Join me as we explore the gold mine of opportunities in this video.

## Unveiling Tik Tok Automation

Curious about what TikTok automation entails? Let me share my discovery. While casually scrolling through TikTok, I stumbled upon an account that specializes in uploading spiritual videos. At first glance, it may seem ordinary, but trust me, there’s more than meets the eye. This account, in my confident estimation, consistently rakes in hundreds of dollars. How is this possible? The answers will unfold as we progress in this video. First, let’s delve into Invideo AI, the tool that will drive this business and streamline the video creation process.

## Invideo AI: Your Creative Ally

So, what exactly is Invideo AI? Picture this – create a YouTube short narrating the incredible journey of space exploration. Make it epic, using a deep Australian male voiceover. In 1957, our cosmic sojourn began with the Soviet satellite Sputnik breaching our atmosphere. Invideo AI functions similarly, turning your ideas into visually stunning videos with just a simple prompt. But hold on, there’s more to it. Add subtitles, tweak the music volume, or switch the voiceover to a British female voice – all with a few words. The possibilities are astounding, and we’ve only scratched the surface. Stay tuned, as I’ll guide you through starting a TikTok automation business using this powerful tool.

### Getting Started with Invideo AI

To access Invideo AI, follow the link in the description. Create a free account, and you’ll land on a user-friendly dashboard. The central element is a text box where you input prompts. For a basic start, you can type something like “Create a 2-minute video about cats,” and Invideo AI takes care of script planning, voiceover, and video creation.

However, for professional-quality videos, a more detailed prompt is key. As you continue watching, I’ll share my prompt formula for optimal results. In the dropdown menu, select a workflow – YouTube Shorts, YouTube Explainer, recent events video, or script to video. Each requires specific information, essential for understanding the Tik Tok automation business we’ll explore later.

## Crafting Engaging Videos: A Step-by-Step Guide

Let’s consider creating a YouTube explainer, an excellent choice for a faceless YouTube channel. Specify the video duration (e.g., 10 minutes) and provide detailed information about the video. For instance, create a video about “Nine Crazy Facts About Cats.” Be creative in defining the overall look – start with a captivating fact, ensure humor, engagement, and dynamism, and end with a question for audience interaction.

Customization continues with background music and voiceover settings. Select the music type, gender, and accent for the voiceover. Subtitles are optional but add a layer of engagement. After hitting ‘Continue,’ the magic begins as Invideo AI transforms your detailed prompt into a video. Want to customize further? Invideo AI allows you to tweak various elements, from audience selection to the video’s look and feel.

### Editing Made Easy

Not satisfied with a specific part? Invideo AI simplifies edits. Use the text box underneath the video to request changes or click ‘Edit’ for more comprehensive options. You can modify media, script, or even export to the timeline for detailed edits and full customization (currently in the alpha stage).

## Elevate Your Videos: Paid Plans and Advanced Features

While Invideo AI offers a free option, upgrading to a paid plan (starting at $20 a month) unlocks a range of features crucial for serious video creation and the TikTok automation business. Unlimited exports, high-resolution videos, and access to premium footage – these elements enhance the quality of your content.

## Viral Content Creation: Recent Events Video Workflow

Invideo AI’s recent events video workflow adds another layer to your content creation arsenal. Use an article link as a reference, and within minutes, you have a trending video. Explore the world of artificial intelligence or any niche that aligns with trending topics.

## The TikTok Automation Business Model

Now, the big question – how does the TikTok account, seemingly simple yet monetarily successful, operate? The answer lies in affiliate product promotion. By examining the account’s bio, we find links to popular ClickBank products like Soulmate Sketch and Wealth DNA Code. With multiple accounts in the same niche, they consistently promote these products in their videos, some of which have garnered millions of views. The simplicity of the videos is the key, but I’ll show you how to leverage Invideo AI for even better results.

### Getting Started with TikTok Automation

Starting your TikTok automation business is a step-by-step process. Begin by selecting an affiliate product – platforms like ClickBank or Digistore offer diverse options. Create a TikTok account, and the real fun begins – content creation. Brainstorm video ideas, and here are three methods to help you:

1. **Chat GPT Ideation**: Use Chat GPT to generate video ideas for your niche. For example, if it suggests “Dog Health Tips,” copy the idea and head to Invideo AI.

