Megyn Kelly has leveled accusations against Dr. Anthony Fauci, claiming he concealed his own adverse reaction to a COVID-19 vaccine. This allegation comes in spite of Fauci’s strong public advocacy for vaccination during the pandemic.

On Wednesday afternoon, Kelly released a new episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, coinciding with Fauci’s appearance on Capitol Hill where he faced intense scrutiny. Fauci, formerly the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), was a focal point of discussion.

During her show, Kelly shared a clip featuring U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in conversation with Fox News host Laura Ingraham. In this segment, Kennedy referred to Fauci’s alleged admission of experiencing a pulmonary infarction following the Moderna vaccine, as revealed in Fauci’s recently leaked diary.

Fauci maintained a private journal spanning over 1,000 pages from 2019 through 2022. The contents of this journal were made public over the weekend by Republican U.S. Senator Dr. Rand Paul, triggering swift controversy.

Discussing the incident, Kelly relayed to her guests, Rich Lowry and Charles C.W. Cooke from the conservative magazine National Review, that Fauci discovered he had a pulmonary infarction after receiving a double dose of the Moderna vaccine in June 2021.

A pulmonary infarction is a serious and deadly medical condition that sees a portion of lung tissue die because it loses its blood and oxygen supply. It is commonly caused by a blocked blood vessel in the lung. 

‘So there is a very real possibility that Anthony Fauci knew he suffered a pulmonary infarction after his double dose of Moderna, and still told that guy his claims should be dismissed, it’s perfectly safe,’ Kelly said, referring to his heated defense over the safety of COVID vaccines in Washington DC in June 2021.

Kelly went on to discuss why so many Americans are ‘angry’ with the doctor, and that she now believes she wasn’t fully informed before getting the Pfizer COVID vaccine herself. 

‘This is why there’s not just PTSD, there’s anger. There’s anger seeing this guy celebrated by Julia Roberts, Chris Cuomo, and Brian Stelter, and all the others at MSNBC. 

‘There’s anger at those people, too, for enabling this guy, who we believe actively hurt the country,’ Kelly added. 

Fauci’s testimony on Capitol Hill earlier today sparked national headlines as he invoked his Fifth Amendment more than 100 times to avoid answering questions about his handling of the pandemic. 

Republican Bernie Moreno called Fauci a ‘total disgrace’ during the explosive hearing on the virus’s origins. 

The Ohio senator said he felt compelled to run for office six years ago when he saw a story of a mom being arrested while watching a football game outside with her family, due to breaking guidelines issued by governments based on Fauci’s advice.

‘Who the f**k do you think you were for doing that? It was a total disgrace to this country, and if my Democrat colleagues are standing there defending you, I hope the voters of the United States of America have watched clips of every one of them building a guy who was more interested in being a celebrity than doing his job,’ he exclaimed.

Earlier in his remarks, Moreno asked members of the audience who believed that they were negatively impacted by their skepticism toward COVID precautions to stand. Nearly all of the general public present stood up behind Fauci.

Fauci’s diaries revealed that he was delighted in his interactions with celebrities as America went through the death throes of the early pandemic.

Fauci, who became former President Joe Biden’s chief medical advisor, appeared to bask in the fame he received during the 2020 lockdowns, his diary entries detailed. 

In one entry, he cited a front-page Washington Post article and other magazine profiles about him. 

‘Press still hot and heavy about me. Multiple stories per day directly or indirectly involving me,’ he said in April 2020, Forbes reported. 

During the hearing, Fauci blasted the Republican Party for their ‘unhinged obsession’ with him. 

In his opening statement, Fauci said: ‘Given Senator Paul’s obvious obsession with calling for my prosecution, his repeated slanderous comments about me, and recently his publicly releasing my unredacted personal diary aimed at embarrassing and intimidating me. 

‘The only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he is calling me before this committee is to get me to say something, anything that could vindicate his repeated public pledges that I end up in his words ‘behind bars,’ Fauci continued.

‘Any reasonable person who has followed his unhinged obsession with me would readily come to the same conclusion,’ he added.

He invoked the Fifth Amendment to avoid self-incrimination in the opening round. He then continued to do so 111 separate times when interrogated by lawmakers on the committee.

