Rhapsody Of Realities 9 May 2026: You Already Have The Anointing

Rhapsody Of Realities 9 May 2026 By Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (Christ Embassy): You Already Have The Anointing

TOPIC: You Already Have The Anointing (Rhapsody of Realities 9 May 2026)

But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things (1 John 2:20).

Rhapsody Of Realities For Today’s MESSAGE:

You can be blessed through the grace God has given to someone else. You can be influenced by their faith, and they can join their faith with yours to get something done. But no one can increase the anointing on your life, because you already have all the anointing there could ever be. If you’d trust this truth, you’d do amazing things.

The Bible says, “…ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…” (Acts 1:8). The Holy Spirit came upon them on the day of Pentecost for the purpose of dwelling inside them. He comes upon, to enter in. He came upon you to prepare you as the tabernacle of God, and now He lives in you. How could you then have a lesser unction or anointing when He lives in you in His totality, His fullness?

The Scriptures tell us something extraordinary: we are members of Christ’s body, of His flesh, and of His bones (Ephesians 5:30). It doesn’t get better than that. John 1:16 also says, “…of his fullness have all we received, and grace for grace.” And then 1 John 4:17 declares“…as he is, so are we in this world.”

That means God sees us the way He sees Jesus. Demons see us the way they saw Jesus. What more do you want? You already have what you need. In 1 John 2:20, John, by the Spirit, wrote to the saints saying, “…ye have an unction from the Holy One….” Notice He didn’t say, “Try to get more unction from the Lord”; rather he said you already have it!

The same word translated “unction” is translated “anointing” in the 27th verse that says, “But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you….” Having received the Holy Spirit, God never gives the impression that you need to get something more before you can live for Him or function for Him.

You already received all the power, glory and authority you need to live transcendently on earth. The anointing is inside you and that anointing teaches you and abides in you forever. This is your reality.

PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for your glory, power, authority and dominion granted me forever because I’ve received the Holy Spirit. I live conscious of His greatness within me as I function in the fullness of Christ. I walk in boldness, dominion and supernatural ability, manifesting your glory everywhere, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY

1 John 2:27 (NIV) As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him.

Romans 8:10-11 (KJV) And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. [11] But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Angela Faces Double the Effort as Australia’s $100 Billion Industry Faces Challenges

0

The glass cabinets gleam with freshly baked muffins as the morning buzz envelops a bustling café in Sydney’s northern suburbs. Angela Vithoulkas, the dedicated small business owner, is already engrossed in what promises to be another long day.

Her latest project, Small Doses café, faces the challenging landscape of 2026, making it harder than ever to achieve profitability, according to the seasoned entrepreneur.

“I’m absolutely floored by the skyrocketing prices,” Vithoulkas shares with SBS News.

“Nowadays, I have to exert twice the effort compared to before. My day starts at 4:30 AM and stretches until about 5 PM, six days a week,” she explains.

Managing her eighteenth business endeavor, Vithoulkas draws on her experience as a former politician and small business advocate to navigate these demanding times.

“Since I opened this new business, I’ve seen prices increase by around 18 per cent across everything that we do. Power bills are going up by $500 a month. And I have tried everything to save on power.”

Australia’s hospitality industry was valued at $100 billion in 2025, but is already experiencing record-high business failures, leading all other sectors in insolvencies.

One in 10 food and beverage businesses closed their doors in the year to March.

As the Albanese government prepares to hand down its fifth budget, tax relief and moves to reduce red tape are forecast. Treasurer Jim Chalmers aims to save businesses money and boost productivity.

However, small business owners like Vithoulkas will also be watching closely for any relief on rising energy costs, interest rates and broader operating pressures, measures that might ease the strain on already tight margins.

Small businesses under pressure as costs rise

The latest interest rate rise was another blow for Australia’s 2.7 million small business owners, many of whom carry hefty business loans.

Ivan Colhoun, chief economist at credit reporting agency CreditorWatch, says: “Two key drivers of insolvencies are interest rates and energy prices. Both are much higher in recent months.

“If that situation is maintained, we’re going to see insolvencies continue to rise in the months ahead,” he tells SBS News.

According to the April data from CreditorWatch, a growing number of food and beverage companies are up to 60 days behind in paying their invoices.

“We are seeing an increase in credit inquiries, particularly about food and beverage companies,” Colhoun says.

Industry calls for more support in federal budget

The industry peak representative body, Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA), is seeking more support for small businesses.

