But that’s not all; alongside this novel business idea, you’ll also learn the art of creating trending YouTube videos effortlessly. Join me as we explore the gold mine of opportunities in this video.

## Unveiling Tik Tok Automation

Curious about what TikTok automation entails? Let me share my discovery. While casually scrolling through TikTok, I stumbled upon an account that specializes in uploading spiritual videos. At first glance, it may seem ordinary, but trust me, there’s more than meets the eye. This account, in my confident estimation, consistently rakes in hundreds of dollars. How is this possible? The answers will unfold as we progress in this video. First, let’s delve into Invideo AI, the tool that will drive this business and streamline the video creation process.

## Invideo AI: Your Creative Ally

So, what exactly is Invideo AI? Picture this – create a YouTube short narrating the incredible journey of space exploration. Make it epic, using a deep Australian male voiceover. In 1957, our cosmic sojourn began with the Soviet satellite Sputnik breaching our atmosphere. Invideo AI functions similarly, turning your ideas into visually stunning videos with just a simple prompt. But hold on, there’s more to it. Add subtitles, tweak the music volume, or switch the voiceover to a British female voice – all with a few words. The possibilities are astounding, and we’ve only scratched the surface. Stay tuned, as I’ll guide you through starting a TikTok automation business using this powerful tool.

### Getting Started with Invideo AI

To access Invideo AI, follow the link in the description. Create a free account, and you’ll land on a user-friendly dashboard. The central element is a text box where you input prompts. For a basic start, you can type something like “Create a 2-minute video about cats,” and Invideo AI takes care of script planning, voiceover, and video creation.

However, for professional-quality videos, a more detailed prompt is key. As you continue watching, I’ll share my prompt formula for optimal results. In the dropdown menu, select a workflow – YouTube Shorts, YouTube Explainer, recent events video, or script to video. Each requires specific information, essential for understanding the Tik Tok automation business we’ll explore later.

## Crafting Engaging Videos: A Step-by-Step Guide

Let’s consider creating a YouTube explainer, an excellent choice for a faceless YouTube channel. Specify the video duration (e.g., 10 minutes) and provide detailed information about the video. For instance, create a video about “Nine Crazy Facts About Cats.” Be creative in defining the overall look – start with a captivating fact, ensure humor, engagement, and dynamism, and end with a question for audience interaction.

Customization continues with background music and voiceover settings. Select the music type, gender, and accent for the voiceover. Subtitles are optional but add a layer of engagement. After hitting ‘Continue,’ the magic begins as Invideo AI transforms your detailed prompt into a video. Want to customize further? Invideo AI allows you to tweak various elements, from audience selection to the video’s look and feel.

### Editing Made Easy

Not satisfied with a specific part? Invideo AI simplifies edits. Use the text box underneath the video to request changes or click ‘Edit’ for more comprehensive options. You can modify media, script, or even export to the timeline for detailed edits and full customization (currently in the alpha stage).

## Elevate Your Videos: Paid Plans and Advanced Features

While Invideo AI offers a free option, upgrading to a paid plan (starting at $20 a month) unlocks a range of features crucial for serious video creation and the TikTok automation business. Unlimited exports, high-resolution videos, and access to premium footage – these elements enhance the quality of your content.

## Viral Content Creation: Recent Events Video Workflow

Invideo AI’s recent events video workflow adds another layer to your content creation arsenal. Use an article link as a reference, and within minutes, you have a trending video. Explore the world of artificial intelligence or any niche that aligns with trending topics.

## The TikTok Automation Business Model

Now, the big question – how does the TikTok account, seemingly simple yet monetarily successful, operate? The answer lies in affiliate product promotion. By examining the account’s bio, we find links to popular ClickBank products like Soulmate Sketch and Wealth DNA Code. With multiple accounts in the same niche, they consistently promote these products in their videos, some of which have garnered millions of views. The simplicity of the videos is the key, but I’ll show you how to leverage Invideo AI for even better results.

