Jaxson Dart and Model Partner Join Celebrities at Kentucky Derby Festivities

0

New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart and his model girlfriend, Marissa Ayers, turned heads as they graced the red carpet at Churchill Downs for the Kentucky Derby.

Dart, who recently wrapped up an impressive rookie year in the NFL, is one of many stars from the football world in attendance for Saturday’s race, along with the likes of Bill Belichick, Rob Gronkowski, DeAndre Hopkins, Kyle Rudolph and Cody Ford.      The Giants signal caller certainly looked the part in Louisville, pulling on a snazzy white pinstriped suit and a matching hat with a navy shirt and some stylish shades.

Ayers, a social media influencer and boxing ring girl, who has been dating Dart for nearly a year, captivated onlookers in a striking light blue dress paired with an elegant fascinator, accompanying Dart at the prestigious event.

Legendary coach Bill Belichick, 74, also made an appearance at the races, accompanied by his 25-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, a former cheerleader.

The duo attended Churchill Downs for Friday’s Kentucky Oaks, an event that saw a delayed start from the usual 6 p.m. post time due to television commitments, much to the annoyance of Louisville residents.

On Saturday, Hudson wowed the crowd in a sophisticated black dress with a matching fascinator, while a dapper Belichick followed closely behind, ready to enjoy another day at the races.

One of the legendary NFL coach’s former players, Rob Gronkowski, is also set to take in the Kentucky Derby with long-term partner Camille Kostek.

Gronkowski, who won four Super Bowls under Belichick with the New England Patriots, donned a smart navy blazer, a blue shirt and beige pants in Louisville.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Kostek posed on the red carpet in a black and polka dot dress, along with a matching bag and hat.

Big names from other sports are also in attendance for the Kentucky Derby, including retired NBA player Avery Johnson and ex-WNBA star Sue Bird, who recently announced her split from girlfriend and soccer icon Megan Rapinoe.

Nate Burleson, the former NFL wide receiver who now works as a presenter for CBS, sported one of the most eye-catching outfits on the red carpet after pulling up to Churchill Downs in a white pinstriped suit jacket with images of two giant roses on the front and matching shorts.

It promises to be another memorable Kentucky Derby on Saturday evening, despite the race being reduced to 19 horses at the very last minute.

The Puma has been scratched from the starting lineup, meaning the 152nd edition of the Derby will be run with one less horse than the maximum 20.

Churchill Downs officials announced The Puma was out because of a swollen leg from a skin infection.

He was ruled out less than 12 hours before the 6:57pm ET post time, past the deadline for Corona de Oro to draw into the field off the also-eligible list.

The horse trained by Gustavo Delgado Sr. and son Gustavo Delgado Jr. opened at odds of 10-1 and was bet down to 8-1 by Friday.

‘It’s incredibly disappointing, but the swelling should go down within a day or two,’ Delgado Jr. said. ‘It´s just really bad timing.’

The father-son training duo was looking to win its second Derby after doing so with Mage in 2023. Another father-son duo, Bill and Riley Mott, is the first to each have a horse in the race since 1964.

Tragic Collision at Portland Social Club: Fatality and Potential Explosive Devices Under Investigation

0

A tragic overnight accident in Oregon has claimed a life, following a dramatic crash into Portland’s prestigious Multnomah Athletic Club. The incident has sparked a significant police investigation after the discovery of potential explosives within the vehicle.

Portland Fire and Rescue rushed to the scene just before 2:50 a.m. local time on Saturday, responding to reports of a car plowing through the club’s main entrance and becoming engulfed in flames, as reported by the Portland Police Bureau (PPB).

Once the fire was extinguished, authorities discovered a deceased individual inside the vehicle.

Police investigated a separate crash at the exclusive social club in Portland, Oregon about a month ago.

Interestingly, this is not the first incident at the Multnomah Athletic Club; police had previously looked into a separate crash at this elite social venue in Portland, Oregon about a month prior.

The PPB’s Explosive Disposal Unit was called into action after signs of an explosive device were detected within the wrecked vehicle.

The explosives unit is assisting with the investigation and assessing the scene.

The Portland FBI Office also responded to the scene, according to local outlet KATU.

Multiple nearby streets remain closed, and police asked the community to avoid the area.