As well as making the instant asset write-off permanent, COSBOA has urged the government to increase the threshold in Tuesday’s budget. It covers tax deductions of up to $20,000 for eligible purchases.

The scheme currently allows small businesses with an aggregated turnover of less than $10 million to deduct the cost of eligible assets such as equipment and tools, rather than depreciating them over time. It is available for assets first used or installed, ready for use, between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.

COSBOA CEO Skye Cappuccio says: “We are also calling on the federal government to increase the threshold to what it was in 2021, which was $150,000.”

The instant asset write-off is a proven measure to support small businesses to invest in their own growth.

Vithoulkas welcomes COSBOA’s proposal.

“I need a new commercial fridge that costs around $80,000. An increase in the write-off would mean that, instead of depreciating, I could claim it on tax,” she says.

“Raising the write-off threshold would also give business owners a chance to assess what they’re going to upgrade and how they’re going to do it.”

There are other threats facing owner-operators.

The average self-reported cost of a cyber incident for Australian small businesses has risen to $56,000, up 14 per cent on the previous year, according to the latest Australian Signals Directorate’s Annual Cyber Threat Report.

Vithoulkas is among those affected.

“My server got hacked this week, and I was offline for three days. I was scared because I have no idea what I’ve lost. I don’t know if I’m ever going to get it back, and I don’t know what’s been interfered with,” she says.

Cappuccio hopes the government continues to fund the Cyber Wardens program, which offers free short courses for small business operators.

“Cyber Wardens is a really important program, supporting small businesses to increase their cyber awareness and their cybersecurity at a time when that really matters,” she says. “We are calling on the government to continue their investment.”

Vithoulkas says upskilling has been a constant throughout her decades running businesses, after growing up in a family of entrepreneurial Greek migrants.

“My parents arrived in Australia, separately, in the 50s and 60s. They were small business owners as well. So that’s where I learned to work long hours and step up for a challenge,” she says.

Despite the headwinds, Vithoulkas isn’t looking for a handout in the 12 May federal budget.

“After 40 years in business, I don’t need a box of tissues to get through this,” she says.

“I need to sit down and plan. How can my menu improve to become more profitable? Where else can I save costs? And how can I grow the business?”

Vithoulkas is also reluctant to pass on costs to customers.

“I think people do expect prices of things like coffee to go up in line with interest rate rises, inflation, global conflicts, fuel supply shortages,” says regular customer Lutfi Hady.

“However, these guys have been good at keeping their prices stable, so I am here every day.”

Vithoulkas also makes a point of greeting most customers by name before taking their orders.

“That really goes a long way, keeping a personal connection with people,” Hady says.

It’s just a few of the reasons that, over the past 40 years, Vithoulkas has run so many successful businesses.

She says a strong small-business sector is vital to Australia’s economic growth.

Australia has been built on the back of small business. There are 2.7 million now operating, and they employ more than five million people.

“So, investing in small business owners is investing in Australia’s future. Ignoring us will lead to more unemployment and less prosperity,” she says.

Inside Sarah Ferguson and P. Diddy’s Unexpected ‘Friends with Benefits’ Connection: What You Need to Know

0

The anticipated day of reckoning for Andrew and Sarah arrived far earlier than anticipated by the Royal Family, the media, or the public.

In August 2025, a series of emails surfaced, contradicting Prince Andrew’s previous claims of severing ties with Jeffrey Epstein in February 2011. Instead, the emails revealed that their communication extended for another four years. In one exchange, Andrew expressed his eagerness to meet again, stating he wanted to “play some more soon!!!!”

By November 2025, the consequences were severe. Prince Andrew was stripped of his royal titles, becoming Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. The following month, he and his former wife Sarah Ferguson were compelled to vacate Royal Lodge, their expansive 30-room residence situated within the Windsor Castle estate.

Sarah Ferguson faced her own controversies, having misled the public about the duration of her association with Epstein. Publicly distancing herself from him since the spring of 2011, she privately described him as “a steadfast, generous, and supreme friend to me and my family.”

The emails laid bare the true depth of her ties with the disgraced financier. Their relationship was far more intimate than previously admitted, with Epstein financially supporting Ferguson for 15 years. Moreover, she and her daughters were among the initial visitors to Epstein following his release from prison.

Epstein had even paid for economy flights for Eugenie and Beatrice – then 19 and 20 – and a business-class seat for their mother at a cost of $14,080. Sarah wanted more. She asked Epstein to upgrade her to first class and her daughters to business, a request he ignored. She also, for good measure, supplied her British Airways frequent flyer number.