‘On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution,’ Fauci told Senator Paul numerous times in the opening round of questions.

His attorney, David Schertler, was physically removed by security in an explosive moment when he attempted to speak on behalf of Fauci.

‘I didn’t invite you here to testify,’ exclaimed Paul before setting the guards on him to drag him out.

CHICAGO (WLS) — In the quiet early hours, chaos erupted on Chicago’s South Side as shattered glass and wreckage stained the aftermath of break-ins at two businesses along 75th Street.

Among those struck was Brown Sugar Bakery, nestled in the 300 block of East 75th Street. This local staple, cherished by the community for more than two decades, has gained recognition, even drawing a visit from Vice President Kamala Harris in 2021.

“Experiencing something like this leaves you feeling devastated and invaded,” expressed owner Stephanie Hart, reflecting on the incident.

Surveillance footage captured the crime in progress. Recorded from a camera positioned across the street, the video reveals four individuals pulling up in a white sedan just before dawn. The clip shows them smashing through the bakery’s front window and fleeing with an empty cash register.

“It’s pointless,” Hart stated, her voice tinged with frustration. “No money is kept in the registers overnight, so all they did was cause us financial harm by destroying them. Thankfully, they didn’t manage to grab any baked goods. Otherwise, we’d have been forced to discard everything.”

After the break-in at Brown Sugar Bakery, the thieves smashed another window at the neighboring business, Stylez Caribbean Roots Bar. The business sells herbs and other wellness products.

Although the burglars entered the store, the owner said they left without taking anything. However, expensive equipment was damaged during the break-in.

“They’re really hurting people, and they’re hurting families. They’re hurting business owners, and they’re not getting really… they’re not really accomplishing nothing,” said William Roland, owner of Stylez Caribbean Roots Bar.

Surveillance video shows the suspects driving away. Seconds later, police arrived at the scene.

For Hart and other longtime small business owners, such burglaries impact the entire neighborhood.

“The money that comes in my bakery comes from my community, and it churns out into the community,” Hart said. “The people that work here, they’re your cousins, y’all.”

Business owners and community members along 75th Street are planning to meet to discuss strategies in response to the break-ins.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is pursuing civil penalties exceeding $470,000 against a New York-based immigration lawyer. The attorney has been accused of filing fraudulent documents in support of asylum claims for numerous clients, allegedly submitting over 100 documents with strikingly similar persecution stories.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported that Homeland Security Investigations recently issued a notice of intent to fine attorney Suraj Raj Singh. Known for his nationwide practice, Singh primarily assists Indian nationals in seeking asylum through immigration courts.

Accusations against Singh by ICE include the preparation and filing of 118 fraudulent documents across 54 immigration cases.

The agency aims to impose the statutorily allowed maximum fine, totaling $470,584.

According to DHS, asylum declarations submitted in support of Singh’s clients’ applications were “identical or nearly identical in language and substance,” containing the same or substantially similar factual narratives and supporting details describing alleged persecution.

“Fraudulent asylum claims threaten the safety of the American people, undermine our immigration system and delay the removal of dangerous criminal illegal aliens,” DHS General Counsel James Percival said. 

“ICE is seeking a fine of more than $470,000 from attorney Suraj Raj Singh. Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, we will hold attorneys like this accountable and put an end to the practice of defrauding and abusing our immigration system.”

A notice of intent to fine is a proposed civil enforcement action that allows the recipient an opportunity to respond before any penalty becomes final.

The action is the latest step in the Trump administration’s effort to crack down on alleged asylum fraud. In May, Percival directed DHS attorneys to pursue additional enforcement actions targeting fraudulent asylum claims.

DHS said the Singh case marks the second time the department has sought civil penalties against an immigration attorney under 8 U.S.C. § 1324c(d), which authorizes fines for immigration-related document fraud.

Last month, ICE issued five notices of intent to fine against attorney Vinod Doddamani, seeking a combined $255,232 in civil penalties over alleged immigration document fraud.

The scandalous saga of a married law partner’s parkside escapade could cost him a fortune after a high-profile job opportunity was pulled, insiders revealed to The Post on Wednesday.

Nathaniel Cullerton, a prominent figure in the legal world at 45, allegedly earns over $4 million annually as a partner at the prestigious law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Cullerton has been placed on leave as the firm launches an investigation into a viral video capturing the incident, as reported by the Financial Times.

