Rhapsody Of Realities 7 March 2026: The Expression And Embodiment Of Divinity

Rhapsody Of Realities 7 March 2026 By Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (Christ Embassy): The Expression And Embodiment Of Divinity

TOPIC: Righteousness Consciousness (Rhapsody of Realities 7 March 2026)

For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell (Colossians 1:19).

Rhapsody Of Realities For Today’s MESSAGE:

The Lord Jesus is much more than a great or highly honoured religious leader; He’s the totality of divinity in flesh. He’s the embodiment of Deity. Titus 2:13 describes Him as “the great God”: “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.”

He’s also the totality of all wisdom and knowledge: Colossians 2:3, “In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Hallelujah! When He walked the streets of Galilee, Nazareth, and Jerusalem, that was Wisdom walking; that was Wisdom personified; God in the flesh was taking His steps upon the earth.

When this understanding dawns on your spirit, you’ll know what it truly means to be identified with the Lord Jesus and to pray in His Name. His Name has all authority in heaven, in earth, and under the earth. And in the Book of Revelation, the Bible tells us something staggering; when the Apostle John saw the great throne of Almighty God, the One seated upon it was the Lord Jesus. That tells you who He really is.

In the Old Testament, God revealed Himself to Israel through different names: Jehovah Rapha (the Lord my healer), Jehovah Tsidkenu (the Lord my righteousness), Jehovah Shalom (the Lord my peace), and so on. But the Bible says He has magnified His Word above His name (Psalm 138:2). Who’s the Word? Jesus Christ; He’s the Word made flesh.

Now the Bible says, “…at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:10-11). To know Him is to love Him, for He is the very expression of God’s person, glory, righteousness and love. Blessed be God!

PRAYER

Lord Jesus, I worship and adore you; you’re the greatest, the all-powerful and sovereign Lord of heaven and earth. You’re the great God of glory, saviour of the world, the King of righteousness and eternity. You’re gracious, glorious, ever-loving, faithful, true, and forever just. I live triumphantly in your Name, for you’re my life, my light and my all. Amen.

REMINDER!!! JESUS IS COMING SOON

ARE YOU BORN AGAIN? IF NO, WHY NOT ACCEPT JESUS NOW!

Accept Jesus Christ today and secure a life of eternal rest and Glory by saying this short prayer below:

Lord Jesus, I believe you died for my sins, Forgive me of all my iniquities. I accept you as my Lord and Saviour from today and forever.

Come and Be the Lord of my life and I am willing to obey Your command and live according to Your will by Your Grace, Thank you for accepting me into Your fold

AMEN!!! John 6:37…and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Trump Denounces Netanyahu Amid Controversial Conflict Allegations: A Historic Diplomatic Rift

0

In a stark rebuff, Donald Trump dismissed Benjamin Netanyahu’s appeal for the United States to instigate a street rebellion aimed at overthrowing Iran’s government.

“Why should we encourage people to protest when they’ll just face deadly force?” Trump reportedly questioned during a phone conversation with Netanyahu last week, as confirmed by a U.S. official.

This discussion followed closely after the death of Iran’s security chief, Ali Larijani, in an Israeli attack last Tuesday. Netanyahu suggested to Trump that Iran’s leadership was in turmoil, presenting an opportunity for a popular revolt, according to officials from both the U.S. and Israel, as reported by Axios.

However, Trump was apprehensive about the potential for widespread violence, recalling the thousands of Iranians who had been killed in past anti-government demonstrations by security forces.

Ultimately, both leaders decided to observe whether Iranians would spontaneously mobilize during the upcoming annual festival of fire, without external prompts, as per a source familiar with the conversation.

But Netanyahu proceeded anyway, stating on TV: ‘Our aircraft are striking terrorist operatives on the ground, on roads and in public squares. This is meant to allow the brave Iranian people to celebrate the Festival of Fire. So go out and celebrate…we are watching from above.’

The rupture lays bare a widening gap between the two leaders, with Washington quietly distancing itself from Jerusalem on regime change despite Trump urging a popular uprising when the war began.