### Getting Started with TikTok Automation

Starting your TikTok automation business is a step-by-step process. Begin by selecting an affiliate product – platforms like ClickBank or Digistore offer diverse options. Create a TikTok account, and the real fun begins – content creation. Brainstorm video ideas, and here are three methods to help you:

1. **Chat GPT Ideation**: Use Chat GPT to generate video ideas for your niche. For example, if it suggests “Dog Health Tips,” copy the idea and head to Invideo AI.

2. **Article Inspiration**: Find articles related to your niche. Copy the link, go to Invideo AI, select the YouTube shorts workflow, and use the article as a reference.

3. **Prompt Formula**: Embrace a detailed prompt formula for optimal results. Specify the duration, platform, topic, voiceover and script style, background music, and any additional information. For instance:

– **Prompt Formula Example:**
“`
Create a 3-minute YouTube video about the history of space exploration. The video should feature a deep male voiceover with an Australian accent, speaking informatively and engagingly. The script should be storytelling, making complex information easy to understand, covering key milestones from early rocketry to recent Mars missions. Choose inspiring and cinematic background music, and encourage viewers to subscribe for more educational content.
“`

Minneapolis Authorities Investigate Third Body Found in Three Days Amid Series of Suspicious Deaths

Authorities in Minneapolis are grappling with a troubling series of events as bodies continue to be discovered throughout the city. The most recent unsettling case emerged near the iconic Stone Arch Bridge.

FOX9 has reported that the University of Minnesota Police Department located a body in the vicinity of the bridge, though they remain tight-lipped regarding any details surrounding the death.

This disturbing find by the Stone Arch Bridge is now the third occurrence in a three-day span. The sequence of grim discoveries began on Saturday at 6 p.m. when law enforcement officers found a body in a wooded area close to East River Flats park, adjacent to the Mississippi River.

Breakthrough in Justice: Karmelo Anthony Awaits Judge’s Decision for New Trial Following Teen’s Legal Win

0

A legal turn of events unfolds today as a Texas judge weighs the decision to potentially award a new trial to Karmelo Anthony, a teen convicted of murder earlier this year. The conviction revolves around the tragic stabbing of a 17-year-old athlete during a high school track event.

In a significant development for Anthony, the judge originally overseeing his trial was removed just the day before this hearing. Judge Michael Chitty has now taken over to review requests from Anthony’s legal team, who are pushing for a retrial regarding Austin Metcalf’s death.

Currently 19, Anthony faces a daunting 35-year prison sentence. He appeared at Wednesday’s court session clad in a green prison uniform. Both Anthony’s and Metcalf’s families were present to witness the proceedings.

The defense team had requested the dismissal of state District Judge John Roach, partly due to a controversial television interview where Roach affirmed the jury’s decision, stating their guilty verdict was justified.

Anthony’s lawyers contend that oppressive courtroom rules and flawed jury instructions tainted the June trial. They also argue Anthony refrained from testifying due to a conflict with prosecutors concerning a pretrial deal intended to concentrate on events leading up to the fatal incident.

Jurors in the trial had rejected Anthony’s claims he acted in self-defense during a confrontation with Metcalf in the stadium bleachers last year. Students who took the stand described a heated exchange over Anthony’s refusal on a rainy spring day to leave a tent that belonged to Metcalf’s team.

The case attracted national attention in part because of a flood of social media posts that amplified the killing in racial terms. Anthony is Black; Metcalf was white. Lawyers on both sides, however, told jurors the tragedy had nothing to do with race.

During the recusal hearing Wednesday, Anthony’s legal team focused on comments Roach made to a Dallas TV station after the trial had ended. In the interview, which was played as the hearing began, Roach was asked if the jury got “it right.”

“Yeah, they did,” Roach said, adding: “Whatever they say, they got it right.”

During the interview, Roach also defended his courtroom rules and spoke about the onslaught of online postings about the case.

As national attention on the killing intensified last year, the families of both Metcalf and Anthony said they had been targets of harassment.

Several schools were competing at the track event when Anthony sat under the Memorial High School tent that was perched in the bleachers. Metcalf and others had repeatedly told Anthony to leave, witnesses testified, leading to an escalating confrontation.

Prosecutors said Anthony provoked Metcalf, and witnesses testified that Anthony was the aggressor.