Darrell Sheets of ‘Storage Wars’ Opens Up About Longtime Battle with Depression and Suicidal Thoughts

For years, Darrell Sheets may have been battling his own internal struggles before his untimely passing.

In a candid Instagram post from June 21, 2018, the reality television star shared his personal experience with depression, describing it as “the Devil’s way of attacking us” and emphasizing its lack of mercy. “It takes our smiles, it comes and goes, it ruins our relationships, it takes away our happiness,” he wrote. Sheets highlighted the severe impact of depression, noting that it can lead to suicide, annihilate positive thoughts, and create a relentless, round-the-clock struggle with no relief for those affected.

He urged his followers to show compassion, stating, “So please, next time someone tells you they have depression, be kind and know that they spend every minute they have breathing suffering!”

In that nearly decade-old post, Sheets included a selfie of himself wearing sunglasses, seemingly taken on a boat, and concluded with the haunting hashtag #trustmeiknow.

Darrell Sheets was discovered dead in his Lake Havasu City, Arizona home on April 22. He was 67 years old.

According to a press release from the Lake Havasu City Police Department, Sheets — who suffered a heart attack in 2019 — died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Authorities said Sheets was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was turned over to the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office for “further investigation.”

Two of Sheets’ “Storage Wars” co-stars, Dave Hester and Rene Nezhoda, have addressed claims their former castmate was experiencing cyberbullying in the time leading up to his suicide.

“He had this guy, like, really, really tormenting him lately and cyberbullying [him],” Nezhoda said in an Instagram video Wednesday shortly after news broke of Sheets’ tragic death.

“Darrell has been posting a lot about the guy that’s been cyberbullying him and tormenting him, and I really hope [law enforcement] look into that guy and it’s just not a pass,” he added.

Nezhoda reminded fans “just because you watch us on television doesn’t mean you know us” and that “you never know what demons somebody faces and what they go through.”

In his own Instagram video, Hester said he was aware of “some stuff there about cyberbullying” related to Sheets.

“I don’t even know how that exists because I turn that type of stuff off,” he said. “But I’m sure it’s out there. And if it’s happening, or happened, I hope that it’s taken care of the way it should be.”

Sergeant Kyle Ridgway, public information officer for the Lake Havasu City Police Department in Arizona, told Page Six Wednesday they were “aware of these cyberbullying accusations.”

Ridgway also confirmed those claims are “a part of the active investigation” into Sheets’ death.

Sheets appeared in 163 episodes of “Storage Wars” between 2010 and 2023, often alongside his son, Brandon. Together, they earned the nicknames “The Gambler” and “Sidebet.”

After his time on the A&E show, Sheets retired to Arizona.

He was running the antique shop Havasu Show Me Your Junk at the time of his death.

Dressed for Destiny: NFL Draft Prospects Steal the Spotlight on Career-Defining Night

0

The stars of this year’s NFL Draft made a striking entrance on the red carpet Thursday evening, gearing up for what promises to be a defining moment in their careers.

Over the next three days, 257 aspiring NFL players will see their dreams materialize as their names are announced. However, Thursday night highlights the crème de la crème, as the top prospects take center stage.

Sixteen of these elite athletes will be present at the event, ready to share a celebratory moment with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in the form of an iconic hug on stage.

Anticipation was palpable hours before the Las Vegas Raiders were set to make the first pick. In Pittsburgh, the young athletes showcased their sartorial flair, donning exquisite suits and sharing the jubilant occasion with family and friends.

Among them, running back Jeremiyah Love stood out not only for his talent, which has many pegging him as the draft’s standout, but also for his unique suit jacket lining — adorned with images capturing his memorable achievements at Notre Dame.

Love posed for pictures with his parents, L’Tonya and Jason, before they put their hands together to form a love heart.

Love wore a brown jacquard suit with a white shirt and matching brown tie. Attention was drawn to his necklace, however, which boasted some bold pendants.

Speaking of bold jewellery, Alabama offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor showed off his dental diamonds on the red carpet.

Texas Tech linebacker David Bailey and Sonny Styles of Ohio State both kept it simple with tuxedos, while Rueben Bain Jr. looked smart in a full brown suit.

Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson kept it casual with a jacket over a white shirt and black tie, while fellow receiver Carnell Tate oozed cool in a cropped beige suit jacket which had his mom and sisters’ names inside.

But one man who won’t be there is the Raiders’ expected No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza.

