian addressed the backlash during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast after some of North’s fashion and beauty choices sparked conversation online.

“She does listen to me, but in other areas, I’m like, ‘Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is.’ You know, it makes her so happy. I would never take that creativity away from her.” Kardashian said, adding, “I just think anyone that’s raising kids, especially four kids by myself, I’m doing the best that I can.”

Unlock Rapid Muscle Growth After 55: 5 Bodyweight Exercises That Outperform Dumbbells

For those over 55, skipping the dumbbells doesn’t mean skipping muscle-building. Bodyweight exercises, when performed with intention, can effectively strengthen muscles. At this stage in life, maintaining muscle mass is crucial, and this requires consistent effort, precise movements, and the right level of intensity.

Although dumbbells have their place, bodyweight exercises offer unique benefits. They demand core stability, require you to maneuver your body in space, and help maintain tension in the right areas. Exercises such as slow push-ups, methodical split squats, and controlled glute bridge walkouts can be just as challenging as weightlifting, without needing a gym full of equipment.

Clients often make significant gains when they start taking bodyweight exercises seriously. By focusing on slower repetitions and perfecting their form, they can uncover and address weaknesses more effectively. These exercises are also convenient, fitting easily into any schedule. You can perform them at home, after a walk, or as quick bursts of activity when there’s no time for a full workout.

Dumbbells are useful, but bodyweight exercises bring something different to the table. You have to control your position, brace your core, move your own body through space, and keep tension where it belongs. A slow push-up, a steady split squat, or a controlled glute bridge walkout can challenge your muscles hard without a rack of weights sitting nearby.

I’ve seen plenty of clients make strong progress once they stop treating bodyweight work like a warm-up. When the reps slow down and the positions get cleaner, these exercises expose weak spots fast. They also fit easily into the week, which helps with consistency. You can do them at home, add them after a walk, or use them as quick movement snacks when a full workout isn’t happening.

The five exercises below train your upper body, legs, glutes, hamstrings, and core with nothing more than your own bodyweight. Push-ups and close-grip push-ups build pressing strength. Split squats and glute bridge walkouts hit the lower body. Reverse crunches bring in the deep core work that supports better movement and control.

Push-Ups

Push-ups train your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core while forcing your body to stay locked in from head to heels. As you lower and press back up, your upper body has to create tension while your midsection keeps your hips from sagging. That makes push-ups more than a chest exercise. They build pressing strength, core control, and full-body coordination in one movement, which carries over to pushing yourself up, bracing with your hands, and handling daily tasks with more strength.

Muscles Trained: Chest, shoulders, triceps, core

How to Do It:

  1. Place your hands on the floor under your shoulders.
  2. Step your feet back into a plank position.
  3. Brace your core and squeeze your glutes.
  4. Lower your chest toward the floor with control.
  5. Press through your hands to return to the starting position.

Recommended Sets and Reps: Perform 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps. Rest for 60 seconds between each set.

Best Variations: Incline push-ups, knee push-ups, slow-tempo push-ups

Form Tip: Keep your elbows angled slightly back and your hips level.

Split Squats

Split squats train your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core while each leg moves through its own range of motion. The staggered stance forces your front leg to handle most of the effort while your midsection keeps your torso steady. That makes split squats a strong muscle-building option after 55 because they challenge leg strength without needing extra load right away. They also carry over well to stairs, walking, getting up from low positions, and staying strong on one leg.

Muscles Trained: Quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, core

How to Do It:

  1. Stand in a split stance with one foot forward and one foot back.
  2. Brace your core and keep your torso tall.
  3. Lower your back knee toward the floor with control.
  4. Press through your front foot to rise back up.
  5. Complete all reps, then switch sides.

Recommended Sets and Reps: Perform 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps per leg. Rest for 60 seconds between each set.

Best Variations: Assisted split squats, pause split squats, slow-tempo split squats

Form Tip: Keep your weight centered over your front foot and avoid pushing off your back leg.

Close-Grip Push-Ups

Close-grip push-ups train your triceps, chest, shoulders, and core, with greater focus on the backs of your arms. Bringing your hands closer makes the press harder for your triceps, which helps build upper-body muscle without dumbbells. Your core still has to brace through every rep, so your body stays strong and aligned while your arms do the pressing. Stronger triceps help with pushing, getting up from the floor, and maintaining upper-body strength as you age.

