Transform Your Midlife Physique: 5 Bed Exercises to Quickly Flatten Apron Belly at Home

0

Many individuals over the age of 55 struggle with an apron belly, and lengthy gym sessions don’t always provide the solution. The secret lies in reactivating the deep core muscles that are crucial for holding the stomach in place. Through years of experience, I’ve found that my clients achieve better results from simple, consistent routines rather than sporadic workouts using gym machines. Machines tend to guide the movement, often failing to keep the core fully engaged.

Engaging in exercises on your bed presents a unique challenge. Without the support of gym equipment, your body must stabilize itself throughout each movement, keeping your abdominal muscles engaged for a longer duration. This increased muscle activation can lead to a more rapid tightening of the midsection. Moreover, the bed’s soft surface provides a comfortable, low-impact environment, which encourages consistency.

Consistency is the key to success. By training the core every day with slow, controlled repetitions, you strengthen the muscles precisely where they’re needed. Gradually, these muscles will begin to draw inward naturally, contributing to a flatter lower belly.

Bed exercises create a completely different challenge. Without external support, your body has to stabilize itself through every inch of the movement. That means the abdominal muscles stay active longer, which leads to better muscle activation and faster tightening through the midsection. On top of that, the bed provides a comfortable, low-impact surface that makes it easier to stay consistent.

Consistency drives everything here. When you train the core daily with slow, controlled reps, you build strength exactly where it’s needed. Over time, the muscles begin to pull inward naturally, which helps flatten the lower belly.

The following bed exercises target the lower abs, deep core stabilizers, and surrounding muscles that support the stomach. Move slowly, stay controlled, and focus on tightening your midsection during every rep.

Lying Knee Tucks

Lying knee tucks directly target the lower abdominal wall, which plays a major role in controlling belly overhang. I use this exercise frequently because it teaches proper core engagement without placing unnecessary stress on the back or hips. Many people think they’re working their abs during similar movements, but without control, the lower abs don’t fully activate. This variation fixes that by slowing everything down.

As you pull your knees toward your chest, the abdominal muscles contract deeply to control the motion. Extending the legs again forces those same muscles to stay engaged instead of relaxing. That constant tension builds strength quickly and improves how the core functions throughout the day. Over time, this helps restore the muscle support needed to flatten the lower belly.

How to Do It

  • Lie flat with legs extended
  • Pull both knees toward your chest
  • Tighten your core at the top
  • Extend legs slowly
  • Repeat with control.

Heel Slides With Core Brace

Heel slides look simple, but they deliver powerful results when done correctly. I rely on this exercise because it trains the deep stabilizing muscles of the core, the ones responsible for holding the stomach in rather than pushing it outward. Many traditional exercises miss this layer entirely, which slows progress.

Sliding one heel away from the body while keeping the core tight forces the abdominal muscles to stabilize the pelvis. If the core relaxes, the lower back begins to arch, that’s your signal to tighten up again. This constant feedback helps retrain proper engagement patterns. With consistent practice, these deep muscles grow stronger and start supporting the abdomen more effectively.

How to Do It

  • Lie on your back with knees bent
  • Brace your core firmly
  • Slide one heel away slowly
  • Pause briefly
  • Return and alternate.

Lying Leg Raises With Hold

This exercise strengthens the lower portion of the abdominal wall through controlled lifting and sustained tension. I often include a hold at the top because it forces the muscles to stay fully engaged instead of relying on momentum. That’s where real strength gains happen.

Lifting both legs requires the core to stabilize the pelvis and prevent the lower back from lifting off the bed. Holding that position increases the demand on the lower abs, building endurance and strength at the same time. Over time, this helps tighten the area most responsible for belly overhang and improves overall control through the midsection.

How to Do It

  • Lie flat with legs extended
  • Lift both legs slightly off the bed
  • Hold for 2–3 seconds
  • Lower slowly
  • Repeat steadily.

Alternating Bed March

The alternating bed march builds coordination and continuous core activation. I use this movement often because it mimics natural leg motion while forcing the core to stay engaged throughout. That combination makes it highly effective for rebuilding strength that carries into everyday movement.

Each time a knee lifts, the abdominal muscles must stabilize the body to prevent shifting or tilting. Performing the movement slowly increases time under tension and improves control. Over time, this strengthens the deep core muscles that support the stomach and helps create a flatter appearance.