He is spending the night with his family in Miami. His mother, Elsa Mendoza, has multiple sclerosis so traveling is difficult.

After Mendoza, there is little certainty as to where the draft could go.

The biggest question is who goes No. 2 to the New York Jets between Ohio State’s Arvell Reese or Texas Tech’s David Bailey, who are considered the two best edge rushers in the draft.

After Mendoza, it could be a while until another quarterback is selected. Alabama’s Ty Simpson is expected to be the next one. He’s among the group of players in attendance and there’s a chance he might have to wait until Round 2 on Friday night.

The first round should be about an hour faster than it’s been because the time between picks was shortened from 10 minutes to eight minutes.

One year after every team entered the draft with a first-round pick for the first time since the start of the common draft in 1967, there has been plenty of picks moving, with the latest coming when Cincinnati sent the 10th pick to the New York Giants for Dexter Lawrence.

The teams other than the Giants with multiple first-rounders are the New York Jets, Cleveland, Kansas City, Miami and Dallas.

The teams without a first-rounder are Cincinnati, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Green Bay, Jacksonville and Denver.

Barring a trade, the Jaguars won’t make a pick in the first round for the first time since entering the NFL in 1995 thanks to the deal during last year’s draft to move up to pick Travis Hunter second overall.

Double Murder Suspect’s Emotional Outburst in Court: ‘I Want My Mom’ Shouts Defendant

0

Courtroom footage of Reginald Louis Jackson yelling at the judge during his court appearance on April 22 (WTVJ).

A man from Florida, facing charges for a double homicide, unexpectedly left the court on the very day he was supposed to admit guilt.

Reginald Louis Jackson, aged 40, stands accused of first-degree murder, kidnapping, and robbery in the tragic deaths of Annette Anderson, 69, and her grandson, Tyrone Lenard Walker Jr., 20, back in 2013. On Wednesday, Jackson, along with his co-defendant, 39-year-old Roderick Martin, appeared in a Miami-Dade courtroom where both were anticipated to submit guilty pleas.

However, the proceedings took an unexpected twist when Jackson realized his mother was absent from the courtroom audience.

The incident was captured by local NBC affiliate WTVJ, who reported Jackson’s vocal disruption. Both Jackson and Martin had been slated to plead guilty in connection to the double homicide, with Jackson facing a 40-year prison term and Martin a 25-year sentence, contingent on the pleas.

This plea deal aimed to bypass prolonged legal proceedings and eliminate the necessity of a trial for the murders of Anderson and Walker, who were discovered on July 16, 2013. They were found in a Miami residence, bound and gagged, each with a gunshot wound to the back of the head. Anderson was a minister at Jesus People Ministries, while Walker had recently relocated to pursue an electrical engineering program at ITT Institute and was employed at Burger King.

Jackson and Martin were handcuffed to each other when they showed up in court on a day that their cases were not originally scheduled to be heard. The judge agreed to hear their cases since there was an expectation of guilty pleas. However, those pleas were derailed when Jackson looked for members of his family and did not see his mother.

As he started yelling profanities in court, Jackson said his grandmother was at one of his hearings and died three months later. He said it was the last time he ever saw her, and he did not want to take a chance at not seeing his mother again.

“I want my mom,” he said, according to WTVJ.

While still handcuffed to Martin, Jackson started walking out of court, and their plea deals were rejected. Jackson and Martin remain in custody and are due back in court on May 5.

Australia Increases Fuel Reserves Beyond Pre-Middle East Conflict Levels

0

In brief:

  • Australia’s fuel reserves are now greater than before the US-Israeli strikes on Iran.
  • US President Donald Trump has flagged an ‘indefinite’ ceasefire extension in Iran.

In response to escalating tensions in the Middle East, Australia has bolstered its fuel reserves, adding a crucial buffer to its stocks. This strategic move comes as global oil markets face turmoil, with Australia now holding an additional 10 days of petrol, totaling 46 days, since the conflict began.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese convened the National Cabinet on Thursday to address the ongoing crisis, marking the third such meeting since the hostilities effectively sealed the Strait of Hormuz. This chokepoint’s closure has led to a sharp increase in global oil prices, with ramifications felt worldwide.

Addressing the press in Sydney, Albanese emphasized the severity of the situation, stating, “The reality remains, of course, that the strait is still closed and has been closed now for two months. We’re in deeply tumultuous and turbulent global times.” His comments underscore the critical nature of securing energy resources amid such uncertainty.