Sarah was so desperate for money she offered to work as a house assistant to the convicted paedophile, calling him a ‘legend’.

‘I am at your service,’ she said. ‘Just marry me.’

A Palace source emphasised that Sarah always gravitated to being with the bad boy: ‘Look at her long history; every man she dated or associated with had a controversial past – they all have sleazy and chequered pasts. She likes to live on the edge. She can’t settle down with a good man. It would bore her to tears.’

‘Fergie made no secret how she wanted to marry someone in the US who was wealthy and powerful,’ a Palm Beach friend of Epstein said. ‘If Jeffrey popped the question, she would have said yes. Even after… he was convicted of being a sex offender. She had a reputation for being an opportunist and for sleeping with wealthy men.’

One such wealthy man was the rapper P Diddy.

A former employee at P Diddy’s Bad Boy Records said the rapper was obsessed with the Royal Family, bragged about ‘slamming’ Sarah and once said ‘he could not wait until Fergie’s daughters come of age’.

This is confirmed by another associate of the singer who says Diddy, real name Sean Combs, first met Sarah Ferguson in New York in 2002 at a party thrown by Ghislaine Maxwell and that their ‘secret friends with benefits’ relationship began in 2004 and lasted for years.

In 2006 he launched his own perfume, Unforgivable, which he claimed was inspired by Sarah and how she liked a man to smell.

She introduced her two daughters to the rapper many times, including a yacht party weekend with Eugenie, then 16, in 2006. ‘Sean’s parties were wild,’ a Royal Family staff member said. ‘The fact that she brought Eugenie around was alarming.’

The duchess and rapper met in Europe and Africa. ‘They’d meet in luxurious hotels… They once stayed at a seven-star hotel that was over £50,000 a night. They spared no expense.’

In 2025, Diddy was found guilty on two counts of transportation for prostitution and sentenced to 50 months in prison.

One of Sarah’s long-serving personal assistants confirmed that Sarah tended to sleep not just with her fantasy figures but with her financial benefactors.

Life with the duchess was ‘chaotic’, said the assistant, who in common with other staff members had problems getting paid. They often had to buy things using their own credit cards.

Sarah herself drew on Beatrice’s credit card constantly and paid one psychic in cigarettes. She rarely paid for anything, expecting to be given products for free or be entertained by friends.

In spite of that, the money poured out. Sarah maintained an apartment on the Upper East Side in New York. Personal trainers waited on call but were never used and one person was employed just to organise all the tablets Sarah took.

Sarah talked endlessly about having messed up her relationship with Diana and about her love of the Queen – she hated Philip and Edward – and her parents. The assistant was struck by her immaturity. ‘She had this constant need to be wanted, with the result that she had no boundaries.’

She has talked up her relationship with the Queen but according to a royal source, the monarch ‘repeatedly trashed Fergie’ behind the scenes.

The source said: ‘Several people, notably the Queen, ex-Prince Andrew and Prince Charles, were aware of her activities for years but turned a blind eye to protect the family from more scandal.’

Questions continue to be asked about the extent of Andrew’s daughters’ involvement with Jeffrey Epstein, their commercial activities and the purpose of their charities.

Andrew has always been very protective of Beatrice and Eugenie and their status, pressing for them to be working royals and to receive police protection.

He even tried to alter Letters Patent so that Beatrice could inherit his title, but the Queen refused.

The daughters’ own business activities have come under increased scrutiny, especially those in the Middle East.

Beatrice has worked for Afiniti, a multinational data and software firm, since 2016, first as vice-president of partnerships and strategy and now as a strategic adviser. The firm filed for bankruptcy protection in late 2024 just as her appearances in the Middle East became more high profile.

She has also recently set up two companies – Purpose Economy Intelligence Ltd and BY-EQ (Beatrice York – Emotional Quotient), which describes itself as ‘working with technology and market-leading companies to maximise the positive impact they can have’.

In its first year, it reported a modest £39,000 profit, but recent accounts showed its earnings in 2024 came close to £500,000. According to one royal source, ‘She’s made millions promoting things like high-tech companies, a Saudi bank and several charities.’

Eugenie works in client relations for contemporary art gallery Hauser & Wirth.

She also has business dealings in the region and ‘was recently gifted an expensive medieval piece of art worth millions by a Turkish billionaire’.