How to Do It

  • Lie on your back with knees bent
  • Lift one knee toward your chest
  • Keep your core tight
  • Lower slowly
  • Alternate legs continuously.

Toe Reach Crunch

The toe reach crunch targets the upper and mid-abdominal muscles while still engaging the lower core for stability. I like using this exercise because it strengthens the entire abdominal wall without requiring a full sit-up, which can strain the neck or back.

Reaching toward your toes creates a strong contraction through the core. Lowering slowly keeps the muscles under tension longer, which improves effectiveness. Over time, this helps tighten the upper portion of the abdomen and supports overall core strength.

How to Do It

  • Lie on your back with legs raised
  • Reach both hands toward your toes
  • Tighten your core at the top
  • Lower slowly
  • Repeat with control.

Fashion Enthusiasts Dazzle at Scottish Grand National’s Ladies Day Despite Inclement Weather

0

The opening day of The Coral Scottish Grand National, known as Ladies Day, faced a deluge as rain-soaked attendees navigated the racecourse with wind-tossed umbrellas in tow.

Umbrellas became the must-have item as the skies opened up over Ayr racecourse in Ayrshire, Scotland, transforming the accessory into a day-long companion.

Despite the downpour, the lively atmosphere remained intact, with enthusiastic crowds cheering on their chosen horses, sipping cocktails, and donning their finest attire.

Many attendees braved the elements, sporting bare legs, high-heeled sandals, and thigh-length outfits, all while attempting to protect their intricate headpieces from the rain.

However, the gusty conditions proved challenging for some, as they struggled to manage their umbrellas, with a few even losing their hats to the wind.

The annual event is one of the highlights of the Scottish racing calendar, but it’s not all about the action on the track.

Glamorous attendees dressed in plunging frocks and figure-hugging ensembles are hoping to catch the eye of the judges who will be awarding prizes for the best dressed.

Unlike Royal Ascot which adopts stricter rules on what to wear, the festival takes a more relaxed approach and tells attendees to ‘dress to impress with smart dress encouraged’ if they’re using the hospitality facilities.

For those in the Grandstand there’s no formal dress code.

Early arrivals at the racecourse set the bar high, putting on a vibrant display in colourful fascinators and floral prints.

Commanding attention in their racy numbers, revellers went all out in figure-hugging dresses, sheer attire and lacy looks as they flashed the flesh for their big day out.

Red appeared to be a theme of the day, as glamorous spectators showcased scarlett strappy frocks and halterneck dresses.

The two-day event will culminate in the Coral Scottish Grand National tomorrow afternoon, where Kim Roque leads the 21-runner field.

The six-year-old is favourite with the sponsors for the four-mile contest at Ayr and is looking to get his nose in front for the first time this campaign.

Danny Mullins will be hoping to make it another family affair aboard Blaze The Way for his mother Margaret Mullins, who bypassed Aintree for the Scottish equivalent.

The jockey partnered Macdermott to victory in this race two years ago for uncle Willie, who went on to become British champion trainer that season.

‘He’s in good order, he jumped over Willie’s fences and I’m delighted with him,’ Margaret Mullins said.

‘We are happy. I wouldn’t be staying at home, I’m happy to be going. He’s a nice horse. He ran well at Cheltenham and in the Naas meeting as well, he got bumped into quite a lot, but I was happy.

‘We will give it a go, whether we are good enough we will see.’

King Of Answers is another prominent in the market after his impressive runner-up finish at Prestbury Park in the National Hunt Challenge Cup Novices’ Handicap Chase.

‘He stepped up from what he had done at Cheltenham,’ said Michael Scudamore, who trains in partnership with Lucinda Russell.

‘The slightly softer ground that looks likely on Saturday should also play to his strengths, he’s got a lot of weight to carry but he’s got that weight because he deserves it.

‘He’s had a nice freshen up since Cheltenham and he’s very well. He’s just improved and improved as the season has gone on, which is nice, and hopefully he can take another step forward on Saturday.’

Mark Walford’s Chasingouttheblues is aiming for a hat-trick during a brilliant series of results since the start of 2026.