In a Facebook post, the club said it would remain closed until further notice, calling the incident “serious.”

“At this time, we do not have a timeline for reopening, but we’re expecting a prolonged close,” club leadership wrote in the post. “Our priority is ensuring the club is safe before welcoming our community back.

Over 20,000 Partygoers Risk Safety at Controversial Rave on French Military Minefield

0

The event was one for the books.

An astonishing crowd of over 20,000 revelers descended upon an unauthorized rave held at a perilous French military site, notorious for its scattered active explosives. These party enthusiasts traveled from all corners of Europe to join the gathering.

The festival kicked off on Thursday at the military base located in the heart of Bourges, France. Despite warnings from French military officials about the site’s hazardous nature due to potential unexploded ordnance, the revelers were undeterred, as reported by AFP.

Ignoring the cautionary advice, the festivities continued, with an anticipated influx of an additional 10,000 partygoers expected over the weekend, AFP noted.

According to CNN, at least 12 individuals suffered minor injuries and were in need of emergency medical attention.

The firing field has been used by the French military for over 150 years to test cannons, missiles and shells — and could potentially still have old artillery charges that could explode and cause mass casualties to unsuspecting revelers..

“Despite its illegal nature, the State has mobilized to ensure the safety of this demonstration and limit the nuisances, particularly for the surrounding residents,” the local prefecture said, according to the outlet.

Organizers of the so-called “Bourges Teknival” warned ravers not to light fires, dig or collect any objects for fear of triggering a mine or unexploded bomb on the 24,700-acre firing range.

After rave organizers failed to seek official authorization from local leaders, 600 police officers were dispatched to the party — issuing dozens of fines for narcotics offenses, CNN reported.

The massive rave comes as French parliament seeks to tighten legislation on “Teknivals,” which are unauthorized rave parties — potentially introducing prison sentences for organizers and fines for attendees, France24 reported.

The 152nd Kentucky Derby Promises an Unpredictable Race Day

As the first weekend of May unfolds, the spotlight shines on the thrilling spectacle known as the “most exciting two minutes in sports.” Churchill Downs becomes the epicenter of horse racing this Saturday, hosting the first leg of the thoroughbred Grand Slam. The 2026 event promises plenty of intrigue as speculations swirl over which horse will claim victory beneath the iconic Twin Spires in Louisville, Kentucky.

Two main factors have shaped the lead-up to tonight’s race. The field is filled with several strong contenders, each capable of clinching the win. This uncertainty has been amplified by a series of last-minute scratches, including a major contender who withdrew on Saturday morning, leaving 19 horses in the race. As a result, picking a winner today will require a blend of intuition and analysis.

The unpredictable nature of this year’s race became apparent early on. Ted Noffey, the reigning 2-year-old champion with an unbeaten record in four races, including the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile in October 2025, was sidelined due to an injury that kept him out of the qualifying season.

Earlier this week, a minor controversy erupted when Right To Party was removed from the race following a veterinarian’s assessment during warmups. The trainer argued it was merely the horse’s natural gait, but the decision to scratch him was upheld on Friday. Adding to the drama, favorite contender The Puma was withdrawn this morning due to a minor leg injury, marking the fifth scratch this week. In a twist, replacement horse Corona de Oro was also scratched from the lineup.

So, what can we expect from the 152nd Run for the Roses? The betting scene is challenging, with morning line odds revealing about half a dozen horses at less than 10-1 odds. This ensures an exciting and unpredictable race ahead.

That said, what are we looking at on the card for this 152nd Run for the Roses? It is tough betting, as the morning lines show half a dozen rides are sporting odds below 10-1.

Most are regarding Renegade as the one favorite, but he drew the number one post last Saturday, which mitigates so much hype. Unless he gets a sharp start, the field could collapse on him on the rail and bury him in the crowd. He comes in with wins at the Tampa and Arkansas Derbies, and if he gets clear, he is the threat.

Another hot name is Commandment, winner of the Florida Derby and the Fountain of Youth Stakes. These two horses share a championship pedigree, with A.P. Indy, Unbridled, and Storm Cat in their bloodlines. Renegade has Curlin as a grandfather, while Commandment is a second-generation descendant of 2013 Kentucky Derby champ Orb. Helping Commandment’s fortunes is, following the departure of Right To Party, he will sport the number six towel but slides into the fifth post position, which delivers the most Derby winners.