Both women have refused requests by the King and William for an audit of their finances. One has to ask: why?

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s lack of consideration and his arrogance have been evident through his life.

Seconded to a nuclear submarine, Andrew ‘generally behaved like an arse to everyone,’ said one crewman, and the then-duke criticised another submariner for ‘dressing slovenly’.

After Andrew left a pair of kid-leather flying gloves behind in the control room, the submariner took them into the bathroom, ‘did something unspeakable and then returned the gloves’, which did much to raise the morale of the crew.

His protection officers disliked him, but out of loyalty to their colleagues and concern about their pensions, few spoke out. On one occasion, however, one of them caught an intruder in the Palace grounds and roughed him up. It took the policeman an inordinately long time to ‘realise’ that the intruder was the Queen’s second son.

Andrew bullied underlings. According to one member of staff at Sunninghill, ‘If he passed you in the corridor, you had to stop mid-walk and curtsey, and if he thought it was insufficient he’d stand over you saying “lower” and make you repeat the curtsey until he was satisfied.’

While staying with the Royal Family at Sandringham one weekend, one long-standing friend of the family attended a pheasant shoot. Mid-morning, everyone gathered for hot soup and sausage rolls. The guest was standing next to Andrew, who had his labrador by his side. Suddenly the dog leapt and snatched the guest’s sausage roll from his hand, causing him to laugh.

Andrew kicked the dog in the head, leaving her whimpering on the ground.

‘That is the most disgusting thing that you have just done to your beautiful dog,’ said the guest. ‘You should be ashamed of yourself!’

‘P*** off,’ Andrew retorted. ‘It is none of your business and I will do precisely what I want to MY dogs.’

That evening, Prince Philip came up to the guest and said, ‘What you said to my son today was absolutely right and Her Majesty and I fully agree with what you said. Andrew needs a good scolding from time to time.’

Andrew’s sexual predatory behaviour started at an early age. He used the same chat-up line when dancing: ‘What’s it like to have a royal cock rub up against your leg?’

John Longmuir, an armed police officer at Heathrow whose duties included escorting VIPs through airside and on to the aircraft, was shocked by Andrew’s behaviour in 2004.

A female British Airways crew member, who Andrew had never met, put out her hand to shake his as he entered the first-class cabin. He took it, pulled her towards him, spun her round so she had her back to him and then ‘bent her forward so that his groin was clearly and firmly in contact with her backside. He then appeared to mimic a golf swing and was laughing.

Andrew’s sexual predatory behaviour started at an early age, writes Andrew Lownie

‘To me she looked awkward and bemused. I would judge the prince’s actions amount to a possible sexual assault but there was no way that the Met Police or British Airways would have gone down that road at that time.’

A stewardess on a first-class British Airways flight to New York in 2010 tells how Andrew complained a bottle of water was too cold. She apologised and said all the water was in the chiller, so ‘he undid his flies, shoved the bottle of water down his trousers and said, “This will warm it up.”’

On a visit to Hong Kong in 2010, Andrew took over the top floor of the Landmark Hotel for ‘private time’. He shocked Brenton Battenfeld, the banker deputed to look after him (because he knew the best restaurants) because of ‘his perversions and fascination with Japanese porn and rope bondage and need to seek out women from the red-light districts.’

At the end of January 2026 came a further release of Epstein emails by the US Department of Justice.

The new documents provided further evidence of Andrew’s closeness to top Chinese officials and that he spent ‘a great deal of time’ with Xi Jinping, the country’s leader.

They also revealed that a woman, who was not British and who was then in her twenties, had given a statement to the FBI in July 2020 in which she alleged she had been abused by Epstein and Andrew between 1996 and 2018 in the UK and France, including being taken to Royal Lodge in 2010 and afterwards being given a tour of Buckingham Palace.

Her lawyer, Brad Edwards, said she was considering a civil case against Andrew. ‘He [Epstein] and Andrew have dragged me through hell and back,’ she said. ‘They tore me and hurt the very soul of me. He became a controller and sexually abused me. He was friends with Andrew, who did the same thing.’

Documents also showed that an exotic dancer at Rachel’s Strip Club in Florida claimed she had performed ‘various sex acts’ on both Epstein and Andrew, after being taken to a 2006 party at Epstein’s Palm Beach home, where she danced for the men before they asked her for a ‘threesome’.