The ill-timed footage shows Cullerton in a passionate embrace with 29-year-old colleague Kelsey Borenzweig. This display threatened his imminent career move to powerhouse Manhattan firm Gibson Dunn, causing significant waves in the Big Law scene, insiders suggested.

The Financial Times also detailed how Gibson Dunn withdrew their job offer following the surge in views of the kissing footage, despite social media comments skewering the TikTok user for violating the pair’s privacy more than the duo’s public affection.

The average pay for a partner at Wachtell Lipton is a jaw-dropping $12 million — making them the most handsomely paid partners in the world, according to BCG Attorney Search.

Experts said that as a junior partner, Cullerton would be on considerably less.

But, he presumably would have been offered even more after being poached by Gibson Dunn.

Both Cullerton and Borenzweig were part of the Wachtell Lipton team that repped OpenAI and beat Elon Musk’s $150 billion lawsuit in a California court this year.

The “mastermind” of that successful defense, renowned attorney Bill Savitt, was recently lured away by Gibson Dunn and took a handful of senior trial lawyers with him.

Cullterton was meant to be part of the defection, as well, according to the FT.

Cullerton is married to prosecutor Moira Kim Penza, who was lead attorney on the federal case that convicted NXIVM sex cult founder Keith Raniere. They share an Upper East Side apartment, according to records.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Cullerton was placed on a paid leave, or what his fate will be.

Cullerton and Borenzweig were caught on camera passionately making out on a bench in the park as camera-wielding TikTok user Jay Guapõ interrupts them by scolding, “Get a room. There’s kids around.”

They then look up in embarrassment and shield themselves from the camera.

Social media users went wild for the footage, with some comparing it to the Coldplay concert cheating scandal last year.

The video has been viewed nearly 6 million times on TikTok 4 million views on Instagram.

Neither Watchell Lipton nor Gibson Dunn responded to a request for comment. Cullerton and Borenzweig also did not respond.

Katie Holmes is reportedly standing by her daughter Suri, as rumors swirl that the young woman has opted to shed her estranged father Tom Cruise’s well-known surname.

‘Katie wasn’t surprised by Suri’s decision to legally drop “Cruise” from her last name because that’s just who Suri is,’ a source told Page Six on Wednesday.

‘This change wasn’t made hastily,’ a source shared, emphasizing that the decision emerged gradually. Katie, they noted, was there for Suri throughout this personal journey, offering her full support.

Inquiries for comment have been sent to representatives for both Holmes and Cruise by the Daily Mail, though no response has been received yet.

According to insiders, Holmes, now 47, believes that Suri, at 20, is mature enough to make her own life choices and stands behind her wholeheartedly in whatever path she chooses.

It was further claimed that Holmes played no role in steering her daughter’s decision, asserting that it was entirely Suri’s initiative.

The source said Holmes was proud of how independent her daughter had become after raising her to always ‘think for herself and become her own person.’

‘She’s an adult now, and Katie has always believed those kinds of personal decisions are hers to make,’ they continued. 

The insider added that Holmes’s ultimate goal is for Suri to ‘be happy and live life on her own terms.’

The publication reported earlier this week that Holmes’s daughter had changed her name from Suri Cruise to Suri Noelle, taking her mother’s middle name as her surname.

Suri registered to vote in Pennsylvania – where she attends Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh – in October 2024, using the name Suri Noelle, according to the voter registration records obtained by The Daily Mail. 

Pennsylvania residents are required to register to vote using their legal name. 

Suri registered in Allegheny County, though she did not file a name change request there, suggesting she may have done it in New York before she left for college, according to Page Six.

Cruise, 64, has reportedly been completely estranged from his daughter for years following his 2012 divorce from Holmes and her decision to cut ties with Scientology. 

Suri is following in the footsteps of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s children, four of whom have also filed to drop their famous father’s last name amid an ongoing estrangement. 

Before moving to Pennsylvania, Suri lived with her mother – who’s currently romancing artist Jason Bard Yarmosky, 39 – in New York, where name change records are typically sealed to protect privacy.

While the exact date of her legal name change remains unclear, Suri has been using the moniker Noelle publicly for several years. 