Netanyahu has since secretly convened his generals and pushed for a 48-hour blitz on Iran’s top targets, even as Trump moves to nail down a swift peace deal.

Netanyahu convened Israeli commanders in a bunker deep beneath Tel Aviv on Tuesday after reviewing Trump’s 15-point peace plan.

The Israeli prime minister and his top military advisers were alarmed the US plan did not go far enough to curb Tehran’s military capabilities.

Netanyahu’s Thursday deadline reflects deep concern within the Israeli government that Trump could reach a deal with Tehran at any moment, sources say.

Israeli officials present at Netanyahu’s underground meeting described the atmosphere as ‘tense.’

Iran rejected the proposal on Wednesday, but Trump remains bullish on a deal and a ceasefire could come as early as next Saturday, Israeli media has reported.

Netanyahu’s inner circle is intent on reaching three key war goals: eliminating Iran’s ballistic-missile stockpile, ensuring Tehran cannot develop a nuclear warhead, and fostering an environment within Iran for civilians to overthrow the Islamic regime.

‘If you do not obtain the three objectives, you will not be able to end the war,’ said Boaz Bismuth, a member of Netanyahu’s party.

Pentagon chiefs last night ordered around 2,000 paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East to join some 4,500 Marines already en route, as Trump’s peace push shows signs of collapse.

The President is prepared to pull the trigger on a full-scale invasion if Tehran continues to rebuff his diplomatic overtures, according to members of his inner circle.

‘Trump has a hand open for a deal, and the other is a fist, waiting to punch you in the f***ing face,’ a Trump aide told Axios.

The 15-point plan, modeled on Trump’s Gaza deal, would require Iran to dismantle all nuclear and long-range missile capabilities, open the Strait of Hormuz, and abandon proxy terror groups.

But Iranian state TV said Wednesday the regime had rejected the proposal outright, with Tehran demanding the closure of all US bases in the Gulf, reparations, and an end to Israeli strikes against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Tehran is also seeking to bring the strait – a chokepoint for roughly a fifth of the world’s oil – under its control, allowing it to charge transit fees on passing vessels, much like Egypt does with the Suez Canal.

A Trump official described Iran’s demands as ‘ridiculous’ and ‘unrealistic’, warning that a deal is now harder to reach than before the war began as the President readies a potential ground invasion force.

US and Iranian diplomats have not spoken through direct contact and instead communicate via Middle Eastern intermediaries from Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan.

Saudi Arabia has made clear that ceding control of the Strait of Hormuz is a non-starter, with Riyadh urging Trump to stay in the fight.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has repeatedly urged Trump to finish the Islamic regime in calls over the last week, including the use of ground forces to seize Iran’s energy sites.

Iran remains wary of Trump’s envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, accusing the pair of ‘backstabbing’ Tehran in negotiations ahead of the US and Israel’s strikes on February 28.

Iranian officials are pushing for Vice President JD Vance to lead the US negotiating team, believing he is sympathetic after privately expressing doubts about Operation Epic Fury.

Brace Yourself: Imminent Fuel Shortages Poised to Hike Food Prices Nationwide in Australia

0

In Brief

  • Diesel shortages are disrupting transport and supply chains across Australia.
  • Rising fuel costs are expected to result in food price increases within weeks.

Shoppers should prepare for certain price increases, as supply chains face significant disruptions due to ongoing conflicts in the Middle East affecting oil supplies.

Supply chain management and logistics specialist Elizabeth Jackson emphasized that these rising costs are now inevitable, stating, “It’s no longer a question of if, but rather when these higher expenses will impact consumers.”

Jackson highlighted the critical role of diesel fuel in the transportation of food, noting, “Every kilojoule of food sourced from an Australian farm is transported by diesel-powered vehicles.”

She explained that even the simplest foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, which undergo minimal processing, rely heavily on transport systems. This dependence extends to the most processed foods destined for export.

Jackson added, “Additionally, diesel is crucial for the mechanization involved in food production, such as the operation of tractors.” This underscores the wide-reaching implications of fuel disruptions on food supply chains.

Price rises are likely to begin with fresh produce because of its short supply chains and constant need for transport.