Muscles Trained: Triceps, chest, shoulders, core

How to Do It:

  1. Place your hands slightly inside shoulder width.
  2. Step your feet back into a plank position.
  3. Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line.
  4. Lower your chest toward the floor while keeping your elbows close.
  5. Press through your hands to return to the starting position.

Recommended Sets and Reps: Perform 3 sets of 6 to 10 reps. Rest for 60 seconds between each set.

Best Variations: Incline close-grip push-ups, knee close-grip push-ups, paused close-grip push-ups

Form Tip: Keep your elbows close to your ribs and avoid letting them flare wide.

Glute Bridge Walkouts

Glute bridge walkouts train your glutes, hamstrings, and core while keeping your hips lifted under tension. As your feet move farther away, your hamstrings have to work harder to maintain position and keep your hips from dropping. That makes the exercise a strong choice for building muscle through the backside of your body without using weights. Stronger glutes and hamstrings help with walking, standing, climbing stairs, and keeping your lower back from taking over.

Muscles Trained: Glutes, hamstrings, core

How to Do It:

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. Press through your heels and lift your hips.
  3. Brace your core and squeeze your glutes.
  4. Walk your feet forward one small step at a time.
  5. Walk your feet back in while keeping your hips lifted.

Recommended Sets and Reps: Perform 3 sets of 6 to 8 walkouts. Rest for 60 seconds between each set.

Best Variations: Shorter walkouts, paused bridge holds, single-leg bridge holds

Form Tip: Keep your hips high and stop the set before your lower back takes over.

Reverse Crunches

Reverse crunches train your lower abs and deep core while teaching your pelvis to move with control. As your knees come toward your chest, your lower belly has to curl your hips instead of letting your legs swing. That control helps your core support bigger movements, including push-ups, split squats, and bridge walkouts. A stronger core also helps you brace better, move with more control, and keep your lower back supported during daily activity.

Muscles Trained: Lower abs, deep core, hip flexors

How to Do It:

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet lifted.
  2. Place your arms at your sides for support.
  3. Brace your core and keep your movement small.
  4. Curl your hips slightly off the floor.
  5. Lower your hips back down with control.

Recommended Sets and Reps: Perform 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps. Rest for 45 seconds between each set.

Best Variations: Bent-knee reverse crunches, paused reverse crunches, slow-tempo reverse crunches

Form Tip: Curl your pelvis instead of swinging your legs.

How to Make Bodyweight Muscle Building Work After 55

Bodyweight training works best when every rep feels intentional. You want enough control to keep tension on the muscles and enough effort to make the final reps challenging. The exercises above give you a strong mix of pressing, single-leg strength, posterior-chain work, and core control. Done consistently, they can help rebuild muscle without needing every session to revolve around dumbbells.

  • Slow down your reps: Take your time on the lowering phase of push-ups and split squats. More control keeps the muscles working longer and makes bodyweight exercises feel much more demanding.
  • Add pauses where the movement feels hardest: Hold the bottom of a split squat, pause halfway down in a push-up, or keep your hips high during bridge walkouts. Pauses create more tension without adding weight.
  • Train close to effort: The last few reps should feel challenging while your form stays clean. If a set feels too easy, adjust the variation, slow the tempo, or add another set.
  • Use easier versions when needed: Incline push-ups, assisted split squats, and shorter bridge walkouts still build strength when you perform them well. Clean reps beat forced reps every time.
  • Repeat the movements across the week: Bodyweight work fits well into short sessions. A few focused rounds several days per week can build more momentum than one long workout you rarely repeat.

Paul McCartney Reveals The Beatles’ Secret to Perfecting a Song in Just 20 Minutes

In 1960, Paul McCartney co-founded The Beatles, a band that would rise to unparalleled fame and influence over the next ten years. Their extraordinary synergy was a key ingredient in their success. Recently, McCartney shed light on their creative synergy, revealing that their mutual understanding enabled the band to compose songs in under an hour.

Paul McCartney spoke about The Beatles’ creative process

During a conversation with Tom Holland on The Rest Is History, McCartney shared insights into the band’s songwriting process, which primarily started with him and John Lennon. The duo was responsible for penning most of The Beatles’ tracks, especially in the band’s formative years, when they frequently collaborated.

“Typically, we’d come in on a Monday morning if we planned to record that week,” McCartney recounted. “Initially, it was mainly John and me, having written songs over the past week. We’d gather around 10 or 10:30 in the morning, and George Martin would ask, ‘What’s on the agenda?’ We’d say, ‘Well, here’s one,’ and play it for everyone.”

