Kylie Kelce got an unexpected response after openly discussing her interest in having breast augmentation following four pregnancies.
During the Thursday, October 8, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, the 34-year-old told guest Jen Hamilton that doctors’ offices began contacting her after she mentioned the possibility of surgery. “I’ve said it [on the podcast], and then I got all these weird DMs of people, doctors’ offices, being like, ‘We’ll do it,’” she recalled. “And I was like, ‘Put them on the banned list.’”
Kylie added that she now keeps track of the medical professionals who reached out, joking that she wants them excluded from consideration. “I literally have a list of doctors that reached out after I said something about it on the podcast,” she said. “Because I just want them put back where they were.”
Kylie shares daughters Wyatt, 7, Ellie, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 19 months, with her husband, Jason Kelce. She first spoke on her podcast in February about eventually wanting a breast lift.
Kylie Kelce has also been candid about another insecurity linked to pregnancy and motherhood. During the Tuesday, June 2, episode of “Not Gonna Lie,” the 34-year-old discussed how her belly-button piercing changed as her stomach expanded while she was pregnant and never returned to its original appearance.
“To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong,” she said at the time. “Because four kids. That’s all I have to say about that.”
Kylie and Jason, 38, married in April 2018 after dating for four years. They became parents to Wyatt in October 2019, welcomed Ellie in March 2021 and Bennett in February 2023, and added Finn in March 2025.
Over the years, Kylie has been transparent about the complicated emotions surrounding her postpartum body. On an August 2025 episode of her podcast, she said it took until after the birth of her third child to begin appreciating how motherhood had changed her physically.
Kylie Kelce has also pushed back against speculation about her body, including comments from fans who thought she might be pregnant after a trip to Paris. “You know what’s f***ed up? Commenting on women’s bodies. That’s it, that’s the whole thought,” she said during the Thursday, July 30, episode of “Not Gonna Lie.”
“To me, I find [postpartum bodies] jarring, and I’ve done it four times. Every single time, getting dressed postpartum is an absolute nightmare,” Kylie explained. She said many new mothers expect to return to their pre-pregnancy clothes immediately after giving birth, only to discover that their bodies need considerably more time to recover.
She also emphasized that learning to accept stretch marks and other physical changes does not happen instantly. “It’s not that you pushed the baby out and looked at your body and thought, ‘You know what? I still got it,’” Kylie said.
For Kylie, that acceptance came gradually. “It took me until probably after my third baby to be like, ‘You know what? My stomach is never going to look the same,’” she shared. “And that’s OK, because the tiny humans that I have created with my body … you just have to sit in this moment of gratitude.”
