Idaho Mother Accused of Murder After Blaming Vaccines for Twin Babies’ Deaths

0

In a shocking development, an Idaho mother who previously attributed the death of her twins to vaccinations faces serious legal charges. Andrea Shaw, aged 23, has been indicted on two counts of first-degree murder, as announced by the Payette Police Department last week. Her arrest took place in Boise on Tuesday, signaling a significant twist in a case that has gripped the community.

Initially, the tragic deaths of the 18-month-old twins, a boy and girl, were reported by Shaw as being related to vaccines. However, these claims have now been overshadowed by a haunting discovery. On May 1, 2025, the lifeless bodies of the twins were found in a shared bed. Following an investigation, an indictment accused Shaw of suffocating her children, Dallas and Tyson, according to local reports by KTVB.

While the police have not publicly confirmed the precise cause of death for the twins, the indictment sheds light on the severity of the allegations against Shaw. These recent developments cast a shadow over the previous narrative and bring a new dimension to this tragic case.

Police did not publicly state the kids’ cause of death, but an indictment filed in Payette accuses Shaw of killing her twin toddlers, Dallas and Tyson, by suffocation, according to KTVB.

Just days after their children died, Shaw and her husband appeared on a podcast funded by Children’s Health Defense, an anti-vaccine group previously led by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., in which she alleged that the twins became sick and died shortly after receiving three vaccinations.

Shaw’s attorney, Joe Filicetti, said he still believes the children’s deaths were linked to the vaccinations without providing evidence to support that claim.

“They were looking at it as a vaccine death, and that’s still what I believe it to be,” he told KTVB.

Filicetti also said Shaw recently gave birth to another baby prematurely through a cesarean section and that her husband is taking care of the child.

Shaw was initially held at the Ada County Jail before being extradited to Payette County. She is being held on a $2 million bond.

She appeared virtually for her arraignment at the Payette County District court on Thursday.

During the hearing, the court read the charges and informed her of the potential penalties, including the possibility of the death penalty.

Kate Middleton Shares Heartwarming Photos of Mountain Adventure with Kids Charlotte, George, and Louis

After successfully conquering the challenging Three Peaks Challenge, the Princess of Wales took a moment to express a heartfelt tribute to her family. Her brother, James Middleton, echoed her sentiments with an emotional message about their shared dedication and the therapeutic effects of nature.

Catherine, at 44, appeared in good spirits in a touching Instagram post. Dressed in red shorts and a baseball cap, she was surrounded by her nearest and dearest, showcasing both her athletic spirit and family warmth.

Accompanying the images, she wrote, “This time last week, completing the National Three Peaks Challenge. A huge thank you to everybody who has supported The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.”

Her three children, Charlotte, George, and Louis, were present to cheer her on, each donning their own practical blue jeans as they shared joyful smiles with the camera.

Joining them for parts of the trek was Kate’s younger brother, James Middleton, who has publicly overcome his own mental health battles, including a struggle with severe depression that had pushed him to the point of contemplating suicide.

Posting to Instagram this evening, James said he was ‘so incredibly proud’ of his ‘darling sister’.

He added: ‘Two years ago, I told you we’d climb this mountain together. We talked about climbing mountains while you were in hospital, and about the incredible healing power that nature can have for both the body and the mind. So it was such an honour to join you for your Three Peaks Challenge for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

‘Seeing how far you’ve come is nothing short of inspiring. Your strength, resilience, and determination, all while being the most amazing mother, wife, daughter, and sister, inspire me and so many others every single day.

‘Keep being exactly who you are.’

In one touching image uploaded by Kate, the princess could be seen warmly embracing her daughter who snuggled up close to her while she leaned her cheek against her head.

In another, Charlotte reached towards her mother’s hand – meanwhile, the royal’s youngest child, Louis, was captured in the background playing with a dog belonging to James.

Kate’s hair was tied back into a practical pony tail and she wore a pair of sturdy brown hiking boots with thick red socks to match the colour of her shorts.