Andrew kneeling over a woman lying on the floor in one of a tranche of photographs released by the FBI in the Epstein Files earlier this year

Andrew kneeling over a woman lying on the floor in one of a tranche of photographs released by the FBI in the Epstein Files earlier this year

Her lawyer, William K. Vogeler, wrote that during the party his client had observed many young women, some as ‘young as 14 years old’, that the dancer had been prevailed on to engage in various sex acts and had only ever received $2,000 of the $10,000 promised.

According to the new material, Andrew had been on a 2025 FBI shortlist of 11 ‘prominent names’ accused of sexual abuse during investigations by the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force.

The allegations included that he had taken part in orgies on Epstein’s private jet, been given sexual favours to keep him ‘happy’ on the instructions of Ghislaine Maxwell and been seen dirty dancing with a ‘young girl’ on Little Saint James, Epstein’s private Caribbean island.

A former pupil has told me how, in the early 1990s, Andrew used to return to Gordonstoun, ostensibly to visit his nephew and niece Peter and Zara Phillips who were pupils at the school. The ex-pupil was discussing an essay with a teacher one evening and was surprised to see ‘A M-W chatting to the third form girls in their dormitory. I did not witness anything untoward happening and I presume if it was him that he had permission to be there.’

One has to ask, however: why was he there?

What is Andrew’s current state of mind? According to a member of his staff, he misses seeing his grandchildren but had coped with the stress of recent years through riding: he had ‘found a deeper connection with nature and animals to help him escape the daily stress of all the “unfounded” allegations about him circulating in the media’:

‘It’s been very hard to deal with,’ he said. ‘The hardest thing was how it affected my family and put so much burden on them. For that, I’m sorry beyond words and unfortunately will have to bear that regret for the rest of my life.’

A royal source said Andrew spends hour after hour playing video games and watching golf on a super-sized TV.

It’s not uncommon for him to stay up all night playing Call of Duty. He prioritises gaming over work, health and hygiene.

The conversation ended with Andrew admitting he feels a ‘profound alienation’: ‘I won’t try to kid you. My life has been turned upside down, and often I feel a deep-rooted sense of being alone in the world. I need to establish new routines and networks.

Saudi money

Wendy Erskine, wife of a wing commander at RAF Lossiemouth, met Andrew when he visited the airbase in 1998. Chatting to Erskine, Andrew said he frequently visited the Saudi royal family and found them very boring but went so often because ‘it made his mother, the Queen, a lot of money in arms deals’.

Andrew had brought with him an Arab dhow in a massive glass case, a gift from the Saudi royals, which he cheerfully suggested his guests could shoot for target practice, or ‘drop it from a plane … just anything to get rid of the hideous thing’.

‘Perhaps I’ll end up doing it somewhere else. Money isn’t an issue because I’ve made some shrewd business deals over the years that afford me a good lifestyle. I’ve been completely misunderstood, and I’m hopeful that one day the naked truth will finally let out. I won’t lie to you, this has been the most distressing experience of my life.’

Now homeless, Sarah Ferguson also faces a bleak future; her reputation is in tatters. For months she disappeared from sight, with sightings at a Swiss wellness clinic and in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

Andrew’s two daughters have been cut loose from the wider Royal Family – at least in public. Their titles and subsidised accommodation – Beatrice a flat in St James’s and Eugenie a three-bedroom cottage at Kensington Palace – are now in doubt.

The fall of the House of York is a tragedy for the family, but the family brought it on itself through poor judgment and greed.

The scandal has also deeply affected the House of Windsor, as King Charles wrestles with restoring trust in the monarchy and growing public concern about how complicit he was in protecting his younger brother.

It is inconceivable that he did not know about Andrew’s activities, given widespread media coverage, and it is extraordinary that no action was taken by the institution against the couple after Sarah Ferguson was caught on film attempting to sell access to her former husband for £500,000 in 2010 and the 2022 High Court trial of Selman Turk revealed large unexplained payments to three members of the York family.

The Epstein scandal has drawn attention to the Royal Family’s lack of transparency – not least over financial matters – and royal privilege, and their apparent unwillingness to modernise and become less secretive.

The Prince of Wales understands the issues and has hinted at change. It is understood he believes the monarchy needs to be closer to the European model – smaller and driven by service not privilege, by duty not pomp – but many commentators wonder if, like his father, William is fully ready to embrace change. At the moment he will not even declare how much tax he pays on the Duchy of Cornwall estate.