Meanwhile, Energy Minister Chris Bowen reassured the public that the government is taking all possible measures to ensure the stability of the nation’s fuel supply. The proactive steps undertaken by the Australian government reflect a committed effort to navigate these challenging circumstances and protect the country’s energy interests.

Energy Minister Chris Bowen said the government was doing everything it could to lock in fuel supply.

“Australians who are looking at the forward supply and making decisions can know that as well as these things can be forecast, Australia is well placed,” he said.

Albanese said he would meet state and territory leaders again in coming weeks to ensure cooperation across the country.

Forecasts suggest Australia’s economy could take a massive hit if disruptions to the Strait of Hormuz continue.

Modelling from EY-Parthenon released on Thursday showed the country’s GDP could be $42 billion lower if the strait remains closed for most of 2026.

Investment would be down by $54 billion and household consumption lowered by $70 billion under a severe disruption.

Even if the conflict in the Middle East resulted in a disruption of less than three months, GDP would still be $7 billion lower.

“Global oil price increases are flowing quickly into transport, logistics, mining, agriculture, construction and manufacturing costs, with fuel acting as both a direct input and an embedded cost across supply chains,” EY’s regional managing partner David Larocca said.

US President Donald Trump says Iran is collapsing financially and short of cash, suggesting the regime wants trade to resume through the Strait of Hormuz.

“They want the Strait of Hormuz opened immediately — starving for cash! Losing 500 Million Dollars a day,” he said in a post on his platform Truth Social.

Trump also flagged an indefinite extension of the ceasefire in Iran.

The strait — which before the war carried about a fifth of the world’s oil — has been effectively closed after US and Israeli launched strikes on Iran in late February.

The closure has left countries scrambling to find new supplies of oil and refined fuels, prompting Australia to seek more shipments from its neighbours in Asia.

In response to the global oil shock, Labor slashed the fuel excise — shaving 32 cents a litre off the price of petrol and diesel.

The three-month halving of the tax is due to expire at the end of June, but government officials are not ruling out extending the policy if the conflict in the Middle East continues to disrupt global supplies.

Anthropic Surpasses OpenAI with Impressive $1 Trillion Valuation Milestone

0

Investors clamoring for Anthropic shares have propelled the artificial intelligence powerhouse’s valuation to an astounding $1 trillion on select trading platforms. This surge positions Anthropic over $100 billion above OpenAI, marking a significant shift in the competitive landscape of the AI industry.

Tech investors have reported to The Post that interest in Anthropic has intensified in recent weeks, coinciding with a decline in enthusiasm for OpenAI shares.

This valuation spike is unfolding within secondary markets, where shares of privately held companies are exchanged. It comes in anticipation of public offerings from these AI titans, which are expected to yield substantial returns for investors.

The excitement surrounding Anthropic’s latest innovation, the Claude Mythos model, is believed to play a part in the valuation rise. The company has cautioned that this model, which is engineered to detect cyber threats, is too risky for broad release — a stance some interpret as a strategic marketing tactic.

Anthropic has also experienced tremendous revenue growth, skyrocketing from $9 billion at the end of 2025 to over $30 billion by the close of March. The company attributes this remarkable increase to the widespread adoption of its Claude services, which are available commercially.

CEO Dario Amodei’s public feud about safety protocols with the Trump administration — which recently blacklisted the company from working with the Pentagon — appears to have had little effect on traders. The exec reportedly met with White House officials last week, part of efforts to lower tensions.

Meanwhile, demand for OpenAI shares is reportedly flagging. Institutional investors seeking to sell $600 million of the company’s shares couldn’t find buyers as of the end of March, according to Bloomberg News. That’s even as OpenAI wrapped up its biggest-ever fundraising round from other tech companies — drawing $122 billion.

Anthropic overtaking OpenAI’s valuation “says more about the quality of what Anthropic has delivered to its enterprise clients than anything else,” Mike Sobel, president and co-founder of secondary trading firm Scenic Advisement, told The Post.

“The quality of Anthropic’s earnings are just better,” he added.

Private stock marketplace Hiive told The Post that the price for Anthropic shares has surged 211% to roughly $900 over the past three months, becoming one of the most actively traded companies on its platform.

Shares of OpenAI have risen just 8.5% to $608 over the same period, according to Hiive’s data.