She previously used the name for her high school graduation in June 2024.

Suri also opted not to use her dad’s last name on the casting sheet of her senior year high school play The Addams Family: A New Musical, according to a report from Yahoo. 

Holmes married Cruise in 2006 before filing for divorce in 2012.

Since then, she has had custody of Suri, who has reportedly not had a relationship with her father since 2013.

Suri has spent years living in the shadow of frenzied speculation over her infamously fractured relationship with her famous father.

In 2024, she celebrated her milestone 18th birthday without her dad, who has all but been exiled from his youngest child’s life for many years – a bitter rift that stems in large part from Holmes’s and Suri’s decision to cut ties with his controversial Scientology faith.

At the time, a source noted that she is crystal clear on one thing: ‘Tom does not exist to her.’

After almost 50 years of mystery, a teenage girl found in a shallow grave beneath a California vineyard has been identified, breathing new life into a long-cold murder case.

Michelle Louise Collier was only 15 when she vanished from Fresno back in February 1978.

It wasn’t until four months later that her remains, buried in a shallow grave, were discovered by a tractor operator working in a vineyard near Arvin. At the time, investigators were unable to determine her identity, leading to her being recognized only as “Arvin Jane Doe” for decades.

Cynthia Dunbar, Michelle’s older sister, shared that the family lived with uncertainty for nearly half a century, only to find out that Michelle had been the unknown victim all those years.

“She disappeared 48 years ago, and it was only recently that we knew where she was,” Dunbar said during an emotional news conference Wednesday. “At least with this information, my family has some closure.”

Dunbar also delivered a searing message to the person responsible for her sister’s death.

“The shock of finding out we lost our sister to a homicide is overwhelming to our entire family, especially our 85-year-old mother, Maria,” she said.

“To the person who killed our sister, your cowardice act affected our entire family,” Dunbar continued. “But make no mistake, law enforcement will find you and hold you accountable. Whether you are already incarcerated or dead, you will be found. May God bless your soul because you’re going to hell if you’re not there already.”

Authorities said Collier’s remains were discovered June 21, 1978, near South Wheeler Ridge Road after the tractor operator unearthed the shallow grave.

An autopsy at the time determined the manner of death was homicide, although the exact cause of death could not be determined. Investigators knew they were dealing with a homicide victim.

“Without an identity for the victim, the case went cold,” Kern County homicide Det. Ashley Thompson said. “For 48 years, detectives knew her only as Jane Doe.”

Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood said generations of investigators continued revisiting the mystery, including several people who were present at Wednesday’s announcement.

“Several detectives have looked and worked on this case since 1978,” Youngblood said. “These cases are outstanding to us when we come to a resolution, especially for the family members.”

The remains were buried at Arvin Cemetery in November 1978 after investigators were unable to identify them through fingerprints, dental X-rays or other forensic methods available at the time.

The case was reopened multiple times over the following decades as forensic science advanced.

Investigators got another chance in 2007 when the remains were removed from a cemetery so a DNA sample could finally be collected. The sample was submitted to the California Department of Justice, but without matching DNA from relatives, detectives were still unable to identify the teenage victim.

A forensic anthropologist examined the remains in 2008 and concluded the victim was likely between 15 and 24 years old, with evidence pointing toward the younger end of that range.

Detectives also partnered with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which produced a facial reconstruction of the victim and circulated her image publicly. Investigators reviewed fingerprints, dental records and missing person cases from California and Oregon, but no new leads emerged.

The breakthrough finally came in 2025 when investigators turned to forensic investigative genetic genealogy, a technique that combines advanced DNA analysis with traditional genealogical research to identify unknown victims.

Working with Texas-based forensic laboratory Othram, investigators developed a comprehensive DNA profile from Collier’s remains and identified potential relatives through genetic genealogy.

Collier’s identification marks the 86th publicly announced California case in which investigators used Othram’s forensic genetic genealogy technology to identify previously unknown human remains.

Detectives then contacted members of Collier’s family and obtained a DNA swab to compare with her mother.

In October 2025, the comparison confirmed that the unidentified homicide victim was Maria Collier’s daughter, 15-year-old Michelle Louise Collier.