The princess did the challenge solo and was supported on the route by Mountain Rescue, with her family meeting her at the last stop at the base of Snowdon in Wales.

The Three Peaks Challenge sees participants attempt to climb the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours: Ben Nevis, the highest peak in Scotland and the UK, standing at 4,413ft; Scafell Pike, the highest peak in England, standing at 3,209ft and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa), the highest peak in Wales, standing at 3,560ft.

It has a total walking distance of 23 miles, an ascent of 10,05ft of vertical climbing and a driving distance between the peaks of approximately 462 miles.

The princess was driven between the peaks – Scotland, then England and finally Wales – by her team. It is not believed that any other member of the Royal Family has completed the Three Peaks Challenge, also making the princess’s triumph a royal first.

In a previously penned message, Kate said: ‘Every year, hundreds of thousands of people in this country hear the words no one wants to hear. What follows is a path that tests every part of who we are: physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. The challenges ripple outwards, touching families, friendships, work and the quiet moments we spend alone with our thoughts.

‘Cancer doesn’t just affect the body. It changes how you think and feel and profoundly affects every aspect of life. I know this personally, and that the journey through and beyond treatment requires more than medicine alone.

‘I have taken on the National Three Peaks Challenge, not simply as a physical endeavour but as a chance to explore life beyond diagnosis and to give something back.’

In a video shot before she started the challenge, the princess explained why she took it on, saying that it was ‘partly personal’, explaining: ‘I’m so grateful to be here, to be strong enough to walk these hills.’

And she added: ‘But, more importantly, it’s to give something back and acknowledge, really, all the incredible work going on up and down this country.

‘I’ve met some incredible people – those people who are living with and beyond cancer – and I know personally how difficult that journey is.

‘I really wanted to use this opportunity as my way of contributing to all the wonderful work that’s going on, and in particular to support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity – an organisation very dear to me, but who do extraordinary work supporting those living with and beyond the disease.’

The princess also wants to use her challenge to raise funds for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, which is launching a specially designed fundraising page for people across the nation to donate.

The funds raised for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity will support more people with cancer to benefit from holistic care.

Last month, the princess made a private donation to support fundraising by an 11-year-old paraplegic boy she met while completing the challenge.

Kate chatted to Ted Haslam from Sutton Coldfield, whose father was among a team carrying him up Ben Nevis in a wheelchair before posing for a group photo.

And the future queen went one step further by personally visiting his JustGiving page and making a significant donation.

She wrote: ‘One of the real highlights of the Three Peaks Challenge was meeting inspiring people like you along the way. Huge congratulations to the entire team for raising money for such a wonderful cause. C.’

Kate chose to hide the exact amount, but the Daily Mail understands it was in the region of £1,000 to £2,000.

After approaching Ted during the challenge, the princess joked it was ‘not great weather’, asking him: ‘How are you doing, Ted? You’re not too cold?’

Kate added: ‘So many people are stood in their T-shirts! Why are they doing that?! Who’s this, is that your lucky mascot? Has it got a name?’

One of Ted’s team explained that it was a mascot for the charity Molly Ollys, which provided play equipment for Ted while he was being treated in hospital.

Kate then asked the boy: ‘Have you been up here before?’ Ted replied: ‘Never, it’s my first time.’ And Kate said: ‘Well it’s such a shame you can’t see any of the views.’

She added: ‘I’m so impressed, really, you’ve made it to the second peak. Super, well done you. We’ll be cheering you on. Hopefully we’ll see you on Snowdon. Good luck.’

Ted’s team completed the challenge in 30 hours, as they raised money for the Warwick-based charity supporting children with life-threatening illnesses.

Ted, whose father is a mountaineer, was left paralysed aged three and diagnosed with an aggressive spinal tumour which had been doubling every 24 hours.

While she did the Three Peaks Challenge solo, Kate’s younger brother James Middleton sweetly escorted her to the base of the mountain in Wales.

The moment felt especially poignant as royal fans recalled how Catherine attended therapy appointments with James when he was being treated for severe depression that left him contemplating suicide.

