Nigerian comedian Carter Efe has found himself in an unexpected digital feud with fellow comedian Peller, who allegedly has blocked him on several online platforms.
This alleged block has notably influenced Efe’s Spotify experience, preventing him from accessing Peller’s music, providing an intriguing twist to their virtual clash.
The digital dilemma unfolded when Efe attempted to enjoy Asake’s popular song “WA” on Spotify, only to be met with an alert stating that another user was already listening to it, adding a layer of mystery to the situation.
In an interview with Tunde Perry, Efe described the impact of these blocks on his streaming habits. The limitation extended to Peller’s music, fundamentally altering Efe’s access to his colleague’s content on the platform.
Speaking with Tunde Perry, Carter Efe claimed that he could no longer listen to songs being played by Peller on the streaming platform. He explained that when he tried to play Asake’s song “WA”, Spotify showed a notification indicating that another user was already listening to the track.
“Peller blocked me on all platforms. Any song that he listens to on Spotify, I can’t listen to it. I tried to play Asake’s WA and Spotify notified me that a user is playing this song. I had to just move forward,” Carter Efe said.
Grieving Resolve: Nigerian Pastor Calls for Justice After Militia Tragedy Claims Family
In a tragic revelation spotlighted by former President Trump on social media, a Nigerian pastor has shared the devastating loss of nine family members. The pastor has been a vocal critic of the violent acts committed against Christians by the radicalized Muslim sect of the Fulani militia.
Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, recognized as a regional leader within the Church of Christ in Nations in Nigeria’s Middle Belt, reports that these militants have now set their sights on him with a death threat. His outspoken stance underscores the ongoing religious tensions in the region.
Both the U.S. State Department and a prominent Christian non-profit organization in America are urging the Nigerian authorities to intensify their efforts in curbing the appalling violence targeting Christians. This appeal comes following statements made to the media by the State Department condemning the rampant brutality.

Reports indicate that the tragic attack, resulting in the death of nine of Dachomo’s relatives, took place on July 12th in the Riyom district of Plateau State. The victims included a two-month-old infant. Witnesses revealed that the assailants, upon arriving, demanded to know “where is the father of this house?” ominously proclaiming, “Today, you will learn a hard lesson” before they fired upon the family compound.
This past week, he posted on X “A few days ago, Fulani herdsmen sent a threatening letter to me and to members of my church. It’s message was terrifying. They vowed to attack me and kill me soon, just as they killed nine of my relatives.”
The pastor continued, “I know what it means to stand before grieving families whose only crime was refusing to deny Jesus Christ.”

“Now they say I will be next. But I ask the world, what is my crime?” he posted. “Is my crime that I tell the stories of persecuted Christians in Nigeria, so the world will not forget them?”
“The Islamist Fulani ethnic militia hate Pastor Ezekiel and targeted him because he is waking up Christians to the reality of what they are facing,” Judd Saul, founder of Equipping the Persecuted, a nonprofit, told News Media. Saul’s organization works to end religious persecution in Nigeria, specifically aiming to end radical Islamist violence against Christians.
By the end of 2025, Dachomo said he had to conduct over 70 mass burials of Christians. The burials have continued this year, with the post highlighted by President Trump showing the Pastor presiding over the funeral of some 20 believers.
Saul believes the killing will continue, saying “Equipping the Persecuted have documented overwhelming evidence that the Islamist Fulani ethnic militia are responsible for the vast majority of killings of Christians in Nigeria. Within the last week alone, over 40 Christians have been killed, and we have been warning that there are major attacks about to occur within the next few days.”
Islamic Fulani militias are by far the deadliest persecutors of Christians in Nigeria, according to a six-year study conducted by the Observatory for Religious Freedom in Africa (ORFA) just published. The study found that the network of Fulani militias is responsible for four times more civilian deaths than the two prominent Islamic terror organizations, Boko Haram, and Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) combined. Boko Haram was previously allied to Al Qaeda, and ISWAP is currently linked to ISIS.