Anthony at one point reached inside a bag and replied: “Touch me and see what happens,” according to a police report.

Metcalf pushed Anthony, according to witnesses, who said Anthony then pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the chest.

Former Downing Street Aide Sue Gray Reveals Tensions and Surveillance Concerns While Working for Keir Starmer

0

Sue Gray has described her experience working at No. 10 Downing Street under Keir Starmer as “unbearable,” breaking her silence on the intense internal conflicts she faced in the prime minister’s office.

Initially serving as Sir Keir’s chief of staff at the onset of his term as Prime Minister, Baroness Gray of Tottenham remained in the position for only three months.

Her departure resulted from a significant power struggle, as her tenure was marked by frequent reports of friction with other members of the No. 10 team.

During her first interview since exiting Downing Street, Baroness Gray recounted the “very, very, very difficult period” she endured while in office.

She expressed concern about the possibility of being recorded without consent and criticized Sir Keir for not taking sufficient action to prevent negative briefings against her.

Baroness Gray said the negative briefings started while Labour was in opposition, where she would ‘read about things that I would have said or not said’, and continued on into government.

‘I had always taken a view as a civil servant and actually as a special adviser that you know you should be able to speak freely in rooms,’ she told the Political Currency podcast.

‘And I couldn’t recall those sort of discussions being briefed out.’

Baroness Gray’s relationship with Morgan McSweeney, who went on to replace her as Sir Keir’s top aide, was the subject of a number of reports of tensions within No10.

She was also damaged when it was leaked that she was earning more than the PM’s salary of £166,786.

Baroness Gray added: ‘Here I found myself, you know, stories about supposedly trying to move Morgan McSweeney to the back of the building.

‘Actually, that was a genuine, ‘I can’t believe so many of you are going to sit in this small room, let’s find a better room for you’.’

She continued: ‘It just got to the point where you know everything you say, you feel is somebody is recording it.’

Asked whether Sir Keir was willing to act on her concerns, she said: ‘I talked to him a couple of times about it, and I don’t really want to disclose individual conversations.

‘But I was disappointed that not more was done because I think it could have been done.’

Sir Keir’s government faced criticism from Labour members, including the party’s deputy leader Lucy Powell, who described a ‘boys club’ culture in No10, with a pattern of ‘anonymous nasty briefings’ – particularly against women.

‘It was definitely unbearable, particularly for me,’ Baroness Gray said. ‘And I would say that none of that briefing came from me.

‘I think it was very difficult, and it was just affecting me and my life.

‘I was getting into the office very early in the morning. I was leaving late to avoid…. It was very, very, very difficult period.’

Asked about the lack of positive vision in the early days of Sir Keir’s government and how much was her responsibility, she said: ‘I think ultimately, you have a leader of the party, you have a prime minister, leader of the opposition.

‘You have to set your vision, your agenda, and that is definitely what everybody is looking for.’

Prior to joining Sir Keir’s Labour team, Baroness Gray had been a long-serving civil servant and led the ‘Partygate’ investigation into Covid rule-breaking in Whitehall.

She went from an influential but little-known arbiter of conduct in government to a household name when she took on the ‘Partygate’ probe in 2021.

Baroness Gray stepped in to lead the investigation after then-cabinet secretary Simon Case, her boss, recused himself following claims his own office held a lockdown-busting event.

Civil service impartiality was later thrown into question following her shock move to quit the Cabinet Office to join Labour as Sir Keir’s chief of staff.

After weeks of negative briefings against her following Labour’s general election victory in July 2024, Baroness Gray announced her resignation in October that year.

She cited concerns that she was ‘becoming a distraction’ to the work of government.

Baroness Gray had initially been due to take up a newly-created role as ‘envoy to the nations and regions’ following a short break from government.

But Downing Street announced a month after her departure as Sir Keir’s chief of staff that she had decided not to take up the envoy job.

Just four months after her exit from No10, Baroness Gray formally entered the House of Lords after being among a slew of new Labour peers named by Sir Keir.

This was despite the then-PM having previously promised to abolish the unelected chamber.