While valuations of private companies in between funding rounds can be tricky to calculate, info on Hiive points to a $1 trillion valuation for Anthropic.

OpenAI’s share price has remained roughly in line with its $852 billion valuation from its most recent funding round.

“Rumors of strong revenue performance in Q1 appear to be pushing the valuation higher,” said Hiive CEO Sim Desai, noting Anthropic’s recent price jump is 10 times Hiive’s index of its 50 most liquid pre-IPO securities. “We’ve seen sharp price acceleration in recent weeks.”

Sobel scooped up a slice of Anthropic shares in 2024 at a $19 billion valuation as part of FTX’s bankruptcy proceedings after the Sam Bankman-Fried-led crypto exchange imploded. The position – which accounts for roughly 9% of Scenic Advisement’s portfolio – could return 20 times Sobel’s initial investment if Anthropic keeps trading around $1 trillion by the time it holds an IPO.

There’s no known date from an IPO from either Anthropic or OpenAI. The Post has sought comment from both companies.

Sobel said he has no intention of selling his shares of Anthropic, which he called a “generational company.”

“Everyday I’m getting calls from people wanting to buy my Anthropic shares,” he told The Post.

“I had billionaire family offices call me desperately wanting to buy a couple million dollars of shares virtually at any price. I mean, within reason. Everyone is seriously chasing this,”

The fervor for Anthropic shares has led to some unusual offers.

One Silicon Valley dealmaker proposed swapping his 14-acre estate for Anthropic shares, The Post reported. Storm Duncan, the founder of tech-focused investment bank Ignatious, remarked that agreeing on a valuation for the AI darling could be tricky given how it seems to be shooting up daily.

Meanwhile, Jesse Leimgruber, founder of San Francisco AI hardware startup OpenHome, wrote this week on X that a “very well known growth fund” offered to buy Anthropic shares at a $1.05 trillion valuation. He called the bid “absolutely wild.”

One Anthropic shareholder recently offered to unload shares at a $1.15 trillion valuation, Ken Sawyer, cofounder and managing partner at Saints Capital, a venture secondary firm, told Business Insider.

“It’s been an epic run for Anthropic,” Glen Anderson, CEO of fintech company Rainmaker Securities, told Business Insider. “Everybody wants to be part of a generational opportunity in AI, and right now, Anthropic is in the pole position.” Anderson said he received an offer to buy Anthropic shares valued at $960 billion, an unthinkable price even just weeks ago.

“We get an offer, and then within a day someone else has already bought it,” he told the outlet. “There are almost no sellers.”

From Survivor to Fitness Icon: How Elizabeth Smart Transformed into a Bodybuilding Powerhouse

Authorities initially faced bleak prospects in the search for Elizabeth Smart, especially after a key suspect, Richard Ricci, passed away while in custody.

Richard Ricci, a handyman who had previously worked at the Smart residence, was apprehended on June 14, 2002, due to an unrelated parole breach.

The discovery of some of Lois Smart’s jewelry among Ricci’s belongings led to burglary charges against him, making him the primary suspect in the mysterious disappearance of Elizabeth.

In recorded police interviews, Ricci consistently denied any involvement in the kidnapping. However, he could not account for the extensive mileage added to his Jeep shortly after Elizabeth vanished.

Complicating matters, Mary Katherine Smart, Elizabeth’s sister, insisted that the intruder they encountered that night was not Ricci, despite his presence in the news.

Then,  on July 24, 2002, an attempted break-in was reported at the home of Elizabeth’s aunt and uncle. Police found a hole in the window screen and two chairs outside their 18-year-old daughter’s room.

Still, police thought they were close to cracking the case. “Desperate” for answers, Lyman recalled in the doc, they offered Ricci immunity if he could help find Elizabeth—on condition that he wasn’t guilty of kidnapping or homicide. But Ricci suffered a brain aneurysm in jail and died on Aug. 27, 2002.

“I was sick to my stomach,” Lyman said. “Our most likely suspect died. Everything he knew was gone with him. And it left us at a dead end that was very difficult. As law enforcement, you do set an emotional wall, and that wall started to erode for me.”

Controversy Erupts: Network Accuses Sandilands of Profanity-Laden Outburst Before Legal Battle

0

Radio network ARN has brought to light a series of controversial comments purportedly made by radio personality Kyle Sandilands. These revelations come as ARN, along with Sandilands and his co-host Jackie “O” Henderson, are set to confront each other in court today.