The ORFA report shows that terror-related violence killed 79,323 people from 2019 to September 2025 in Nigeria. This equates to 36 people a day. Islamic Fulani accounted for 44% of the deaths — far more than the 12% that Boko Haram and ISWAP killed combined.
Referring to the killings of Dachomo’s family, a State Department spokesperson told News Media, “We have seen reports of the killing of nine Christians in Plateau State in Nigeria. There remains a shocking level of violence against Christians in the Middle Belt committed by Fulani Ethnic Militia.”
“The United States offers its sincerest condolences to the family and loved ones of those who lost their lives,” the spokesperson continued, “We unequivocally condemn this heinous act. We urge the Nigerian authorities to hold the perpetrators accountable and take specific steps that will improve security for Christians.”
The spokesperson added, “During meetings with Nigerian officials in Abuja July 13–15, Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Frank Garcia, and the accompanying U.S. delegation stressed the United States’ grave concern regarding the violence Christians face in Nigeria and the need for concrete action. As President Trump has made clear, the United States will continue to work with the Government of Nigeria to protect Christians and advance religious freedom in Nigeria.”

The Trump administration has carried out a series of air strikes in Nigeria, aimed at stopping the killing of Christians. However, these have all been in the north of the country, and specifically against Boko Haram, and ISWAP Islamists. There has been no reported targeting of Fulani groups operating in the coutry’s Middle Belt.
On this, Equipping the Persecuted’s Saul added, “We want the Trump Administration to put laser focus on the Middle Belt of Nigeria, and the Fulani ethnic militia.”
Dachomo told News Media, “We ask President Trump to stop the Fulani terrorists from killing our people in Nigeria’s Middle Belt and surrounding regions. These attacks against Christian communities have been going on for years and must be stopped. We need the United States to stand with us.”
In an X post, the Pastor pleaded to the President of Nigeria: “Tinubu, I am begging you in the name of Jesus, stop Islamic agenda. Muslim(s), they want to finish us. Christian(s) wake up, open your eyes.”
Quoting from the Bible Psalm 118:6, he added, “The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do unto me?”
He concluded, “They may threaten my life, but they cannot silence the truth. They may kill the messenger, but they cannot kill the message.”
Contacted by News Media, Rabiu Ibrahim, spokesperson at the Nigerian Ministry of Information and National Orientation, offered condolences to the Rev. Dachomo but responded to the pastor’s accusations by saying, “The Government rejects attempts to portray the nation’s security crisis as a conflict between faiths. Such narratives oversimplify a complicated situation and risk serving the interests of criminal groups who seek to exploit existing fault lines, create fear and undermine national cohesion.”
Ibrahim continued, “The unfortunate incident involving Rev. Dachomo’s family is being treated with the seriousness that every loss of Nigerian life deserves. However, allegations regarding the identity, motivation and affiliation of perpetrators must be subjected to proper investigation and established through credible security findings. Nigeria’s security agencies remain committed to thoroughly investigating all attacks and bringing perpetrators to justice, regardless of their identity or background.”
Trump Ordered to Disclose Financial Records in $10 Billion Defamation Case Against BBC
A federal magistrate judge in Miami has mandated that President Trump disclose comprehensive details about his finances to the BBC’s legal team as part of his $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the prominent UK broadcaster.
President Trump alleged that the BBC libeled him by selectively editing his speech from January 6, 2021, delivered at the Ellipse before the Capitol riot. This broadcast was featured in the BBC’s “Panorama” program just days before the 2024 election, reportedly skewing the context of his words and delaying the certification of Joe Biden’s Electoral College victory.
In the original complaint submitted last December, it was asserted that Trump’s business and personal reputation suffered due to what he claims was a misleading portrayal of him as a “violent insurrectionist.” This allegedly caused ongoing economic harm to his brand’s value and his professional and business interests, including his numerous properties and business ventures.

US Magistrate Judge Enjoliqué Lett declared on Tuesday that President Trump must substantiate these allegations with evidence. Lett emphasized that the reputational and economic damages Trump claims are central to the case, with all facets of his brand and enterprises now under scrutiny, as reported by Politico.
Trump’s attorney, Al Brito, contended that the lawsuit’s focus had shifted to reputational damage alone, rather than including the extensive network of over 400 businesses comprising the Trump Organization.