Speaking to Mail columnist Bryony Gordon, the youngest Middleton sibling said that while his therapist encouraged him to bring his family to his sessions, he only felt comfortable taking his older sisters, Catherine and Pippa.

James described his sisters’ engagement in his recovery journey as a ‘very moving moment’ – much like the author’s presence alongside Catherine at Mount Snowdon over the weekend, X users said.

‘James has truly always been there for her like a fierce and proud brother,’ one person wrote, while another added it was ‘lovely’ to see the bond between the siblings.

Earlier this year, the princess of Wales celebrated her 44th birthday with the release of a ‘deeply personal’ video about the ‘fears’ and ‘tears’ of her cancer journey.

The three-minute clip, titled ‘Winter’, was the fourth and final instalment of Kate’s year-long ‘Mother Nature’ series, which began after she was diagnosed with cancer in 2022.

While Kate has never publicly revealed the sort of cancer she was diagnosed with, the videos she has shared with millions of fans who follow her and husband Prince William are widely regarded as being honest reflections of her health battle.

In September 2024, Kate confirmed she had ‘finally’ completed her chemotherapy treatment.

She reflected on how the ‘complex, scary, and unpredictable’ journey had brought her ‘face-to-face with her own vulnerabilities’.

And on January 14, 2025, she carried out her first solo royal engagement of the year as she visited the Royal Marsden in London in her new role as Joint Patron before officially confirming she was in remission from cancer.

The visit was also note-worthy as Kate underwent her own treatment at the hospital and spoke candidly about her experience with one patient.

‘It’s really tough… It’s such a shock… Everyone said to me, “Please keep a positive mindset, it makes such a difference”.’

In a statement posted on social media, Kate said it was ‘a relief to be in remission’ and that she was ‘looking forward to a fulfilling year’.

UK Prime Minister Issued Firm Apology for Controversial Podcast Remarks

0

During a recent appearance on a popular comedy podcast, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese found himself in a bit of hot water over some controversial remarks. Asked an unexpected and offbeat question on the show, which has a reputation for pushing boundaries, Albanese was confronted with a provocative choice that put his diplomatic skills to the test.

In the aftermath, the Prime Minister felt it necessary to address the fallout from his comments, issuing a sincere apology through his office on Monday. “I apologise unequivocally for the comments,” said Albanese in the statement, acknowledging the criticism that swiftly followed his podcast appearance.

Albanese, just six months into his marriage, had been a guest on Bush Deep, comedian Nikki Osborne’s podcast that prides itself on a no-holds-barred interview style. On Friday’s episode, the Prime Minister was roped into a light-hearted yet cheeky game of “shag, marry, date” involving choices between iconic Australian celebrities. Faced with pop legend Kylie Minogue, acclaimed actor Nicole Kidman, and vibrant entertainer Rhonda Burchmore, Albanese initially attempted to sidestep the question given his recent nuptials.

His initial hesitation pointed to his commitment to his newlywed status, prompting Osborne to challenge him with a hypothetical scenario where his marriage was no longer a factor. It was then that Albanese playfully confessed, “Oh, Kylie, clearly,” though the levity was perhaps not universally embraced.

Pressed further to clarify his response regarding the iconic singer, Albanese humorously declared, “All of the above. She’s terrific.” The playful banter, while light-hearted on the surface, has prompted a stern reminder of the careful balance public figures must maintain even when engaging in informal, media-savvy settings.

Elsewhere in the interview, Osborne asked whether Albanese and wife Jodie Haydon were “still bonking like rabbits,” to which the prime minister answered “after the footy”, adding that a South Sydney Rabbitohs win was “always a good aphrodisiac”.

Footage of the exchange was shared widely online in the days following its release, prompting a mixed public response. Some criticised the comments as inappropriate for a sitting prime minister, while others defended the exchange as lighthearted and consistent with the podcast’s irreverent style.

In addition to more traditional interviews with mainstream media, politicians across the political spectrum are increasingly seeking to engage with new media outlets and social media creators, often through casual interviews with podcasters, online channels, and FM radio networks.

