Months after her arrest for a near-fatal crash that reportedly happened while she was under the influence of alcohol, former General Hospital star Haley Pullos made an appearance before a judge in Los Angeles on Wednesday dressed in luxury clothing.
Following the accident in April, where police claimed the 25-year-old actress was going the wrong way on a Pasadena freeway, the actress was charged with DUI. To each charge, she has entered a not guilty plea.
Pullos, who had been Molly Lansing-Davis on the show since she was 11, allegedly couldn’t get out of her car when California highway authorities arrived on the scene, and firefighters had to ‘remove’ her using the jaws of life.
The other unnamed driver sustained major injuries and was taken to a hospital.
The soap actress was arrested for alleged DUI after police discovered multiple little bottles of tequila in her vehicle.
Police claimed she was also under the influence of drugs in addition to booze. Shortly after that, she was removed from the program.
Pullos, who is being charged with two felonies, walked with crutches when she appeared in court the month prior. Before a judge decided to adjourn the hearing so that counsel could exchange evidence, she changed into a more fashionable outfit this time around, including a form-fitting dress and fancy heels.

However, photographs show that her ankle was still in a brace, while other images showcased the former child actress’s stylish ensemble and glitzy manner.
The Soap actress was spotted at one point adjusting the part in her hair as Judge Terry Smerling decided to adjourn the case until October.
Pullos, who is charged with one felony count of DUI causing injury and one felony count of driving with a.08 BAC causing injury, appeared to offer photographers a steely look at various points during the proceedings.
Several of those cameras captured a full-body image of the 5-foot-3 actress as court was adjourned, showcasing both her legs and her black ankle brace in the process.
Her trial is now scheduled to begin at her next court appearance in October, when she will also defend herself against a misdemeanor charge related to an alleged hit-and-run that occurred just before the collision, according to police.
Pullos, who was born in San Jose, had played her General Hospital character since 200, but she was forced to leave the series in May after receiving widespread media attention for her arrest.
After the late-night collision, images of its aftermath were released by Pasadena fire and California Highway Patrol, showing both Pullos’ and the unidentified victims’ cars entirely damaged and strewn along Arroyo Seco Parkway.

At the time of the April 29 crash, which they allege Pullos, 25, caused, prosecutors including Deputy DA Marc St. Hippolyte assert that Pullos was under the influence of both alcohol and marijuana.
The driver of the other vehicle, a Kia, who was only identified as Courtney Wilder, 23, suffered severe injuries and was taken to the hospital, where she nearly passed away.
Amazingly, she and she both made it through. The unnamed victim, who police indicated in a police report was not at all to blame, is now reportedly suing Pullos as well.
According to her lawsuit, the then-24-year-old drove her car the wrong way up the exit ramp to Colorado Boulevard and into the eastbound freeway so that she would not have had time to respond when he noticed her headlights coming.
In her lawsuit, Wilder further contended that Pullos was more concerned with a “over-priced shirt” than with the security and welfare of the accident victims. She claims that while a firefighter was examining her injuries, Pullos struck him and exclaimed, “This is a $400 f****** shirt!” while appearing to be oblivious to the gravity of the situation.

Judge moved to postpone the hearing until October during the hearing on Thursday so that attorneys could exchange evidence.
Police further assert that the actress struck a 27-year-old woman’s Oldsmobile in the westbound lane just before to the collision, which they believe happened while she was speeding down the wrong way of the highway.
Police report states: “It was determined Haley Pullos was involved in a hit and run traffic collision that occurred in the city of Pasadena prior to entering the wrong way onto the eastbound SR-134 freeway.” Authorities have confirmed that the driver of the first car did not sustain serious injuries.
She then veered and landed in the eastbound lane, crashing with an incoming Kia driven by Wilder that was, according to authorities, traveling at 60 mph.
Pullos was discovered by the first responders who arrived on the scene smelling of alcohol, with slurred speech and hazy eyes.
Then, during a search of her white 2019 Ford, which pictures indicate was severely damaged as a result of the collision, marijuana edibles and tequila miniatures were discovered.
Before first responders transported Pullos to Huntington Hospital, Pasadena Fire Department said that they had to fight with Pullos to get her out of her car.

After the April crash, California Highway Patrol and Pasadena fire officials released photos of the late-night crash’s aftermath, showing both Pullos’s and the 23-year-old victim’s cars completely totaled and sprawled along Arroyo Seco Parkway

The actress, who had starred in General Hospital since 2009, has since been replaced on the show after her arrest this past May. She is facing two felonies in relation to the incident
Pullos was discovered by the first responders who arrived on the scene smelling of alcohol, with slurred speech and hazy eyes.
It is claimed that while there, she became combative, battled with hospital workers, and needed to be sedated.
After the collision, Pullos, whose injuries were not disclosed, informed Soap Opera Digest that she was taking a vacation from her part in the venerable show while she recovered from an as-yet-undisclosed vehicle accident.
At the time, she told the journal, “Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident and I’m doing OK, but I am going to need a little time to recover.” “I’ll be back as soon as I can!”
She was arrested shortly after and was seen by DailyMail.com in May checking into a posh recovery center in Malibu.
Her case is nonetheless still open.