Brito did not immediately say whether he would appeal Lett’s ruling to case judge Roy Altman, a Trump appointee.
America’s Power Struggle: Elite Lawyers vs. Citizens

by Trey Dellinger
As the echoes of the nation’s 250th anniversary recede, many may regard the quest for freedom as a historical relic, completed over two centuries ago. Yet this perspective misses the mark. The drive for self-governance faces relentless challenges as power-hungry elites, skeptical of the people’s capacity to rule themselves, continue to lurk. Our quarter-millennial revolution is far from over, leaving numerous battles to confront those seeking to commandeer control from the populace.
The arena of judicial selection is one such front of contention. In 14 states, an approach known as the “Missouri plan” is deployed, which puts the power of selecting judges largely in the hands of attorneys rather than the electorate. This method sidelines the average voter and even bypasses the elected Legislature’s advisory role. Kansas exemplifies this system, yet, on August 4, Kansans have a potential turning point within their grasp.
Currently, Kansans have little influence over the appointment of their appellate judges and numerous trial court judges, effectively marginalizing their voice in this critical component of governance. The selection process for the state Supreme Court illustrates this issue. Here, nominees are chosen by a commission comprising five Kansas lawyers and four gubernatorial appointees. Notably, the lawyer members, elected by their peers, maintain a 5-4 majority, which places the keys to the state’s highest court firmly in the hands of legal professionals rather than the citizens.
Furthermore, shortly into their term, justices encounter a “retention” election where the public votes on their continued tenure. However, these elections offer little genuine choice, as incumbents face no challengers. Even if voters opt to “throw the bum out,” they lack the power to select a successor. This effectively breeds voter disinterest and apathy.
Since the current process was established in 1958, no Kansas Supreme Court Justice has ever lost a retention election. The retention election is just a fig leaf to give this insider’s game an appearance of democratic legitimacy.
Last session, the Kansas Legislature approved a proposed constitutional amendment that would give Kansas voters the right to elect their state supreme court justices. Unsurprisingly, Kansas trial lawyers, who currently control the process, oppose the ballot measure. As a group, lawyers lean left politically. Kansas voters, however, lean Republican, with registered Republicans outnumbering registered Democrats by about a 2-to-1 margin.
Republicans hold supermajorities in both chambers of the Legislature. But Democrats have done better recently in governor’s races than in legislative races. Democrats know that if the left-leaning Kansas Bar membership and the governor continue to control the process for picking justices, Democrats can ensure liberals run the state’s Supreme Court too. That’s two out of three branches of government—not too shabby in a state that leans conservative.
That’s why a coalition of leftist groups formed the so-called “Kansas United for Impartial Courts” (KUIC). Their goal is to maintain the status quo, which means continuing to keep out Kansas voters. Their chair and organizational leader, Micah Kubic, is also the Executive Director of the Kansas ACLU. Kubic is joined on the board by Planned Parenthood Great Plains’ Emily Wales and Evan Gates, a former director of logistics for the Peoples Climate Movement. KUIC is staffed by a former Kansas Planned Parenthood Great Plains community organizer, as well as DEI and gender activists.
These left-wing activists don’t want an impartial judiciary. They want Kansas Supreme Court justices who, like them, believe in a “living constitution” that lets them “read between the lines” to invent new “rights” that destroy traditional values. They’re afraid that, if given the chance, Kansas voters will elect judges who want to follow the actual text of the law and the constitution, as opposed to legislating from the bench.
As a voter, you should want to know whether a potential state Supreme Court justice is a conservative Republican or a liberal Democrat. You should also be able to find out if they have wildly different views about religious liberty, abortion, free speech, gun rights, property rights and many other critical issues. Elections are a proven way of bringing about this kind of dialogue and transparency.