According to documents submitted to the Federal Court on Tuesday, ARN claims that Sandilands made a particularly inflammatory statement on July 2, 2025. He allegedly remarked that he would “rather be raped in jail than puppeteered by losers.”

The documents detail the alleged outburst, with Sandilands reportedly saying, “I don’t give a damn. I’d prefer incarceration. I’d rather face that than be manipulated by those I consider beneath me. I’m quitting the show right now. Good luck to all.”

Sandilands is also accused of making disparaging comments about advertisements, stating, “Here are the ads. Maybe you’ll hear my voice in one, maybe not.”

His tirade reportedly continued with him expressing disdain for regulatory bodies, saying, “That’s the show torn apart. Judges can shove it where the sun doesn’t shine. ACMA can do the same.”

The rant was one of a number of instances in which ARN allege Sandilands’ conduct was in breach of its workplace code of conduct.

The files come as both Kyle Sandilands and Jackie “O” Henderson are due to have their cases against ARN heard in court – in which both presenters are seeking the full payout of the remainder of their 10-year, $100 million contracts signed at the end of 2023.

Sandilands is expected to appear and address a waiting media pack while Henderson’s appearance is less certain.

Audience share for the station dropped in the pair’s old time slot in their primary market of Sydney, according to a ratings survey released on Thursday.

In its defence to Sandilands’ lawsuit over his sacking, ARN told the court Henderson sent the station a letter in February claiming her co-host had engaged in “persistent and relentless bullying”.

He allegedly made offensive comments to her in September 2025 that prompted her to raise a complaint with station staff.

“Don’t f***ing bother coming back either until you get your f***ing shit together like a normal person,” Sandilands allegedly told Henderson off-air.

“I’ve been carrying this whole show for f***ing a year.”

Henderson alleged in court documents that she had complained to station management multiple times about comments by Sandilands over about six months.

Her case is being heard for the first time on Friday, setting up a potential showdown with her former colleague, whose case will also be looked at on the same day.

Sandilands allegedly said some of Henderson’s comments were “weird, psychological bullshit”, and her belief in “hype words” was negatively impacting her dating life.

But Sandilands’ suit claims he did not deserve to have his contract torn up because he had not committed serious misconduct.

The highly public bust-up moved into the legal arena after an exchange between the star pair in February, when Sandilands accused his co-host of being “off with the fairies”.

The on-air comments prompted Henderson to say she could no longer work with her contentious colleague

Alleged Serial Offender Faces Charges for Six Assaults in a Single Day Amid Crime Wave in Upscale Valley

0

A registered sex offender has been accused of committing a series of daytime sexual assaults involving six women in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, an area already facing a spike in upscale home burglaries, according to authorities.

Damian Denzell Robinson, 29, surrendered to officials at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lancaster Station on Wednesday and is now in custody, police reported.

Robinson was wanted in connection with at least six attacks that occurred on April 19 in the San Fernando Valley. Investigators allege that he targeted several victims, some described as elderly, over the span of a few hours.

This alleged crime spree coincides with police warnings about a broader increase in criminal activity throughout the San Fernando Valley. This includes a series of organized home burglaries that have been focusing on wealthy neighborhoods such as Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and North Hollywood. Despite enhanced patrols and the establishment of a dedicated task force, these incidents continue to rise.

Robinson’s surrender followed a police search for him in connection with multiple assaults on women in the San Fernando Valley.

Authorities say burglars have hit multiple homes in rapid succession, ransacking properties and targeting valuables, while other incidents, including a commercial copper wire theft that led to a police chase, highlight what officials describe as increasingly bold and coordinated criminal activity.

While those crimes have largely focused on property, Robinson’s alleged actions mark a more personal and violent threat, with women targeted during the day in public places, including businesses, grocery stores and a retail restroom.

The crime spree began shortly after 9:10 a.m. inside a business near Devonshire Street and Balboa Boulevard, where police say an “elderly female victim” was approached, overpowered and sexually assaulted before the suspect fled on foot.

Less than an hour later, another woman near Forbes Avenue and Calahan Street fought off an attempted assault, holding onto her waistband and confronting the suspect, forcing him to run.

By 10 a.m., a third victim reported being grabbed from behind and assaulted near Lassen Street and Encino Avenue — an incident investigators say was recorded on the suspect’s cellphone.