Colleagues rally around PM as backlash builds

Support for the prime minister has since arrived from within his own ranks. Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles, speaking on RN Breakfast on Monday, said Albanese had “obviously made an unequivocal apology” for the remarks.

Marles pointed to the government’s record on gender representation, noting it was the first in the nation’s history to achieve equal numbers of men and women in cabinet, and the first to have a majority of women in caucus.

Richard Marles, standing in front of Australian and Aboriginal flags.

He added that the prime minister remained “utterly committed to the place of women within our society and the elevation of women within our society”.

Tanya Plibersek offered a similar defence. The social services minister told Sunrise on Monday she had not listened to the podcast herself, but noted that if Albanese was simply expressing admiration for Kylie Minogue, “that puts him in a group with millions of other Australians, including me”.

Women’s Minister Katy Gallagher and One Nation leader Pauline Hanson both declined on Sunday to say whether Albanese’s remarks were appropriate.

Independent Fowler MP Dai Le was among the critics, describing the remarks as “unbecoming of a gentleman”.

Speaking to the Today Show shortly after Albanese’s podcast appearance, Le said certain language was not permitted in parliament, and suggested Albanese may have been trying to appeal to “another group, a target audience that don’t mind that kind of language being used”.

Dai Le speaking in parliament.

Warringah MP Zali Steggall similarly said it was “entirely inappropriate for the prime minister to participate in such a game”.

Opposition communications spokesperson Sarah Henderson went further, arguing the comments “demean the office of prime minister” and sat at odds with Labor’s claims to champion gender equality.

Roadside Corn Vendor Discloses Earning ₦750k Monthly from Roasted Corn Sales

In the bustling city of Ibadan, a roadside roasted corn seller named Mrs. Lateef Rukayat has found prosperity in a surprising shift of careers. By transitioning from her initial profession in hairdressing to selling roasted corn, she has significantly improved her family’s financial situation. Now, her venture is bringing in an impressive ₦750,000 monthly, allowing her to support two of her six children as they pursue higher education.

During an interview with Tribune On The Street, Rukayat shared that her decision to leave behind hairdressing came after the business began to decline. The economic viability just wasn’t there anymore, prompting her to seek better opportunities.

Her choice to dive into the roasted corn market in 2021 proved to be a fortuitous one, as it enabled her to provide for her family despite facing the country’s tough economic conditions.

From hairdressing to roasted corn

Rukayat fondly recalled her beginnings in hairdressing, describing it as both her first profession and a cherished ambition. However, when the income from this passion waned, she knew it was time to explore other avenues for financial stability.

“Hairdressing was my hard-earned profession; it was my dream from early on, and I even celebrated completing my training,” she explained. “I ventured into roasting corn when my hairstyling business wasn’t progressing. All my children are in school, and I have two currently attending higher institutions.”

She disclosed that she started the roasted corn business in January 2021 with money borrowed through a local lending scheme known as “Network.” According to her, the loan, despite attracting interest, gave her the capital needed to purchase her first bag of corn.

Rising costs make business more challenging

The businesswoman dismissed the belief that roasted corn trading requires little capital, saying inflation has significantly increased operating costs.

She explained that beyond buying corn, traders must also pay for transportation, charcoal and packaging materials, making it more expensive to enter the business than many people assume.

Rukayat also noted that corn prices have remained unstable since she began the venture, making it difficult for traders to plan their expenses.

Daily sales support children’s education

Sharing her earnings, she said a ₦20,000 investment in corn often produces daily sales of between ₦25,000 and ₦27,000, with the profits helping to fund her children’s education.

“With God’s mercy, on a daily basis, if I borrowed money and got like ₦20,000 to buy corn, I used to earn about ₦25,000 to ₦27,000 daily. From the earnings, I contribute and that’s what I collect in supporting my children’s schooling,” she said.

However, she admitted that the business comes with risks because roasted corn must be sold fresh. Unsold corn quickly loses its taste, making it difficult to attract buyers the following day.