Royal Family Celebrates: Kate and William Reveal New Portrait for Prince George’s 13th Birthday
In a heartwarming commemoration, Prince George has marked his entrance into his teenage years with a brand-new official portrait.
The image captures the future monarch, King George VII, showcasing an impressive growth in stature as he dons a dapper suit following last month’s Trooping the Colour. Proudly shared by his parents, the Prince and Princess of Wales, the photograph was accompanied by a joyous social media message declaring, ‘Happy 13th birthday, George!’
Captured by Matt Porteous, an esteemed photographer trusted by the royal family, the portrait signifies a pivotal moment in the life of the young royal. It was taken within the regal corridors of Kensington Palace.
This September, Prince George embarks on a new chapter as he begins his boarding journey at Eton College, stepping into the realm of senior school education.
Following a royal tradition, he is poised to tread the same educational path once taken by his father, Prince William, who forged lifelong friendships during his time at Eton.
It will be the first time since 2019 that George has attended school without at least one of his two siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
At the same time, William and Catherine are continuing to guide their eldest son along a controlled path to public life, with George undertaking a small but increasing number of official engagements each year.
He was last seen at Wimbledon with his family earlier this month but is unlikely to be seen in public again until he starts school in the autumn.
Prince George has celebrated becoming a teenager with a new official portrait taken by royal photographer Matt Porteous
Fans couldn’t believe how grown up George, pictured here in his first birthday portrait, looked today
George, who is the eldest of the Wales children with younger siblings Charlotte, 11, and Louis, eight, was first introduced to the world when his parents stepped out of the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in London with him in their arms.
Dressed in a summery powder blue frock, Catherine glowed as she and William revealed their first child, George Alexander Louis, to the world.
Royal fans couldn’t believe how ‘grown up’ George looked in his latest birthday photo, with X users writing: ‘What do you mean he’s officially a teenager?!’
One person added: ‘A teenager at last! Wishing Prince George a very Happy 13th Birthday! I hope he had [sic] a wonderful day, surrounded by his amazing family and friends xx’
Fans echoed the same sentiment after George joined the Royal Family to mark his grandfather, King Charles’s official birthday at Trooping the Colour last month.
They gushed he is ‘growing up so fast’ as George looked poised and confident while waving to crowds during the carriage ride to Buckingham Palace alongside his mother, sister, Charlotte, and younger brother, Louis.
Royal watchers were also struck by George’s impressive height when he accompanied Catherine to RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire last month.
A video shared by Kensington Palace showed the royal mother and son inspecting the planes on site – with the young prince seen now standing just slightly below his mother, who measures 5ft 9in tall.
Fans were convinced George will ‘bypass Kate by Christmas’ when he joined the Royal Family’s traditional Easter service in April, as the future heir is already well above his 6ft 3in father’s shoulders.
‘I still can’t get over how tall Prince George is getting and he’s only 12,’ one social media user wrote at the time.
Another gushed: ‘Time slow down. You can see how tall Prince George is here especially with Catherine wearing heels.’

Ahead of his 13th birthday, royal expert Robert Jobson told the Daily Mail that Prince George’s time at Eton will be worlds away from his father’s experiences because of his ‘settled’ life at home.
‘The difference is everything,’ Mr Jobson said. ‘William walked into Eton [at the age of 14] carrying his parents’ marital war. George walks in from a settled home.’
Mr Jobson said that the future King and Queen have done everything and more to support their eldest son in the move, as George prepares for a new academic era.
‘He asked them if he could board weekly at Lambrook. They agreed. It helped him grow, to be part of a collective,’ the expert said.
‘He is smart. He loves history. Standing before Henry VIII’s armour last October, his father said it plainly. “George, my son, is way better in history than I am, and I have to check with him now on my dates.”
‘He plays football and hockey. Hockey is his mother’s game. He supports Aston Villa, like his dad. Happy to cheer and punch the air in public.
Prince George’s tenth birthday portrait was not taken by Kate, as it often is – instead the Waleses chose to use a snap from Millie Pilkington
Prince George flashing a broad smile in his ninth birthday portrait
‘He has not been spared pain. He watched his mother fight and beat cancer. He watched his grandfather live with it. He has emerged steadier.
‘Eton will be a challenge, but being close to home, in the shadow of Windsor Castle will help.
‘As he steps out in his tailcoat, false collar, he will look a picture.
‘But the environment will protect him like it did his father who thrived there.
‘Then time. A great deal of it, let us hope, for George’s sake.’
George’s birthday comes after his last public outing to the Wimbledon finals along with his parents and sister Charlotte.
The siblings won the hearts of royal fans as they dashed out of the Royal Box at Centre Court to grab sunhats when temperatures in London rose to 29C on the final day of the Championships.
Photos showed George using a handheld fan as he watched Jannik Sinner defeat Alexander Zverev in the final match of the tournament.

