She now seems to be embracing the more upscale lifestyle that she’s accustomed to after landing in a fully furnished rental home for $18,000 a month – with a 19k security deposit – in Woodland Hills, California.

The actress has even been getting back into the social scene, and was photographed by DailyMail.com at a friends Halloween party in Los Angeles over the weekend.

‘But as it persists, it’s starting to look compulsive. Moving is expensive, and I’ve put us in a precarious financial situation,’ she wrote. 

Finding fully furnished short-term rentals available around Los Angeles like this current one could finally be her answer to residential wanderlust.

With just two weeks left in October on the rental, she may already be eyeing another place for her family thanks to a frightening incident.

Tori was pictured behind yellow tape amid a a two-hour standoff that ended with the suspect in custody and no one injured, onlookers said 

At least one person was seen being taken into custody after the incident  

On Wednesday morning, DailyMail.com reported that a terrified Tori and her children—Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, six—were forced to evacuate their rental home when law enforcement and even a SWAT Team arrived to search the house next door for a man holed up with an assault rifle.

The incident wrapped up around 1pm with the man being taken into custody, and hours later the police were still parked in front of her home while the investigation concluded.

By that evening she pulled herself together and was seen taking all of the kids for dinner to the nearby Sushi Spot on Ventura Boulevard and emerging over an hour later.

The next day she was seen checking out moving trucks and a storage facility in LA, so it could be time to pack up and move.

Dining out regularly with a large family and pricey dues for country clubs means we may be finally done seeing the down-and-out ‘poor me’ photo blitzes from Tori.

Back in 2016, Tori’s mom Candy Spelling, 78, revealed to TMZ that she foots the bills for her daughter’s necessities, but not her extravagances like credit card and other debts.

‘I do help her out, I’m paying all her bills now. The house, the food, the kids school.’

She compared the surprise of finding out she was pregnant with her third child Hattie to the shock over her measly inheritance.

‘[It was] Like finding out you’ve been left 0.16 percent of your gazillionaire father’s [$600 million] estate. Love him. Still bitter.’

Without her wealthy mother’s assistance, it is unlikely Tori could afford this current $18k a month rental.