She recalled a period when soaring costs forced her to increase the price of roasted corn from ₦200 to ₦400, but the decision backfired as customers stayed away, leaving her with little or no profit.

Appeal for support

Rukayat said she has never benefited from any government grant or financial assistance.

She appealed to the government to introduce measures that would reduce the cost of goods and provide financial support for small-scale traders.

According to her, such interventions would help entrepreneurs sustain their businesses while meeting the needs of their families.

Joshua Zimerman Achieves Milestone by Visiting All 14 U.S. Presidential Museums, Including Chicago’s New Obama Center

0

CHICAGO (WLS) — Nearly a decade of dedication and curiosity about the nation’s history culminated in Chicago, as a determined traveler accomplished his mission to visit every presidential museum across America. This ambitious journey was part of an endeavor to explore historical narratives in anticipation of the country’s 250th anniversary.

Joshua Zimerman successfully concluded his nine-year and seven-month adventure by arriving at the Obama Presidential Center, the last of the 14 presidential museums he set out to see. As an enthusiast of the Presidential Museum Passport program, Zimerman collected stamps at each museum he visited. His completion was marked with the receipt of a commemorative pin, a fitting tribute to his effort.

During a small ceremony at the Obama Presidential Center, a representative acknowledged Zimerman’s achievement saying, “It is my honor to pin you with an Obama presidential center pin.”

This notable milestone came after an extensive expedition through numerous states.

Zimerman reflected on the distance covered in his journey, remarking, “I probably went over 10,000 miles doing this.”

Zimerman said the idea originated while he was working toward another personal goal.

“I’ve been working on going to all 50 states. I’m currently at 42 out of 50, and along the way I saw two air sites for the presidential museums, and I figured, why not?” he said.

According to Zimerman, fewer than 1% of people have completed the presidential museum passport challenge, which involves visiting every presidential museum and collecting stamps at each stop. Participants who complete the journey receive a special commemorative coin.

Zimerman said he was determined to finish the challenge two days before America’s 250th birthday, viewing the milestone as a chance to reflect on the nation’s history and future.

At the Obama Presidential Center, officials said the anniversary highlights the continued work of strengthening democracy and civic engagement.

“Every single generation has a responsibility and an obligation to continue to perfect this experiment that is the United States, 250 years of us trying and grinding through difficult questions about who we want to be as a country,” said John Roberson, executive vice president of the Obama Presidential Center.

Zimerman praised the center’s focus on civic education and public participation.

“A lot of the exhibits explain, like they have Democracy 101. They explain how you get in contact with your representatives, which the other museums don’t explain, and it’s really, they’re trying to make it more of an educational experience for non-scholarly people,” he said.

Roberson said the center aims to inspire visitors and serve as a symbol of hope.

“The message that it sends is that hope now has a home, and it’s right here on the South Side of Chicago,” he said.

Although he has completed his presidential museum tour, Zimerman said his travels are not over. He plans to continue working toward his goal of visiting all 50 states and encouraged others to explore museums and learn more about history.

“Support your country. Go out, explore these museums, not just the presidential ones, just explore history,” he said.

Four Injured in East LA Shooting After Tense Mexico-England World Cup Clash

0

In a closely contested World Cup match, England narrowly defeated Mexico with a score of 3-2. However, the excitement of the event was marred by an incident of gun violence nearby in east Los Angeles, where four individuals were shot amid a gathering of enthusiastic fans.

According to a spokesperson from the LA Sheriff’s Department, reports of three shootings surfaced around 9:40 p.m. on Sunday, including an incident on Whittier Boulevard. The police were promptly alerted.

Following the shootings, the injured parties were taken to the hospital. Details concerning the severity of their injuries are yet to be disclosed.

The LASD confirmed that, fortunately, no lives were lost during the incident. As of now, no suspect is in custody, and the motive behind the shootings remains a mystery.

Whittier Boulevard, a lively and popular gathering place for Mexican-Americans, is renowned for its festive atmosphere, especially during major soccer tournaments when it becomes a hub for celebration.