After settling in, it appeared the scorching heat had affected the young royal, with George pictured using a white portable fan similar to the one used by his mother on the previous day for the women’s final.
The young prince looked rosy-cheeked as he kept himself cool and hydrated during the incredibly warm weather.
It was a fun-filled day for George and Charlotte, who were spotted laughing and chatting with each other while wearing hats and sunglasses – while the youngest Wales child, Louis, who turned eight earlier this year, was notably absent.
Prince George’s 12th birthday portrait was taken by royal photographer Josh Shinner in Norfolk.
In the picture, George is dressed in a white checked shirt layered with a khaki gilet, as he leans over a wooden gate and smiles for the camera.
The year before that, Kensington Palace shared a black-and-white photo of George, looking smart in a suit, when he turned 11.
Grieving Community Uneasy as Fear Lingers After New Jersey Mother’s Tragic Murder
911 call released in NJ therapist’s killing after husband found body
Authorities have released the chilling 911 call made by Conor Hanlon, the husband of therapist Brooke Hanlon, tied to her tragic stabbing in New Jersey. In the call, Conor Hanlon’s desperate pleas for assistance are evident as he discovered Brooke lifeless and bleeding on the second floor of their home. As investigations continue, no suspects have emerged, prompting officials to offer a $1,000 reward for any information that could crack the case.
CHESTER, N.J. – The haunting murder of 35-year-old Brooke Hanlon, who was stabbed in her Chester, New Jersey residence nearly seven weeks ago, has left the community in turmoil. Neighbors living mere steps away from the crime scene remain vigilant, with heightened awareness permeating their daily lives.
“I find myself noticing things that never would have caught my attention before,” a resident confided to News Media on Tuesday, reflecting the neighborhood’s collective unease.
Significantly, a white Volvo SUV, likely owned by Brooke’s husband, Conor, was spotted parked outside their home for more than four hours last week, neighbors noted, before eventually departing.

The sighting marked the first time neighbors had seen the SUV at the Chester home since News Media previously observed what appeared to be the same white Volvo with New Jersey license plates in Boston, just days prior.
Conor Hanlon grew up in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood and has family in the area.

Without an arrest or any information about a suspect or person of interest on the loose, the neighbor told News Media he’s a gun owner and he’s ready to defend his family should the time come.
A line of trees separates his property from the Hanlon home.

Nearly seven weeks later, investigators have not announced a suspect, identified a person of interest or made an arrest in Brooke Hanlon’s killing. (Kelsie Cairns/News Media)
His concern is shared among his peers.
“Nothing has really been released beyond what came out on the first day. They say there’s no danger to the public, but it’s hard to completely believe that when we don’t know anything else.”

