A resident of West Virginia found himself in hot water after repeatedly dialing 911 to report an unusual mix of supernatural and alien visitors at his home, according to officials.

Clinton Wayne Nelan, a 33-year-old from Elkins, was taken into custody on Sunday. He faces charges of improperly using a local emergency phone line and falsely claiming to be a law enforcement officer, as stated by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.

In response to a flurry of emergency calls about zombies, ghosts, and a UFO, four deputies were dispatched to Nelan’s home.

“Upon reaching the scene, Mr. Nelan alleged harassment by multiple individuals and falsely identified himself as a police officer from Louisiana,” reported the sheriff’s office.

Authorities later verified that Nelan was not affiliated with any police department and had indeed abused the emergency communication system to lodge false claims.

Nelan was arrested and booked into the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a cash-only $2,500 bond, online records show.

A former CIA scientist has recently made an intriguing revelation regarding the existence of multiple alien species that the United States government purportedly keeps under wraps. Dr. Hal Puthoff, a physicist and electrical engineer, who was deeply involved in the intelligence community’s psychic spy and UFO research initiatives during the 1970s and 1980s, has shared insights about encounters with “at least four separate types” of extraterrestrial life from recovered UFO crashes.

The discussion of these alien species is not new. It was previously broached by physicist Dr. Eric Davis, a figure renowned for his contributions to classified Pentagon projects. Davis provided testimony to Congress, suggesting that entities such as ‘Grays, Nordics, Insectoids, and Reptilians’ might be the operators behind unidentified flying crafts.

According to Davis, these beings are described as humanoid and approximately the size of humans. He also hinted at their possible connection to covert reverse-engineering programs, which are supposedly underway globally. Such programs have been likened by U.S. officials to a new kind of Cold War.

In a recent appearance on Steve Bartlett’s podcast, The Diary of a CEO, Puthoff elaborated on these claims. He stated, “There are at least four types. Four separate types. Now, I have not had direct access to that, but I believe the people I talked to. Four different types of life, at least.” This assertion adds a layer of intrigue and mystery to the ongoing conversation about extraterrestrial life and government secrecy.

The Grays are the classic four-foot-tall creatures with large heads and enormous, almond-shaped black eyes, while Nordics are said to closely resemble extremely tall humans from Scandinavia, with blond hair, blue eyes and fair skin.

Reptilians may be the most infamous of the alien races mentioned, as this giant species has been alleged to look like serpents but walk like humans, and have the ability to shapeshift, sparking unproven claims from conspiracy theorists that these creatures regularly infiltrate human society.

Meanwhile, the Insectoids have been said to resemble giant mantis-like creatures with multiple limbs, an exoskeleton, mandibles and antennae.

Puthoff appeared on the May 14 podcast with filmmaker and director Dan Farah, who recently released the bombshell documentary The Age of Disclosure, which claimed that the US government has been covering up a massive UFO recovery operation since the 1940s.

Farah said during the interview: ‘The people I’ve talked to, through the process of making the documentary, both on camera and off the record sources, and the people Hal’s talked to over the decades have said that there have been dozens of recoveries of crashed craft in the US alone.’

‘Dozens of craft of non-human origin that either crashed organically or caused a crash and then recovered,’ the director added.

Farah’s documentary interviewed a plethora of high-ranking government officials, military veterans and whistleblowers from the US intelligence community who revealed what they knew about the global effort to reverse engineer advanced technology left behind by these four races.

This included testimony from physicist Davis, a colleague of Puthoff’s who previously revealed what he knew about the four alien races during a special meeting on Capitol Hill in May last year.

Davis stunned those at the hearing by revealing detailed descriptions of the species, which he said were the alleged operators of unidentified craft over the US.

‘The greys, the Nordics… People are talking about reptilians and insectoids. It’s not that they’re reptilian or insectoid. It’s that they resemble, to the percipient, a reptile or insect-type humanoid. Because they have a head, and four limbs, and a torso.’

The concept of Grays quickly became the popular alien depiction in the mid-1960s, largely due to the famous Betty and Barney Hill abduction case. 

The New Hampshire couple described being taken by small humanoids with smooth gray skin, large black almond-shaped eyes, and lacking typical human features like noses or ears. 

The Nordics, the tall Scandinavian-like aliens, have often been linked to the Pleiades star cluster, a region 440 light-years (or 2.6 trillion miles) from Earth.

Those who have allegedly contacted these entities, or were aware of government agencies that did, have said the Nordics possessed advanced technology and had peaceful intentions. They have been featured in UFO lore since the 1950s.

Insectoids, meanwhile, have been part of alien mythology since at least the early 1900s, with roots tracing back to Georges Melies’ 1902 film A Trip to the Moon.

These beings have been compared to six-foot-tall versions of Earth’s praying mantis, and those who have claimed to see these creatures alleged that the Insectoids were a telepathic race, capable of sending messages directly to the human mind.

As for the Reptilian theory, there have been wild claims that the shape-shifting aliens secretly control Earth, a conspiracy theory popularized by David Icke in the late 20th century.

Interestingly, similar half-human, half-serpent figures appear in ancient South and Southeast Asian myths, such as the Naga.

Despite President Trump ordering the Pentagon to disclose all files related to UFOs and alien life, the government and the military have maintained that there is ‘no verifiable evidence’ that UFOs and extraterrestrials have ever been recovered.

A new batch providing more alleged evidence of non-human encounters is expected to be published this month, including information that Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett called the ‘holy crap’ moment for UFO disclosure.

Multiple members of the House Oversight Committee, who have reportedly been briefed on the upcoming release, have claimed that the files prove non-human intelligence exists in the cosmos.

However, some in Washington, including Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna and Vice President JD Vance, have argued that the beings were not aliens as Puthoff claimed, and were actually ‘interdimensional beings’ which have been documented by humans since biblical times.