One of the better stories is behind So Happy, a growing betting favorite at 6-1. During a 30-year career, trainer Mark Glatt never placed a horse in the Derby. The horse was regarded as ironically named, as Glatt is well known as a more downcast grouch of sorts, and then his wife passed away this February, shortly after they acquired the horse. But just a couple of months later, he shockingly won the Santa Anita Derby and qualified for today’s field.

Chief Wallabee (8-1) has been in the money, but came in behind Commandment in the pair of Florida races. Further Ado is in the mix with just some questions about light competition, though it sports a win at the Toyota Blue Grass Stakes. One of the intriguing looks is another with dropping odds, Emerging Market. The horse looks strong, but the question mark is that it has only been in two races (wins in the Tampa and the Louisiana Derbies); the last time a winner had such a truncated resume was back in the 1800s.

Trainer Bob Baffert does have two rides, his best chance being in Potente, lingering with 20-1 odds, the winner in the San Felipe in March, and coming in behind So Happy at the Santa Anita. His other is Litmus Test, with slightly longer odds. The Japanese entrant Danon Bourbon strives to be the first Japanese horse to win at the Derby. For longshot temptations, Incredibolt has been competitive, and one of the replacement rides, Great White, has earned more interest as the weekend approached.

As the race goes off around 6:57 PM Eastern, everything will be dictated by how Renegade breaks free. I like Commandment as a finisher, with Renegade catching up after clearing the field, and Emerging Market hitting the board. But with 19 steeds that have prospects so close this year, it is an anything-can-happen race.

Get those mint juleps prepared, and settle in for a long day of a racing undercard.

How a Sydney Removalist Fought Back Against a Wave of Scam-Induced Negative Reviews

A Sydney-based removalist company owner has fallen victim to a scam aimed at damaging her business’s online reputation in an effort to extort money.

Gina, the owner of Move It With Gina and a single mother of six, was taken aback by the sudden influx of negative reviews posted about her company.

“I started the business 11 years ago, focusing on packing and cleaning,” Gina explained. “Eventually, my clients expressed a need for a removalist, so I decided to purchase a truck.”

The negative reviews came as a shock for owner and single mum-of-six Gina.

She recounted the troubling incident, saying, “Just four days ago, we began receiving one-star reviews in rapid succession, with new ones appearing every half an hour.”

“Four days ago we got one-star reviews in consecutive orders within every half an hour.

“When we had a look at the reviews and who they’re from, we were like, ‘we haven’t serviced these people’.”

Gina started getting suspicious text messages.

Then Gina started getting suspicious text messages.

“I have received A order for posting thirty bad rewiews (sic) on your business. Now he is ignoring My message please pay my loss. 60$. Otherwise I’m going to More One Star review,” one of the messages said.

Gina said she ignored the messages.

Cybersecurity expert Simon Smith said there were a few tell-tale signs of a fake review.

It could include generic language and a succession of negative reviews in a short period of time.

“The most important thing is to never pay the extortion,” Smith said.

For Gina, it took days for the reviews to be taken down.

9News attempted to get a response from the scammer on their number based overseas but they have since gone quiet.

Heartbreaking Twist: Family of Abducted Newborn Uncovers Brother’s Tragic Fate

0

Experiencing any parent’s worst nightmare, a Florida father faced unimaginable heartbreak when his newborn daughter was snatched from a hospital. Yet, for Craig Aiken, the ordeal would linger for years.

At 51, Craig Aiken has shown remarkable resilience after enduring an 18-year-long separation from his daughter, Kamiyah Mobley. Kamiyah was taken from her mother’s embrace by a woman posing as a nurse in what became one of America’s most shocking kidnapping cases.

The abduction in July 1998 haunted the family for nearly two decades. It wasn’t until 2017 that they were reunited with Kamiyah, who had come to understand that her upbringing was a life built on deception.

Kamiyah grew up in rural South Carolina, believing she was Alexis Kelli Manigo, under the care of her kidnapper, Gloria Williams, who had assumed the role of her mother throughout Kamiyah’s childhood.

Craig Aiken, a father of eight, recalls the emotional reunion on January 17, 2017, when Kamiyah, then 18, instantly connected with her siblings, forming a special bond with her younger brother, Craivon.