‘He’s in great form. It’s nice to have a go for another decent pot with him,’ the North Yorkshire trainer said.

‘At the start of the season he probably wasn’t quite right – wasn’t in the best of form – but has really flourished this year and he just keeps going forward really.’

Kim Muir winner Ask Brewster goes for Catherine Williams as does second in that race Road To Home, who is Willie Mullins’ sole runner. Paul Nicholls’ Quebecois is another notable contender.

Joseph O’Brien has faith in Kim Roque’s stamina as he leads the 21-runner field for the Coral Scottish Grand National on Saturday.

Lori Loughlin Stuns with a Jaw-Dropping Makeover at 61 – See Her Incredible Transformation!

0

Lori Loughlin made a striking impression with what appeared to be a dramatic transformation at the opening gala for LACMA’s David Geffen Galleries in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The actress, best known for her role in “Full House,” swapped her familiar girl-next-door image for the allure of a Hollywood bombshell.

At 61, Loughlin dazzled in a glimmering silver gown that featured a daring high slit, perfectly paired with sparkling high heels reminiscent of JLo’s iconic style.

Her hair was styled in a voluminous, tousled bob, while her makeup was bold, with dewy lips, giving her a camera-ready glamour.

This transformation follows her separation from husband Mossimo Giannulli, a fashion designer, in October 2025. The couple, who were married for nearly 28 years, have yet to finalize their divorce.

The actress was joined by her daughters Isabella Rose, 27, and Olivia Jade, 26, whom she had with Giannulli.

In October, it was revealed that Loughlin and Giannulli had separated and a close friend later alleged that the actress uncovered ‘incriminating’ texts and emails on his phone.

‘They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,’ Loughlin’s rep told the Daily Mail at the time.

A source also told People how their daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, feel about their parents separating.

‘It’s obviously been tough, but Olivia and Bella aren’t taking sides. They both love their parents and just want them to be happy.’

The insider added that there is ‘no resentment’ and their daughters are ‘focused on keeping things peaceful and staying close as a family.’

In January, it was reported that Loughlin was still ‘angry’ with Giannulli as their living arrangements were also revealed.

‘Lori is still extremely angry with him,’ a source told People, who then added that they have been living ‘separate lives’ since their split.

Another insider stated that Giannulli ‘thinks she’s a lovely person and an incredible mom’ and ‘wants everything resolved quietly.’

In February, the fashion designer was seen with stylist Hannah Harrison for the third time as they stepped out together in Sherman Oaks.

The pair were first spotted in October of last year, followed by a second meeting the following month at West Hollywood nightclub Zouk LA.

However, after Giannulli and Harrison were first seen together, the stylist told Us Weekly that they were only ‘good friends.’ She further explained that they met up at a store so she could pull clothes for his brand.

‘We were not there together [and] we are not dating. We are good friends. He was just meeting me at the store.’

Harrison added that both she and Giannulli had arrived and left the location separately.

Two months after their separation came to light, the actress was spotted with a male TV executive in Los Angeles.

The pair grabbed a bite to eat for lunch and representatives later told the Daily Mail that the man was ‘an executive at Starz.’

In 2019, both Loughlin and Giannulli were arrested after they allegedly paid $500,000 to give their daughters entry into USC as recruits for the crew team, although the two had never played the sport.

Loughlin notably spent two months in prison while Giannulli was sentenced to five months.

The star was also fined $150,000 and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service, while the fashion designer was fined a larger amount of $250,000 and ordered to complete 250 hours of community service.

Sheriff’s Office Under Fire for ‘Tone Deaf’ Social Media Post Amid Nancy Guthrie Disappearance Investigation

0

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is already under the microscope for its handling of the Nancy Guthrie case, and now it’s facing a storm of online criticism. A recent social media post, perceived by many as insensitive, has only intensified the backlash.

“Update: Nancy has been located,” read a post published at 10:50 p.m. on Thursday night.

This message from the sheriff’s office referred to Nancy Radakovich, an 82-year-old woman whose disappearance was reported by the department merely 12 hours earlier.

Nancy Guthrie, mother of “TODAY” host Savannah Guthrie, went missing from her suburban Tucson home on Feb. 1. The case, which has not been solved, captured weeks of international attention, and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department and Sheriff Chris Nanos continue to face heat for their handling of the probe.