He noted that George Harrison and Ringo Starr had an innate understanding of the sound they aimed to achieve, which made the songwriting process smooth and efficient.

“John and I would strum on two acoustic guitars,” McCartney elaborated. “George Harrison would take a look and instantly grasp what we were going for, as we had all learned together. Ringo would intuitively tap out a rhythm, and we trusted his instinct. Just 20 minutes later, we’d be recording a fresh song that no one, not even our producer, had heard before.”

“Me and John, on two acoustics, would play it,” he explained. “George Harrison would look at it and go, ‘OK.’ Because immediately, he knew what we knew. We’d all learned it all together. Ringo would tap out a rhythm kind of thing, and we trusted him to know what to do. And then, 20 minutes later, we were recording that song that no one had ever heard, including the producer.”

The Lennon-McCartney chemistry was evident to those around them

While the band worked together well, people took particular note of the chemistry between Lennon and McCartney. In the documentary Man on the Run, Sean Lennon said that the pair had a “once-in-a-millennium chemistry that I don’t think we’re likely to see again.”

Even before they were famous, their friends noticed the dynamic between them. McCartney was never afraid to stand up to Lennon.

“Paul would have a school notebook and he’d be scribbling down words,” Lennon’s classmate Helen Anderson said in the book Paul McCartney: The Life by Philip Norman. “Those sessions could be intense because John was used to getting his way by being aggressive — but Paul would stand his ground.”

This didn’t upset Lennon, though. Instead, Anderson said it only seemed to fuel him further.

“Paul seemed to make John come alive when they were together,” she said.

Paul McCartney shared when he realized The Beatles were changing the world

Beatlemania took hold in 1964, but McCartney said it was a few more years before he realized the seismic impact the band was having on the world.

“I suppose it was our first big success in America,” he said in an interview for his website. “I started to realize that the attention was not just local, and it was around the time of Sgt Pepper when we started seeing our clothes and the music we were making getting copied on an international level. Although this had happened before at home, with people getting the Beatle haircut and all dressing in a similar fashion, it was around about Sgt Pepper that you could feel the worldwide movement.”

Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band came out in 1967. McCartney said that at this point, people made the value of their music clear.

“You could feel that people in California were thinking about what you were thinking about,” he said. “And that’s when people started saying to us, ‘Wow man, you know your music changed my life!’ So, I think around about that time I started to think it was changing the world.”

Unveiling the Tensions: Trump’s Eye-Opening Exchange with Xi on Nuclear Threats

0

President Donald Trump found himself unable to confirm whether Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed with him on preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, a pivotal justification for the President’s stance on Iran.

In an interview conducted immediately after his discussions with Xi in Beijing, Trump spoke with Sean Hannity on Fox News. The interview was broadcast on Hannity’s show Thursday night.

Trump described the meeting as cordial and referred to Xi as a friend, but indicated that Xi was reserved when it came to expressing agreement on the matter of Iran’s nuclear ambitions. “He’s not going to respond too much,” Trump remarked when Hannity inquired about Xi’s stance.

Trump commented on Xi’s demeanor, saying, “He’s a pretty cool guy. He’s not going to say, ‘that’s a good point.'” This reflected Xi’s cautious approach to the topic.

When pressed by Hannity on whether he believed Xi agreed with him, Trump replied, “I think he did,” suggesting a level of confidence in Xi’s alignment with his views.

Despite Presidents historically avoiding domestic political hits while abroad, Trump also took time during the interview to slam Democratic Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden – and reveal the new nickname he had for their party.

‘I came up with a new name,’ Trump said, adding that he wasn’t sure if he should share it.

He then did.

‘Dumacrats,’ he said. ‘Because they’re dumb, they’re dumb. It’s d-u-m. I got rid of the B. So, you’re only changing one letter, right? E goes and the U comes.’

President Donald Trump sat down with Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity after his meetings Thursday in Beijing with Chinese leader Xi Jinping

President Donald Trump sat down with Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity after his meetings Thursday in Beijing with Chinese leader Xi Jinping

Hannity had a laugh about it.

‘You know you take up more space in people’s heads than any one person on the face of this Earth, right? You live rent-free,’ the Fox News host responded.