The reign of King Charles will not be a long one and it will be defined by how he deals with the ‘Andrew Problem’. It could be the making of the institution if the King makes the necessary reforms – or it could simply hasten its irrelevance if he does not.

Sarah’s 10,000-franc bill

In December 2025, vVoosh, the company of Sarah Ferguson’s former boyfriend Manuel Fernandez, for which she had acted as a brand ambassador, went into administration.

Its linked charity, on whose board Sarah sat and which purported to help ‘relieve poverty’ and ‘promote good health and education in disadvantaged areas throughout the world’, had spent nothing. The Charity Commission has now closed it, concluding that it had never conducted any charitable work.

Further stories emerged about how Sarah Ferguson had used charity work not only to launder her reputation and promote her social life but to subsidise her lifestyle.

Homayra Sellier, long involved in child protection, had invited Sarah to be a patron of a dinner raising money for sexually abused children, two hours from the ski resort where Sarah part-owned a chalet.

Sarah’s requirements to attend included ‘two luxurious suites in a five-star hotel, a chauffeur to whisk her back and forth from Verbier, and a business-class ticket from Boston to a location I can’t quite recall’.

The total bill came to 10,000 Swiss francs, a large sum for a non-profit organisation and one Sellier felt obliged to pay herself: ‘What stung the most was [Sarah’s] insistence on the plane ticket, despite being two hours away, and having a driver sent to pick her up, especially knowing that we were fundraising for a noble cause.’

Influencer Clavicular Faces Legal Trouble After Alleged Alligator Shooting on Livestream Sparks Outrage

0

Clavicular, a well-known figure in the “looksmaxxing” community and a viral video sensation, finds himself embroiled in legal challenges once more. Florida officials claim that he broadcasted himself repeatedly shooting a deceased alligator on a live social media feed.

The 20-year-old influencer, whose real identity is Braden Eric Peters, is now confronting a misdemeanor charge for allegedly firing a weapon in a public space, as per court records accessed by Fox News Digital.

The charges arise from an event on March 26, during which Peters is accused of livestreaming the act of shooting a lifeless alligator at the Francis Taylor Everglades Wildlife Management Area. This incident was reported by People, sparking widespread public attention.

The footage quickly gained traction online, showing Peters aboard an airboat halting in front of the dead reptile.

In a statement provided to the media, Peters’ attorney urged the public to remain open-minded as the legal proceedings progress. They emphasized that no claims have been made regarding harm to any living animal and suggested that much of the public’s response has been influenced by incomplete or distorted narratives online.

“My client relied on representations made by individuals in positions of authority and never acted with criminal purpose or intent,” the statement continued. “Mr. Morales intends on resolving this matter in a way that promotes the rule of law and respect for law enforcement.”

The charges are not the first time the influencer has faced legal woes in the Sunshine State.

In March, Peters was arrested in Fort Lauderdale on a warrant for alleged battery and criminal conspiracy to commit battery issued by officials in Osceola County.

The charges stemmed from an incident in which Osceola County deputies responded to an Airbnb near Kissimmee regarding an alleged altercation on Feb. 2, according to a statement from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office sent to Fox News Digital.

When authorities arrived at the scene, an unidentified 19-year-old woman told police she had allegedly been battered by 24-year-old Violet Marie Lentz, who is reportedly Peters’ girlfriend.

Upon further investigation, detectives revealed Peters had allegedly instigated the fight between the pair and posted a video of the altercation on social media to “exploit the two women,” authorities said.

Peters was subsequently taken into custody on $1,000 bond, with authorities also issuing a warrant for Lentz on charges of misdemeanor battery.

Fox News Digital reached out to attorneys for Peters, Torres and Morales for comment, as well as the FWC and Miami-Dade Prosecutors’ Office Prosecutors Office.

Top 4 Morning Exercises to Firm Up Arm Jiggle for Those Over 55—Faster Than Traditional Weight Training

For those over 55, achieving toned arms is less about pumping heavy iron and more about maintaining consistent, targeted muscle engagement. As we age, our muscles crave regular tension to stay firm, and traditional weightlifting routines often fall short due to their emphasis on heavier weights and fewer repetitions. These methods can lead to inconsistent muscle engagement and longer recovery periods, which are less effective for older adults. Having coached many individuals in this age bracket, I’ve observed that the swiftest improvements stem from daily, controlled movements, particularly when performed in the morning.