Meghan and Harry Secure New Home: Exciting Next Chapter

0

The Sussexes have already found a new place to call home in Britain, following their unexpected announcement of a return to the UK this month.

Prince Harry, 41, and Meghan Markle, 45, are reportedly planning a longer stay in the UK, with their children, Archie and Lilibet, expected to enroll in a local school.

However, the family is not anticipated to occupy a royal residence and will not resume roles as working members of the Royal Family.

For security purposes, the location of their new property is being kept confidential.

While they embark on this journey, Harry and Meghan plan to maintain their £11 million home in Montecito and their residence in Portugal. It’s still unclear whether their return to the UK signifies a permanent relocation.

Before departing for the US following ‘Megxit’, the couple lived in Frogmore Cottage until 2020.

They splashed £2.4million on renovations and redecoration at the Grade II-listed building, but only lived there for a year.

It comes as:

Frogmore Cottage was said to be filled with furniture from the luxury store Soho Home.

Ceiling beams and floor joists were replaced, the property’s electrical system rewired, new gas and water mains installed and £50,000 spent on soundproofing.

Soho House designer Vicky Charles – a close friend of the Beckhams and the Clooneys – was also enlisted to help decorate the property with vegan paint.

As part of the renovation, the Sussexes joined Frogmore’s two pre-existing semi-detached houses into one big family home.

In January 2020, the couple stepped down as working royals and moved to Montecito, California, where they lived until now with their children.

Six months later, Harry paid back the £2.4million and was officially evicted by King Charles in 2023, weeks after publishing his controversial memoir Spare.

However, the royal residence is not the only UK home the couple shared before departing across the pond.

Following their 2018 wedding, the couple signed a two-year lease on a £4.12million Cotswolds property nestled near Chipping Norton.

The four-bedroom farmhouse, situated on the Great Tew Estate, boasted a converted barn as well as another two-bedroom cottage.

The four-bedroom farmhouse called Westfield Large came with four acres of land as well as a heated patio, House and Garden reported.

However, it was not always grand million-pound renovations and quaint cottages in the Cotswolds for the Sussexes.

During their engagement in November 2017, the Suits actress moved to be with Harry in Nottingham Cottage after the famed TV series came to an end.

At the time, a source told UsWeekly: ‘With Suits over, so is Meghan’s life in Toronto.

‘It’s the end of a really precious era, so she’s definitely sad to see it come to an end, but she’s also really excited about starting a new chapter with Harry.’

But the 17th-century residence within Kensington Palace was not as glamorous as one may think, Meghan previously shared.

The kitchen in the Duke’s two-bedroom flat had black-and-white tiles, a dining room, and a small living room, which was around 1,300 square feet in size.

In the Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan, the Duchess previously said: ‘Kensington Palace sounds very regal, of course it does.

‘It says “palace” in the name. But it was so small.’

Harry chimed in: ‘The whole thing’s on a slight lean, really low ceilings. I don’t know who was there before; they must have been very short.’

Shocking Development: Investigation Deepens After Woman’s Body Discovered on Sydney’s Bronte Beach

0

The body of a young woman, discovered on a well-frequented Sydney beach, is suspected to be the result of suicide.

An early riser stumbled upon the woman’s remains at the northern tip of Bronte Beach, located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, around 5:45 am on Wednesday.

According to police statements made on Wednesday, the case is not being investigated as suspicious, and authorities are not seeking any other individuals related to this incident.

Witnesses reported seeing what they initially mistook for a mannequin drifting close to the shore from as early as 5 pm the previous day, suggesting the woman had been in the water for several hours before being found.

Police were called to the northern end of Bronte Beach in the city's east around 5.45am on Wednesday after a call from a member of the public who found the body

Authorities were alerted to the scene at Bronte Beach’s northern end following a call from a concerned citizen who discovered the body early Wednesday morning.

Officers quickly erected a tent on the beach and set up a crime scene after the walker found the woman's lifeless body

Bronte local Jacquie said she was shocked by the grim discovery just metres away from her home, where she has lived for more than a decade.

‘It’s so awful. Just awful,’ she said.