Authorities say the attacks continued into the late morning and afternoon, including inside a grocery store near Vanowen Street and Corbin Avenue at 11:15 a.m., and again around 12:37 p.m. at another market near Mason Avenue and Sherman Way, where the suspect allegedly pulled down a victim’s clothing while recording.

In one of the most alarming incidents, police say a woman inside a retail store restroom near Corbin Avenue and Nordhoff Street discovered she was being recorded from underneath a stall at 3:20 p.m.

In each case, the suspect fled on foot before officers arrived.

“The incidents were captured on closed-circuit television, which investigators used to identify the suspect,” police said.

Robinson, who has a prior conviction for indecent exposure and lewd conduct and is required to register as a sex offender, was identified through that surveillance footage.

A Chicago man has admitted to weapon possession in connection with the tragic death of Officer Krystal Rivera, a member of the Chicago Police Department.

This sentence will be served concurrently with an existing three-year sentence related to a separate drug offense.

Authorities revealed that Arnold was involved in drug dealing and was armed when Officer Rivera and her partner came across him on the night of June 5, 2025. This encounter took place near the intersection of 82nd Street and Drexel Avenue in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood.

Prosecutors said the officers tried to engage with Arnold after they noticed what they thought was a gun with a drum magazine, and Arnold ran, prompting a pursuit.

The pursuit led the officers to a nearby apartment, where authorities say Arnold had guns and was preparing drugs for sale.

That is where investigators say Rivera and her partner encountered Arnold’s co-defendant, Adrian Rucker.

Prosecutors said police body camera video and security video in the apartment captured Rucker pointing a rifle at officers from behind a couch in the apartment.

Authorities say that’s when Rivera’s partner lost his footing, and his weapon accidentally discharged, striking Rivera and killing her.

Rucker is due in court May 12.

Fox Celebrity Delves into Surprising Bedroom Trend Captivating America

0

Transitioning from the White House briefing room to the realm of romantic comedies might not seem like the most intuitive career path. However, Dana Perino has taken that very leap with her debut novel, “Purple State.” This story explores a question that resonates deeply in today’s politically polarized America: Can love endure across the nation’s red and blue divide?

At 53, Perino, who once served as press secretary for George W. Bush and is now a Fox News host, recently found herself in the spotlight due to a flirtatious remark from former President Donald Trump. During an exchange, rather than addressing her inquiry about the plight of starving Iranians, Trump commented on Perino’s appearance, suggesting she was becoming “better looking” with time.

Embracing her new role as a novelist, Perino introduces readers to a narrative centered on a young political public relations professional from New York who becomes romantically involved with a man from the Midwest, a region often characterized by political swing. Her story draws heavily from her personal experiences, particularly her own “unlikely marriage,” and years spent observing how politics can both unite and divide individuals.

Now the bestselling author has turned to fiction with a story about a young New York political PR who falls for a Midwestern man in a swing state.

Drawing on her own life, Perino took inspiration from what she describes as an ‘unlikely marriage’ and years of watching politics pull people apart as much as bring them together.

It is a theme that runs straight through Purple State, published this week, which follows Dorothy ‘Dot’ Clark as she leaves New York for Wisconsin – that most coveted of swing states – and finds herself falling for a truck-driving local who is about as far from her usual type as it gets.

Perino says the idea had been with her for years, and began with a much broader fascination about what happens when people from very different Americas are thrown together.

‘A lot of people don’t know or don’t remember that I was born in Wyoming, grew up in Colorado, my family still ranches in Newcastle, Wyoming, and I’ve had the opportunity to live abroad,’ she said, explaining that she has also had stints in the UK, Washington and New York.

‘I had this idea bopping around in my brain, kind of when reality TV started, that wouldn’t it be fun if I dropped my friends and family from Wyoming into the middle of Manhattan and vice versa, took my friends here and put them on the ranch and said: “Good luck. I’ll see you in three months.”

‘I think that they would thrive but that they would get to know each other better, understand each other better – and then, who knows, along the way love could blossom.’

In other words: what if the people who assume they have nothing in common were forced to discover that they might? A kind of Heated Rivalry for DC’s power elite.

For Perino, though, the roots of the novel are not just political. They are deeply personal, too.

Her ‘terrible quarter life crisis’ – that point when everything looks orderly on paper but feels far less certain in reality – was pivotal.