Earlier Sunday, Los Angeles Police Department chiefs issued a city-wide tactical alert, meaning those on-duty are not allowed to clock off until they are told so, KNBC reported.

Forest Secret: Man’s Decade-Long Residence Revealed

0

Authorities in Arizona have arrested a man who has been living in a national forest for nearly a decade, according to reports.

Mark Aaron Gatz, 65, is potentially facing a prison sentence of up to five years. He allegedly established a permanent campsite in the Tonto National Forest, located northeast of Phoenix, where he resided for approximately eight years.

When officials apprehended Gatz on June 25, they discovered nearly half a ton of garbage scattered around his campsite, according to federal court documents examined by The Independent.

An officer involved in Gatz’s case expressed astonishment at the volume of litter in the area, as noted in several citations previously issued to Gatz before his detention.

The officer further remarked that Gatz’s living situation could be one of the most severe residential cases they had encountered.

The campsite where Gatz was arrested was located near a dirt trail popular for hiking, mountain biking and off-roading.

Before the arrest, the National Park Service had received multiple complaints of ‘several large structures, several man-made fire pits, several years’ worth of trash, household goods scattered throughout the forest of roughly an acre.’

‘Roughly half of [an] acre of resources [was] ruined’ due to the illegal structures and garbage laying on the ground for so long, according to a citation filed on June 29 in Arizona federal court.

‘The trash consisted of tires, plastic bags, trash bags, aluminum cans and other items of trash,’ the citation said.

Gatz had also reportedly built a canopy under which he parked an SUV. Other items at his campsite included a cooking station with around a dozen frying pans, five 55-gallon drums, eight tires, four bike frames, five gallons of motor oil and lumber.

National Forest police knew of Gatz for about a year, and he had at least six outstanding federal arrest warrants before he was taken into custody.

Those warrants were for building a campfire during fire restrictions, building on forest land, unsanitary conditions and occupying a national forest as a residence, according to the citation.

Gatz was detained as a potential flight risk and is accused of violating a total of nine federal laws.

Those laws include building and maintaining a fire outside a designated area, leaving a fire without extinguishing it, camping for longer than is allowed, constructing and occupying a residence on National Forest land, damaging a natural feature belonging to the US, and littering, among others.

Gatz is accused of violating nine federal laws, including littering in the National Forest. Workers are pictured cleaning up trash in a different National Forest in California

According to a June 30 detention order, Gatz has a criminal history and failed to appear in court multiple times for violating residency and fire restrictions that he had received warnings and citations for.

Arrests for living on National Forest land are fairly unusual and typically only occur if the suspect has a history on non-compliance. Repercussions usually amount to large fines and a ban from the area rather than prison time.

Campers in National Forests are generally limited to a 14-day stay within 30 days. Staying beyond that period, building structures and leaving behind personal property is considered unauthorized residential use.

Rhapsody Of Realities 6 July 2026: There’s Something About You

Rhapsody Of Realities 6 July 2026 By Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (Christ Embassy): There’s Something About You

TOPIC: There’s Something About You (Rhapsody of Realities 6 July 2026)

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you – Romans 8:11

Rhapsody Of Realities For Today’s MESSAGE:

Christianity is not a religion; it’s Christ in you (Colossians 1:27). It’s the outworking of the God-life in a human person. The Christian is one who has received and manifests the organic and existential attributes of divinity. That’s what makes you different. You didn’t come into religion when you received Christ. You came into reality.

The Bible says, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life…” (1 John 5:11-12). This life is the transcendent life. Consider the human body. Even in its present, fallen state, it has the ability to reproduce cells, to repair and restore itself. That is human life, yet that life is corrupted due to the fall of Adam.

If that corrupted life can still function at that level, then think about the life of God in you that’s incorruptible, indestructible and divine! The Bible says, “…being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever” (1 Peter 1:23).

This is what you have now, a life that carries within it the ability to produce and effect changes. The Lord Jesus said, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…” (Acts 1:8). That power is the dynamic ability to cause changes. It’s at work in you even now; it’s in your system.