Another bystander, Hamish, added: ‘It’s pretty shocking. [As a local] you’d like to know what happened.’

Surfers who braved dreary conditions to hit the waves at Bronte on Tuesday evening told Daily Mail Australia they spotted a body-like mass ‘surfing with them’ nearby.

Local residents said they were shocked by the grim discovery on the beach - which is popular with families and surfers

Local residents said they were shocked by the grim discovery on the beach – which is popular with families and surfers

They were convinced there was little chance it could be a human, and with no lifeguards back onshore to make a report, they did not contact the police.

‘It was pretty shocking. It wasn’t nice to see. It was face down so I could see the back. It was weird. It was naked so we thought it must be a dummy, ‘ one surfer told Daily Mail Australia.

Another said the dark and stormy conditions had prevented them from confirming exactly what the object was.

‘We saw what we thought was a body, but no one wanted to get close to it [to check],’ he said.

The one glaring problem with frenzied ‘Melissa Caddick’ speculation

Social media has erupted with speculation the body could be that of missing financial advisor Melissa Caddick, 49, who vanished 18 months ago amid a police probe into her company.

But the theories have been dispelled by a leading forensic expert.

Professor Johan Duflou, former clinical director of NSW’s Department of Forensic Medicine, said there’s little chance a body that’s been in the ocean for over a year would be intact.

‘I think it would be highly unlikely there would be anything at all remaining after nearly 18 months in the ocean,’ he told Daily Mail Australia.

‘That’s because of animal predation and the effects of water on the body, along with decomposition.’

Police have also said the body appears to be of a woman around half the age of Ms Caddick, with the victim estimated to be in her 20s to 30s.

Officers at the scene on Wednesday covered the remains before they were carried from the beach on a stretcher and taken away in a van.

The discovery fueled a wave of speculation that it could be the corpse of missing conwoman Melissa Caddick who vanished 18 months ago – which was swiftly dismissed by police and a leading forensics expert.

Police said the corpse appeared to have been in the water for a lengthy period of time. But they believe the remains are likely to be of a woman aged in her 20s or 30s, while Caddick was 49.

Professor Johan Duflou, former clinical director of NSW’s Department of Forensic Medicine, said it would be ‘highly unlikely there would be anything at all remaining after nearly 18 months in the ocean’.

A police tent was set up metres from the shore with the northern part of Bronte Beach closed to the public.Officers are scouring missing person’s records to determine the woman’s identity.

The crime scene has since been dissembled and the northern section of the beach reopened to the public.

Harvard Settles $53M Over Stolen Donated Body Parts Scandal

0

In a significant legal development, Harvard University has consented to a proposed $53 million settlement. This agreement aims to resolve allegations by families who accused the esteemed institution of mishandling its anatomical gift program. Controversy arose after accusations that a former morgue manager unlawfully trafficked body parts from cadavers donated for critical research and education purposes.

Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Debra A. Squires-Lee gave preliminary approval to the class action settlement on Tuesday. The proposal includes the creation of two distinct funds to collectively disburse $53 million, thereby resolving the claims against Harvard University.

A hearing to potentially give the final stamp of approval to this settlement is slated for December 9, 2026. During this session, the court will thoroughly evaluate whether the proposed agreement meets the necessary legal standards for conclusive approval.

The litigation followed the 2023 arrest of Cedric Lodge, who managed Harvard Medical School’s morgue for nearly three decades and who prosecutors said stole and sold parts of cadavers donated to the school for medical research and education.

Lodge pleaded guilty to interstate transport of stolen human remains and was sentenced to eight years in prison. His wife, Denise Lodge, was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison.

Lodge admitted that, from 2018 through at least March 2020, he participated in the sale and interstate transport of human remains stolen from the Harvard Medical School morgue, including organs, brains, skin, hands, faces, dissected heads and other parts from donated cadavers after they had been used for research and teaching purposes but before they were disposed of in accordance with anatomical gift donation agreements.

He transported the remains to his home in New Hampshire without the knowledge or permission of Harvard, the donors or their families, officials said.

Harvard condemned Lodge’s conduct in a message to the school’s community Monday.