Increases were possible within two to three weeks with a “slow burn” most likely rather than one sudden spike.

“The fresher the produce, the quicker we’re going to see the prices increase,” Jackson said.

At least 107 petrol stations in NSW have run out of diesel, while more than 40 have reported not having any fuel at all.

Jackson said the situation underscored the need for stronger fuel resilience in Australia, including greater investment in alternative energy sources such as biofuels, rather than continued reliance on fossil fuels.

In the short term, she said governments were limited in how much they could intervene beyond managing supply.

Coles said it would review how much it was paying companies transporting food and groceries to its stores more frequently.

The supermarket giant did not say whether this would lead to an increase in prices for shoppers.

“We will be temporarily increasing the frequency that we review the fuel component of our freight rates from monthly to twice per month — so that changing fuel costs are reflected more quickly and fairly,” a Coles spokesperson said.

“In the current climate, this means transport providers will be able to recoup more of the rising fuel costs.”

Commonwealth, state and territory leaders will meet next week for another national cabinet meeting on the shortages.

Shocking Crime Scene: Man Accused of Strangling Wife with Vacuum Cord—A Disturbing Tale Unfolds

0

A man is accused of killing his wife by strangling her with a vacuum cleaner cord, wrapping it around her neck multiple times before allegedly confessing the crime via text message to a friend.

Brian Hernandez now faces two counts of first-degree murder following the discovery of his wife, Estefania Abril-Hernandez, deceased in their home on March 19. This information comes from a press release issued by the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois.

Currently being held without bond, it remains uncertain if Brian has entered a plea. Attempts to reach his attorney for comments have been unsuccessful so far.

Estefania was reported missing by her family on March 18. The following day, Illinois State Police stopped her vehicle on Interstate 80, which was being driven by Brian. He was found with his wife’s cell phone and subsequently taken into custody.

Authorities, upon entering the couple’s home in Villa Park through an unlocked window, discovered Estefania’s body in a bedroom. The power cord of a vacuum cleaner was found tightly wrapped around her neck.

Police alleged that Brian and Estefania were at their home, which was scheduled for a foreclosure auction, to clean out their personal belongings when they started arguing.

Brian allegedly strangled his wife, according to police, then fled the scene. Authorities say they later found text messages, allegedly from Hernandez to another person, that read, “Hey…please call me, I have something to confess please” and “I’m pretty sure Estefania is dead.”

Estefania’s death follows a slew of legal troubles for Brian. Authorities learned that he has an order of protection against him tied to a criminal case which prohibits contact with Estefania and their son, according to the press release.

Plus, he’s on pretrial release with an active failure-to-appear warrant in the case, in which he is accused of interfering with a victim’s attempt to report domestic violence, according to the press release.

Brian will next appear in court on April 6.

Shocking UCLA Kidnapping and Assault Case: Police Urge Potential Victims to Come Forward

0

A young man, aged 24, stands accused of luring UCLA students into his vehicle and now faces serious charges, including rape, with authorities cautioning that additional victims could emerge.

The UCLA Police Department has reported the apprehension of Alexander Schecter, a Santa Monica resident. Detectives allege his involvement in several offenses such as sexual assault, kidnapping, and extortion.

On March 20, Schecter was detained at his home in Santa Monica and subsequently incarcerated within the Los Angeles County jail system.

He is confronted with a series of felony charges, notably rape by force, forcible oral copulation, robbery, extortion, and battery.

Alexander Schecter, who has been implicated in the kidnapping and sexual assault of individuals connected to the UCLA vicinity, was taken into custody by UCLA police. Officials confirm he has no ties to the university.

Bail was set at $600,000, but records show he has since been released.

The arrest stems from an early-morning incident near campus earlier this month.

According to investigators, on March 8 around 3 a.m., two female UCLA students were being dropped off when the suspect allegedly prevented them from exiting the vehicle and threatened violence.

Fearing for their safety, the victims remained inside as the suspect drove them roughly half a mile before stopping in the Gayley Avenue area.

Detectives identified Schecter as the suspect and arrested him days later on kidnapping and false imprisonment charges. He was booked and later posted bail.