It helps you understand when the Scripture says if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He will vitalize your mortal body (Romans 8:11). He gives life to your physical body. 2 Corinthians 4:7-11 tells us something remarkable; it says, “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed….”

You’re indestructible. You’re a victor forever. You can never be disadvantaged. You have the ability to produce and reproduce success. You carry that power, the genes of excellence within you. It’s for the same reason that the Bible says whatsoever you do, shall prosper (Psalm 1:3).

You must realise and walk in the consciousness of this reality. There’s something about you: something divine and powerful; something that sets you apart from the ordinary. The Bible says, “…greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). Let this be the mindset that defines your life every day.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for your life in me, and I’m conscious of its power and work in my spirit, and the ministry of the Holy Ghost in my entire being. The divine life vitalizes my body and produces changes in every area of my life. I walk in dominion, strength and victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY

2 Corinthians 4:7-11 (NIV)
But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. [8] We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; [9] persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. [10] We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. [11] For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body.

1 John 5:11-12 (NIV)
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. [12] Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

1 Corinthians 6:19 (NIV)
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

Newcastle United Transfer Strategy Unveiled: Key Targets, Positions of Interest, and Future Plans for Bruno Guimaraes and Eddie Howe

A mix of patience, optimism, and a touch of anxiety encapsulates the emotional spectrum for Newcastle United during this transfer window period.

From day to day, or even moment to moment, this emotional pendulum swings vigorously, much like the club’s transfer team who are keen to steer clear of a repeat performance of last summer’s challenges.

Reflecting on the past, the goal is to ensure a timely departure for players wishing to leave, rather than last-minute exits. Additionally, there’s a need for a swifter response in acquiring new talent, all while maintaining control over proceedings.

This setback was due to structural issues rather than the individuals involved. Coach Eddie Howe found himself let down by a club he had consistently supported. The aftermath was a disastrous season, especially when compared to their former successes.

This time around, the leadership roles seem to be correctly filled with figures like sporting director Ross Wilson and chief executive David Hopkinson at the helm, but achieving the desired results remains uncertain.

Howe is ‘all in’, say sources, after a post-season period of reflection. He has returned with optimism. Spirit, though, can soon be tested at a club whose stated ambition, to be No 1 in the world, does not tally with the reality of their situation. It is why some of their top stars want to leave – more on that shortly.

It was a blow for the recruitment team when their first big pursuit of the window, for Osasuna and Spain winger Victor Munoz, ended in Liverpool hijacking the deal. For those who were inside St James’ Park 12 months ago, when the Reds gazumped their move for Hugo Ekitike, it had a haunting feel. Here we go again. Panic.

There was better news this week when Bazoumana Traore, a 20-year-old winger from Hoffenheim, arrived on Tyneside for a medical ahead of a £42.5m transfer. The Ivory Coast international fits the profile Wilson is working to, which is 18-to-24-year-olds with a high ceiling for improvement. Positivity.

A deal for Switzerland midfielder Johan Manzambi is being discussed but progress has not been as swift as hoped. He is currently with his country at the World Cup. Patience. Manchester United are said to have a longstanding interest in the 20-year-old and Manzambi’s eye-catching performances in North America would not have helped. Panic? Not yet.

Newcastle have been told they are at the front of the queue and the numbers involved with the player and his club Freiburg should not be an issue, but they thought that about Munoz. Man United’s midfield priority is also Alex Scott of Bournemouth.

Newcastle will push ahead and hope remains that Manzambi will arrive. There is, though, a danger that others could join the race. Newcastle have a reputation among rivals for identifying good players, and that is one of the reasons they are vulnerable to those clubs copying their homework.

Matias Fernandez-Pardo, of Lille and Belgium, is a versatile forward they like a lot, but the 21-year-old is said to want Champions League.

Elsewhere, club chiefs have maintained a dialogue around Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford, but have been told he will only decide on his future after the World Cup. He remains the top target to play ahead of Ewen Jaouen, the 20-year-old keeper who has joined from Reims for £18m.