Dunbar said DNA previously submitted to a genealogy database by Collier’s half-brother, sister-in-law and cousin helped investigators identify her.

After investigators confirmed her identity, Collier’s remains were removed from Arvin Cemetery in April 2026 and returned to her family, allowing them to finally bring the 15-year-old home and give her a proper burial.

“You didn’t deserve to die this way, Shelley,” Dunbar said, using the family’s nickname for Michelle. “Barely 15 years old, still a child, with your whole life ahead of you.

“I’m sorry that we didn’t protect you, but you’re with Daddy now in heaven, just as you always wanted,” she added. “We love you, Shelley.”

While Collier’s identification marks the biggest break in the case since 1978, investigators stressed that the homicide investigation is entering a new chapter, not ending.

“Identifying Michelle is an important step, but the circumstances surrounding her death remain unknown,” Thompson said.

Authorities said no suspect information was available for public release, but Thompson said identifying the victim fundamentally changes the investigation.

“Now we get to investigate it knowing who the victim is,” Thompson said.

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who knew Collier or has information about her life, disappearance or death to contact Detective Thompson at 661-861-3110 or the Secret Witness line at 661-322-4040.

Tragedy struck in Louisville as a high school student’s life was cut short by gun violence, mere months after an act of heroism against harassment. The 15-year-old fell victim to a teenage shooter in a story that’s rattled the community.

Identified as Da’Jon Hayes-Burr, the young teenager succumbed to his injuries following a Saturday night shooting in the Shawnee district of western Louisville, Kentucky. His family, reeling from the loss, decried the incident as both “tragic and senseless,” according to reports from local news station WAVE.

Authorities have since charged a 14-year-old boy with murder, sending shockwaves through the neighborhood.

Hayes-Burr was poised to embark on his sophomore year, but his life was interrupted by violence. His death follows a previous brush with danger where he courageously intervened at the April Thunder Over Louisville airshow. There, he defended Bristol Staisel, a 12-year-old girl, from alleged sexual harassment by a 45-year-old man named Vasilis Sakellaridis.

The confrontation escalated when Sakellaridis allegedly directed inappropriate remarks toward the girl, leading her to call out “pedophile” before Hayes-Burr stepped in, as detailed in reports by WDRB.

Hayes-Burr and his pals formed a shield before tackling the man to the ground. 

“He [Sakellaridis] had pure evil in his eyes – that’s the way I can describe it,” Staisel’s mom Kristyn told WDRB. 

Sakellaridis, from Oregon, allegedly knifed Hayes-Burr in the stomach, but the boy was widely lauded for helping the schoolgirl. 

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear presented the boy with a letter and a challenge coin, an award that recognizes bravery.

Despite being knifed, the teen revealed why he intervened.

“Since I got a little sister, I wanted…if something happened to my little sister, I’d want somebody to help,” he told WAVE.

Staisel said she wanted to make Hayes-Burr a bracelet to say thank you, and Kristyn hailed his bravery.

“Finding out a 15-year-old was harmed — three years older than my daughter — just devastated me,” Kristyn said.

“Somebody else’s child got hurt defending mine. He put his life on the line, and for that I’m forever grateful. Those kids are heroes beyond heroes.

“Not only did they save her, but they potentially saved another child that night.”

Sakellaridis was armed with brass knuckles, appeared to be intoxicated and was said to be belligerent to responding medics, according to arrest documents seen by WAVE.  

He was “highly intoxicated and causing alarm to other event participants,” police said. 

Beshear has led the tributes to Hayes-Burr after news of his death emerged.

“Britainy and I are praying for Da’Jon’s family and all those affected by this tragedy,” he said in a statement.

“Da’Jon was a child of God whose life was taken far too soon, and his bravery and selflessness will leave a lasting impact on the Louisville community and our commonwealth.”

In a fundraiser designed to help the student’s mom Lakeita, family friends said he was a “remarkable young person whose courage and kindness touched everyone.”

“He was only 15 years old and was looking forward to starting his sophomore year in high school this August—a future now heartbreakingly cut short,” they added.

“Lakeita is facing the unimaginable pain of losing her child, and the family is now confronted with unexpected funeral expenses.”

Sakellaridis was charged with assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and fleeing police. He pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment in April.