Hannity had started out the interview by suggesting Trump had gotten a much more lavish welcome than Obama, the last President to visit China before Trump’s 2017 trip.

Biden met with Xi several times and visited other Asian nations, but skipped a China trip.

The President said that’s because ‘there’s no doubt about … we just have a good relationship.’

‘Well, I mean, if I got out of the plane and nobody was there to greet me, I would say that wouldn’t be so cool,’ Trump said.

The President then lavished praise on the Chinese leader, calling him ‘tall,’ ‘especially for this country because they tend to be a little shorter,’ and suggested Hollywood couldn’t cast someone better than Xi.

But when pressed about what Xi might do to help the United States, Trump didn’t yet have definitive answers.

He’s set to meet with Xi again Friday, before departing for Washington.

Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity pressed President Donald Trump on whether Chinese leader Xi Jinping agreed that Iran shouldn't have a nuclear weapon, the basis for the current US war

Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity pressed President Donald Trump on whether Chinese leader Xi Jinping agreed that Iran shouldn’t have a nuclear weapon, the basis for the current US war

When Hannity asked the President if he thought the Chinese may be able to influence the Iranians ‘considering they are one of their biggest customers,’ Trump answered with a shrug.

‘Yeah, probably, but umm, look, he’s not coming in with guns, he’s not coming in with weapons, they’re not coming in shooting,’ Trump answered.

He answered similarly when Hannity prodded Trump on China’s support for Iran.

‘I mean, when you say support, they’re not fighting a war with us or anything,’ Trump replied. ‘He said he’s not going to give military equipment, that’s a big statement. He said that strongly.’

The President said that Xi did agree to buy US oil.

‘And one thing I think that we’re going to make a deal on is they’ve agreed they want to buy oil from the United States,’ Trump said.

‘They’re going to go into Texas. We’re going to start sending Chinese ships to Texas and to Louisiana and to Alaska. And I think that was another thing that was agreed to,’ he added.

Trump later told Hannity that Xi would like to see the US make a deal with Iran.

‘He said, “If I can be of any help, at all, I would like to be of help,”‘ the President stated.

Trump also touted a possible deal with China to buy 200 Boeing planes, up from the 150 the US-based company had sought, the President said.

‘I think it was a commitment,’ he said. ‘He said, sort of like “save it,” but I think it was a commitment.’

Overall Trump boasted that the talks went ‘better than last time’ and more deals were to come.

‘They’re going to do a lot of soybeans for our farmers. They’re going to be buying a lot of our farm product,’ he said.

He then segued and told Hannity that ‘Democrats are against farmers,’ before revealing the new nickname he had given the party.

DHS Condemns Capital Murder Charges for Alleged Killing of Unborn Baby, Labeling Suspects as ‘Monsters

0

The Department of Homeland Security delivered a harsh statement in response to the charges. Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis condemned the actions of the accused, stating, “These individuals committed an atrocious act by shooting multiple people, leading to the death of an unborn child. They now face serious charges, including homicide and aggravated assault. Such a heinous crime underscores that these criminal illegal aliens should never have been in our country.”

Bis expressed relief that Dallas law enforcement collaborates with ICE, which will aid in ensuring these individuals are held accountable and prevented from causing further harm within the community.

Among those charged is 17-year-old Yeremy Alexander Zapata Aleman, whose arrest for capital murder was confirmed on May 3, 2026, as documented by the Dallas County Jail. The community now awaits justice for the senseless loss of life and the impact of this violent act.

Yeremy Alexander Zapata Aleman, 17, of Honduras, and Keyner Ariel Calero Jiron, 20, of Nicaragua, who both crossed the border illegally, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), are accused of the murder after an argument in a 7-Eleven parking lot led to a drive-by shooting and later a police chase, KDFW reported.

The incident occurred May 3, around 12:40 a.m.

The pregnant teen was riding with another person who confronted Zapata Aleman and Calero Jiron from a vehicle before leaving the 7-Eleven. The victims reported that, shortly thereafter, the two suspects followed them from the parking lot.

Calero Jiron was allegedly driving the car when the shots rang out, striking the victim and her unborn child. Another vehicle was also struck by gunfire, but the driver was uninjured.

When the victim, who was 22 weeks pregnant, told police she was carrying a child, she was taken to nearby Baylor Hospital where a cesarean section was performed. The baby did not survive.

Police later located Calero Jiron’s vehicle and say he led them on a pursuit, eventually crashing.