During the investigation, police said detectives uncovered evidence linking Schecter to a previously unreported sexual assault involving an adult woman with no known affiliation to UCLA.

The assault occurred Oct. 12, 2025, in the area of Venice Boulevard and Clarington Avenue in Los Angeles, according to police, who said they later confirmed the attack and developed probable cause for the additional charges.

Investigators say they believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with information to contact the UCLA Police Department.

Authorities said Schecter is not believed to be affiliated with the university.

The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.

It was not immediately clear if Schechter has an attorney representing him.

Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne Announce End of Nine-Year Marriage Following Secret Trial Separation, Prioritizing Daughters

0

Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne have decided to call it quits on their nine-year relationship after spending much of the past year apart due to a clandestine trial separation.

The actress, known for her role in EastEnders, at 33, has reportedly opted for a divorce from Dan, a former star of The Only Way Is Essex, who is 34, having reached a point where she felt disconnected from their rocky marriage.

Having tied the knot in 2017 following a four-year romance, the couple is parents to daughters Ella, 11, and Mia, 7. Dan also shares a 12-year-old son, Teddy, from an earlier relationship.

Throughout their time together, Jacqueline and Dan have navigated numerous challenges, particularly surrounding allegations of infidelity against Dan.

In March of last year, Dan took the step of leaving the family home during a brief separation period.

They later headed on a ‘make-or-break getaway’ to Mexico and in June 2025 the pair celebrated their eight-year wedding anniversary, enjoying a romantic break at a luxury London hotel to mark the milestone.

Jacqueline Jossa, 33, and Dan Osborne, 34, have ended their nine-year marriage after ‘living apart’ for much of the year following a secret trial separation

The EastEnders star is understood to have insisted on a divorce from former The Only Way Is Essex regular Dan after ‘mentally checking out’ of their turbulent relationship

Now sources tell The Sun the split this time is ‘permanent’, adding: ‘Everyone knows they’ve had their troubles, but after spending some time apart this year, they’ve decided to make the split permanent. Their two daughters are their main priority.’

Dan is said to have moved out ‘permanently last month into the secret house he bought behind Jacqueline’s back’ during their brief split in early 2025.

Jacqueline was left in shock after discovering her husband had bought a house in Essex last year, which put more pressure on their strained relationship.

The couple reportedly struggled to make their marriage work following weeks of heated rows.

‘After all Jac’s been through, she’s finally had enough. They’ve been living separate lives all this year and she’s over it’, the source added. ‘There’s only so many times she can put herself through living in limbo and taking him back.’

‘She has mentally checked out of the relationship for the first time and Dan has panicked. He’s worried the grass isn’t greener and has had the shock of his life that he’s pushed Jac too far this time.’

Friends of Jacqueline are reportedly ‘so pleased’ she has finally checked out of the marriage for good after years of ‘begging’ her to leave.

The Daily Mail has contacted Jacqueline and Dan’s representatives for comment.

Just five months ago, Dan was caught liking another girl’s bikini snaps on Instagram with Closer reporting at the time that he is back to his ‘old tricks’.

Dan was reportedly seen liking model Rosey Victoria’s posts and a source told the magazine: ‘Dan has proved time and time again that he can’t be trusted.

‘Nothing means more to Jac than Dan – she’s desperate for her marriage to work and doesn’t care at what cost.

‘But the fact of the matter is, he can’t help himself and friends worry that he’s up to his old tricks again.’

The Daily Mail understood at the time that Dan and Rosey are pals and the pair both follow each other on the social media platform.

Admitting that ‘it takes a village,’ the soap star said that despite becoming parents at a young age they ‘never struggled’ thanks to their family.

Speaking to OK! magazine, Jac said: ‘It really takes a village to raise a family and I have a village around me. My husband is incredible.

‘He also works and is very busy, so when we’re juggling, we’re usually juggling together. Luckily my mum is incredible too, and so is Dan’s dad, so we have a lot of help and support.

‘Me and Dan were young parents, but we didn’t struggle. Again, the “village” helped. That has always been the case for me – I’ve always had amazing friends and family around me.’