Eric Adams Shares Contacts at Sports Illustrated Event

While he may no longer hold the mayor’s office, he’s not missing out on the high-profile party perks.
Former political figure Eric Adams found himself surrounded by a dozen women, including his blonde protégé Alisa Roever, during a glamorous Sports Illustrated affair at Cipriani Wall Street on Saturday night. Sources suggest he didn’t leave empty-handed, pocketing a few phone numbers as the evening unfolded.
According to a video shared with Page Six, Adams seemed to enjoy himself on the dance floor, drawing the attention of several women eager for his company.
“He probably wasn’t aware that people could see his moves. His spot was right near the stage,” mentioned an onlooker. The party, headlined by 50 Cent and Diplo, marked the end of the World Cup series.
The same source noted they had seen him exchanging contacts with two brunettes, not a rare sight for the erstwhile “party mayor.” In fact, Page Six has previously observed Adams swapping digits with fashion models at various events. However, his representative assures that it’s all in good, friendly spirits.
“Eric Adams didn’t earn the nickname ‘the Nightlife Mayor’ by sitting home on Saturday nights,” they quipped.
They further said, “Eric arrived on his own, greeted people, met new faces, and like he’s done for more than 40 years, exchanged phone numbers. That’s called networking.”
Adams is in a long-term relationship with Department of Education staffer Tracey Collins.
We hear jet-setting Adams, who was bizarrely granted Albanian citizenship earlier this year, has some nonparty tricks up his sleeve that he will soon announce. In the meantime, his rep, for some reason, wanted to assure us, “there was absolutely nothing improper” about his evening at Cipriani.
“Eric Adams has always enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life, and Saturday night was no different,” he said.
Harper Beckham, 15, Triumphs with New Beauty Brand Name After Overcoming US Hurdle
In a fresh announcement, it has been disclosed that Harper Beckham’s upcoming beauty line will bear the name “Harlo by Harper.” This decision follows a setback when her initial trademark request was turned down in the United States.
At just 15, Harper, the daughter of iconic duo David and Victoria Beckham, is gearing up to make significant waves in the beauty industry with her skincare venture slated for launch next year.
Her line is expected to cater to the youthful and trend-savvy audiences of Gen Z and Gen Alpha, offering products that speak directly to their skincare needs.
Harlo, a name that is both modern and gender-neutral, traces its British roots as a less conventional twist on the classic name Harlow, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the brand.
Though specific product details remain under wraps, industry whispers suggest Harper’s line will feature essential skincare items such as facial washes and creams, poised to captivate her target audience.
A source told The Sun: ‘Harper has been working on a name with the team working on the brand for a while and came up with Harlo By Harper. The trademark applications are signed and sealed.
‘Although there is no set date for a launch yet, the aim is to officially start the roll out at some point next year.
The name of Harper Beckham’s beauty brand has been revealed as Harlo by Harper – after her first choice was denied trademark in the US.
The daughter of David and Victoria Beckham, 15, is preparing to blow up the beauty market next year with her own skincare business
‘Victoria has been guiding and supporting Harper every step of the way in this venture. Both Victoria and David couldn’t be more proud of Harper.’
The Daily Mail have contacted the Beckhams’ representatives for comment.
In May it was revealed that Harper suffered a blow to her business plans as she was denied her first choice naming rights in the US.
Back in October, it was revealed the Beckhams had trademarked the name HIKU BY Harper in the UK, putting the steps in motion for the upcoming beauty line.
However, Brand Beckham suffered a setback after the US Patent and Trademark Office issued an ‘initial refusal’ to the name as it could be confused with existing companies.
The Sun has reported the denial came as ‘Harper’ is registered for brooms and scrubbing brushes, while ‘Hiku’ is trademarked for toiletry and fragrance products.
The Beckhams applied for the trademark in November and now have six months to appeal the initial decision.
They planned for the name to be trademarked on make-up and acne skincare, footwear and clothing, keyrings, stickers, hair decorations and brushes.
Daily Mail contacted the Beckhams’ representative for comment.
No doubt, Harper’s plan to start her own beauty line was inspired by the success of her mother Victoria, who has already built a hugely successful fashion and beauty business worth a reported $100million.
Reflecting on the company’s long, winding path to profitability, Victoria told Harper’s Bazaar ‘it’s a huge accomplishment’.
Victoria, who was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the magazine, added: ‘The company has been through so much over the last 17 years – ups, downs, restructuring… it’s been quite the journey.
‘So finally to be able to say we’re profitable is something I’m so proud of, because it’s not an easy industry, and it’s getting harder and harder,’ she added.
2022’s results marked ‘a turning point where the group became profitable’.
While Harper’s final list of products, aimed at Gen Z and Gen Alpha, are being kept under wraps, it’s understood the range will include facial washes and creams
Revenue surged 44 per cent to £58.8million that year compared to £40.9million in 2021.
The success of Victoria’s beauty line, which launched in 2019 and made £2million in its first three months, greatly contributed to the profit.
Products like the ‘Satin Kajal Liner’ are reportedly selling every 30 seconds.
Meanwhile, a 2026 collaboration with Gap helped the brand reach a mass-market audience.
Earlier this year, proud mum Victoria revealed Harper’s ‘really bad’ battle with acne had inspired the teen to launch her very own beauty brand.
Appearing on Emma Grede’s podcast Aspire, Victoria explained: ‘She came to me two or three years ago and she was really struggling with her skin.
‘She used to have beautiful skin, but like all young girls she was enticed by beauty brands and she was putting a lot of product on her face that was not suitable for her skin and consequently ended up going to see a dermatologist because her skin was really, really bad.’
Victoria detailed her own battles with acne and said she could relate to her daughter’s struggles: ‘[Harper] said “I want to create a brand because I know what I want and I don’t want other people to have to go through what I have been through.”‘
The former Spice Girl said the ambitious teen even approached her with PowerPoint presentations in the early stages of getting her beauty line off the ground.
‘One [PowerPoint] about this brand that she wanted to create because she was struggling with her skin’, she added. ‘And the other one was a reason as to why I should let her have a perm’.
Victoria continued: ‘I’m so proud of all my children, but you know Harper is very ambitious, she’s very appropriate but I don’t know what I expected to be honest.
‘I mean, she’s been sitting on my lap taking part in beauty development meetings ever since she was little.’
The business-savvy family have long protected the rights to their children’s names, with Victoria famously registering Harper’s name for use in a range of branded products, including make-up, toys and clothing when she was just five years old.
At the time, an intellectual property expert said it was unprecedented to trademark a child’s name because the move is usually reserved for those who are already celebrities.
Oliver Bray, a partner at international law firm RPC, told the Daily Mail: ‘It normally happens when your career is getting going and a lawyer says, “Let’s get some protection in place.”