“His violations … were despicable, abhorrent, and a flagrant betrayal of our values as a medical community,” George Daley, Harvard’s dean of the faculty of medicine, and Bernard Chang, dean for medical education at Harvard Medical School, wrote in the letter.

The university noted that the federal indictment said Lodge acted “without the knowledge or permission of HMS.”

Harvard said the proposed settlement also includes a pledge by HMS to provide a statement to claimant families reaffirming that Lodge’s criminal acts were “morally reprehensible and inconsistent with the standards that Harvard University and HMS expect for the treatment of anatomical donors and their loved ones.”

The university also said it will establish an annual financial aid scholarship for medical students beginning in the 2027-2028 academic year in appreciation and honor of its anatomical donors.

“We hope that this resolution ensures that this never happens to another family ever again,” John Morgan, whose law firm, Morgan & Morgan, represented families in the litigation, said in a statement.

Reassessing Your Story Repertoire: Understanding Aging and Repetitive Narratives

0

DEAR ABBY: At 70 years old, I believe my mental faculties are still sound, although I’ve noticed a tendency to retell stories to my children, grandchildren, and friends. These repetitions often result in my kids responding with less patience than I’d like, sometimes even coming across as rude or sarcastic with comments like, “Yeah, we’ve heard that story before.”

We suspect this experience is common among people our age. To address it, I’ve started introducing my stories with, “Did I tell you about …” as a precaution. It would be nice if they responded a bit more thoughtfully, perhaps saying, “Yes, Dad, we remember that one. Is there anything new?” What advice does Dear Abby have on this matter? — RECOLLECTIONS ON REPEAT

DEAR RECOLLECTIONS: It’s true that your family and friends might consider being more courteous when they mention they’ve already heard your stories. If these interruptions are becoming frequent, it might be wise to discuss the issue with your doctor.

** ** **

DEAR ABBY: Last Christmas, my thoughtful team gifted me a Fitbit. Although it was a generous gesture, I haven’t found myself using it and doubt that I will. How can I express my gratitude for their thoughtfulness while also communicating that I simply don’t intend to use or wear it? They’ve already pointed out they haven’t seen it on my wrist. — WON’T USE IT IN FLORIDA

DEAR WON’T USE IT: Your staff must be devoted and wish you a long and healthy life. I find the fact that they gave you a Fitbit to be quite impressive. In fairness, I must warn you. If you put it on, I know from experience that you may find yourself immediately addicted. The way to handle this might actually be to give it a try and tell your employees that you are using it at home. It may prod you off your behind and into a healthier lifestyle.

** ** **

DEAR ABBY: My husband and I were together for 10 years, married for nine. He recently passed away at the age of 42. His death was unexpected, and I was the one who found him. He’d had an epileptic seizure while home alone. I have serious anxiety driving home every day now.

I’ve been looking for grief counseling, support groups, etc., but there seems to be a recurring theme: Young widows and widowers (under 50) are underserved. I don’t mean to diminish anyone else’s grief, but at the same time, I do not want to hear “We had a great long life together” from a much older woman when my experience has been nothing like hers. Members of the younger generation need different support, and it just isn’t there. –– YOUNG AND GRIEVING

DEAR YOUNG AND GRIEVING: Please allow me to offer my deepest sympathy. Losing your husband at such an early age must have been a terrible shock. It’s not surprising that you have trouble relating to people whose loss happened much later in life.

For a support group geared toward younger people, you might have better luck online. Search for “young widow support group,” and you will find chat forums and video meetups as well as resources to help you rebuild your life. It’s not the same as meeting face-to-face, but it may help.

According to reports, she had a ‘three-in-one’ procedure on August 12, which included liposuction, breast implants and a tummy tuck.

She was reportedly discharged one day after the surgery but returned to the hospital on August 14 when she started feeling sick; she passed away on Monday.

Her last post was shared on August 6 and featured her documenting herself attending a consultation for a breast augmentation.

Vinicius went on to praise Kelly’s ‘pure heart’ and her ability to ‘love and care for those around her,’ particularly, her three sons Theo, Ravi and Filippo, in his post.

