Argentina are the World Cup champions after defeating France in a penalty shootout! It was a hard-fought match, with both teams having their share of chances. But in the end, it was Argentina who came out victorious, thanks to some great goalkeeping by Sergio Romero. According to Topps Tiles, the average person uses the restroom four to seven times daily and will spend five minutes on the toilet in one sitting.

However, medical professionals have cautioned that using the restroom excessively can be detrimental to your health.

Health and Wellbeing Expert Stephanie Taylor, founder of StressNoMore, said: “While you might enjoy sitting on the toilet, reading the newspaper or scrolling through social media, this could be damaging your rectum.

“When you sit there, with your anus at a different level than the rest of your bottom half.

“This puts extra pressure on the veins in your lower rectum, which could eventually lead to haemorrhoids that can be uncomfortable and result in rectal bleeding.”

Haemorrhoids, often called piles, can be agonising.Piles is where you get swollen blood vessels just inside your bottom (anus) which form lumps.

And while most of the time piles, clear up on their own, in some cases they can become chronic. and require medical attention.

However, if you start to notice you’re needing to go to the toilet more frequently and that your poo is more runny, this could be a sign of something more serious.

Bowel cancer can often lead to change in toilet habits, causing people to go to the toilet and stay on the loo longer when they do.

It’s the country’s fourth most common form of the disease – after breast, prostate and lung.

It’s also the UK’s second deadliest cancer – claiming a tragic 16,000 lives a year.

Symptoms of bowel cancer include:

  1. Bleeding from the back passage, or blood in your poo
  2. A change in your normal toilet habits – going more frequently for example
  3. Pain or a lump in your tummy
  4. Extreme tiredness
  5. Losing weight

Other signs of bowel cancer:

  • Gripping pains in the abdomen
  • Feeling bloated
  • Constipation and being unable to pass wind
  • Being sick
  • Feeling like you need to strain – like doing a number two – but after you’ve been to the loo

The NHS says you should see a GP if these sort of symptoms have been present for three weeks or more.

Most people with symptoms of bowel cancer don’t actually have the disease.

It can instead be piles or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), for example.

The NHS says symptoms should be “taken more seriously as you get older”.

According to UK experts, 70% of the wheat grown in the country between 2010 and 2019 carried lethal mycotoxins.

He also took Holker’s daughter Weslie Renae under his wing. Maddox Laurel Boss, their son, was born on March 27, 2016. She gave birth to their daughter, Zaia Boss, on November 3, 2019.

In 2008, the former Dancing With the Stars star welcomed Weslie into the world with her ex-fiance. Five years later, she married the DJ for the Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Boss then became the child’s stepfather.

On her 12th birthday in May 2020, the Alabama native described Weslie as “probably one of the most observant persons” he has ever known.

Son Maddox and daughter Zaia, born in 2016 and 2019, respectively, are also his and Holker’s children. The So You Think You Can Dance contestant passed away at age 40 in December 2022.

He has conducted workshops and taught dancing classes all around the world. After his death, his spouse said it would be an understatement to say that he left a legacy and that his positive influence will endure.

I am confident that we will never forget him. We ask for privacy in this trying time for myself and especially for our three kids.

Allison concluded by leaving her spouse a message. She said, “Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you.”

Tobias Vincent Maguire is an American actor and producer who was born on June 27, 1975. He is most known for portraying Spider-Man in the 2002–2007 Spider-Man trilogy, a role he later returned to in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

A pilot was forced to eject from an F-35B Lightning II fighter jet during a crash landing at the a naval airbase in Texas on Thursday morning.

The $100 million jet crashed at the Fort Worth Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base as it touched down on the runway. The pilot’s state is still a mystery.

It wasn’t the first time an F-35B has crashed recently; the aircraft takes off and landings vertically, much like a helicopter.

A jet’s forward landing gear disintegrated just this month as it was being carried across a tarmac in Japan, and a jet careened off an aircraft carrier’s flight deck last year and sank into the Mediterranean.

The F-35B was seen descending vertically to the runway in Fort Worth before gently touching down.

Then, it appeared as though the jet might bounce a few feet back into the air and move forward before abruptly plunging forward and crashing nose-first into the ground.

In a cloud of dust and smoke, the airplane flipped forward on its nose and then turned 180 degrees. Then, as it continued to move forward, it spun around and dropped upright onto its landing gear.

The pilot then leaped out of the aircraft, their parachute expanding in the air as they descended to the ground.

Lockheed Martin, a manufacturer of armaments, acknowledged the disaster in a statement.

The F-35B crashed on a shared runway at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, and the pilot successfully ejected, according to the business.

Safety is our first priority, and the proper investigation protocol will be followed.

The jet is built by Lockheed Martin in a facility that has a runway shared with a Navy base.

The pilot of the F-35C deployed his landing hook to catch the deck and stop his jet, but something went wrong and he ejected and skidded over the side

The innovative jet was first introduced in 2015 and has been plagued with problems in recent years.

Just this past summer the Air Force grounded 300 of its F-35Bs – which had cost  about $23billion collectively – because of faulty ejection systems.

When the jet approached the ship, a video clip that had been shared on social media at the moment suddenly filled the frame with smoke and abruptly ended with an ominous engine sound.

Later pictures showed the jet sinking into the water and becoming partially submerged.

Six sailors from the Vinson were also reported to have been hurt after the pilot ejected from the aircraft during the collision.