But Craivon was cruelly taken away just six years later on March 1, 2023, when a cold-blooded killer shot him in the head while he slept.

‘I cried so much a long time ago that I don’t cry anymore,’ Aiken told the Daily Mail this week, as he reflected on the emotional toll of the last few years.

After enduring the traumatic trial of Kamiyah’s kidnapper, which saw Williams jailed for 18 years in 2018, the family has been back in court for the case of Craivon’s killer.

Darien Mixson, 20, was convicted last month of murdering Craivon, 20, and his friend Devon Taylor, 19. He is awaiting sentencing and faces a minimum of 40 years to life behind bars, according to State Attorney Melissa Nelson.

Aiken said he hopes Mixson receives the maximum jail time possible for cruelly bringing his son’s life to an end just six years after he was reunited with his long-lost sister.

‘My emotions honestly have been messed up years ago, from when this happened with Kamiyah and how the police treated me,’ he told the Daily Mail, referring to him initially being labeled as a suspect in Kamiyah’s case.

‘It’s hard for me to be in touch with emotions anyway. I just deal with it,’ Aiken added from his Jacksonville home.

‘I miss my son, I love him to death, I wish he was here. But my life situations, I guess, prepared me for this.

‘I’m glad that it’s over,’ Aiken added, as he reflected on Mixson’s trial. His son’s killer was just 17 when he carried out the double murder.

‘I’m glad that it’s finally bringing peace to the mothers of the victims, my son’s mother and Devon’s mother.

‘Justice was served. As far as the trial, you know, it was hard watching the evidence.

‘He has two kids, he was very outgoing, he was popular. He was the youngest out of eight kids, but he acted like he was their big brother. And he was loved,’ Aiken said of his son Craivon

‘It was hard to look at the evidence but I couldn’t turn away from it… to see my son murdered in his sleep.

‘And I wish that no other parent would have to go through this or see this in their life.’

Aiken said Craivon had been at his house just hours before he was killed.

‘I had got a phone call after I had just seen my son… that he was murdered,’ Aiken recalled.

The father said Mixson shot his son and Taylor for their ‘money and guns’ after they had been kind enough to give him a roof over his head for the night.

‘My son had two guns, they were legal guns,’ he said. ‘His friend had guns.

‘They were looking out for him [Mixson] and letting him spend the night because his mother was in jail and he had nowhere to go, and he was hungry.

‘He was walking the streets, and he had nowhere to go for a couple of days, so my son and his friend let him come over to his friend’s mother’s house.

‘That’s where he killed them. While they were sleeping, he came into the room, shot my son in the head, then shot Devon in the head.’

Aiken said Mixson was a friend of Devon’s and that his son met him through their mutual link.

Remembering his son, Aiken shared a photograph from the day he met his sister, Kamiyah, for the first time on January 17, 2017.

‘They were really close. They looked like twins,’ Aiken told the Daily Mail.

‘He has two kids, he was very outgoing, he was popular. He was the youngest out of eight kids, but he acted like he was their big brother. And he was loved.

‘He was always trying to tell them what to do and trying to protect them everywhere they go. He knew what was best for them, and he was the youngest.’

Aiken said what Mixson did was ‘cowardly’ and added: ‘He killed them while they were sleeping. You don’t get any respect for that. You don’t get any sympathy for that.’

A Duval County jury found Mixson guilty of two counts of first-degree murder, armed burglary and grand theft auto on April 1.

The attorney’s office said Mixson tried to flee the home where he killed Craivon and Taylor in a car stolen from outside the property, which the owner tracked and police quickly located him.

‘Inside the stolen vehicle, detectives recovered four stolen firearms, including the murder weapon,’ the attorney’s office said.

‘Outside the car, detectives discovered blood smears on the driver’s door handle, which matched one of the victims.

‘Blood from one of the victims was also found on Mixson’s shoe and hoodie.’

However, the family does have one much-needed glimpse of joy on the horizon – as Kamiyah, now 27, revealed on social media that she is pregnant with a baby girl.

Aiken said the new addition will be his sixteenth grandchild.

‘I will be the best granddad I can be,’ he told the Daily Mail, adding that he would leave giving any additional details about the baby to Kamiyah.