‘As a wife, she has been my partner in absolutely everything,’ he continued.

‘As a mother, [she was full of] love, care, protection and provision. Theo, Ravi and Filippo had the privilege of having a mother who loved them in a way that words will never be able to explain.’

He said that ‘moving on’ was going to be the ‘hardest mission of his life.’

Kelly had gained over 500,000 followers across her TikTok and Instagram accounts, where she often shared fashion-based content and documented her life as a mom-of three

‘Marta was, is and always will be my only great love,’ he said. ‘I still don’t know what it’s like to wake up and realize you’re not here.

‘I don’t know what it’s going to be like looking at our kids and not having you by my side. I don’t know how I’m going to learn to live with this longing.’

He vowed to raise their sons ‘the way she would have wanted’ and said he would ‘do everything to ensure they grew up knowing exactly who their mother was and how much she loved them.’

He went on to reflect on the 15 years they had spent together, admitting: ‘We’ve had good times, bad times, difficulties, achievements, dreams, children, plans… we had a true story.

‘Just know that I will honor you every day of my life,’ he concluded. ‘I’m gonna take care of our boys.

‘I’m gonna talk about you I’m gonna tell our stories gonna show our pictures I will make them never forget how much you love them.

‘And I will try to continue for us. I will always love you [Marta] ’till the day we meet again.

‘I just pray that I don’t lose faith in love… Let peace come and even when pain seems greater than anything else, let the faith remain in me that one day we shall meet again.

‘Till then, take your rest my love. I watch our boys for both of us.’

Trump’s Political Influence Faces Ultimate Test with Midterm Power Shift

0

The upcoming 2026 midterm elections in the United States will serve as a pivotal indicator of Donald Trump’s political influence. Democrats are eager to reclaim control of Congress, while Republicans aim to counter the usual trend where the president’s party loses seats during midterms.

These elections in November will decide the future of the House of Representatives, potentially altering the dynamics of power in Washington for the latter half of Trump’s presidency.

The primary season began in March and has been ongoing, with states such as Alaska, Florida, and Wyoming conducting their primaries this week.

For the Democratic party, November presents an opportunity to show that widespread discontent with Trump can lead to tangible electoral victories and allow the party to regroup strategically for the 2028 general election.

Meanwhile, for Republicans, the midterms will be crucial in assessing if Trump’s appeal remains robust enough to shield the party from the historical midterm setbacks experienced by many administrations before them.

And for Trump himself, a Democratic-controlled House could mean substantially greater scrutiny, investigations and political resistance during the final years of his presidency.

Wesley Widmaier, a professor at the Australian National University Department of International Relations, told SBS News an overall loss for Trump would restrict his influence.

“The House controls the power of the purse and is where budgets originate in the American system. A Democrat win would mean a loss of a lot of control for Trump,” he said.

Ultimately, the midterms could provide the clearest indication yet of whether the political momentum in the US is shifting away from Trump and the Republican Party — or whether Republicans can defy the historical pattern and maintain their grip on Congress.

Why are midterms significant?

Every two years, US citizens elect all 435 members of the House of Representatives, while roughly one-third of the Senate is elected.

The two bodies have separate but complementary functions.

The House of Representatives has the special power to initiate tax bills and to impeach officials, while the Senate approves presidential appointments, such as judges and cabinet members.

Unlike in Australia, voting in US elections is not compulsory, and midterm elections — those held between presidential elections — tend to have lower voter turnout and less media attention.

But Widmaier said they still have significance for US politics and decision-making.

Historically, the president’s party tends to lose ground in the House during midterm elections, he explained.

“People get excited about a potential candidate in the main year election, then there’s always some wearing off of the bloom,” he said.

The Democrats need to gain four seats in the House of Representatives to outnumber Republicans. Analysts are largely predicting the Democrats will win enough seats to claim victory, but what they could do with that power remains to be seen.

What does a loss mean for Trump?

A Democratic victory in the House would significantly change the political environment surrounding Trump.

“Most recent US presidents have tended to suffer quite a setback from their party in the House of Representatives two years into their presidency,” Brendon O’Connor, a US politics expert from the University of Sydney, told SBS News.