“Ok now you’re all just being a–holes on purpose.,” one X user responded to Thursday night’s post. “Thank god she was found but COME ON. Can you be anymore tone deaf???”

“What a miserable tone deaf out of touch police dept,” said another. “WTF is wrong with you people? And the post is STILL up with NO EDITS. Morons.”

“Are you kidding? So unprofessional! You couldn’t list the last name?” said a third.

“Pima County Sheriff’s Department announces ‘Nancy has been located.’ Now they’re just trolling us,” another user said.

Other users said the wording of the post seemed “deliberate,” with one user calling the department “evil.”

Nanos has faced criticism throughout the Guthrie case for a perceived lack of cooperation with the FBI, along with other investigatory decisions that critics say may have hindered the investigation.

On Thursday night, Fox News Digital reported that DNA evidence, including test results from a hair sample, have been obtained by the FBI.

Investigators collected the DNA evidence from Guthrie’s home and shared it with the FBI.

The sheriff’s department took to X to reiterate that it has been cooperating with the federal law enforcement agency.

“PCSD has worked with the FBI since the beginning of the Guthrie investigation. This is not new information,” the department wrote on X. “The private lab we utilize in Florida continues to share information with the FBI lab & other partner labs across the country. DNA analysis remains ongoing.”

A glove that was considered to be potential evidence in the case was sent to a lab in Florida instead of the FBI, one law enforcement source told Fox News Digital on Feb. 12.

“The FBI asked Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos for physical evidence in the case, including a glove and DNA from the home of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, to be processed at the FBI’s national crime laboratory in Quantico, Virginia, but Nanos has insisted instead on using a private lab in Florida,” the official said.

A source told Fox News Digital that after the testing in Florida, the FBI would need to retest the evidence anyway.

“It’s just the FBI developed this method and can do it so much better without destroying the evidence,” the source said. “I’ve seen so many cases go to Florida and be consumed. Also, they are not as fast, and in this case, time matters.”

Another federal law enforcement source accused Nanos of blocking the FBI from obtaining the evidence, first reported by Reuters and confirmed by Fox News Digital.

“It risks further slowing a case that grows more urgent by the minute,” the official told Reuters, citing unspecified “earlier setbacks” in the investigation. The official also criticized Nanos for not requesting help from the FBI earlier in the case.

Pima County has a contract with DNA Labs International, located in Deerfield Beach, Florida for testing of evidence.

Nanos also faced allegations that the initial search for Guthrie was delayed because he had busted the department’s high-tech search aircraft pilot down to street patrol over a personal dispute, leaving the agency scrambling to get the plane in the air on day Guthrie went missing.

Nanos has been plagued by other personnel scandals, including an independent investigation into bullying and retaliation allegations against the sheriff which found that a “preponderance of the evidence” showed he abused his office for political gain during a close race in 2024 against former PCSD Lt. Heather Lappin.

According to records from the Adair County Regional Jail, 52-year-old Heather Edens faces murder charges following the death of her 60-year-old spouse, James Edens. She was taken into custody on Wednesday.

The incident unfolded on Tuesday evening at their residence on Red Banks Road in Cumberland County, a rural area bordering Tennessee in southern Kentucky.

The Kentucky State Police (KSP) stated that the couple was embroiled in an argument at their home. Heather Edens reportedly demanded that her husband leave. In the heat of the moment, she allegedly pulled out a gun and fired at him.

The Edenses were arguing at their home, according to the Kentucky State Police (KSP). Heather Edens said she wanted her husband to leave, and she allegedly brandished a gun and shot at him.

The Cumberland County Sheriff”s Office was called about a shooting and a “single-vehicle collision” and requested that KSP help them in their investigation, troopers say. They responded and found that the “male occupant” of the vehicle in question had suffered a gunshot wound.

James Edens had apparently been shot in his leg and was bleeding out in his vehicle, Lexington Fox affiliate WDKY reported.

He was brought to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators spoke with Heather Edens, who allegedly admitted to shooting her husband during an argument and that the gunshot “must have glanced off the concrete,” police alleged.

The defendant is reportedly being held in jail on a $1 million bond. She is set to appear in court on April 22.