Police said they found cocaine and MDMA in the car.

Along with the murder charges, both suspects were charged with five counts of felony aggravated assault and one count of cocaine possession.

Calero Jiron was also charged with one count of unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Senior UK Official Steps Down Amid Intensifying Scrutiny on Keir Starmer

0

In brief

  • UK health secretary Wes Streeting has resigned, mounting more pressure on Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
  • There have been growing calls for Starmer to resign from within his own party.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer finds himself in a precarious position as political tensions rise following the resignation of a key government figure. The departure of a prominent rival has sparked accusations of a lack of direction, and now, others within the party are appearing ready to challenge his leadership.

The Labour Party’s poor performance in recent local elections has thrown the UK into another bout of political uncertainty. This comes less than two years after Starmer secured a significant majority, promising to deliver stability and put an end to a decade marked by political turmoil.

In the wake of mounting pressure from within the Labour ranks, Wes Streeting, who served as Health Minister, has resigned, becoming the first senior official to do so. Streeting stated his decision was based on the belief that Starmer would not lead the party into the next general election. Calls for Starmer to step down or outline his departure plans have been growing louder among Labour politicians.

Despite Streeting’s resignation, no formal leadership challenge has been initiated, and several high-ranking cabinet ministers have publicly affirmed their support for Starmer.

According to Streeting’s resignation letter, Labour MPs and trade unions are urging that the ensuing discussion should prioritize policy ideas over individual personalities or internal party divisions.

“It needs to be broad, and it needs the best possible field of candidates,” Streeting wrote.

Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham, also from Labour, said separately he would seek a seat in parliament — a move that could pave the way for him to challenge Starmer.

‘We need direction’

“Where we need vision, we have a vacuum. Where we need direction, we have drift,” Streeting said.

“Leaders take responsibility, but too often that has meant other people falling on their swords.”

Starmer responded with a letter expressing regret Streeting had stepped down, saying “it is incumbent on all of us to rise to what I see as a battle for the soul of our nation” and “turn the page on the chaos”.

A source close to Streeting said the former health minister had enough support to mount a formal leadership challenge but had not triggered an immediate contest because he felt it would be preferable for Starmer to set out an orderly timetable.

Starmer has said he will battle to keep his job, and sources close to him say he is determined to fight any leadership contest.

The pound edged lower after Streeting’s resignation and news that Burnham would seek to return to parliament.

“It moves us one step closer to a Labour leadership challenge. How many steps are between here and there, that’s still uncertain,” Nick Rees, head of macro research at foreign exchange company at Monex Europe, said.

Earlier on Thursday, Starmer’s former deputy, Angela Rayner, said she had been cleared of deliberate wrongdoing over her tax affairs, an impediment to any leadership contest, but she would not say whether she wanted to launch a formal bid.

Labour politician Josh Simons said he would resign from his seat in Greater Manchester, opening a possible route for Burnham to win a place in parliament — something he would need to do to become prime minister.

Burnham said he would seek permission to stand as Labour’s candidate in the seat but stopped short of saying he would challenge Starmer.

“Much bigger change is needed at a national level if everyday life is to be made more affordable again. This is why I now seek people’s support to return to parliament,” he said on X.

Another potential candidate is armed forces minister Al Carns, a former Royal Marine seen by some in Labour as a new face who could freshen up the party.

But education minister Bridget Phillipson reiterated her backing for Starmer and suggested the rest of his cabinet were supportive.

“This is now a chance for us to pause, take a breath as a party and try and draw a line under all of this,” she said.

Starmer, 63, has adopted a “business-as-usual” approach and finance minister Rachel Reeves warned others against plunging the UK into chaos when its anaemic economy was turning a corner. The economy grew unexpectedly in March.

Business leaders fear that another leadership race to choose what would be Britain’s seventh prime minister in about a decade would deter investment – something the Labour government has said must improve to turn around Britain’s fortunes.

The political instability has pushed borrowing costs higher, with some investors nervous about the possible election of a more left-wing, tax-and-spend Labour prime minister.

Tragic Loss: Rugby League Star Eugene Hanna Passes Away After Devastating Injury in Season Opener

The New Zealand rugby league community is grieving the loss of Eugene Hanna, a beloved player who passed away at the age of 30 following a catastrophic injury sustained during a match earlier this month.

Hanna was a dedicated member of the Glenora Bears Premier Reserves team. His injury occurred during the season’s opening game on May 2, where his team faced off against the Te Atatū Roosters in West Auckland.