Months after they rekindled following a brief split in March last year, Dan apparently sent flirty text messages to Christine McGuinness, 37.

The former TOWIE star and Paddy McGuinness’s ex failed in their attempts to hide their growing bond from as far back as 2019, after it was reported the pair have leant on one another during their respective marriage woes.

It was claimed that the pair exchanged ‘flirty texts’ while acting as a source of comfort during their personal struggles and they were previously pictured together at London’s The Hoxton hotel in March 2023.

Sources had claimed that Christine and Dan comforted each other through their marital woes, and exchanged a string of flirty texts in which the model reportedly called Dan ‘D’.

After news of their close friendship came to light, Christine reportedly said she is ‘absolutely adamant nothing sexual happened between them both’, with Dan suggesting the messages are ‘deep fakes or AI’.

A source close to Christine told The Sun that Dan ‘mainly led the way with texts’, which often involved ‘platonic stuff about their kids’.

Dan and Jacqueline’s relationship has been plagued by accusations of infidelity and in 2018 Dan was linked to Love Island’s Gabby Allen after they were spotted getting close on a yacht in Marbella.

Previously, The Sun claimed that Dan sent ‘flirty messages’ to his former Celebrity Big Brother co-star Gabby – months after the pair vehemently denied claims that they’d had an illicit tryst.

In March 2019 rumours began to circulate that he had kissed Love Island’s Alexandra Cane in a nightclub, which they both denied.

That December he was rocked by cheating claims after it was alleged he engaged in a threesome with his Celebrity Big Brother co-stars Natalie Nunn and Chloe Ayling last year – which he strongly denied – while Jacqueline was in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.

After endless denials, Dan finally admitted he had been unfaithful and then referenced his misgivings.

Speaking about their marriage woes, Dan previously told The Sun: ‘I’ve made mistakes, yeah. I’ve done things I shouldn’t have done. Me and Jac have spoken about that and she has forgiven me.

‘I know in the past I’ve denied things when they’re not true, then when something has been true, I probably just kept my mouth shut. I was a different person.’

Top 5 Trainer-Approved Exercises for Seniors Reclaiming Fitness After Years of Inactivity

0

Many people over 60 express a desire to return to the gym after a long hiatus. As a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I’ve guided countless clients through this process. While apprehension is common and physical hurdles do exist, the encouraging news is that regaining strength doesn’t need to be overly complex. These five exercises can help you enhance strength, boost balance, and improve everyday mobility, all starting from your current level of fitness.

One of the most prevalent challenges I encounter involves reduced joint mobility and balance. Prolonged inactivity can lead to stiffness, especially in areas like the hips, shoulders, and ankles. Additionally, the body’s sense of spatial awareness, known as proprioception, often declines, increasing the likelihood of falls when beginning a fitness routine.

Getting back into the gym after years away is one of the most common things I hear from clients over 60. As a NASM-certified personal trainer, I’ve worked with hundreds of people navigating exactly this transition. The hesitation is real, the physical challenges are real, and the good news is that the path forward doesn’t have to be complicated. These five exercises can help you rebuild strength, improve balance, and move better in daily life, starting from where you are today.

The Challenges of Coming Back

tips working with personal trainer, consult in gym
Shutterstock

The two most common physical roadblocks I see are limited joint mobility and reduced balance. Extended periods of inactivity lead to stiffness, particularly in the hips, shoulders, and ankles. The body’s ability to sense its position in space, what’s called proprioception, can also diminish, which raises the risk of falls in early training.

On the mental side, fear of injury holds a lot of people back. Many clients hesitate to push themselves because they’re worried about “breaking” something or causing long-term pain. Another pattern I see regularly is the comparison trap: getting caught up in measuring your current physical abilities against what you could do 20 or 30 years ago. That kind of thinking leads to unnecessary frustration and, more importantly, it misses the point.

Why Functional Movement Comes First

Shutterstock

For people over 60, the fitness conversation should start with quality of life and build from there. Functional movements mimic everyday actions: sitting down, standing up, carrying groceries, reaching for something on a shelf. That’s the foundation. Everything else follows.