Petrol Prices Drop Despite Refinery Fire; Economic Strain Still Looms for Australians

0

In a surprising turn of events, petrol prices are on the decline, even after a fire broke out at a Geelong oil refinery yesterday. Despite this, the treasurer has cautioned that Australians might still face significant economic repercussions.

Initially, there were fears that the fire at the Viva Energy refinery would severely disrupt fuel supplies. However, it seems that the average petrol price is predicted to slip below $2 per litre nationwide over the weekend, thanks to a dip in global prices.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese made a visit to the affected facility today and assured the public that the refinery’s fuel production had not been significantly compromised.

“We are maintaining 80 percent of diesel production and 80 percent of aviation fuel production,” he stated.

To cover the shortfall, imports are stepping in, and experts are optimistic about the current trends.

“We’re getting up close toward 40 days of petrol, so these are good trends,” ANU supply chains expert David Leaney said.

The good news may stop there, if the warning from Treasurer Jim Chalmers is anything to go by.

“The consequences of this conflict on the other side of the world are already very serious for Australians and they risk becoming severe,” he said in Washington DC today.

He believes Australia won’t head towards a recession, but that economic growth could slowed considerably.

It remains to be seen how this will impact the budget, set to be handed down next month.

While the fuel supply situation is improving, some want more to be done to ensure Australia is never in this position again.

Opposition Leader Angus Taylor has called for more oil exploration within Australia. (Eamon Gallagher)

Queensland Premier David Crisafulli called on the government to open a third oil refinery in Gladstone.

Federal Opposition Leader Angus Taylor agreed, saying Australia needed to get its hands dirty and produce more oil.

“We’ve got to get more oil out of the ground,” he said.

“We’ve got to drill, drill, drill.”

Real Housewives’ Adriana de Moura Stands by Lisa Hochstein Amidst Legal Troubles

Real Housewives of Miami star Adriana de Moura has issued an official statement regarding the recent arrest of her co-star, Lisa Hochstein.

EXCLUSIVE: RHOM Star Adriana de Moura Shows Support to Lisa Hochstein Following Arrest

Credit: Instagram

Adriana, alongside fellow cast member Alexia Nepola, was present when Lisa surrendered herself to authorities. The pair were on hand to offer their unwavering support as Lisa was released from custody.

In an exclusive conversation with Reality Blurb, Adriana shared her thoughts after standing by her friend’s side during this difficult time.

“My primary concern was to be there for Lisa, ensuring she remains strong, especially for the well-being of her children,” Adriana expressed.

“All I can say is I was there to support her to make sure she is feeling strong for the sake of her children’s well-being,” Adriana stated.

“Lisa and I have been friends for a long time,” she continued. “We have been [there] for each other…weddings, baby showers, divorce, funerals.”

“Real friends show up when things are tough, not only when life is rosy,” Adriana concluded.

Lisa turned herself in to authorities on April 15 due to an outstanding warrant for her arrest after she and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, were accused of spying on her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.

Lisa’s bail was set at $5,000, and she was released quickly after she turned herself in.

“Lisa is voluntarily surrendering. She is being released on her own recognizance,” her attorney, Jayne Weintraub, told Page Six in a statement on April 15.

Lisa also spoke out to share the following: “I don’t want to let anyone distract me from my big divorce case this month. I’m focused on the well-being of my children, who have been through enough. I’ve heard nobody has been charged with eavesdropping in Miami history.”

Jody was also arrested on Saturday and released relatively quickly as well.

Lisa and Jody are facing one count each of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications after “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepting, trying to intercept, or trying to have someone else intercept “oral statements” by Lenny and those Lenny “spoke with” between March 12 and March 31, 2023.

On April 13, Reality Blurb exclusively obtained a statement from Jayne and Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, who are Defense Counsel for Jody, which said the following: “This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.”

Jayne is the same lawyer who represented her three years ago when Lenny and his now-ex-fiancée, Katharina Nahlik, brought stalking charges and tried to get an injunction. The judge issued an order after a full trial that there was no just cause for even a temporary restriction and dismissed the case.

In May 2023, Lisa was accused of planting a “listening device” on Lenny’s vehicle, which she denied.

A report from Page Six at the time stated that Lenny had alleged Lisa had placed “at least one” listening device in his car to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation.”