Looking back on her mid-20s, Perino had the graduate degree, the Capitol Hill job with a member of Congress and the sense that she was climbing steadily. But she had not dated anyone in two years and had become disillusioned with politics during the Monica Lewinsky scandal (‘when none of the women’s groups stood up for her’) and a string of others.

Then came the moment that changed everything.

At a church singles group, she recalled opening up to an older woman about her worries, only to be told: ‘God says: “Fear not. I’ve got you. Relax.” You’re 25. Everything’s going to be fine.’

A few months later while enjoying the summer, she sat next to a man on a plane who would become her husband. This August, she and Peter McMahon will have been together for 29 years.

‘He’s British and 18 years older than me,’ she said. ‘He lived in England at the time. There’s 100 reasons why we shouldn’t have been together.’

She says that when she chose to be loved, her career didn’t suffer the way she expected

The lesson she took from the successful relationship was not that love derails ambition but something quite the opposite: ‘When I chose to be loved, my career did not suffer.’

That, really, is at the heart of Purple State.

Yes, the novel is set against the backdrop of an election. Yes, it plays with the idea of romance across the red-blue divide. But Perino seems more interested in nudging readers away from the rigid life plans and ideological checklists they place on themselves.

Asked whether she deliberately wanted to show that people from opposite sides politically could still be soul mates, Perino agreed.

But polling just after the 2024 election, she pointed out, showed a dramatic increase in Americans saying that they would never even consider dating somebody who voted the other way – a shift she found alarming.

‘Politics is interesting to me. Obviously, I love what I do but politics is not who I am,’ she said. ‘And I think that that’s a sure way to not enjoy your life. It closes you off to friendships and opportunities.

‘Hopefully, in this book is a gentle lesson of: Wear your politics lightly and you’ll enjoy your life.’

Perino namechecked James Carville and Mary Matalin, the veteran Democratic and Republican strategists whose marriage became Washington’s most famous example of opposites attracting.

‘He worked for Bill Clinton, she for George HW Bush, and they fell madly in love and really were able to go out on the speaking circuit and show people you could have debates with your loved one and go home and still be deeply in love.’

She also recalled meeting a couple in Florida who told her they had been in a ‘red-blue marriage’ for 31 years.

Still, when asked whether there were other high-profile Washington couples who had inspired her, Perino was careful, stressing that the novel is ‘aspirational’ and fiction.

One famous bipartisan marriage does not, after all, exactly amount to a dating trend, and modern political life often seems to provide more evidence of people sorting themselves into tribes than escaping them.

That may be why the setting matters. Perino places her heroine not in Washington, where politics can become its own all-consuming social currency, but in Wisconsin – a true purple state where the culture war feels less performative and more lived.

The decision was also her way of saying that the political class often misunderstands the way that the rest of country thinks, forever trying to ‘fix’ Middle America when, in her view, it doesn’t need fixing at all.

‘We don’t need your help. We’re good,’ she said.

Perino also suggested that romance across political lines might feel more plausible outside the usual power centers.

Of her own move to New York, Perino said she had once assumed that politics could only really be done from the capital. But living in Manhattan changed that.

In DC, she said, everything felt ‘so transactional.’ By contrast, 225 miles up the I-95 ‘nobody cared what my politics was.’

Even so, she made a rule: ‘I don’t talk politics at the dog park.’ There, in Central Park, Perino said she found common ground with people who would probably vote differently simply because they all shared the much more immediate business of adoring their pooches.

That same instinct shows up in the sort of man she gives Dot.

Perino said she deliberately steered away from the finance bros and status-hungry political obsessives who often dominate the dating pools of New York and DC.

She talked about ambitious young women imagining that the perfect life means the perfect career, the perfect timetable and the perfect man in a puffer vest working in finance – only to discover that life may have other ideas.

What interested her more, she suggested, was the question beneath all that striving: Is the thing you always assumed you wanted actually the thing that will make you happy?

That is why Purple State feels, at its core, less like a book about party labels than one about people loosening their grip on the blueprint they once wrote for their lives.

Perino said that when young women come to her for advice, they often begin with the professional questions – difficult bosses, stalled careers, sexism.

‘Then, at the end of the conversation, almost every single time they’ll say: ‘Can I ask you one more question?’ And it’ll be about how they could possibly find love.’

It is a telling anecdote, and one that helps explain why a woman once known for briefing the White House press corps has now written a novel about romance, risk and the possibility of stepping outside the bubble.