Sit-to-Stands

This is the functional squat, and it’s where I start almost every returning client. It builds lower body strength using a built-in safety net (the chair) and directly mimics one of the most common movements in daily life.

Muscles Trained: Quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings

How to Do It:

  • Stand in front of a chair with your feet between shoulder and hip width apart
  • Slowly lower your hips back and down until your glutes touch the seat
  • Drive through your heels and stand back up to the starting position

Avoid These Mistakes:

  • Don’t let your knees cave inward at any point during the movement
  • Don’t use momentum or rock forward to get yourself up; the drive should come from your legs

Recommended Sets and Reps: 2 sets of 10–12 reps, with 60–90 seconds of rest between sets

Form Tip: Once 12 reps starts to feel less challenging, add a third set before increasing any resistance.

Wall Push-Ups

This movement builds upper body strength in the chest, shoulders, arms, and core without the joint strain of a floor push-up. It’s a smart entry point for anyone who hasn’t been training their upper body, and it’s more demanding than it looks when done with proper control.

Muscles Trained: Chest, shoulders, triceps, core

How to Do It:

  • Stand facing a wall with your arms extended and palms flat against the surface at shoulder width
  • Slowly bend your elbows and lean in toward the wall
  • Push back out to the starting position with control

Avoid These Mistakes:

  • Don’t arch your lower back; keep your body in a straight line from head to heels
  • Don’t shrug your shoulders toward your ears during the movement

Recommended Sets and Reps: 2 sets of 10–12 reps, with 60–90 seconds of rest between sets.

Bird Dogs

Bird dogs improve core strength, spinal stability, and overall coordination without any of the neck strain that comes with crunches. For clients who haven’t trained in years, this is one of the best ways to rebuild a functional core from the ground up.

Muscles Trained: Core, glutes, lower back, shoulders

How to Do It:

  • Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips
  • Simultaneously extend your right arm forward and your left leg back
  • Hold the position for 2–3 seconds, then return to the starting position
  • Switch sides with each repetition

Avoid These Mistakes:

  • Don’t tilt your hips to one side; keep your pelvis level throughout
  • Don’t arch your back unnecessarily; the spine should stay neutral

Recommended Sets and Reps: 2 sets of 10–12 reps per side, with 60–90 seconds of rest between sets

Farmer’s Carry

This one surprises people, but I include it specifically because grip strength and postural stability are two of the strongest indicators of longevity and fall prevention. Carrying weight while walking is also one of the most natural human movements there is.

Muscles Trained: Forearms, grip, traps, core, legs

How to Do It:

  • Stand tall with your shoulders back and a weight in each hand (dumbbells work, but jugs of water are a perfectly good substitute)
  • Walk in a straight line for 30 seconds using small, controlled steps
  • Keep your eyes forward throughout

Avoid These Mistakes:

  • Don’t slump your shoulders forward; posture is the whole point of this exercise
  • Don’t look down at your feet
  • No wrist wraps for this one; the grip work is essential

Recommended Sets and Reps: 2 sets of 30-second walks, with 60–90 seconds of rest between sets

Form Tip: Start with a weight you can carry confidently, but do challenge yourself here. If it feels too easy, go heavier.

Step-Ups

Step-ups mimic climbing stairs and build single-leg strength and stability, two things that matter enormously for independent daily function. The first step of a staircase is all you need.

Muscles Trained: Quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, calves

How to Do It:

  • Stand at the bottom of a staircase; use the railing for balance if needed
  • Step up with your right foot and bring your left foot up to meet it
  • Step back down and repeat for a full set leading with the right leg
  • Then complete a second set leading with the left leg

Avoid These Mistakes:

  • Don’t stare at the ground; keep your gaze forward
  • Don’t lean too far forward as you step up; stay upright

Recommended Sets and Reps: 2 sets of 10–12 reps per leg, with 60–90 seconds of rest between sets.