While fans would likely love to see all of this drama playing out in front of the cameras, The Real Housewives of Miami is currently on pause ahead of its eighth season, and thus, none of this is being filmed whatsoever.

Brittni Mealy Claims Rapper Future Hasn’t Visited Their Son in Over a Year: A Father’s Absence?

Brittni Mealy has publicly criticized Future, alleging that the rapper has been absent from their son’s life for over a year.

Documents filed in court and reviewed by TMZ reveal that Mealy accuses Future of neglecting his parental duties, stating he hasn’t seen or contacted their son in more than sixteen months. She claims he hasn’t shown any genuine interest in significant aspects of their son’s life, such as his education, health, or well-being, and has missed birthdays and other significant events.

Mealy emphasized that she has not prevented Future from accessing their son in any manner.

In her legal documents, Mealy highlighted that Future has the means to reach their son, Prince, directly since he had previously given him a phone and has his contact details. However, she claims he has not engaged in any school activities or meetings.

The documents also mention an instance where Future’s mother sought to visit Prince. Mealy reportedly denied this request, asserting that she was under no legal obligation to facilitate such access.

Mealy further claimed that Future changed his phone number and instructed those around him not to share it with their son. She said he discouraged people in his circle from maintaining a relationship with Prince and even cut ties with an employee who had bonded with him.

The letter also addressed an attempt by Future’s mother to see Prince. Mealy said she declined the request, stating she was under “no legal obligation” to grant access.

Mealy further said Future changed his phone number and instructed those around him not to share it with their son. She said he discouraged people in his circle from maintaining a relationship with Prince and even cut ties with an employee who had bonded with him.

The claims come amid a legal back-and-forth between the two. Earlier this year, Mealy filed court documents saying Future failed to comply with an order requiring him to secure a $500,000 life insurance policy for their son. In response, his legal team submitted paperwork stating that the policy had been obtained.

The rapper is also dealing with a separate legal matter involving another woman, Layla, who filed a paternity case in Florida seeking child support for her 9-year-old son. Court filings show Future has asked for that case to be handled in Arizona instead. In that case, he acknowledged paternity of a child named Kash Wilburn and said he has been making monthly support payments.

Future has multiple children from previous relationships, including a son with Ciara.

Trump Applauds Strait of Hormuz Reopening Amid Israel-Lebanon Truce — But a Key Issue Looms

0

On Friday morning, former President Donald Trump shared a positive update for those monitoring the Strait of Hormuz’s status on Truth Social. He announced, “IRAN HAS JUST ANNOUNCED THAT THE STRAIT OF IRAN IS FULLY OPEN AND READY FOR FULL PASSAGE.”

Trump’s statement followed Iran’s announcement that the strait was accessible to commercial traffic amid the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon. Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi posted on X, stating, “In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of the ceasefire.” He further instructed that vessels adhere to a “coordinated route as already announced by Ports and Maritime Organisation of the Islamic Rep. of Iran.”

The declaration from the president came on the heels of an announcement by Iran that the Strait was open to commercial traffic during the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon. “In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire,” Iran Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said in a post on X. He added that vessels must use a “coordinated route as already announced by Ports and Maritime Organisation of the Islamic Rep. of Iran.”

Following the foreign minister’s tweet, President Trump followed up with a clarification of his own (and yet another warning shot to Iran): yes, the Strait is open for business, but the U.S. naval blockade “will remain in full force” until a deal with Iran is “100% complete.

THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ IS COMPLETELY OPEN AND READY FOR BUSINESS AND FULL PASSAGE, BUT THE NAVAL BLOCKADE WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS IT PERTAINS TO IRAN, ONLY, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS OUR TRANSACTION WITH IRAN IS 100% COMPLETE. THIS PROCESS SHOULD GO VERY QUICKLY IN THAT MOST OF THE POINTS ARE ALREADY NEGOTIATED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER! PRESIDENT DONALD J.TRUMP

As RedState’s Ward Clark reported earlier this week, the naval blockade coordinated by U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) involves 10,000 U.S. Sailors, Marines, and Airmen and dozens of warships and aircraft. CENTCOM revealed Thursday that the first 72 hours of the blockade were successful, with 14 ships having “turned around to comply with the blockade.”