A right back is also wanted and they have shortlists in every position, but those moves will be dependent on outgoings. Already gone is Anthony Gordon to Barcelona, while Sandro Tonali is in the departure lounge headed for Tottenham.

At £70m and £92.5m respectively before add-ons, both deals represent fair value for Newcastle. They needed to trade this summer, evidenced by £5.2m’s worth of UEFA fines for breaching financial rules.

Gordon wanted to go to accelerate his career, while Tonali was driven as much by lifestyle and a desire to relocate his family to London. But both had concerns about the speed, direction and delivery of the Newcastle project.

That, it should be said, is related to infrastructure and ownership – still no new training ground, for example – and not coaching. Howe and his backroom team have improved every player, and Gordon and Tonali would acknowledge that as being integral to their development. Combined, the profit on the pair could rise to £80m.

One profit that would feel like a loss at any price is Bruno Guimaraes. As revealed by Daily Mail Sport, representatives acting on behalf of the club captain have spoken to Arsenal and, in turn, have spoken to Newcastle with what is said to be a verbal offer. That was instantly dismissed and the message back was that Guimaraes is not for sale.

It is a concern for Howe and Wilson, though, that such conversations have taken place. Why? It would suggest their most influential player is keen to explore his options. Newcastle, we can reveal, will talk about a new contract with the Brazilian, if that is what he wants. So far, with him at the World Cup, the full picture remains unclear.

As a contingency, midfielders remain on the radar. Felix Nmecha, of Dortmund and Germany, is admired and conversations have taken place, but that is a pricey deal to do.

Lamine Camara, of Monaco, has been linked but that is unlikely to happen. The preference and the plan is to keep Guimaraes. Howe believes his skipper has a quality that is priceless.

But everyone else, well they have a price, that is the upshot of PSR, SCR and FFP. That is why Newcastle’s transfer situation remains fluid. Patience. Positivity. Panic. Only 60 days to go.

Helen George of ‘Call the Midwife’ Announces Heartbreaking Split Amid ‘Disrespect’ Revelation

Helen George, known for her role in “Call The Midwife,” has parted ways with her boyfriend, Dann Innes, merely seven months after they decided to cohabit. Helen, now 42, had been romantically involved with Dann, a property marketing agency executive, since March 2025. Earlier this year, Dann joined Helen in her West London home, where she lives with her daughters, Wren Ivy and Lark.

However, it appears that the couple’s journey has come to an end. Reports suggest that Dann was spotted moving out of Helen’s residence earlier this week. A source confirmed to The Sun that the couple “have gone their separate ways,” noting, “They had a whirlwind romance, but their differences became apparent. It has been a difficult time for them both.”

In the wake of the breakup, Helen has taken to social media, offering glimpses into her personal turmoil. Her posts include a quote on her Instagram Story alluding to “responding to disrespect,” hinting at the emotional upheaval she is experiencing.

Among her posts is a poignant image of her daughter walking alone through a field, shared with her 277,000 followers. She captioned it with the words, “When the chaos leaves, the calm resumes.” Another notable post features an online quote, stating, “I will absolutely take responsibility for when I am wrong. But I will never apologize for responding to disrespect.”

The quote continues, “If you lit the match, do not stand in the flames pretending to be the victim.”

Helen and Dan reportedly grew close after splitting from their respective long-term partners, and their romance started after meeting on the dating app Raya. In the past months, they were seen posting loved-up social media posts on Valentine’s Day and on holiday together in Cornwall.

Dan has two children of his own, aged 14 and 12, from a previous marriage, which is believed to have lasted from 2008 to 2016. At the time, Helen had broken up with her partner, Jack Aston, with whom she shares two daughters.

Helen spoke to BBC Radio 4 about juggling motherhood with her stage career. She admitted: “I would like to also shout out to the father of my daughters, Jack. We split the children 50/50; he is an incredible and reliable father who also juggles as much as I. It is a juggle, and I make mistakes. I have to forgive myself for that because I am a good mother.”

She takes her daughters to the dressing room after school so they “grow up understanding how important it is for women to be financially independent”.