How To Structure Your Weekly Routine

Early on, consistency matters more than intensity. That’s not a cliché; it’s how the body adapts. Here’s the framework I’d recommend:

  • Frequency: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday works well) to allow for rest and recovery between sessions
  • Sets and reps: 2 sets of 10–12 reps for each exercise; for the farmer’s carry, do 2 sets of 30-second walks
  • Rest: 60–90 seconds between sets
  • Progression: Once 12 reps starts to feel manageable, add a third set before increasing weight.

What To Expect in the First 4–6 Weeks

If you’re consistent and doing these movements with good form, here’s what you can realistically expect:

  • Mobility: A significant reduction in morning stiffness and a noticeable improvement in how easily you move through the day
  • Strength: The movements themselves will feel easier to execute; neuromuscular control, efficiency, and overall confidence will all improve
  • Energy: Better circulation and improved oxygen flow typically lead to better sleep quality and more energy throughout the day

The goal isn’t to get back to where you were. The goal is to build a stronger, more capable version of yourself right now. That’s a goal worth showing up for three times a week.

In a tragic incident in Texas, a mother and her young son lost their lives when an 18-year-old woman drove her car through their bedroom wall, according to authorities.

Gracie Yates has been charged with two counts of criminally negligent homicide, as per Erath County jail records accessed by Law&Crime. The victims have been identified as 49-year-old Barbara Rocha and her 7-year-old son, Alex Aaron Rocha, family members confirmed to local Fox affiliate KDFW.

The accident occurred in the early hours of Sunday on the 200 block of North Ollie Street in Stephenville, Texas, approximately 100 miles southwest of Dallas. According to a news release from the Stephenville Police Department, the vehicle veered off the road and plowed into the home.

“”All I heard is a crash, I went in the room, and all you can hear is my little brother screaming and my mom praying,’” Raul Rocha, an older brother of Alex Rocha, recounted what their other brother who lived at the home told him. “That’s what he said … I have that stuck in the back of my head right now.”

Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, both Barbara and Alex Rocha succumbed to their injuries.

Authorities allege that Yates was the sole driver of the vehicle involved in the crash. The news release did not indicate the presence of any passengers in her car.

A GoFundMe posted by a self-proclaimed friend of Barbara Rocha’s husband said “a drunk driver crashed” through the house. The release from police makes no mention of alcohol or drugs playing a part in the incident.

The man is “now without a house and is struggling to cover the funeral costs for his wife and son,” the fundraiser adds. “He’s also in urgent need of temporary housing and support for other immediate needs as he tries to rebuild.”

Yates was booked into the Erath County Jail on Sunday, and a judge set her bond at $14,500. She was released on Tuesday, records show.

Court Rules Against Meta in Child Negligence Case

In a groundbreaking legal ruling, Meta and YouTube have been held accountable for causing harm to children, resulting in a $3 million payout by the parent company of Facebook and Instagram.

A California jury determined that the companies were “negligent in the design or operation of their platforms,” highlighting significant flaws in their systems.

The lawsuit was initiated by a 20-year-old woman who argued that her childhood exposure to social media led to addiction and worsened her mental health issues.

After more than 40 hours of deliberation over nine days, the jury reached its verdict, which included compensation for the victim and a condemnation of the tech giants’ platform designs.

Furthermore, the jury found that Meta and YouTube had “acted with malice, oppression or fraud,” prompting additional proceedings to determine punitive damages.

The victim, identified only as KGM or “Kaley”, said she began using YouTube at the age of 6 and Instagram at the age of 9.

She described being on social media “all day long”, with her lawyers arguing they had features designed to “hook” young users, such as the “infinite” nature of feeds.

Meta consistently argued that Kaley had struggled with her mental health separate from her social media use, often pointing to her turbulent home life.

Meta also said “not one of her therapists identified social media as the cause” of her mental health issues in a statement following closing arguments.

YouTube argued it was not a form of social media, but rather a video platform akin to television, and pointed to her declining use of the platform as she got older.

It was determined that Meta and YouTube knew that the design of their platforms was dangerous or was likely to be dangerous when used by a minor. The jurors also said the platforms failed to adequately warn of the danger, which further contributed to the plaintiff’s harm.

Meta and Google-owned YouTube were the two remaining defendants in the case after TikTok and Snap each settled before the trial began.