There is a unique advantage in starting your day with these exercises. Morning workouts, even without weights, enhance blood circulation, activate muscles, and establish strong movement patterns that last throughout the day. By energizing your body early, you avoid the pitfalls of later-day fatigue and joint stiffness, building foundational strength that supports your daily activities.

The secret ingredient to these exercises is control. Quick, hasty repetitions won’t deliver the desired results; instead, slow, deliberate movements are key. By keeping your muscles, particularly the triceps and shoulders, under tension for longer periods, you stimulate the muscle fibers necessary for rebuilding tone and tightening the skin.

Morning sessions create a powerful advantage without weights. They increase blood flow, wake up the muscles, and reinforce strong movement patterns before the day begins. Instead of waiting until later, when energy dips or joints feel stiff, you build strength early and carry that activation into everything you do.

Another key factor comes down to control. Fast reps don’t firm the arms: slow, deliberate movement does. When you keep the muscles under tension longer, especially the triceps and shoulders, you create the stimulus needed to rebuild tone and tighten the area.

The following morning exercises target the triceps, shoulders, and supporting muscles using simple, effective movements you can perform each morning. Stay controlled, focus on squeezing at the top of each rep, and keep tension on the muscles throughout.

Standing Overhead Arm Extensions (Bodyweight Focus)

This movement directly targets the triceps, which play the biggest role in reducing arm jiggle. I use it often because it isolates the back of the arms without requiring weights, allowing you to focus entirely on muscle engagement.

Raising your arms overhead and bending at the elbows creates a deep stretch through the triceps. Extending the arms back up and squeezing at the top forces the muscle to contract fully. Moving slowly keeps the triceps under constant tension, which helps rebuild tone more effectively.

How to Do It

  • Stand tall with arms extended overhead
  • Bend your elbows to lower your hands
  • Keep your upper arms steady
  • Extend your arms back up
  • Squeeze at the top and repeat.

Wall Push-Ups With Slow Tempo

Wall push-ups strengthen the arms, chest, and shoulders while allowing you to control the intensity. I rely on this exercise because it builds strength without placing excessive strain on the joints.

Lowering toward the wall slowly increases time under tension through the triceps and chest. Pushing back to the starting position reinforces strength and control. Over time, this improves muscle tone and reduces looseness in the arms.

How to Do It

  • Stand facing a wall
  • Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height
  • Bend your elbows to lower your body
  • Push back slowly
  • Repeat with control.

Standing Arm Circles With Hold

This exercise builds endurance and strength in the shoulders, which support overall arm tone. I include it often because it keeps the muscles under continuous tension without requiring equipment.

Extending your arms out to the sides and performing small circles forces the shoulders to stay engaged. Holding briefly at certain points increases intensity and improves control. Over time, this helps firm the upper arms and improve definition.

How to Do It

  • Stand tall with arms extended to the sides
  • Make small circles forward
  • Keep arms steady and controlled
  • Pause briefly during the motion
  • Reverse direction after several reps.

Standing Tricep Kickbacks (Bodyweight Emphasis)

This final movement isolates the triceps through a controlled extension, making it highly effective for firming the back of the arms. I often finish routines with this exercise because it reinforces a strong contraction where it matters most.

Leaning slightly forward and extending your arms backward forces the triceps to contract fully. Holding briefly at the top increases time under tension, while lowering slowly keeps the muscle engaged. Over time, this leads to stronger, firmer arms.

How to Do It

  • Stand with a slight forward lean
  • Bend your elbows at your sides
  • Extend your arms backward
  • Squeeze at the top
  • Return slowly and repeat.

Unveiling the Drama: Behind-the-Scenes Turmoil on the Set of ‘Frasier’ Revealed

This article contains references to addiction.

“Frasier,” a beloved sitcom that entertained audiences for 11 seasons, had its share of off-screen drama. Kelsey Grammer, who played the eccentric radio psychiatrist Dr. Frasier Crane, reportedly clashed with Mercedes Ruehl. Ruehl, who portrayed station manager Kate Costas, allegedly resented Grammer’s influence over the show. According to TV Tropes, she once sarcastically remarked to Grammer, “You know, I’ve decided if I could be anyone in the world, I would want to be you.”

Ruehl’s challenges on “Frasier” extended beyond her interactions with Grammer. Her theater background made adapting to television difficult, leading to her departure after five episodes. Speaking with The Seattle Times in December 1995, Ruehl explained, “When you do film, you aim your performance at a lens. In theater, you aim your performance at a roomful of people, but in television, you’ve got a lens and a bank of people behind it.” She added, “You just don’t know where to aim it — and it really is a thing that has to be aimed.” Ruehl also hinted at having a different creative vision from the show’s writers.