The kidnapping survivor has shared photographs of her baby bump and her gender reveal party at Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse in Jacksonville.

Kamiyah, who now works for a loan company in Duval County, donned pink and baby-blue acrylic nails and a pink dress for the party, appearing alongside her father-to-be boyfriend, Rion Heywood.

She even revealed the name she intends to give her baby girl – Kamiyah Kelli Elise Heywood.

Interestingly, Kelli is the middle name her abductor gave her back in 1998, when she was named Alexis Kelli Manigo.

Her father, Aiken, previously revealed that Kamiyah still has a soft spot for Williams all these years later, which has caused tensions with her birth mother, Shanara Mobley.

‘We know Shanara doesn’t like Gloria, and we know Kamiyah likes Gloria,’ Aiken told the Daily Mail in September.

Speaking about the mother-daughter rift, he added: ‘It’s never going to be totally healed. They just have to deal with it.’

Kamiyah initially visited Williams in prison and even saved Duval County Jail’s number as ‘Mommy’ in her phone during the early days of her imprisonment. Williams was jailed for 18 years for the kidnapping in June 2018.

Meanwhile, her birth parents live in fear of the day Williams is released, and Shanara even called for the woman who snatched her daughter away to face the death penalty.

Kamiyah was 18 when she discovered her true identity after she went to apply for a job at a restaurant and was asked to provide a birth certificate and social security information.

When she asked Williams for them, she broke down and confessed.

She was then reunited with her birth parents, who never gave up hope of finding her.

At the time of her abduction, Aiken was behind bars on marijuana-related offenses, and Shanara was just 16.

On April 13, she posted on Facebook: ‘It’s getting real now, the more stuff I buy and the kicks I feel.’

Kamiyah, who is due to give birth in August, later added that she wanted her daughter to have ‘hair like me so bad’ and added: ‘Like I’m not having heartburn yet, I’m scared. She can take after everything else on that man but let the hair come from me.’

Aiken said that despite the pain of the last few decades, he enjoys a close relationship with Kamiyah, who lives nearby and gets on well with her siblings on her father’s side.

‘It’s beautiful. We have fun,’ Aiken told the Daily Mail back in September. ‘When I first looked at her, I knew she was my child.

‘When she started hanging around with the family, I definitely knew she was one of my kids. They act alike.’

The Daily Mail has reached out to Kamiyah for further comment.

California Incident: Alleged Assault on ICE Agents by Undocumented Immigrant Sparks Legal Battle

0

A Salvadoran man living unlawfully in the United States was charged by a grand jury with federal assault on Thursday after he allegedly used his car to attack Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.

The indictment for Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez was handed down by the federal grand jury, accusing him of two counts of assaulting federal officers with a deadly weapon and one charge of damaging government property, as reported by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California on Friday.

Authorities stated that ICE agents had shot Hernandez, who is believed to be affiliated with a gang, in April after he allegedly ignored their commands.

On April 7, agents had traveled to Patterson, California, with the mission of locating Hernandez. They successfully identified both him and his vehicle, subsequently initiating a traffic stop.

Officials assert that Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez turned his car into a weapon during the traffic stop on April 7, 2026, in California. (Source: U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California/GoFundMe)

“During the stop, Mendoza Hernandez identified himself and an agent informed Mendoza Hernandez that he was being detained and instructed him to step out of the vehicle. Despite repeated requests, Mendoza Hernandez kept his car running and did not comply with agent requests,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

Hernandez allegedly drove forward and hit an agent with his vehicle, then “quickly shifted the vehicle in reverse and abruptly accelerated in a rapid backward motion, violently colliding with a law enforcement vehicle in the process,” according to federal prosecutors.

After the collision, Hernandez allegedly floored his vehicle toward two agents. One of them, who was in the direct path of the vehicle, jumped out of the way. Hernandez then drove over the center divider into oncoming traffic, federal prosecutors said.

Shooting incident occurring on a busy road with vehicles present

As Hernandez’s vehicle accelerated forward, it was seen veering left across Sperry Avenue and over the center stone median into traffic heading in the opposite direction, prosecutors say.