“Obama called it a shellacking when he lost in 2010.”

Republicans lost about 40 House seats in the 2018 midterms under Trump.

O’Connor said this allowed the Democrats to oppose policy more strongly and hold Republican leaders to account than in the first two years of Trump’s presidency. Trump was impeached twice by the House in that time.

O’Connor expects a similar period of heightened scrutiny if Democrats regain the House, predicting that the activities of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Trump’s financial affairs and his involvement in cryptocurrency would be scrutinised.

Trump would also lose the “power of the purse”, making it harder to spend big on election promises, and would face a Democratic-controlled House, likely hostile over spending and budgets.

Gerrymandering makes the House harder to predict

One of the biggest complications for the 2026 House elections, Widmaier said, is the redrawing of electoral boundaries.

The term ‘gerrymandering’ is used to describe the practice of state legislators redrawing congressional boundaries, often to give the ruling party an advantage, which most states allow.

Unlike Australia, where electoral boundaries are generally determined through independent electoral processes, US congressional districts can be heavily influenced by partisan politics.

Electoral boundaries are typically redistricted every 10 years when US census data is released; however, Republicans and Democrats have both pursued changes to electoral boundaries, creating a complicated political map ahead of the midterms.

“The most interesting thing about the House of Representatives races is the gerrymandering,” O’Connor said, arguing that changes to electoral boundaries in states including Texas and California make it harder to predict how national shifts in voter sentiment will translate into seats.

As a result, even if Democrats perform strongly nationwide, their gains may not be as dramatic as a straightforward comparison with previous elections would suggest.

The Senate remains crucial

Democrats also have a chance of winning the Senate, according to O’Connor and Widmaier, although any Democratic majority is expected to be narrow.

A Democratic takeover of both chambers would represent a far more substantial shift in Washington, potentially allowing Democrats greater control over legislation and congressional oversight.

But if Republicans retain the Senate, the political battle between Congress and the White House could become the defining feature of the final two years of Trump’s presidency.

The outcome will also determine how much room Trump has to pursue his policy agenda without facing sustained resistance from Congress.

Widmaier said that the midterms don’t always predict a successful presidential candidate or party, looking to the recent example of former US president Joe Biden, who won the 2022 midterms, but his party subsequently lost the 2024 election under Kamala Harris.

But in general, he believes parties tend to take the approach that “it’s better to just keep winning”.

Tragic Midair Collision in Pennsylvania: Helicopter and Plane Crash Leaves One Dead, Two Troopers Injured

On Wednesday evening, a tragic midair mishap unfolded when a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter collided with a smaller aircraft, leading to the plane pilot’s death and inflicting injuries on two state troopers, authorities report.

The Federal Aviation Administration revealed that the incident, which happened near Carlisle Airport, involved a Bell 407 helicopter and a Cessna 150 aircraft. The collision occurred at approximately 7:50 p.m. in central Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania State Police Acting Commissioner, Lieutenant Colonel George Bivens, shared that during a routine training mission near Carlisle Airport, the police helicopter became entangled in the fatal collision, located roughly 120 miles west of Philadelphia.

Bivens explained in a news briefing that the Cessna, unexpectedly and for reasons not yet clear, veered right at the last moment, impacting the helicopter’s rear. The force damaged both the tail and main rotors, leading to a catastrophic crash.

The circumstances leading to the collision remain under investigation, and federal investigators have not determined a probable cause.

The one-person inside the plane died in the incident, Bivens said.

“The one known occupant of the Cessna did not survive the crash. We believe only the pilot was in the Cessna,” he said.

Both state troopers inside the helicopter were initially trapped before being able to get out. They were injured and transported to a hospital but are expected to recover, according to Gov. Josh Shapiro.

“I’m pleased to say that after an aviation accident, two Pennsylvania State Troopers, while injured, are going to be okay,” he said at the news briefing.

“Lori and I are praying hard and we ask all of our fellow Pennsylvanians to join us,” the governor wrote earlier on social media.

The National Transportation Safety Board will lead the investigation, with the FAA assisting.