The tension on set wasn’t confined to human interactions. The late John Mahoney, who played Frasier’s father Martin Crane, reportedly didn’t get along with his canine co-star, Eddie the dog, because the animal had a habit of biting him. Kelsey Grammer recounted to TV Guide in 2017, “Mahoney hated him.”

Despite these challenges, the core cast of “Frasier” generally maintained a solid rapport, with few instances of drama. Their bond was so strong that in 1996, they organized an intervention for Kelsey Grammer, who was grappling with substance abuse issues exacerbated by personal tragedies, including the murder of his sister. John Mahoney reflected on this difficult time during a 2004 interview with “Dateline” (via NBC News), stating, “It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life because basically, it’s kicking a dead horse. It’s going to somebody’s house whom you love, who’s down, and just beating him down even further for his own good. And it was — it was horrifying.”

Kelsey Grammer had to have an intervention for substance use

Fortunately, most of the main cast of “Frasier” was pretty solid and rarely ran into drama while filming. They were so close, in fact, that they held an intervention for Kelsey Grammer in 1996. Despite his lovable onscreen persona, the show’s star navigated substance use, sparked partially by family tragedy — including his sister’s murder. “It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life because basically, it’s kicking a dead horse,” shared John Mahoney with “Dateline” in 2004 (via NBC News). “It’s going to somebody’s house whom you love, who’s down, and just beating him down even further for his own good. And it was — it was horrifying.”

Grammer himself realized the severity of his condition after a car accident. “After I rolled the Viper that’s when I realized that I’d done something . . .” he shared on the E! series “Celebrity Profile” in 2001 (via the New York Post). “I actually spoke to Camille [his then-girlfriend and future wife Camille Donatacci] on the phone after that and said, ‘I’ve done something I’m really ashamed of and I’m embarrassed about and I gotta get some help.’” Fortunately, things worked out for Grammer, who refused to let his past mistakes define him. “In the end, the tortured Kelsey Grammer — that guy doesn’t really exist,” he continued, adding, “Kelsey Grammer has been tortured, but not to the point where it ever really extinguished my joy.” He’s been sober for decades.

Tragic Neglect: Coroner Reveals How Medication Shortage Led to MS Patient’s Heartbreaking Death

Inset: Elizabeth Fike (Gates Funeral Home). Background: News footage of the conditions of the home where Elizabeth Fike died in October 2025 (KDKA).

A Pennsylvania woman, who had battled multiple sclerosis until her passing last year, has been deemed a homicide victim, according to the coroner’s findings.

Elizabeth Fike, aged 44, passed away on October 16, 2025, in her Uniontown residence. She shared this home with her boyfriend, who also acted as her caregiver.

Dr. Bob Baker, the Fayette County Coroner, was called to the scene where he discovered Fike deceased amidst unsanitary conditions, as initially reported by Law&Crime.

During a conversation with the local CBS affiliate KDKA, Baker revealed that the investigation concluded Fike had remained confined to her bed for over three months prior to her death.

On Thursday, Baker officially attributed Fike’s death to neglect, categorizing it as a homicide, as detailed in a statement released on social media.

In Thursday’s update, Baker added that Fike had a “stage IV decubitus ulcer,” commonly known as a bedsore, and “urosepsis,” which can be caused when a urinary tract infection (UTI) spreads to the bloodstream.

When Baker spoke to KDKA in October 2025, he provided photos of the inside of the home where Fike lived with Tim Childs, her boyfriend and caregiver. Baker pointed out that while a new hospital bed, wheelchair, and commode were all found in the home, they were all unused. A bedpan with three-week-old bath water in it was next to a bed that was covered in filth.

Baker said at the time that an investigation would be conducted into Fike’s death due to the “deplorable conditions and severity of neglect in care.”

Childs spoke with local NBC affiliate WTAE shortly after Fike’s death and told the station, “I have cerebral palsy, and I did the best of my ability to do what I needed to do for her. When she had her meds, it was easy. I didn’t have a problem. She ran out of her meds, and it got tougher. I struggled.”

He added, “We had the meds on order, but they hadn’t come in.”

Childs would not comment on the home’s conditions due to the open investigation.

Childs has not been charged with any crime, nor has anyone else since the coroner released his ruling.