“During this incident, and in response to the vehicle’s movements, agents discharged their firearms at the vehicle and hit Mendoza Hernandez several times. Agents rendered medical aid at the scene and Mendoza Hernandez was transported to the hospital,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

Law enforcement suspected Hernandez of belonging to the 18th Street Gang. He was also wanted in connection to a murder investigation, Fox News Digital previously reported.

Hernandez’s family disputes the gang ties allegations and asserts he was cleared of connection to the alleged murder, Fox News Digital previously reported.

If convicted of the assault charges, Hernandez faces a maximum statutory penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count. If convicted of the destruction charge, Hernandez faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, prosecutors said.

Fox News Digital contacted Hernandez’s attorney for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

Travel Alert: Security Concerns Prompt US to Advise Against Visits to This Once-Picturesque Destination

0

The U.S. State Department has issued a cautionary travel advisory, urging American citizens to think twice before venturing to a less-traveled yet intriguing destination popular among thrill-seeking tourists.

On April 28, the State Department updated its advisory for Azerbaijan, advising U.S. travelers to reconsider their plans to visit the country.

Nestled in the South Caucasus region, Azerbaijan straddles the line between Eastern Europe and Western Asia, offering a unique cultural blend.

The advisory has been elevated to Level 3, signifying heightened safety and security concerns that warrant careful consideration before traveling.

Despite its status as a former Soviet republic, Azerbaijan has gained appeal among adventurous visitors, thanks to its captivating mud volcanoes and distinctive natural scenery.

Officials say the region has faced a continued risk of Iranian drone and missile strikes since U.S.-Iran hostilities escalated in late February.

“Landmines and unexploded ordnance exist throughout this region.”

“Do not travel to the southern border region due to risk of armed conflict, unless this is your best overland exit from Iran,” the advisory states.

The advisory also notes that terrorism is a concern in Azerbaijan, as individuals “may attack with little or no warning.”

U.S. officials also warn against traveling to the Armenian-Azeri border “due to the risk of landmines.”

“Landmines and unexploded ordnance exist throughout this region,” the advisory notes.

“Many of them are not marked, so it can be hard to know where they are.”

Other areas of Azerbaijan that contain landmines are Aghdam, Aghdara, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, Kalbajar, Khankendi, Khojali, Khojavend, Lachın, Shusha and Zangilan.

Fox News Digital reached out to the U.S. State Department for additional comment.

Azerbaijan is the latest in a string of destinations flagged by American officials.

Last month, officials issued an alert for Tirana, Albania, another budget-friendly destination, over Iran-related security concerns.

The State Department also updated its Haiti travel advisory in April, warning Americans not to visit due to widespread kidnappings and ransom demands.

Humanoid Robot Bebop Delays Southwest Airlines Flight at Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport

OAKLAND, Calif. — Travelers on a Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland to San Diego experienced a delay of over an hour on Thursday, courtesy of an unusual passenger — a humanoid robot. The robot’s presence on the runway sparked a temporary hold-up.

The robot, weighing in at 70 pounds and going by the name Bebop, was en route for a work-related task when it became the center of attention, necessitating a series of inquiries and safety verifications prior to takeoff.

In an unexpected twist before boarding, Bebop entertained fellow passengers with a short performance, adding a bit of flair to the usual pre-flight routine.

However, once Bebop was securely fastened in its seat, further questions emerged.

“They started asking about the type of batteries it uses and other specifics,” recounted Eily Ben-Abraham from Elite Event Robotics. “They wanted to inspect it thoroughly.”

“And meanwhile, I’m, like, watching his flight, and I keep seeing online, ‘runway delay,’” said Chana Ben-Abraham with Elite Event Robotics.

In a statement, Southwest Airlines said Bebop’s lithium battery exceeded the airline’s maximum allowable size and was confiscated, leading to the delay.

Elite Event Robotics said it is now working to recover the battery before its next scheduled appearance.

Dustin Dorsey: “So, will Bebop be joining you on another flight then in the future?”

“He’ll be there on Sunday,” Chana Ben-Abraham said. “We’re overnighting batteries to Chicago tomorrow to hopefully be able to fulfill the next event request.”

“At the moment, we got him under 100 pounds, so I shouldn’t have to worry about actually, like, walking him through the terminals,” Eily Ben-Abraham said.

The delay ended, and the flight continued — leaving behind a travel story that could only be told in the Bay Area.