After the incident, Hanna was immediately transported to the hospital, where he remained under medical care for approximately 10 days. Despite the efforts of the medical team, he sadly succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday.

“Eugene sustained an injury in the team’s first game of the season… which was tragically unsurvivable,” a spokesperson shared. The community is left grappling with the profound loss and overwhelming grief following Hanna’s passing.

‘There are not enough words to express the unimaginable loss and grief.’

Swift and Kelce, both 36, announced their engagement in August 2025.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” read the pair’s joint Instagram post.

After news broke of their engagement, Swift hinted she was going to be taking her time with wedding planning.

“I’m just doing the album thing now, which is a big thing. Then, I think the wedding is what happens after that in the scheme of the planning,” she said during an October 2025 appearance on The Graham Norton Show. “But I’m so excited about it. I know it’s gonna be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble.”

Kelce also teased that picking a wedding date depended on the Chiefs’ schedule for the 2026-2027 NFL season.

“I just gotta figure out winning football games first,” he joked during a September 2025 episode of his “New Heights” podcast.

The couple are rumored to be tying the knot this summer. A source previously revealed in an April Us Weekly cover story that Swift and Kelce have invited around 150 people to the event.

“It won’t be a huge wedding, but there will be many celebrities,” the insider said, while a second source added, “They’ve gone back and forth between inviting everyone and keeping it small and private. As of now, they’ve scaled it down. It’s no longer going to be a massive blowout.”

Earlier this month, Kelce teased he was so excited to marry Swift while chatting with Rory McIlroy.

“Travis, you’ll feel this this year whenever you’re sitting at your wedding — you have all the people in a room … it’s amazing to have all these people in the same room,” the golfer said comparing the Masters dinner to Kelce’s upcoming nuptials. “You’re just sitting there and it’s surreal. It’s unbelievable. The only thing I can compare it to is your wedding day because it’s this collection of people in the same room. It’s wild.”

“I can’t wait,” Kelce gushed.

Rob Riggle Throws Playful Jabs at Jets and Broncos in Chiefs’ Schedule Reveal

The Kansas City Chiefs likely don’t need much marketing to attract fans to their games, but they certainly made an impression on Thursday with their latest creative endeavor.

In a clever twist, the Chiefs enlisted actors Rob Riggle and Lisa Gilroy to play the fictional hosts Bruce and Gayle. The duo unveiled the 2026 season schedule as if they were presenting an infomercial on a fictional channel dubbed “QVChiefs.”

Adding to the humor, Donna Kelce, mother of the 11-time Pro Bowl tight end Travis Kelce, made a special appearance. She humorously referenced her stint on Peacock’s reality show, “The Traitors.”

To generate buzz around the video, the Chiefs captioned it on X with, “The ’90s called. They want their schedule release back.”

One highlight from the Week 1 matchup against the Broncos featured a quirky gag: a $52.80 jar of “mile-high air.” Riggle, known for his allegiance to the Chiefs, opened it with a grimace, while Gilroy joked that a horse must have farted in the jar.

For their Week 3 game on the road in Miami, the duo sold a literal hard rock — in a nod to the Dolphins’ Hard Rock Stadium — for $999.99, or free if a fan found a harder rock.

“Football guy starch” was the product for a game with the Chargers, with a person walking around in Los Angeles coach Jim Harbaugh’s ubiquitous khakis.

The comedy pair even took a shot at the Jets with a product called green-be-gone, costing a measly $6.99.

“If you or a loved one is wearing green and feeling the urge to spell out four-letter words, you may be already suffering from Gang Green,” Riggle said before he broke out into a J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS chant, with Gilroy stopping him before going further.

To advertise a game against the 49ers, Riggle showed a copy of a fake VHS with the title “The Faithfuls” that included a picture of Donna Kelce.

“America’s favorite mom was robbed of a generational run on a certain reality show,” Riggle said, harkening back to Donna’s elimination in January on “The Traitors.”

“It felt a little funny being a faithful, but now I can dominate the competition, just like I always should have,” Kelce said in her cameo to advertise her fictional show.

After a 6-11 season in 2025, the Chiefs will hope for a rebound in 2026.

Travis Kelce will be back for a 14th season, while quarterback Patrick Mahomes hopes to be ready for Week 1 after ACL and MCL tears at the end of last year.
